Great service. After having been messed over by another tow company (arrived way to late to pick up my car), these guys not only arrived ahead of schedule, but they called me back to let me know when my tow was close. Then even honored a incorrect price that was previously misquoted at about less 50% less than what it should have been. That kind of service is almost non-existent. Thanks [special thanks to Veronica] for redeeming my faith in Tow companies.

They responded to my roadside company with 20 minutes after other company never showed up. Called and made sure to that we were safe and to sit tight. Highly recommend. I needed fuel after my vehicle gauge is not working and it was late at night when they came.

Very very very horrible service employees talk to you like your the worst person possible and you’re giving them money. The person who helped me was very unprofessional when I was asking questions he started yelling at me. To top it off it’s in a really ghetto area and the cars/trucks are parked down an alleyway not even an actual lot with fences to protect your belongings it should be shut down. I could also smell marijuana as I was walking up and people coughing in the back. Not professional at all

The worst roadside service ever. This place has poor customer service when hired to assist with roadside emergencies, on top of being overpriced

First of all the guy who answers the phone pretends to not hear you so he doesnt have to do his job. They behave as if you have no rights to defend yourself while at the same time stacking so many fees that youre basically buying your car back. Come prepared with a basic knowledge of towing laws or they will basically steal all your money. Horrible as individuals, and even more horrible as a towing company.

Thats is so stupid. I scheduled a pick up time for 8 am. But they cleared the way for my car only in 1,5. Good luck guys.Hope nobody gonna use this company any more.

Parked on wrong spot and they towed my car about 2 miles to their location. Picked up my car 10 hours later and I paid $480. What a rip-off! Horrible customer service too.

Horrible service rude offered to drop my 83-year-old dad off at a gas station. Unprofessional had the car dealer get in the car to help get it off of the trailer. Super bad attitude don’t ever use this company I will be filing a formal complaint with Auto Club

Gave the make, model and vin number for the vehicle requiring service and they sent someone who didnt want to change the tire gave excuses, and instead of remedying the situation or offer to call someone else, he just up and left the tire flat and more work to find another company.

Called at night and was picked up in 30 minutes, fast and reliable.....I tried using another company but they never showed up...Ill be using this one from now on

Terrible company. They asked only cash by phon.. That is why i spend more time to get cash. They charge more $200 for late. But they accept credit card.

So I had them tow my truck The guy didn’t know what he was doing. Long story short caused damage to my truck and denied any liability for it and lied about it . I will never use them again.

They towed my car at 3:30am from my apartment complex and I went to get it the same day a few hours later at 10:30am and was charged $284. I also witnessed them damage the front bumper of a newer car they also towed and were moving out of the way to get my car out. Check your car before leaving this place!

Over stepping their property posesson rights. Extreamly hostill behavior made unlawfull demands, and refused to return viehicle to regested owner with cash pmt., Dl And Passport. Just to up their storage fee and disrupt the YOUR life. Trying to police as if they were a goverment Law Enforcment entity with you and I paying unnecessary fee increase $$$.Dont be intimidated - Know You Rights!!!

I have a brand-new can that was towed by this company and on the receit they wrote down that my car had scratches and dents all over, so if they damage it they claim no responsibility.

Sucks getting towed but its not their fault its the housing areas or your own

They were 1 hour late for scheduled pickup. The guy was drunk, always in his phone and moving so slow. I made me crazy!!!Really, not the best way to do business like that.

We all make mistakes, some times you get towed, they will try and help you if they can.
