I cannot believe what a great time I had here. The nail artists were so patient, helpful, engaged, and paid great detail to getting the job done WELL. My artist treated my nails like her own. They had such positive and cheerful vibes as well. Im definitely going to be coming here now.Been on a nail growth journey after overcoming nail biting, and she did my powder fix without adding tips! She even volunteered to take pictures for me too, and advised me on what colors would look nice on me. Always LOVE my natural ombre.

The lady that did my nails, was very friendly, and did a good job on shellac. The price was cheaper than I have paid at other places. She did a great job on my pedicure as well. Im new to Lake Charles and thought I would try this place. I dont regret giving it a try. Will be going back.

Paid $30 for gel manicure. Nails look bad. They were not smooth after I paid and went into Walmart I realized that nails looked horrible so I went back and showed the guy how they didn’t look smooth he just wiped it with a wet cotton and said that now it was fixed. The lady at the register came to see what was wrong and could clearly tell that the polish looked horrible so she told him something in their language so he just put an extra coat, rushing (while watching videos in his phone in between coats), and told me it was fixed. Nails still look bad (bumpy and with “brush marks”) Wished I had read the reviews earlier. Don’t waste your money.

It’s so much to even list. I got my nails and feet done Saturday 1/23/21 I paid 30 for my nails and by Monday 2 popped off. When he filed my nails they are crooket but I was pushing for time so could not wait for him to fix. He also was rushing. My feet still roughy. I do not recommend

I dont think it deserves the one star, these ppl dont know the word gentle. This was a painful experience!! They rush an dont seem to care about customer satisfaction. Id rather spend alittle more an get better service! You know where they treat you like a person!

The guy that did my nails was not very friendly. He was ruff and rushed. I should have listen to my gut about not going here. When I asked for a second top coat because of my job he told me No wouldnt not right. When I know it will because I had just did it last month at another nail salon. Crappie job!Never again ever! Dont waste your money here!😖😡

Was growing out my set and slowly adding refills. The woman/man who did my nails put acrylic overMy old polish then went to remove it, adding a third layer over dust/old polish. Wouldn’t take them off when I asked, instead they said it would be 22$ to take them off. When they painted them they slathered thick uneven layers across the nail. My set is ruined and now I have to pay someone to soak them off/apply a new set.

If i can rate this a 0, i would. it hadnt been two days and my shellac was already chipping off my nails. and to properly fix this, the person should have completely taken it off and started all over again. but all she did was paint over it and it looked just as bad. she was being really rude about it. i told her i was gonna change the color (bcus i just thought maybe it was the polish that was bad and caused it to chip off) but she wouldnt and said she would charge me. i wouldnt have been going for the 2nd time if it wouldnt have been for the crappy nails i had NOT EVEN 48 HOURS after i had gotten them done. will never go back there ever again.

I didn’t like my pedicure and the man was very ruff while he was doing to my nails. I kinda like my nails but my toes look horrible.

Dont go worst place ever!!!!!!!! Horrible job !!
