I had a breakdown today and they were really fast and communicative with both text and voice. Additionally, the driver was friendly, professional and careful.As an owner of a few 20+ year old cars I break down a lot. I would highly recommend Blairs towing service. The staff and manager, David were so supportive and helpful towards us. The towing service was very quick to attend to our urgent needs. The employee that spoke with me over the phone was very understanding and really couldnt have been more helpful. He made the arrangement of the towing service very manageable and easy for us. The manager (owner) of Blairs Towing Service was our tower driver and he couldnt have been more genuine and helpful to us. As we both are not from the States, we were unsure of our next step and he made this process easier for us by offering us guidance and tips. It was our home and wheels that was been towed to a garage by the company as we were travelling in the area with our Recreational Vehicle. The manager so kindly drove us to a car rental service so we could look at renting a car. He waited for us and helped check online to see could we get a better deal else where as we are only students and had already spent a large amount of money on a previous tow the day before, to get our RV off the freeway. He very kindly treated us to lunch also with him and gave us his contact number if we didnt any advice later. David couldnt have been nicer and kind that day to us, a really nice genuine sound guy.This towing service was very affordable compared to the towing service we used the day before and we couldnt have been happier with the level of service and support we received from David the manager and the staff of Blairs towing company. Blairs hauled a unique item for me, which was a two-post automotive lift still in the crate. Two other companies declined when called, and Blairs didnt hesitate to help in a friendly manner.Their driver did a wonderful job backing it into my property and positioning it in a manner that made it easy for me to complete my task of setting it up. Kudos to Blairs for being a company that cares!

Called to get my car towed and the guy said that the tow truck will get me in 35 min. Half an hour later, he told me to wait another 35 min because the truck has to go for emergency accidents fiest, and I said Ok. I waited for another hour and 20 min and i finally called them. The guy seemed forgot about me and he said hell call me back. I waited for another 10 minutes and I called them again to cancel.

They’ll get the job done, They’ll just do it on there own time so don’t be in a rush. Also customer service is 0-none but i mean hey its a towing company
