Great customer service. They dropped the box off and picked it up from my house. The package was delivered in less than 10 days to Mexico. which surprised me becomes most companies in the bay area take about a month. Also, they picked up my box from my house which most companies wouldnt do. Will be sending through this company again.

I did not like the attention they give to the customer, I called asking how much they charged me for sending my box. With them, they first gave me a price and the next day they gave me a different one, the staff here do not agree and what is wrong why then the person With the one who told me that I would not see a better parcel than theirs, the truth is, believing themselves so much and for nothing if they knew that parcels are better than this and better service always appreciating customers not like Latin parcels that treat them badly
