I had a fill and the service was horrible. My polish is peeling after it was 30 min after having them done. They fixed it and said it wasn’t cured correctly.I had 3 more nails peel.This place is disgusting. With the amount of clients they never wipe down the stations or sanitize.Communication with staff is horrible.Do not waste your time or money.

I used to love coming here. Past tense! I got a gel manicure on Tuesday (2 days ago!) and the polish is peeling! I do not work in a field where I am constantly having to wash my hands or anything like that where it would affect the longevity of my polish. This typically lasts me about 3 weeks. Im so disappointed. Especially for the money and time spent there. I am going to call in the morning to see what they do about making it right but well see.Edit: They did fix my nails and make it right. Just hate that I had to go back in the first place

I always go here for my pedicures. They are always so nice to me and very professional. The salon is extremely clean and well decorated. They offer a couple of glasses of wine free with a service, so a great place to go with girlfriends. I recommend Lan (great if its been a while- shes not letting you go home to your man/woman with calluses) or Kimmy (a mind-blowing foot massage!!! Seriously...try it!) if you can get an appointment with either of these ladies. All three are absolutely fantastic. I recently started getting acrylic nails done by Tim…and I’m in love with them. His work is quick and impeccable, I highly recommend him. Love you Deluxe Nails !

I asked them to remove my in grown nails, the lady acted like she didnt understand what I was saying. Even when I tried to put on my translator she refused to look at my screen. Then the manager came over and said you have to go to a doctor for that. I said to them Ive been coming here for 7 years is the first time he has ever told me that. I told the Mgr. my wife comes here as well. I asked them are you guys under new ownership or new management? They said no. And I ended up telling me oh she just forgot to clip the sides. Well get right on that. Walked away. The way the lady was cutting my nails is like you can tell she didnt even want to have anything to do with doing a good job. I looked at it and the nails werent even cut very short yet they still charged me $45. Im done. Im not fighting with them just go online and post this.

This place is horrible! They’re always in a rush and don’t put out quality work. Went in for a fill this week and it was a botch job you could still see where the old acrylic wasn’t filed properly. This is not the first time they’ve messed up. Tried giving them another chance and nope never again. Not to mention they’re not using sanitized tools. They tried pulling old cuticle clippers from a school crayon box! I had to ASK for sanitized tools! The lady at the check in counter wasn’t wearing her mask properly either! Please ladies save your money and go somewhere else!

The skin on my toes kept getting pinched till she made it bleed. She also said l had too much dry skin and would not remove it. She didnt use the grinder on my feet just sanded it. The girl next to me got the 28.00 one like me grinder was used on her. I have never had that problem before at if the places l have gone to !!!!

I took my daughter to get her first set of nails. They were great, and explained what I was paying for and what I was getting but they articulated in nail references. As a guy I have the slightest knowledge when it comes to this area so their knowledge and help was appreciated.

I went and got a full set Saturday before Christmas! I got Gel polish the gel polish started peeling 3 to 4 days after I got them done. So I went back in the day after Christmas and they fixed theme. Then last night while I was sleeping one of them broke off! I shouldn’t be having these problems! I’ve gotten my nails done for over 20 years and never had these issues! Called to talk to them and Annie the lady who answered the phone made me feel like it was my fault and it hasn’t even been two weeks!

I came here 7/12/19. Horrible service. Got the basic pedicure, lasted 20 minutes, suppose to last 30 mins. Did not file nails, did not let nail polish dry moved me from my seat 2 times to accommodate incoming and outgoing customers. Did not get a new/sterile equipment until she realized it was too late (she already started) and they charge 5$ to take off gel (if you had that in the past) so sad this is what is available here in Kyle. Attached picture is 3 mins after getting out the salon, never coming here again.

Gel nail polish flaked off within 3 days. They painted on my actual toes so very poor work.

Recently had a poor experience with my last salon and decided to give this place a try. Thank GOD I did! Kay gave me the most amazing pedicure. She takes her time and really pays attention to detail (she double checked each nail before applying my top coat). My legs look and feel brand new thanks to her calf massage! I’ll definitely be planning a visit next month. Great customer service!

Got a facial wax and my face was literally burned off and went to get my money back and they only gave me half of my money back so disappointed and will NEVER go back again DONT GO HERE !!!!! so mad my face burns and didn’t fix the problem

Every time I have come here for a deluxe pedicure the service has been impeccable except for the wait. When we signed in at the front during a busy Saturday, the guy taking names could not even find our name we had previously given him. I thought we would have to leave, but they worked us in and did an awesome job on the pedicures. The eyebrow wax was very satisfactory. I suggest they have a better system for checking people in on busy days, but the pedicures are great.

This is my favorite place for a pedicure. I had Rachel do my feet this time and I do believe I have a new favorite pedicure person! I finally got S&S dip mails and John was great explaining it all to me.

I love my visits! Karyn who works the front reception knows me by name. They are always busy but they try to get you in as soon as possible. Everyone is friendly and do an awesome job. I go with Thein (Tim the guy) and he is who I pledge my nail loyalty to. He is fast, gently and efficient. Overall the place is clean and supplies are clean. They use new tools for pedicures which brings me piece of mind. I recommend this place to everyone I meet and have not had a complaint.

Came in today for my first post-COVID pedicure and was pleasantly surprised to get one of the best pedis I’ve ever had! Lundin was professional and very thorough, taking time to get all of my calluses. I’ve been to Deluxe Nails many times over the years and it’s always been mediocre at best.

I went in hoping to get a wonderful pedicure, but I got the most basic of basic pedicures. Maybe it was the language barrier?! I asked for short nails but filed straight and she filed them but didn’t cut, so I had to ask for her to cut them down in which she was very annoyed. She then scrubbed my calloused feet less than five times which even for kept up feet that’s still not enough.I added a star because she did a nice job painting them. I won’t be returning!

Got my eyebrows waxed and if I could give 0 stars, I would. She did a horrible job, they are uneven and the wax lines on top and bottom were jagged! She took so much off the middle it looks like a highway between my eyes. I could go on and on but that’s not going to make my eyebrows grow back any faster :( Definitely won’t be back worst $18 spent ever!!!

They cut me multiple times while doing my manicure and continue to go on as if nothing happened and try to blame it on you for moving when blood is coming out of your finger...

Today was my first time going and the experience was amazing! My nail techs name was Paul (whom I highly recommend) he was very nice, easy going & eager to help me figure out the colors for my nails (he even tested the Ombré look with the colors to help me decide) I would definitely rate this a 10 out of 10 experience and will definitely keep going there!

My technician did a wonderful job. She was incredibly detailed and went over my nails until they were perfectly opaque, perfectly shaped, and got any little spots of nail polish that got onto my skin by accident. I was incredibly impressed with her dedication to making my gel manicure look perfect. I will definitely be back.

Love this place! Went a couple days ago for a full acrylic set with regular polish as well as two pedis for my mom and me. Although it was super busy, the staff was kind and organized. Tim did an AMAZING job on my set. I regularly get my nails done, and this is the best I’ve had in a long time. Incredibly even, not thick, didn’t snag my cuticles, all around 10/10. I didn’t catch the names of the two women who did our pedis, but they were also very good. I know nail places can be hit or miss, but this one is a hit!

Went in and a man was very nice so I thought I’d have a good experience. I was getting my nails done before my Florida vacation. I asked for a full set and did a pretty sparkly white. The man who did my nails was rude! I had to argue with him about the nail design I wanted I said I only wanted a flower on one finger and he kept trying to sell me on zebra no matter how many times I said no I just want a flower. Then when he used the drill on my nail it hurt so bad!! I wanted to cry on he each nail he did it felt so bad like he was gonna go down to my skin and he was very very rough with my nails and would hell at me then when he put the nails on he didn’t cut them first he put the acrylic then cut them so it hurt so bad because how thick it was. When I showed him the flower design I wanted he said yes we can do that. Later he said wait two min and someone will do it then he pulled out a book of stickers! And tried to give me a snowflake! In the summer! And by then I was pissed and gave up. I wouldn’t recommend going here! Terrible experience

Been here multiple times. By far the best pl place in Kyle TX. I go for pedicures, but my wife swears by Paul but he is booked up for weeks on end. Apparently he is that good. This place is always busy, they will give you a couple glasses of wine if you ask (not great but free), the massage chairs are good, and the service is efficient but attentive.

Long waits at times, but so worth it! Several visits made there in the past few weeks, and every time left happy with the service we received. Jenny was awesome today! Looking forward to our next visit!

Ive seen lots of nail salons and by far theyre the best. Ive gone there for several years and had great service each time except for one time. I got a shellac manicure that didnt last a day. I know good shellac and the tech did not use the good stuff. Told them about it and they redid it for free. Maybe the tech wanted to save money. Oh I just avoid that particular tech. All other services is cGreat. They are clean and fancy.

Although I read poor reviews I thought I would still give this place a chance. It was a big mistake. First of all this place was dirty and instruments were not sanitized. The staff was unfriendly and one male was rude. I asked my technician if he was going to apply acrylic, he had the gall to tell me he did, but didnt. Next day two of my nails chipped, so I stopped by to get them fixed. The rude male made comments in his language and reluctantly reapplied polish. I left on vacation the next day and up to now all of my nails have chipped. My mistake. I do not recommend this place and will never give them my business again. $45 wasted.

They lost a customer today. I’ve been going here for 7 years but today never again. I walk in for my WEEKLY manicure that I’ve always paid $12 for and the employee let me know it’s now $16 that the prices went up and she repeated to me over 3 times that it was never $12 which I thought was rude and unprofessional. I would have stayed loyal and paid the new rate had she not spoken to me like that. Should I show her my debit purchases on my bank statement where I was paying $12 ? Ive added two stars to be fair, though, I really would like to put 1 star. Last week I went in to get acrylic nails with the intention of getting the trend of having a color on my nails and having one with glitter; I even had a picture to show what I wanted. Cutting to the chase of the story, I told the nail tech what I wanted, showed him the picture, but Im guessing we just werent connecting on what I wanted, and so it became more of a stressful conversation.For some reason, he couldnt do what I wanted, so I opted for my last resort option and got regular American tip. While he was fixing my nails, I asked again if it was possible to have glitter on the tip of one nail, maybe via glitter powder or if there was a glitter nail polish... The guy was rude and said, do you not see what you got, did you not look at what you wanted? or something to that sort.. I just decided to give up on what I really wanted after that. At this point, Im sobbing to myself because I was really excited to get my nails done since I was taking engagement pictures the next day, and Im pregnant, so Im sure my hormones were kicking in, but needless to say, the guy was just rude and had terrible communication skills when it comes to customer service. The ONLY reason Im putting an extra star for this experience was because even though this nail tech was not great at customer service, it seemed he did put a lot of effort into sculpting my nails. Even at the end, he didnt look at me. Never again...

Very nice atmosphere. Management and staff are friendly. I like the fact they offer complimentary drinks (bottled water, soft drinks, or wine) during your pedicure. They just resently added all new massage/pedicure chairs. They keep the chair tubs clean and sanitary by adding plastic covers. (2 thumbs up!) My mother and I have been regulars for over 2 years now and wouldnt consider going anywhere else. They are accommodating for my 7 year old daughter and treat her very kindly. We often take friends and family members when they are visiting, and run into people we know. (Fun!) It is a fun and relaxing social time for my special mother/daughter bonding time. :)

I have gone to this salon in the past but by far today was the best nail experience I have ever had. I had been going to the salon closer to my house and the service really wasnt great. Everyone I met was very nice at Delexe Nails. Paul did an amazing job on my nails. Lilly was very friendly and did a good job on my aroma pedi. I cant forget Michelle she made sure I was satisfied with my wax. Will definitely be coming back to work with these individuals.

I always come to this one besides the one by HEB. The one by HEB messed up my eyebrows. Meaning they were two different lengths, one was done half ass leaving hairs behind that I ended up just plucking out and the woman who did them waxed off a part I had told her not to touch from a previous session with them being made too thin. Also when I got my nails done, I requested they added a blue bow to my French tip styled nail (I provided a picture on how I wanted each nail done) and it wasnt done. Mid session the man who did my nails left to go smoke. I mean Im sorry youre habit has gotten to you this much, but when he told me to wash my hands and when I returned he was missing, I looked like I had no idea what i was doing. They apologized for it but if he needed the break he should have taken it before starting on someone. I have not been there since. Not to mention he was so rough and two nails had to be re done because they were crooked or werent filled correctly.However, when I went to this location to fix everything and to see if I liked it better, my eyebrows were shaped perfectly and done with so much care and they took their time to make it right. Each woman Ive had do my eyebrows always made sure I was okay and comfortable! My first time there after the experience I had by HEB had me hold the mirror and she showed me what she would do to let them grow back better and how shed wax them! I really appreciated it! When I had my nails done there it was beautiful work! My nails were not crooked and they were done great! The workers here took their time and made it a pleasant experience! I 100% recommend this place when I get my nails done and I get the compliments! Im always saying to head to the salon by Target Deluxe NailsALWAYS CHOOSE THIS LOCATION💙

Ive gone to Deluxe Nails quite a few times and its always iffy what youre going to get. Sometimes Ive had great experiences other times not so much. This past time was the nail in the coffin so to speak and I will not be going back. The guy who did my nails didnt evenly paint them and then blamed me. He also cut my fingers 5 times while sanding my nails because I was getting a gel manicure. I mean I can see maybe once but, 5 times is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I will not be going back.

Today was the first time I’ve tried this salon and I will not return. I got a shelac manicure and sadly I’m very unsatisfied. My cuticles are scraped, raw and hurt. The nail technician was very nice but very rough and cut off way too much skin. She also left a large area unpainted on many of my nails. It already looks like some nails have a weeks worth of growth!

This was my first time at the salon. My first impression was that the staff was friendly and the salon was rather busy for a Tues afternoon (usually a good sign.) I asked for a shelac manicure and was seen right away. My technician was extremely nice but OMG was she rough when it came to trimming my cuticles! Im not one for complainingly but in the end she left SEVEN of my cuticles bleeding. The painting/filing portion of the manicure was very well done but needless to say I will be requesting someone else if I ever choose to return here.

I wanted powder acrylic. I realized the lady was doing it wong. She said maybe next time and the other ladies were asking me why I wanted it that way that I told them this or that. Theyre my nails I want them right. They re did it reluctantly. They told me originally to pay 55, but they said because they changed it I had to pay 75. So I told them I wanted the powder they did it wrong so I should pay 55. I asked who the manager the lady said she was. She told me to stay there I thought she was calling a higher up. She came back and asked me to come out side she had called the police. Mind you I wasnt cussing wasnt threatening I just wanted to pay the amount I was told in the beginning. I talked to the police man told him everything and he told me that I told her I wouldnt pay for it at all. There was nothing we could do so he escorted me inside to pay.Ive never had the police called on me that was drastic so I suggest you dont go to Deluxe Nails.

Ok so I am from Dallas and I have. Even extremely loyal to my nail/ eyebrow technician. I decided to come here for the first time and I had the best experience. She was patient and paid attention to detail. They closed at 5 and she still look her time to make sure my nails were perfect. They were clean and kind. Definitely will be returning.

So I have gone here a couple times thinking each time will get better, some ppl actually care and do a good job and others rush through and do a crappy job so be careful who you get. My nail beds are way to wide and they are starting to bother me. I will be going back tomorrow to get them removed!!

I booked an appointment with Trisha at 3:45 pm yesterday. Came in early and still had to wait 15 mins after appointment time.Then they rudely told me go to a different person to get started removing the gel. After that lady applied the remover, she rudely pushed my chair to the side to wait for Trish, who is not the person who did my nails last time.And when I asked is there a Trisha because she did my nails well, the lady said this is her. And I was needing to go to an event so I went along. But by God the work was horrible. My nails looked like they were done by an amateur. The polish never reached the cuticle area. It’s like it’s been there for a week and just grew out. There’s polish all over the side of my nails and it looks uneven. Paid $36 for something that looks like it’s done by sleepy teenagers in a sleepover.Never again am I going back to this nail salon!!!

Went to this place last minute because didnt have time to go into Austin before leaving town. Had mani and pedi Monday evening. Nails started chipping yesterday (Wednesday). Im not even working, Im on vacation so certainly havent been hard on them. Not going back to this location.
