Kathy did my pedicure and it was great! We had 3 in our party and we had a great time! I’ve been to this nail salon several times before and have had an enjoyable experience each time. Clean spa and no complaints! The workers are pleasant and I choose CK Nails when I am in Lake Charles! They are closed on Mondays but OPEN SUNDAY 12-5!!! That is a huge deal! They do a great job on pedicures and Nails!! Give them a try!

The atmosphere is amazing and calm. She took her time and also treated me very nice. My pedicure looks amazing including g the over lay I had to get in one of my big toes. So even and neatly groomed. I will be coming back here.

Havent been here in a while, but they were open early so that was already a plus. Place was very clean, was tended to right away. The young lady that did my nails was very sweet and did a fabulous job ! I needa come here more often.

Very clean with a nice layout. I had the owner Bob do my nails. This being my first time to C&K Nails Spa I didnt know what to expect. My go-to nail tech with another nail spa is out of town and I needed my nails done so I had to try somewhere new. Bob (the owner) in my personal opinion is very confident, outspoken and entertaining IF you dont take the things his says personal. He is VERY outgoing and if you are not ready for someone with a strong personal beliefs and isnt shy about being himself then he may be a lot for most people. I personally enjoyed his company BUT for the price, I paid for my nails (picture of nails below) and the end outcome was pricey for the type of nails I got. With tip and a full set, it was $70.00 and for the end result, I wouldnt get my nails done again. The building is big, super clean with a nice layout and everything is pretty and organized. I love this new place! It is clean, modern and the staff are very friendly. They checked my temperature and had sanitizer available. They were COVID ready and I appreciate that. This is definitely a place to go and be pampered.

I like going there for a pedicure but I will not get a manicure there ever again. When I first went, I would get the gel and it looked awesome. They must have hired new staff however because the last two times I got the gel a guy Ive never seen before did it and after three days the polish would just fold over and peel clean off. They would fix it at no charge, which is good but I really dont think I should have to make the trip across town every three days for them to fix something that I paid extra for to last two weeks. He also didnt know how to work the drying light and I had to keep reminding him to put the clear coat because he was too busy checking his text messages to remember. The last time I went in I got the fake nails with regular polish over it. They dont have a normal dryer like most nail salons so they just have you put your hand over some little fans for 15 minutes. The girl told me they were dry and I put my shoes on only for the polish to come off in one of the corners because they werent dry. Instead of taking the polish off completely and re-doing it she simply blotted more polish in the corner making the whole thing uneven. She had me sit under the fan for another 5 minutes and told me I could go. I told her After sitting there for 15 minutes it wasnt dry, so I dont think its dry yet. Her response was Were about to close. Really? So I leave and by the time I got home the corner of my nails were messed up again. Maybe if they were about to close they shouldnt have insisted that I also get a manicure with my pedicure. Once she had my money she could care less what my nails looked like when I walked out of there.

Super nice place to get your mani, pedi or waxing done. No smell of nail polish or remover. Great atmosphere and salon experience.

1st Day I love it

Absolutely terrible. I asked for a certain nail design and the man told me no you should get this and did what he wants anyways. They then tried to charge me double the price and when I noticed her swip my card twice she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about had to pull my app on my phone out to show she charged me twice then finally she refunded me. Ive had then for a week and the polish is already wearing off and just not what I wanted at all. Shape it design. I asked for short nails bc I type on at work alot and he gave long bc he thought it would look better.

This place is very welcoming to everyone who visits. I had to shop around town before I stuck with this shop. The spa pedicure with a glass of wine is the best and they offer facial services. You can get shellac, a powder dip, eyebrows shaped, eyelash extensions and the list goes on. I also enjoy the products they carry for skincare!

This is the absolute best nail salon in Lake Charles! I’ve been going here since they opened and never have I been so pleased with the quality and care of my nails! The owners are amazing and so sweet they make you feel important and they always make me smile. I tell all my friends to come here and I can’t understand any reviews less than 5 stars I think they are just salty cuz nothing beats this place

The Male nail tech did not take his time and rushed through doing my nails. He did not trim natural nails back or apply cuticle oil after.From start to finish, he took less than 10 minutes to do a full gelnail set, that started separating from natural nails the next day.

I could rate their asses on a negative scale, I would. This is the worst place in Lake Charles. Shellac stays on approx 2 days before peeling. They rush you out if someone walks in the door. The older gentleman doesnt know what the hell hes doing. If they were in a larger city, their business would be non-existent. Back to the Shellac nails, the guy with the ponytail adds nail polish remover to the coating, then allow you to place your nails under the light approximately 15 seconds and then remove them to rush you out. Theyre pedicures are horrible. My husband said he would never give them another dime of his money. My mom visited from Houston with us and criticized their services as well. Ive visited 2 times and completely done. I ADVISE PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY and DONT WASTE UR MONEY!!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. first and only nail spa that listened to my concerns about not wanting acrylics, but wanted color that lasted for my very very short thin nails. Been getting Dip powder manicures for the last yr. It has actually strengthened my nails and lasts for at least 3 weeks. Their pedicures have so many different options and except for basic all others come with complimentary glass of wine. Several types of facials and skin care procedures are offered, along with all body waxing in a very private room. Disposable plastic liners replaced for each customer. Even at the busiest my wait has never been more than 15min. Big deal for me is the ability to easily understand their english as it is not their first language.

Very clean and relaxing environment....They take care of you in a timely manner. On point and knowledgeable on the new nail fashions. Mr. Bob, thank you for your service...my nails...toes and eye brows came out beautifully....highly recommend!

Went here with nails so messed up from another place around the area. The service was amazing and my nails were fixed beautifully! Will never go anywhere else as long as Im in this area! So relaxing. Def recommend.

If I could get them 0 stars I would. Me and my mom went to get pedicures before we left for our trip to Disney World. They cut my nails to short and cut my toe. We waited 40 minutes for them to even get started on us. We asked for a small Mickey Mouse head on our big toe and they laughed at us and made fun of us. They said maybe 3 words to us the entire time. Very rude. I will never be coming back here again

Comfortable place. Pedicure worthy stop, but clearly the nail techs are best with painting and acrylic. Enjoyed a drink and the pedicure with a drink for a fair cost.

This is the 3rd nail salon I’ve been to in Lake Charles and I wish I would’ve gone here first and no where else! I came in on a Sunday an hour before close and they happily took me in for a mani pedi. I had a very relaxing pedicure and was very pleased with how my nails turned out! I was also happy with their customer service and not feeling rushed so close to their closing time. I will definitely be back!

I would not get your nails done here. They did not do a good job and the guy who did my nails was extremely racist. It made me very scared. While doing my nails, he proceeded to tell me about his hate for todays younger generation and spoiled brats. He seemed really racists towards blacks and whites. He did not like young children, and he was really really rude. Dont give these guys your hard earned money. He even talked trash about Americans. He said to me, why do americans act so badly, we dont do that in Japan. i thought that was extremely rude.PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!!

Bomb! Went there prior to Christmas and got my nails done by the owners sister. Returned about two weeks later for a fill and the owner was so nice. Very friendly and he had my nails poppin as well! Whoop Whoop!

Just found this place and was very happy with my experience.

Staff rushed, didnt perform all duties shown in brochure. Kept having to remind or point out still wasnt done.

Not too friendly. Did not perform well on what I asked for and did not own up for Their mistake on My eyebrows, it was bad. Maybe good with nails but not eyebrows tried twice not going back for that.

During a recent visit to Lake Charles, I decided to treat myslef to a Pedicure and get my nails done. I actually was headed to a salon further down Nelson Rd when we spotted C& K.... What a gem of a find... I actually dealt with Kathy, Chris and Trinh and was very pleased with the service as well as the quality of the work done...Pedi was very relaxing. Trinh took her time..... no rush. During our time there I was pleased to say that the conversation was pleasant.. and the employees actually spoke to us..... not each other in their native tongue.. We were looking for things to do in the area and the employees as well as other customers were very friendly and helpful. I can say that my next trip to Lake Charles will include a return visit to this Salon... Thanks..

The worse nails I have ever got. I got the white and pink dipping. It is so ugly the pink is all cloudy. I will never go back there again.

Ill never spend another penny in that place! The man got glue in my eye and ruined my contact. When I told him glue was in my eye, and contact was ripped, he started speaking in his native language then told me to go back up front.#neveragain
