Work in progress.. they need more drivers that will be more aggressive.. maybe more training so the drive feel confident when trying to get a car.
Employee was very friendly, and helped me get everything sorted with my paperwork and proof of ownership.Took a while to get everything sorted (my fault) and she just did her other stuff while waiting on me.Not sure if they give my apartment complex tow notices, or they issue them, but they warned me like 3 times over the course of a year before towing me, which I think is pretty nice, honestly.I think its hard to pretend I had a positive experience getting towed (I deserved it), but I couldnt imagine it could have gone much better.$285 to get my car back that same morning. No parking, and I wasnt about to illegally park next to so many towing companies, so I had my friend drop me off.
Horrible customer service, front lady was the rudest lady I’ve ever encountered. Avoid getting ur car towed bc u don’t want it to end up in this place. She’ll ruin the vibe.
If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s unfortunate and I understand the fact that people in this industry deal with more difficult customers than not, but Jessica really needs to be retrained with a focus on her customer service skills. I called to set up an appointment, inquired by the price was so high, she shared it had been there for two days— After informing her that we called in the morning yesterday and were informed we could not pickup the vehicle till today. She shared that wasn’t their typical practice, but didn’t offer to do anything. After expressing my concerns for a potential malpractice if this was the case, she eventually offered to speak to her supervisor.. but didn’t offer to call back, didn’t offer to do anything. I offered to call back for the answer, I offered to speak with the supervisor myself and I offered to wait on hold. I was surprised by her abrupt argumentative attitude and defensiveness (she literally was raising her voice). It wasn’t until I told her that in understand she probably deals with difficult customers all day, that I just needed to see what could be done/ what happened if anything. She eventually put me on hold for 15min and got back to me saying, “I don’t know where you called, but we don’t have record of you calling here.” I asked for her information to provide feedback about my experience; she hung up the phone instead.Simply put, my feedback is this— Customers are not always right, nor will they always be easy to work with. But I can promise you, in this situation, I was in the best of moods and was not trying to cause any problems. I also know that we called the correct location, but I also understand the essence of employees trying to cover each other’s back (if she seemed support for the situation at all). I personally feel this is a prime example as to why this industry ends up dealing with rude customers and often have a poor reputation— It’s because they treat their customers this way. It is not difficult to show empathy for a concern or even say, “I’m not sure, but I can find out.” In this case, I hope Jessica was simply having a bad day and I just ended up drawing the short stick on this one. Either way, I’m out the extra cash and they have more money to keep them going a little longer in this pandemic. Hopefully it goes to good use.. Best of luck, stay safe; stay well. —S.
Try to guess which is more likely:Jessica, trying to reach her toes? or You getting good customer service at DTS Towing?Answer: Neither because Jessica is fat and mean
Well low expectations it’s a towing company. FYI it’s cheaper if you pick your car up during daytime
As I read the reviews about this company, I am not surprised one bit. They apparently have a rotten corporate culture. Robert towed my car and was so rude. He was immature and unprofessional, at one point calling me “bro” because I didn’t sign in the right place. He was going to leave my car on a one-way road so that I would have to drive against traffic!! I had to argue with him to leave it in a decent position, which literally was only a few feet away. Horrible. I wasn’t even upset about the tow or the money — his unprofessionalism is what bothered me so much. Robert, I hope you grow up and learn to treat people with a little more respect. There was no need for your horrible attitude.
My car got towed to this location. when I went to pick it up; the front desk (her name is Jessica) was the rudest, most impolite woman or thing I am not sure I can call her a woman. I actually asked her multiple times why are you being rude? it took her over an hour to process my car while she spent most of her time on the phone. I am so happy I actually gave her a piece of my mind. if youre reading Jessica, I hope you jump off a 10 story building on a bike without a seat.
This guys are very impolite. They scratched 2 point of my car. They charged me $100 more.
The most disrespectful woman I have ever met in my entire life. Rude and low quality of a person. No education whatsoever. Disgusting place and person.
If you want to have a low quality customer service with extremely RUDE employees you are in right place. I wouldn’t recommend this business. Only think they care is charging you extremely high fees.this is the worse place that I have ever been..
The lady is rude, unprofessional, no respect to the client.
Got an appointment, on time and willing to help us.
Scam. Don’t use their company.
Rudest woman ever.
Worst customer service
The truth is that some rats raised my car without giving me a warning, it seems fair to them, I had to pay 390, do not trust these people, you have to report this type of anomaly
