Pretty big hit or miss with quality here.. but after last time I probably won’t come back. My nails are lifting and they were done two days ago. Aside from that I was in there over two and a half hours for a basic manicure and pink polish... the nail tech was nice but my nails really do not look good and my thumb has been in pain since he sanded it open with a nail file... my other thumb nail got nicked at the end and he tried to paint over it and there is just a chunk missing from the side of my nail. My thumb nail with the cut couldn’t be shaped because it hurt too bad so I have a thumb nail unshaped with a cut on it. I paid $50 which I was was genuinely surprised about seeing as last time I was there I got a full design and fill for $35.Very inconsistent.

Love this place always take their time and pay attention to what they are doing. I like getting my pedicure done at here Holly Nails. I will continue to come here.

HORRIBLE PLACE! I was visiting with my daughter & her family from out of state and decided to take my 10 year old granddaughter with me to get our nails done. I checked their reviews prior to going but I think that most likely they had their friends & family members write them because the experience was certainly not worth the money that I spent! They tried to nickel and dime me for everything that normally is included in basic requested services! I go regularly in my hometown to have powder dipped nails, in which I purchased from them (Full Set) and they didn’t even take my old cover off! Now my one nail is completely chipped off and the others appear to be bubbling up! The nail tech said that it would be $15 to do so! They left nail polish on the skin beside my toes and they “accidentally” clipped my granddaughter’s skin beside her nail! They spoke in their native language the entire time we were there, all the while laughing continuously and making us feel very uncomfortable! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE…my daughter works for the State of WA and I suggested that she NOT recommend this business to any of her colleagues! NOT WORTH $100 + for their services! I wish I could post the pics that I took of the incompetent work that they did!

Went in for a fill on my overlay nails. The simple design of colored tips was sloppily done and uneven. She didn’t Dremel under my nails to clean them. Got my eyebrows waxed as well and she about ripped my skin off got a little wax in my eyelashes. I will not return here again. It’s clear to me why my whole service was only $45

I’m honestly so upset after the two experiences I had here. I really wanted to love this place after I saw a woman who did beautiful designs on Instagram. The first time I saw her, she took took her time which I greatly appreciated but I didn’t estimate it taking that long and had to leave to leave after two hours as I had other engagements, Sosa was nice enough to fit me in the next day to finish my nails which Was extremely nice of her considering this was absolutely my fault. However, when I went to see her the next day, she had double booked me with another client and had completely forgotten the design I asked her to do. When I reminded her she started doing my nails but then after doing all the polish informed me she couldn’t do what I wanted because the designs needed to be embedded, which should have been mentioned the day before when I showed her the design for the first time. I left with mediocre and rushed nails which I chalked off to being my fault for doing it in two sessions. However, I went today to get a fill after waiting a week for an appointment with Sosa. I got there and was informed that she was taking the week off. I decided to stay but after waiting 15 minutes and only being offered a bin of colors to look through, I walked out. I find it really annoying to make an appointment and be treated like a walk in. I really wish Sosa would have informed me she couldn’t make our appointment as I go out of my way and waited an extra week just to see her. I also really don’t like being handed a bin of colors instead of being asked what I would like. I won’t be coming back unfortunately. I really wish this place was more professional.

It was my first time at this salon, tried other nail salons which didn’t work out. I loved the aesthetic feel. Loved all of the covid precautions, like washing your hands before getting nails done or pedicure. I went in to get a fill and the nail artist did an amazing job, if I remember correctly their name is Joe or John. I will definitely be back.

They do a great pedicure. The last time I was in there they were playing some form of rap with alot of curse words. It didnt make for a relaxing pedicure.

I visited this salon, which I have gone to in the past. They seem to have new owners. The entire time I was getting my pedicure and fill - the 3 women had conversations among themselves. I didnt feel like they were paying any attention to what they were doing or me. The acrylic fill I got is the worst I have ever had. I have ridges on the cuticle side, the edges are lifting and it hasnt been a week. Very disappointing for the $$. Unfortunately I cannot recommend them.

Loved it there! Went here for some sist we r and roommate bonding for the first time. Was totally impressed. Clean, friendly, talked to us about costs. Lots of options from everything. They paid lots of attention to even the small details of my nails. Loved it! My roommate thought their pedicure and manicures were amazing as well!

My 86 yr old auntie had in grown toe nails, we brought tea tree oil as it pulls pain, etc. It has been a few days and she has happy toes!It 8s very clean at Holly Nails. She looks forward to her next visit too!Thank you!

Made an appointment for 11 and the lady told us to wait for 10 minutes. After waiting for 40 minutes she started working on my nails and then continued to walk away in the process which resulted in us being there for over 2 hours. She then walks away before the nails are done to work on another client and completely forgets to finish the nails until we had to say something because we had to leave for work. Ridiculous. She then charged wayyy to high for the set that was done. Which was a simple manicure and absolutely no designs. I have been going here for years and I’m finally fed up.

I went with my wife and had my 1st mani pedi And not that this guy is going to make this a monthly thing because it took me 55 years to try it the 1st time, but they made it very fun and relaxing for me being my 1st time doing that. They were attentive and friendly. I wasnt very fond of the price I paid but Ive come to understand thats average no matter where you go. But I will go back again on some special occasion... my wife, however, monthly lol!!

I appreciate the fact I can schedule an appointment online. The deluxe pedi with gel was great and the $45 charge for services was awesome. Everything was clean inside and l Iike how you wash your hands when you come in. The massage was relaxing and I enjoyed myself. Ill definitely come back and schedule with the same nail technician.

The nails and the wax was really good but they didnt respect and I said that I didnt want to cut the cuticle. They tried to sell me the expensive when I wanted the cheapest.

Overall horrible and am disappointed. After 4 days my gel nail polish started chipping and peeling off. Now it stained my fingers. another other nail salon said they’ve never seen this.

The nail tech sliced me, drew blood, &kept filing! Didnt let me rinse or clean the slice. Then numerous times kept overfilling my nail to the point of pain. DO NOT GO HERE.Update- having a bad day doesnt excuse treating a PAYING customer horrendously. The lack of professionalism upon initially slicing my finger, the continued over filing of my nails, the lack of communication in regards to her artistic abilities does not warrant me having to pay more than advertised price on a less that mediocre excution. We all have bad days and if it affects your ability to provide quality service, you need to take the day off and not let it affect your business.

Holly is Awesome! She does a great job and actually gives you what you ask for! Prices are great! Salon is clean and friendly. Even when they are super busy they still try to help you in a timely manner.

So I needed a fill the day after I got my nails done and they were not on my nails all the way so bacteria and dirt got between my nail and the fake. Firs I gave four right after, because I could live with how they looked, but it wasnt worth getting my nails done after just a day.

Regardless, I did not receive the treatment I booked even after showing it to Joann who instructed the tech. 2. Phi did not give me a discount. Ive never asked for grinding at other salons, it was just done so I did not know you had to ask here. 4. The guarantee of acrylics was not explained. I was impressed with the reviews and services offered, especially being able to book an appointment online. However, the actual experience was subpar. We showed up at our accepted appointment time and were seated right away but they had no clue what we were getting though we booked the services with their appt system. Joanna argued with me about the mani/pedi I requested even after showing it to her on my phone and kept saying that was the starting price. Um, no that is what your site says not that it starts there. She argued about the hot stone pedicure and said it was only a classic manicure. The listed service was for a deluxe manicure and pedicure where both feet and hands would get cut, filed, etc, a paraffin wax, and hot stone massage. What I actually received was a hot stone pedicure if you can call it that where the stone barely touched me and a classic manicure. She basically told me that was what I was getting, not what I booked. At least Phi only charged me for that and not the price listed. As for the quality of the service, it was okay. The water scalded my foot when I put it in the tub so things were not starting great. I have some thick nails which other places will grind down a bit but not here. Some of the nails were uneven and a couple of toes hurt where the nail is digging in because they werent cut all the way. I will say the scrub smelled great and the massage was nice. My manicure was basic so not much to complain about other than some paint being left and the massage was like half of my hand because its done after youre polished. As for my daughter, she got the acrylic nails and hot stone pedicure special which is not really a special because that is the actual price. Her acrylics were well done even though she had to contortion herself while in the pedicure chair because they were done at the same time. She didnt want gel polish, its a personal choice but was harped on for not getting it. All in all, not the worst experience Ive had but not the best either. My advice, dont bother booking a service online because they dont honor it even though that is what is listed on their website. Good prices and decent services hence the 3 stars.

I’m really bummed that the drive is too far for me now but I’d recommend Joann to do your acrylics. I got a male tech and I asked for ombré nails... it’s not Ombré. It’s splotchy and there’s black lint stuck on all of my nails, I left really upset and wished I had been able to see Joann my last time at Holly’s.

I absolutely love it here. Holly is an amazing art technician. One day I walked in and I asked for a very complicated set and was expecting to hear she couldn’t do it, but she looked at every detail in the photo and managed to get it exactly how I wanted to and I was shocked and very happy, Holly always makes me laugh and makes my nails look stunning. The prices are reasonable and every staff member is amazing. 10/10 would recommend 💗.

Terrible experience. First off i was not able to pick which color I wanted because she took both my hands and gave no time to pick. And then when i asked if she could shape them more because she didnt shape them AT ALL she told me no they are fine and refused to shape them. She got gel polish all over my fingers and did only one coat of the color so it was basically translucent. And at the end when she was massaging my arms was basically just pulling on me and went as far as to say my arms are to dry for lotion

This salon was able to take me as a walk in over lunch. I personally prefer a more thorough scrubbing/cleaning with my pedicures, but for those who like a gentle message, nail trim and painting, this place is for you. The staff were polite and professional. Prices were good. The nail painting was clean and looked great, it also held up well. All around, it was a pleasant experience.

They are a great way to get some relaxation in and get a friendly spiffy up on your nails. Their massage chairs are awesome!

I will tell you about the things I did like. I was seated right away, they let my feet soak for awhile and let me relax, I like the fact they use a brand new package of nail supplies on my hands and feet and for the most part the ladies were pretty nice.Unfortunately, I will not be going back only because I felt like they were doing a rush job. Ive been to a few places to check them out and this place does not do sugar scrubs, wax dipping, and they didnt use a base coat.The cuticle solution (lotion) was wiped off, and yes it was lotion. They dont massage your hands, they did use a little alcohol to rub off the lotion. It was a quick touch with the cuticle pusher, nail cleaner, and a quick dab of alcohol to my nail. The manicure was done differently for both my hands.I knew the polish was going to come off in a few days due to the oils in the lotion and not using that base coat (I was correct). I honestly could have done my own manicure at home if I knew this was their procedure.The price of my pedicure was $18, they didnt not tell me how much my manicure was and the nail supplies were a $1.00. I was there pretty early in the afternoon and it wasnt to busy. Im not sure why everything was rushed and very basic.On a positive note, if you like very basic and quick service then this is a place to go for the price. Again, the ladies were very nice.

The people were polite, they accept walk-ins, and the lady I had gave my nails the shape I wanted (almond).However, they do not put a thick layer of acrylic for the acrylic nails... The acrylic was spread smooth, but it is not sturdy. Im on my third day with the nails, and my right pointer finger nail is badly chipped and most of it has fallen off. My other nails are holding better, but I have noticed some cracks.Good place to go for a cheap manicure for prom or wedding.

Well good stuff first ig, the staff was nice. But the nails I got were simple and they didn’t have to be bad but they were! My nail polish is peeling off a day after I get them done, and she didn’t even paint all of my nail. We walked in there and there were 3 people working and 2 people getting there nails done she told us to wait 15 minutes so we did and then we ended up having to wait 30 min. Well then they wanted to take forever and we were in the salon for 3 hours which is unreasonable. Tbh they didn’t even turn out the best but then when we got to the eyebrow waxing they turned out good but she waited to pull the strips from our face and did it slow instead of fast which didn’t feel very good 🤣

I only go here to get my nails done. They are fantastic and very nice. Im super sensitive and they are so gentle.

Poor quality and poor service. I didnt have to wait, which in a Friday evening is rare. But, the lady who did my nails had no clue what she was doing.I had to show her she was not getting my cuticles trimmed. I finally asked for someone else to finish the job. I was completely ignored.My pedicure and manicure cost me $40! No leg or foot massage at all. Not lotion when pedicure was done, nothing!My manicure, same disappointment. Again, she did not clean up or trim all the cuticles. After two hours, I was done. Declined any polish to my nails. I just wanted out of that popsicle stand.Maybe there was a reason I didnt have to wait!

Didnt disclose the prices to us and took over an hour to do a terrible mani pedi. The staff was not nice and they did not clean or trim our nails for the manicures. We had a party of five and two of us never had anything done to our nails at all in 2 hours. Our nails dont look good and it was much more expensive than what we had asked them to do. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. Wow.

I have been here a few times already & I love it. They are friendly & fast. And my nails always look great. Ive tried a few other places around town before and wasnt happy. So this is the place I will stick with. The lady who did my nails yesterday was probably my favorite. Shr went fast but not because she wanted ti grt rid of me. She just knows her customers dont want to be stuck there all day and we have other stuff to do.

Signs in 3 different places in the store said pedicure was $17, when we went to pay the girl she said, we are doing $20 now. Just told her they should change the signs then and took the difference from the tip. Vowed to never go back.

This is my go-to place. I always have a good experience here. My best experiences have been when they are not too busy. The gals that work here are nice and provide great customer service. I am a low-maintenance kind of girl so I usually get mani & pedis and on occasion Ill get a full set.

I have been here a handful of times, they had done a decent enough job for me in the past. After I went this past Thursday, I will not go here again and I would not recommend anyone else to go here. I went in for a fill, and the person they started me off with I believe was a student, which they did not tell me. I think this person was a student because it seemed like they had never used the little sander tool before, ever. Repeatedly dragged the sander across my knuckles, which hurt! That little machine can go fast and it doesnt feel good! Idk if this person kept getting distracted or what, but it didnt feel great. I kept jerking my hand back every time it happened out of reflex. This person also could not use the sander to take off my gel polish, Im not sure why, but she was really struggling to do it. Every time she tried to get close to the edge of my nail to get the polish off, the sander went wildly out of control and dragged across my skin. When I was about ready to say something, a different person came over. They were not speaking in english, but it was still clear through body language and the other person physically pointing and showing her how to use the sander that this person was a student. I was kind of miffed that they had a student do my nails without telling me. So to be honest, I am hopeful that it was an actual student, and not just a friend of a friend or something that was there and thought they would take a crack at it because they NEVER said ANYTHING about this persons clear lack of experience. I decided not to say anything, because the person who came over to show the original lady what to do took over doing my nails. And then I watched a couple of young girls come in, sit down next to me, and watched that lady drag the sander across their skin as well. Im not a confrontational person and I typically would just let this go, but after a few days this is still bothering me. I was also charged full price for this. Its been three days and the gel polish that they put on my nails is already chipping, there is a weird texture of large grooves and bumps from the sander from the first lady, and there is a spot between my cuticle and the acrylic that is just missing on some of my fingers, making it look like I only got a fill on three fingers per hand. I am just very dissatisfied, and I do wish I had spoken up while I was there. Unfortunately I did not, but I could not in good conscience say nothing.

I went here to get just a gel polish done, the lady who did my nails stood up the whole time and was rushing around the salon when she went to go grab anything. It made me really anxious, I felt rushed and not relaxed. The job she did wasn’t very good, It looks like I just slapped some nail polish on. There were marks in the polish, and for gel polish it didn’t look or feel like gel. I got charged $30 for just gel polish, no manicure,rushed, it literally took her 15 minutes and she was done. It was very quick and looked like I had done my nails at home myself. About two to three weeks later I went to a different nail salon and they charged me $30 with tip for a gel manicure and it actually looked like gel polish and looked SO MUCH different. Personally, I will never come back here.

I went in for a fill and they did a terrible job. Lines were not strait, acrylic was bumpy, tools were not sanitary, overpaid for a simple fill. I dont suggest going there and I will never go back.

I will never recommend Holly Nails to anyone that I know. I had my nails done here instead of going to California Nails like I normally do, because it was near my house and it was convenient. They rushed my nails, she took one quick glance at the picture I provided and refused to look again. She didnt listen to what I asked for and acted very uninterested. Not only did they not give me what I wanted and charge me more then they told me originally, but HALF OF MY NAILS FELL OFF IN 3 DAYS. I went back and asked them to fix them and they were very rude and disrespectful. I will never return. Worst nails I have ever had!

Hollys is always so friendly and talk to me like a regular person even if Im new, they always do a good job and the designs and polish alway last forever and you dont have to go in too much to get it fixed or anything maybe like once every 2 months I definitely recommend them anythime

My mom made an appointment for both of us. We got there and say down for out pedicures. They started pulling off my moms toenail polish with cuticle clippers. They rushed to get her nails done while she was getting her pedicure. When it came time to do my nails my toes were done but didnt get a massage at all. I showed them a photo of what I wanted. Black nails on top and red on the bottom. The guy who did mine as well as my moms cut my cuticles. I told him 4 times that the tip he put on a few of my fingers were crooked. He didnt fix anything just keeps going. He then put a blue top coat on or something because my nails are blue. He never cleaned up the under side of my nails so they look trashy. In the end I left paying $200 for two manicures and pedicures. And had to pay $10 more to have my nails removed 2 days later. Ridiculous.

Ive had a gel set for a week and all my polish has chipped off...Aweful.
