Julie is the best!! I get chronic ingrown toenails and she straight up removed them for me. It was pretty painful but she made sure to go at my pace and check in with me a bunch.She also did a great job with the polish application, all for a great price!! 4 out of 5 of us ladies had bloody fingers before we left. Tammy is very rough even after asking her to lighten up., she continued to jab her fingernail into the side of my nails. I could not take the pain. One lady doing my granddaughters nails left for a 30 minute lunch break while my granddaughter waited for her to come back and finish what she started. All the nails were done unprofessionally.. we will never go again. Tammy ran between me and another customer . I feltUncomfortable. Ive always had the nail artist sitting and doing the job. Not up and running every two minutes.What aJoke of a place.

I went in for a fill and pedicure. I have dip powder on my nails and the quality is awful. I have been doing dip on my nails for years and this is the worse I’ve ever had! I recommend the pedicure for sure however I do not recommend the dip service here! I tried adding a photo but it wouldn’t work..

I love Elegant Nails. All of the Technicians are nice and professional. Even when they talk to each other in their native tongue, you dont feel like they are talking bad about the customers.

I called and made an appoint for 2:30pm, I showed up at 2:20, they asked what they could help me with I told them i had an appointment for 2:30. I sat there until 2:45pm and nobody said nothing else to me. They didnt bother to set me at a chair or nothing. I used to go here all the time but I wont bother anymore. What is the point of having an appointment if you still have to wait? Ridiculous!!! I wont be going back.

The people are very friendly and service oriented. The work they do is very good and for very fair prices. My wife goes twice a month for feet and hands and for facials as often as possible. I was embarrassed to be a male going but no more. My feet are much better off for lack of embarrassment.

My friend and I went to go get our nails done here. My friends technician was named Bethany I believe. Her technician was very rude and did a terrible job. She had giant spots on her nails that the tech missed, just giant spots with NO polish. The acrylic job on her nails was terrible! It looks so bad! The tech also sliced her fingers up a bunch, she has cuts! Cuts! On her fingers from the tech using the drill. We told her to fix the nails, which she did not do well. Obviously there is nothing that she can do about the CUTS that she created, so that issue was never resolved. The other issues were very poorly resolved.My tech was very nice and did a good job. She wasn’t wearing a name tag, so I do not know her name.

Ive been going there for 20 years. All the girls are sweet and I have never been disappointed. Its clean and prices are reasonable. Tammy is the owner and is fantastic!

I went in about a month ago and usually get acrylics but decided to give my nail bed a rest and went with gel. I was nervous I wouldn’t like it since I love long nails but was surprised at how beautiful they looked! I got white nails w/ an iridescent “unicorn” powder and let me tell you, I got a LOT of compliments. the staff was very friendly and Tammy is a very customer friendly nail tech! Now I go back every 2 1/2 weeks to get them redone. Definitely recommend checking them out if you are looking for a consistent nail salon that gives you exactly what you want.

Awful. Worst experience ever. My nail was bleeding the whole time due to her clipping and all she said was oh bleeding. Still charged me full price. My nails look awful and sick. At least they should have said sorry and put a medication on it.

My wife went here liked it the first time she got a manicure and gell nails however after that visit every time she went the price changed. They would tell her the manicure included removal then when she went in for the removal charged her. And although the application of polish is fine often dont fully round or square the nails.

I always love getting my mani-pedis done here! My feet feel pampered and soft when they are done and my nails look perfect!

Update! When i went in for a when i didnt tell them about the review i read. I got the worst service in my entire of getting nails done. They werent even dry. They were bumpy, uneven, and what a huge disappointment i will be back.I, of course, was running as per usual! And they still did a full set n great Pedi which honestly was better them the gel set but, then again i was the last one in there at the end n they locked up right after i left! They have done such a excellent job with waxing my eyebrows. It seems like all the techs in there are trained to a high standard when it comes to waxing. I can fully trust any and every single tech in this establishment to do a great job with my eyebrows. I have been going here for the past 5 years.

I came to this location twice and had problems with the language barrier. I spoke clearly, said no eight or nine times for an extra cuticle treatment.. the whole time saying I wish but this is all of the money I have so no.. and she did it anyways and cut me in the process and told me I can pay her next time for something I kept saying I dont want. Not only was it unsanitary to cut me with their tools but then my hand was put directly in the acetone.First time I came, four of my nails were uneven and I said so six times, still no fix. I had a friend of mine ask too.. still no fix.So $80 later, I probably wont be going back.The nails themselves looked nice but were not even or without pain and me saying exactly what I want until Im blue in the face and still having the wrong results. Oh well.

Over charged. Went in with pictures of what I wanted.. I am going to Disney world and just wanted Minnie’s ears on my toes and 2 fingers.. the design was put on and taken off 5 times. It still looked awful, and I was still charged for it. After mentioning multiple times it isn’t what I want.Service also took 3.5 hours for a mani and pedi because they want to see as many clients as they can without having adequate staffing. I’d also like to note my nail beds and cuticles were cut and bleeding numerous times. Seriously dissatisfiedSave your money, go elsewhere.

Ive been trying to find a nail shop in the Hawks Prairie that does liquid gel fills. It seems many nail shops dont offer this yet. Ive been to Elegant Nails twice now and they have done a very nice job. The shop has been there for years...at least 15...so they have a good following. Some of the employees dont seem super friendly, but last time I had Anna and she was very nice and pleasant. There are tons of colors to choose from, and they have lots of both mani and pedi chairs. I would highly recommend making an appointment as they seem very busy.

I just needed a nail tip fixed as I slapped my nail in the door; she did, and charged me for a full fill. Changed services to nail place in the Capital Mall!! I went in for my first time today and it will be my last time. I was seated quite fast but that is the only good thing I have to say. I havent gotten a manicure in over a year and the woman recommended dip powder. I was pampering myself so i said sure. My nail shape wasnt perfect but thats not even the worst part there was white crud stuck to the nail and I watched her pick at it then give up and apply the top coat. I kept waiting for her to go back through and file them down but that never happened. My nails are so thick it literally looks like I have jelly beans glued to my fingers. Because I refuse to cause a scene I paid full price (which was $10 more than listed and she didnt mention dip nails were more) and even gave a SMALL tip.That was only me though, I brought my sister with me so she could get a fill and she asked the woman doing her nails to be gentle because her nail beds are sensitive. The woman slowed down on the filing and was being gentle then another woman came over AND STARTED FILING MY SISTERS NAILS and like SCOLDING the woman for not doing it right or fast enough. Everyone in the salon was staring at my sister whos nails were now being filed by one woman almost yelling at the other and this one was not being gentle at all. My sister cut in to say she asked her to slow down and the woman finally left the original manicurist to finish the job. So uncomfortable for my sister and the poor woman just trying to provide good customer service.After all this I went to another place my sister recommended almost in tears thinking id have to pay for removal and a whole other set or go to work with jelly bean nails and they were able to file down the nail that had the white crud and have me out the door in under a minite with an appointment to come in BEFORE they are even open tomorrow so they can fix my nails before work.

If you walk in and want your nails done and they are busy the job will be rushed and not done perfectly. I asked for a specific nail shape and got nothing close. Along with being moved from nail artist to nail artist because she had an appointment was also very terrible considering I had to sit and wait with my nails half way shaved done for another open seat. My nails were done by 3 different people.

Beware..... Always have extra money with you!!! I usually am very happy with these guys, but here recently i feel like its a bit of joke. Almost like they make up the prices at will!! Theres the occasional fixing nails without asking then charging for it. The other day I asked for a basic pedi and at the end the lady says she forgot which one she was doing, leaving me to pay the difference. Because Ofcourse it was a more expensive service. Then when I had a full set put on (which i been doing for years with them) im now told its $5 more because my nails are Long and told (after the work is done Ofcourse).. No longer than they ever have been any time before...... The sign doesnt say $25 and up.... Just $25...... My point, beware and always have extra money with you, it seams to be the new business practice to adjust the prices at will

The ladies at EN do an amazing job at Eyebrow waxing. They take their time and make sure it looks perfect, their prices are very fair.They remember me and accomidate to my needs (allergies- ect). I enjoy going there and reccomend them to my friends.

So i took my younger cousin, to get her manicure for back to school she wanted white nails and gold tips. They did it, but looked bad. Lets just say it looks like i did her nails. Sloppy and no attention to it. The board said 12$ for a manicure and they charged me 15$. 15$ for a manicure and polish thats how much a fill is normaly. This was her first time so she was in love ive gotten my nails done multiple times so this was a big no. We went on a monday and it wasnt that busy but we did wait for about 7min. And took about 25 min. The girl was nice. The place is nice as well.

Maybe when someone asks for a design, they should ask what kind of design they want instead of just going for it?
