I normally change my own oil, but I was super busy that day. I was delighted to do business here though. They were fast, inexpensive, and did great work.

This place is absolutely horrible. Very bad staff with bad attitudes does not want to answer questions from customers and charges fees for services I did not request...for example I went in for a regular (not high mileage) oil change and they gave me the regular oil change but charged me for high mileage oil service! They also added windshield wiper fluid that I did not ask for and charged me 10 bucks for that as well. So for a regular (high mileage) oil change costed me 70 bucks. Outrageous for an oil change! Bad location with risk of car accidents!

By far the fastest oil change and inspection I’ve ever gotten. I walked to Tim’s to grab and drink and they were done with the oil change by the time I got back. Had 2 in front of me getting inspected and still was only there about 20 min.

Had a horrible experience, they changed my oil or should I say drained my oil and didnt put any back in, this has caused me numerous issues and expenses, they are only willing to reimburse me for the oil, even though they are negligent in not putting oil in my engine. They refuse to help me right their wrong even though I reached out to them in good faith. The manager even hung up on me during the conversation, I have done a lot of business with them in the past, but not anymore. They have ruined my new motor and could care less. The only reason for the one star is I couldnt post this otherwise.

Getting your oil changed, tires rotated, anything worked on your automobile you personally have no clue about or whos inside your vehicle, I rate this place #1 in the whole entire triad area based on honesty, prices, time wait, and customer service, Chad and his family not only have the best overall most important aspects nailed perfectly, its one of the cleanest and friendliest of all oil changing places and its worth driving an extra 10-20 minutes for peace of mind everything will be done and checked right and if they tell you something else needs attention its not an upsale or ripoff, its 100% true!!
