This is going to be my nail salon from now on. I booked an appt for 10:30 on a Sunday, not realizing they didnt open until 11am. The owner was so sweet and showed up and opened early for me. He did a fantastic pedicure and his wife did a excellent job on my nails. Honestly, the happiest I have been after having my nails done. They look amazing. This family is so sweet and welcoming. My new go to salon! These pictures dont even show how absolutely gorgeous my nails are!!

I recently moved to the area. I tried 2 other nail salons before discovering PERFECT NAILS 💅🏽 THEY LIVE UP TO THEIR NAME. All the staff are FRIENDLY. They are on the costly side but in comparison to anywhere else, they are WORTH it! Thank you Vi for being honest. Most nail salons don’t care about keeping customers nails healthy. I don’t do tips, I don’t do acrylic…Vi introduced me to DIP and I always leave SATISFIED 🙌🏽

DO NOT GO HEAR.. I have only had 2 nail fills done hear both times the fills have chiped away! Im sitting in hear now to see if the broken seals have mold.Its also not kept up clean.

I went here on a recommendation from people in my area after a bad experience at another nail salon closer to me. I was very satisfied with the service I received and even more happy with the product I walked out with. I got exactly what I asked for and everyone was very welcoming and friendly not just to me, but to everyone who was there throughout the time I was there. They are taking precautions for COVID and have hand sanitizer available everywhere and everyone is masked. I appreciate that a lot. My only disappointment is that they are about 30 minutes away from me, but honestly, Ill be making the drive back for sure.

Good service and help with my broken nails that hurt so bad. The gal was very nice and tender when removing the nail. If Im in the area again and need help, I will def be back!

My nail place didn’t have openings last min so I chose this place based on the good reviews. I got a simple gel manicure and it’s peeling off less than 24hrs later. While I was there another customer came in complaining that her acrylic nail popped off a day later. Should’ve taken that as my sign

First time i’ve left a salon with no complaints. My nails are perfect (done by Vi) and she listened to every request of mine and changed anything i wanted with a great attitude and even gave me my extra priced matte top coat free of charge just to be nice! And for my pedicure we chose regular pedi without the pampering but they did it for us anyways! So sweet! I’ll be coming here every time for my nails.

I recieved a pedicure and a full set from perfect nails and I am very pleased with my nails. Even after a 3 week grow out there is still No lifting or polish chipping. Absolutely amazing.

Vi was an AMAZING tech!! Super personable very nice, we showed up a little early and they were very nice about it, I am sooooooo happy with my nails they are nice and thin like a natural nail, I got my toes done too and they were really gentle but did an amazing job. Salon did not wreak of acrylic which was great. 10/10 recommend will definitely be coming back!!!

Phuong is the best. She does a great job is nice and is EXCELLENT at getting rid of ingrown toenails for those of us who it hurts for. I used to ache 1 week after normal pedis but with her its consistency feeling better for longer periods of time. I feel bad they are so hidden but she works 7 days a week all day. Support this store!

I have been going to this place for years and these ladies KNOW how to take care of me and my needs. I take my friends and family here and have never once had a problem. The staff is friendly, polite, and professional. I highly recommend this business.

Horrible. Called ahead and asked if they could do stiletto shape nails, told yes and when I went in to get a full set the girl had never done them. I did not get what I was asking for and was being told how I want my own nails shaped.I have had 2 nails break within less than a week.

Nice people,but full set 2 broke with in 2 days. Went back she fixed no charge. 2 days later 2 others broke. I live in Tacoma no time to keep having to go back. Alot of family coming and going. Very little English spoken even on TV.

I love all these ladies. They are friendly and efficient and really care about how they treat their customers. I have become a friend of the owner and would not think of having my mani pedi needs done anywhere else in Lacey. I have my favorite lady for my pedicures who does a fantastic job. She has been with the new owner since the beginning and my Husband also loved the job she did for him. This shop has a loyal customer in me, for life. I have referred many of my friends here, and they are treated like royalty also.The owner prides herself in making the customer happy, so if any of you that said they experienced less than expected results, you should have spoken to the owner. She would have made it right. I highly recommend this salon for their great work and honesty and very fair prices.

This used to be a place I would go to all the time. Well that has now changed. I will never go here again. Yes they just upgraded and got new staff. Well I was here for a pedi and the lady working on me burned my feet. She took a hot towel out of the microwave and no waving it or anything put it right on my legs and feet. When I pulled my feet away she just tried it again. You could see the steam just coming off it. I then get the excuse that she doesnt speak any english. That isnt an excuse at all. The fact I then had 4 employees come over and try to take care of me as the top of my feet were red. She still didnt understand what she did to me. The biggest slap in the face was as we were leaving they still made me pay. I got hugs and sorry the rest of the time I was there but no discount or them covering my pedi. I am not even sure everyone that works there has a certificate since nothing was hanging up and visable. Like I said earlier because of all of this, and I was a regular, I will never go back again.

I went there with my mother on a Sunday and by Wednesday all of my nails popped off. I have a shorter nail bed, but Ive never had issues before. Ive gotten my nails done plenty of times in other places and they last the full 2, sometimes even 3 weeks. I think they diluted some of the acrylic and it didnt last at all. On top of all of that, they did a HORRIBLE job on the design that I asked for, didnt put much effort into it at all. Then, just when I thought Id give them the benefit of the doubt and say that maybe it is just my nails, my moms nails popped off too!!! You would do better with some press ons, girl!

Ive been here a few times, and overall my experiences have been OK. They do a good job getting rid of cuticles, the polish lasts a while, and the pedis are relaxing. However, the women that work there dont speak much English, they have family members visiting them every time I go in there, the remote is taped up and broken for the massage chair, and overall cleanliness is OK. The prices are unbeatable, so if you want a regular mani/pedi with just basic polish I def recommend this place. If you want any sort of nail art or gels, go somewhere more professional.

There was one person being worked on and two employees in there I just needed my eye brows done and the lady says something to her friend and then tells me 20 min it was 545 I know you close at 630 but damn your foul for that. That was my first time settin foot in there I didnt like the customer service already if I could give negative points I would. Both of them didnt have to be sitting there doing one ladies feet....
