I met with Sandra to get my nails done and she was amazing! She really listened to what I wanted and worked with me to bring my vision to life. She was very detail focused and fun to talk to. I would 100% recommend her and will be coming back to see her again. I have had so many compliments on my nails and everyone wants to know where I got them.

Everyone was super nice and the place was very clean. i got acrylics put on and they were way shorter than what i had asked for but that’s honestly not the biggest deal. what i had a problem with was that i payed $65 just for the nails to start coming off in 3 days. i payed the same amount at california nails and it took a whole month for the acrylic to loosen even the slightest bit. it’s possible the tech i saw was just having an off day but honestly i won’t be going again to find out

Not good quality. My nails were left very chunky and oddly shaped. I got square nails and the lines were not sharp or straight. Very bumpy and all over the place. Shop was clean and very sanitary but the quality was just not there.

The ladies are very friendly and really take care of you. The place is bright and covid safety measures present. Thank you!

Went here with my daughter for the first time. Extremely friendly staff. The place was very clean. We were in and out with perfect mani’s. 10/10 will recommend Pink & White for a nice atmosphere and very professional employees. I am definitely impressed with my set by Danny.

Love the service I get at this spa. In times when we walk around with masks and manage social distancing, there can be a strong disconnect in communication. These ladies love to visit If I express that I am in the mood and initiate conversation they will keep me entertained through my whole visit... They respect the times when I just want to close my eyes and disconnect ... Spa is clean, conforming to covid and very comfortable. Come in especially when we have family in town from Mexico but usually about once a month. Have never had a negative experience.

My wife found this nail spa about 6 months ago and we love it. The staff is great, professional, courteous, and always friendly. Because I have diabetes I need my feet taken care of and they do a great job in trimming my toe nails and pampering my feet.

My first visit to Pink & White Nail Spa was wonderful. After being closed due to the virus, they have reopened and are taking cleanliness and social distancing seriously to keep their clients and themselves safe! I was so impressed with their professionalism and cleanliness. And my nails and eyebrows are awesome again. Thanks so much ladies!

Ive been coming here for years. After Danny left, i was nervous about coming back..but it turns out i didnt need to worry.They make my nails just like i like them, are very nice, and do a great job with my toes as well.Ive tried many different nail places, from Washington to Texas..and this is-by far- my favorite!

They do an excellent job with manicure and pedicure. This my third time here. Customer services is no good. Not friendly at all. It seems like is a bother to provide a service. I have always tip them good but this time I didnt. Not very welcoming at all.

It seems to be a small place, and may look like any other nail salon but they have the unique factor that differentiate a business from another business in the same field. They are sooo clean, organize, take measures to prevent COVID-19 like any other place I have visited since the pandemic started, not even hospitals. They are also very friendly and super professional. I went there after a disappointing appointment at a close by business that I visited before but that day they lost a customer because now I will be going to Pink&White🥰 I want to come back for pedicure, facials and a massage as well. I highly recommend this place.

I love how this salon takes care of its clients. Very friendly, clean and sanitary, and usually on time. I always try to make an appointment one day ahead of time, but have been able to call and get on the same day, usually within the hour.I never feel rushed, and always feel welcome. They have a huge selection of dip powders (over 100) as well as gel, and regular polish.

I have been to a lot of nail salons here in Olympia Washington. And this one is by far 100% the best one hands down. They do great work and the salon is kept very clean.

Love this place totally, gonna make this salon my new place to get my nails done.

In this time of social distancing and taking precautions, I was a little hesitant to get my nails done. The concern I had went away the minute I stepped into the salon. Everything was super clean. Manicurists were wearing masks and the first thing they asked of me is to use hand sanitizer. Liners were in the pedicure basin and everything was sanitized after I got out of the chair. I have been getting Mani pedis for a long time, this was hands down one of the best ever. Great service.

I used to think that all nail places were the same but Pink and White definitely goes above and beyond for their customers. I was very impressed at how gentle and thorough they were. The water and a snack is a thoughtful touch and I love that they have you dry your hands with freshly cleaned hand towels instead of paper towels.

2 stars for friendly service, but no more for the fact that they didnt even ask what shape I wanted my nails to be. Just automatically cut them to a square cut when I said I wanted them a little shorter, and they werent even. Had bits of glitter stuck in my nails from crossover in the polish that I did not want, and angles for my nails were all different. I had to go home and trim them down to a more manageable cut, and am probably going to go somewhere else and have them removed and done by someone else.

This place is amazing! Im a nail biter and my nails are super short and damaged but Danny managed to pull off some wonders in order to give me the best set of acrylic nails ever! That and he was so nice about it, too. It took only half an hour and 25$ to make my nails look perfect despite my terrible nails. Would recommend this place to anyone! :)

I have tried several nail salons in the Olympia area and this is by far the best! My daughter and I both agree that gel manicures last a lot longer when we get them done here. They take their time and aren’t rushed. Highly recommended!

Great Fire Walker Pedicure! Nails look beautiful!

Got a full set. Extremely bumpy acrylic. I asked to have my cuticles pushed back which she did not do. She also put oil on the base of the nail bed which causes the acrylic to lift and not last as long. The total to just a full set with gel was 45, which with the 20% off ended up being 36. Way overpriced for the quality of work I had done.

Went in for a pedicure with my husband. We chose the smoothing pedicure, the 30 minute option, I sat next to him and watched him get this long drawn out massage, like 15 of the 30 minutes.The lady performing my pedicure starts painting my nails, so I ask if there is a reason I dont get a massage?Her answer was I got one, when she spent 30 seconds rubbing lotion onto my legs.I can paint my own nails. Im here for a decent pedicure with a massage. Not just someone to paint my nails and send me out the door. She was only with me maybe 20 minutes, not even close to the 30 I paid for.Two stars because my husband got a nice massage, but seriously Im underwhelmed.

I have been to Pink & White Nail Spa 2 times and I will continue to go there!! I was introduced to them by a friend Leslie and we were just there today...Danny was able to give us both a fill in less than 1.5 hrs... I would recommend them to all my family and friends...Danny is the best :) Nicki is also very nice and helpful :)

The only shop that has been able to get rid of my ingrown toe nails. Worth every single penny paid. They were professional, polite, and efficient. I brought my daughter and her friend, both 5 years old for mani pedi day and they embraced my littles. Most shops are rude about kids but they were so sweet. They took their time, even when the shop started to get busy, they didn’t rush through our service just to get to the next customer. Definitely not going to any other shops in Thurston County.

I love this salon though I rarely get pedis due to budget I do get my brows down every two weeks & they are best place to go! Both the ladies are excellent, friendly and make it a relaxing experience... Best part is brow waxing is very inexpensive there so it makes it easy to drop them $3-5 in tip :) Check them out!

Great, kind and attentive staff. Im not very experienced in nails lol but they have me exactly what I wanted. He only focused on me lol talked about kids and life in general. Love it, will be coming here for the rest of my time in Washington!!!!!

This place is awful. They burnt my ankle, actually have blister. My nails were painted ombre, which are striped not ombre, paint missing in spots and very inconsistent and my toes, omg! Simply painted, not gel, waited an hour longer got home, and half my toes are not even painted. I even said I was very unhappy. They took five bucks off because the burnsI have pictures of everything. I am so disappointed.I take my girls every two weeks. Not anymore. Gave them three chances. Bad, bad review.

I went to Pink & White Nail yesterday for the first time. Linda gave me a french manicure and waxed my eyebrows. I had one fingernail of mine that was about to break, so she took care of that one nail for me with acrylic to bond it. She made my nails look amazing for my wedding tomorrow!!!!!

Im a male and really dont require much, but I do expect what I pay for; good customer service and a nice pedicure. I didnt get either at Pink and White Nail Spa. When I entered the employee only talked to my wife; she didnt ask me anything so all conversation were via my wife. The lady that did my pedicure was absolutely horrible, and Im certain she didnt want to do it. Ive been getting pedicures since 2006 and this has been 2nd worse experience so far as it relates to pedicures. Great thing is Im new to the area and their are plenty of nail spas etc.

The service was really good and the people were really nice. I didnt give 4 stars because I do see some flaws in my nails, but it was my first time and the service alone is worth me going back at least a 2nd time

My sister and I were in town for a mini vacation and we stumbled upon Pink & White Nail Spa. I got a full set done and my sister got gel. They were friendly, efficient, and did beautiful work! Will be making this an annual track when we come back next year!

I would give this NO STARS if I could! I have gone to Pink & White Nail Spa for quite a few years for pedicures with my daughter and friends. In the last 6-8 month, its gotten a bit painful. The nail tech isnt so gentle, sometimes seeming like shed rather be anywhere else but there. My daughter and I went there again in mid April after a wonderful vacation with LOTS of walking. We just wanted to rejuvinate our feet and get our toes looking pretty. The usual gal did my toes and was way more rough this time. She actually cut my toe quite badly but I didnt realize it right away. I though she had removed an bit of ingrown nail. I developed a horrible infection IN MY TOE because of that cut. I went to urgent care a couple of days later and the doctor said its one of the worst shes seen and definitely due to a bad pedicure/cut to the toe. It was very painful and even more so after the doctor had to drain the infection from the end of my toe. I will definitely never go back to Pink and White, nor will I recommend them to anyone ever again and I most likely will never get another pedicure after this experience. HORRIBLE and VERY UNSANITARY!!!!

Terrible. I got a full set of acrylics. They didnt trim my cuticles, Ive had them for 4 days and it already looks like I need a fill because they painted themy so poorly. The nails are too thick and angled up and I was picking curled acrylic out from under my nails after they shaped them! Dont waste your money!

I am here in town for a limited time and i needed my nails done so and i googled places. I started reading reviews and came across this one. All excellent reviews. I made an appointment and got right in. when i showed up i was seated in a chair immediately didnt have to wait at all(ya know sometimes you make an appointment and you show up and still have to wait-hate that!) I got a pedicure and a full set french. They did excellent! They were very customer service, offering me something to read, something to drink. I am picky about my nails and the gentlemen there did excellent! listented to what i said. I am so happy with my nails and toes:) Definately recommend:)

So just so everybody knows, Danny doesnt own the shop anymore. The new owners were hard on my moms hands and feet. I wouldnt recommend the new owners to anyone. And i had been going there for 10 years before.

The only place I have gone to for the last 8 years for my nails. Danny is absolutely amazing!!!

I was disappointed after reading the reviews. I came in for a pedi. They were moderately busy so I had to wait which was fine, but when I got a chair I was left to soak for a half hour then the rest of the service was lackluster and took way longer than it should have. I had planned to ask for additional services but as the time passed and it was clear the service wasnt great and I had spent twice as long as I planned, I didnt have time. Shame, I was looking for a regular place but I wont be coming back.
