I had an awesome experience at Star Nails! I called a couple of hours before my arrival time at 4 pm and as soon as I walked in, they took care of me right away! They have a very safe and great system for dealing with COVID; They give you hand sanitizer as soon as you walk in, take your temperature, and then have you right down your name, phone number, temp, and arrival time on a sheet. They also were very nice and professional and I will definitely go there again!

If you want nail art this is not the place. I paid $53 and They couldnt paint simple hearts and a few minutes after leaving the polish started to literally melt and got all over my car. Went to Walmart and got my own polish and did it myself. I wont be going back

My first time in this salon. Hannah did a wonderful job on my pedicure today. She was gentle, accommodating, and did a wonderful lower leg massage. The shop is lovely with big Windows looking out onto a courtyard that will be blooming with flowers shortly. A wonderful experience and will return soon for a manicure. Thank you!!

I was kind of a serial self-care service hopper until I started coming here to Star Nail. I have completely enjoyed every moment in the relaxing spa style salon atmosphere . After several consistently awesome visits I stopped going to other places for my manicures and pedicures. I’ve been treated very well here and respect the technicians here very much. Old school hospitality with cutting edge technology. I got a new color yesterday that just came in! It’s perfect for summer! So many options for pedicures and I like the variety of gel, dip powder and traditional polishes offered. My favorite new thing I tried last time was a luxurious gel that softened my feet during the pedicure. OH! And...Hot stone massage on my legs? Yes please! I love this place and everyone who works here. Like I said I’ll always come here ! If they’re busy, they can make you an appointment pretty quick but usually walk ins are ok!! Just be patient! They’re worth it and so are you. I like that my time here doesn’t feel rushed just so they can get more customers in and out. Thank you Lisa and Dan who I’ve worked with the most!! But again everyone there is awesome. Please tip these folks in cash whenever you can! They’re consistently charging great prices, and work diligently to make sure clients are comfortable, able to relax during their stay, and happy with their services

I have been to many nail places over the years. This salon is by far the best. It is not only the home of very talented technicians but also very nice people. They are warm and friendly and appreciate your business. You feel like you are more than a dollar sign when you walk in.

I love this place. I went to about 4 or 5 different nail salons before I went here and I stayed here. Please keep in mind I only get pedicures. The employees are super friendly (almost too friendly - they always want to talk) but they mean well and actually try to take the time to get to know their customers.

I have been coming here for years and highly recommend it. They follow Covid procedures to a T. The place is always clean the the staff are very professional and caring. I have problems with ingrown toenails and Hannah does an excellent job. I highly recommend.

I had a set put on and they were too thick. The customer service is great but I wasnt happy with my nails in shape or how thick they were. I don’t like complaining but I waited over a year to get them done and was so disappointed. Sorry guys

Went last night and it was my first time there. The salon is very clean and looks very nicely done. The ladies there were all very friendly and helpful. I had Lisa and she was very gentle with my hands. I have issues that make my skin more sensitive than normal, I will be DEFINITELY back! I really appreciated the care she took. Thank you

Came into today with a broken nail. It ripped from my nail bed. The nail tech suggested I soaked my nail in Acetone. That shoulded so painful to me, but that seemed to be the only thing she was willing to do for me. I put my nail in the Acetone, it was so painful I jumped from my seat. NEVER GOING BACK. They dont care about the people, they only care about $$.

I visited Star Nails for the first time today. Lisa and Hannah were both great. Unlike other salons they take their time with patrons and provide excellent service. I got a full set gel nails and a pedicure and Im happy with both the service and price.

What a friendly and nice place to get a manicure/pedicure. I made an appointment and was seen directly. I added on the manicure to my scheduled pedicure. I rarely do them, I am so pleased I did. I am actually thinking I will be doing more manicures. There are many levels of pedicures and Im sure manicures. Han did my pedicure and Emily did my manicure. Both ladies are kind and managed to engage even me in conversation, Im sort of shy and usually quiet in these situations. I recommend this place.

I got a delux pedicure and I loved it! I really like this place better than any of the other salons Ive had pedicures in this area. They did such a great job . My feet were so soft and smooth the rest of the day and the massage was so relaxing I wanted to fall asleep in the chair.

Nice work. So far my fills have lasted a long time with no breaking and chipping. The owner is very pleasant and her salon is attractive, quiet, clean, and spacious, so the experience is relaxing. Recommend that you make an appointment since the staff is small and often cannot accommodate walk-ins immediately.

This place was horrible. The lady talked on her phone to her husband the entire time and my nails show for it. They are all different shapes it looks like a two year old painted them.She applied the acrylic on my cuticles so after a week my hair is getting caught in them.If I could give an 1/8 of a star I would have!

This is my favorite place to get a pedicure. The people are nice, they work hard and it has a great atmosphere. Recommended to make a reservation if you go with a friend so that they can have enough staff to serve you promptly.

Absolutely the worst manicure I’ve ever received. I went in on Friday to get a Mani and pedi, Hanna did my pedicure; she was wonderful, so sweet and great to have a conversation with as well as very thorough.The girl that did my manicure did not talk to me once, she pushed and pulled and twisted my hands and fingers into the position she needed rather than using her words. After she had finished she just walked away and I looked down and noticed that the nail was not completely covered in polish, especially towards the parameter and in the nail bed area. Hannah asked the girl to come back to fix my nails and she threw a fit. She glared and frowned at me, she ripped my fingers around and scoffed that she needed to fix them. She ended up going over a few nails on each hand and then told me the nails have different darkness because “they were fine” before, why she didn’t just paint all the nails and match them is beyond me.At check out, she charged me an extra $3 for the extra polish. I left by three pm and by six pm three nails were chipped, by Sat morning two nails had the polish just lift off. By Sunday the polish was discolored and chipped. She never asked me how I like my nails, she cut them oddly and then filed them to where they are super short in the middle then the outside sticks out which caused scratches when I contacted skin.Not impressed at all with the outcome and the nail tech was awful. One star goes to Hannah who was great and I really liked, but I can’t return just for pedis. I won’t be going back here and will not recommend anyone else does, go to pearl nails or new nails off pacific, both are great and stand by their work.

I came here and wanted checkerboard nails and they came out horrible they made me cry and they we’re so expensive and ugly

Hannah is wonderful. It was the best pedicure. Shes friendly, and her joyful disposition made it a very enjoyable experience.

I get my brows done here and dont trust anywhere else! Only $10, which is cheaper than most places in town. And they keep my brow game strong.

If youre looking for an amazing place to get your nails done, this by far is THE BEST!!! Ive tried many other nail salons and this trumps them all! I love that the atmosphere is so relaxing. There isnt televisions blaring,loud music. It is a wonderful place to relax. You can actually hear yourself think. Read a book,magazine. And enjoy being pampered! The prices are very fair. If you dont mind making an appointment for acrylic its worth it! They do walk ins for manis and pedis. Took my husband for his first pedi and he said now I know why you come here! We just adore the owner. Try it out! You will NOT regret it! 5 stars isnt enough!

Very nice women and we had excellent spa pedicures!

Besides ripping off one of my nails, they came out lumpy... the gel tore off in the first day and there was hairs stuck in the remaining gel from the brush!!! They were closed Sunday got ahold of them Monday told them I’d be coming Friday to get refunded, they agreed and then when I came in Friday they pretended to not understand or remember me. I am not happy.
