Wonderful service. Had to have two separate people out because of what was wrong and both arrived more quickly than the original quote from AAA. Wish I could always get them when service is needed. Very friendly and professional.

AAA put this company in a very bad situation. Although I became frustrated at times, the dispatcher was kind. She did her best to help me. When it was obvious I wasnt going to get towed to where I wanted to be towed due to tow truck shortages, they stored my vehicle for free. The next morning I talked to Charlie who was very apologetic. He was willing to call AAA for me and get another tow truck. I had to call and bug him three or four times, and he was kind and professional each time.

Service was so good I called the company to compliment the driver the next day. I had a flat on highway, my phone gave wrong location. He called and between both of us he figured out exactly where I was. He was so cool I tipped him.From pulling over, calling and getting back on the road took 45 minutes. An excellent experience.

Ive used Sea Country Towing through my AAA membership several times over the past few years (flat bed trucks only). Every time I have been very satisfied, and often impressed. On the one occasion where I had to wait for more than 30 minutes I was called ahead of time and given a realistic estimate, not a BS time frame that kept changing. Honesty goes a long way in my book. Everyone Ive dealt with has been professional, clean and courteous. Tow truck drivers may have a bad reputation (and perhaps thats partly deserved) but these guys are great and totally bust the stereotypes that are often expected. Reza in particular is awesome and has helped me several times. Hes always the perfect balance of friendly, quick and to the point. I dont think anyone could possibly ask for a more professional tow truck driver. Hes just a gem of a person, and if I could request him, I would most definitely do so.These guys make the unpleasant experience of calling for a tow an almost pleasurable event. If that sounds unbelievable, I dont blame your skepticism, but here I am writing a review with a smile on my face while my car is at the mechanic and Im going to be hit with a repair bill I dont want to see. If youre debating between this company and someone else, choose this one.

Customer service from a lady namedMonica was incredibly bad. I need to contact AAA to let them know of my experience because I’m baffled at how they handled my call. Not exactly sure how this gal is working in customer service when she overrrides what you’re saying over the phone and is sarcastically rude. There were two separate incidents while in her care I didn’t appreciate.1. Whilst on the phone for the initial call after giving my location details I had asked the approx time of arrival to (X place). She responded with “ Well we dont just have people standing around in (X place) so you’re going to have to wait about 30 minutes”. I responded by stating that was sarchastic for no reason. As I was trying to speak she spoke over me.2. It was a few minutes after my estimated time of arrival for dispatch so I checked my AAA app to see the location of the driver. had seen in my app the driver had arrived at the wrong location so before I called back Monica she had beat me to it and had called me. I immediately told her I see your driver is on the other side of where I’m located. I let her know it can be confusing if you’re not from the canyons. I let her know if the driver comes up the side of the hill he would find me. She rudely interjected and said “we have a map he knows where to go” and I stated, “well I did already give you my address and it seems like he doesn’t know where he is going” I gave her my cross streets again to make sure and she told me that I never stated that’s where I was at originally. She again talked over me and reiterated that I didn’t give her the correct address and abruptly let me know she needed to end the call to give New information to the dispatch.....I didn’t appreciate her saying this as if I don’t know exactly where I live and hadn’t broken down quite literally directly at the cross streets I gave her.It’s unfortunate that when someone as myself is leaning on help like Sea & Country already in a stressful position they’re met with someone who is incredibly rude for no apparent reason. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but her tone, sarcasm, lack of concern or taking a moment to let someone speak is uncalled for. I don’t ever wish to be helped by this location again and hope AAA doesn’t contract with them or individuals like Monica no longer assist the public in the customer service realm especially with this particular company.WHAT I DID APPRECIATE WAS THE DISPATCH HE WAS SUPER HELPFUL AND DID EVENTUALLY FIND HIS WAY TO ME. We had the best service with Mike! He took the time to figure out what was need to get our car started to drive! When other tow companies would even try or come out to help.he came out fast and was friendly! Used his brain.... smart guy!!!! 😊

One of my vehicles was stolen. The detective I spoke with said there would be no charge to get it out of the tow yard since it was taken in for evidence. When I got there to pick up the truck. The D bag told me there was almost a $400 charge. I told him the detective told me they pay for it. The guy got irate with me.

Warning! Do not use this towing company, they ruined my wifes Mercedes! There tow truck driver used the wrong lug nuts on the spare tire which stripped the holes and cracked the plate behind the brakes. I sent it to my mechanic of four years who has been in business for 35 years and he said that they definitely were responsible for the damage! 750 dollars of damage! I contacted charlie and he refused to fix the car? I then had my mechanic take pictures and am going to contact my attorney and file it with the courts! I will update this review as soon as this is resolved!

A driver named Raul was dispatched by AAA and refused to pick me up despite being within a mile away. He claimed that his territory was limited to Irvine and that they would be dispatching a driver from a different region. After explaining that i was in Irvine and that the driver from the other region had already transferred my call, Raul became rude and refused to pick me up, saying that he was “just doing his job.” If you ask me, doing your job as a tow truck driver involved picking up clients that you are dispatched to.

This rating goes to the driver name Joshua, he showed up to pick up my car car at 7:05 then I gave him my AAA card and DL to do his paper work and I informed him that the Mecanic won’t be open till 8am so he said in that case I can’t wait around, based on his calculations he would of get there by 7:50 and if someone is not around then he has to come back, I asked him to wait a min till I’ll call the office and talk to his manager to arrange something. He said ok but while I was calling their office he just got to his truck and left, of course I filled a complaint with AAA too to have a better control over their contractors and I attempted 3 more times to call the office but keep getting the voicemail. Joshua is not the right person to be the face of the company

I was assigned Sea Country when I called AAA on Saturday night. The driver arrived exactly when AAAsaid they would. The driver was professional, polite, knowledgeable and quick. We got on our way quickly and was surprised as hec when I gave him a tip. Thank you!!

Unacceptable customer service. Upon receiving the total cost and the amount of time I would have to wait. I explained to the Manager that I could not be there at the time he requested and before I could explain anything, he immediately hangs up the phone. Upon calling back, he denied hanging up the phone and explained to me that he wasnt the one who had spoken to me earlier. In fact, he even puts me on hold so he can talk to dispatch to acquire information he said he needed. After being placed on hold for an unreasable amount of time, he says you dont have business with us so why are you calling and making false accusations declaring he hung up the phone on me. Therefore I asked very politely to speak to the Manager, in which he told me I am the one in charge and that since you dont have business with me, have a nice day. - Phone call was disconnected. This company should not be taken into consideration for having your car towed. Expect terrible services, and over priced fees if you decide to go to them.

I have a 2007 Acura RDX and the battery had been going for a while. I called AAA for their battery service and got Sea Country. Sergio was fantastic! His price was exactly what was quoted online at AAA, he was there quickly, even though the AAA site kept trying to use an incorrect address. I had an alternator problem 2 years ago and Acura told me I fried the electronic module that controls the clock, radio, CD player and wanted $600 to replace it. Sergio knew immediately that the dealership was absolutely wrong and was able to not only input the proper code to reactivate the radio and all its functions (setting the time!), but showed me how as well. Two years ago when this happened I knew I needed a radio code to be input, but Acura assured me it wasnt possible since the unit was dead. I had even read my manual and couldnt get it to work so I just lived with it. Sergio went above and beyond in his customer service and Im so appreciative.

My driver was amazing--found a way to get my car out of the garage when it was facing the wrong way and steering wheel was locked/car stuck in neutral. Prompt service--maybe 15 minutes when AAA said it would take up to 45 mins.
