Got a mani-pedi. It was okay

I like having my nails done there. The price is good and they seem friendly. I only went there twice now.

Both times I went there I had to wait at least an hour to even be seated only for them to not even come out good. both times my nails have chipped within 24 hours of leaving. They do not follow covid-19 Protocols I have seen them not wear their masks also they do not wash their hands between clients. which is quite disgusting. They do not wipe down the counters.Their service is awfulI. I truly do not think you should ever go there youd be better off going across the street to the nail salon over there.Truly a waste of money And time. If you are a minority just expect to not be treated the same if you were White.

I went in yesterday for a pedicure for the first time at this salon and was very disappointed. My right toe had two chipping last night, so I went back this afternoon and they layered three coats on top of the two toes that were chipped making the polish very thick. They also went ahead and layered on another coat on all toes and this is how they now look. I paid $45 plus tip for this?!?! Completely unsatisfied with the quality. I’ve had pedicure before and they last forever, weeks! It’s unfortunate that what they did couldn’t even last 24hrs.UPDATE*****I went in and the redid my feet. Apparently the brand of the color I picked isn’t of great quality compared to other brands like OPI. I went with an OPI color, fingers crossed it doesn’t peel.

Awful. Didnt even get what I asked for. I went in specifically for the chrome powder. They said they had it. She was kind of rude like she was in a hurry. I asked if gel was needed for the chrome she said no. She painted my nails with regular polish and said I was done. Told her I wanted the chrome. She barely put any on and didnt rub it in then told me its because it goes on gel better. So now I have glitter nails. Also, I had smudges and a bubble on my big toe and she was going to leave them. She charged me $35 for a service that wasnt even fulfilled. She was also on her phone a lot. I felt like I was bothering her. My nails are already cracking and peeling off less than 4 hours after getting them done. Not worth the money here. Pics of what I wanted and what I got. UPDATE: they refunded my money and told me to never come back. My boyfriend proposed to me that weekend and unfortunately I had the UGLIEST nails.

Linda is so nice and shes polite. She made sure I was happy each step of the way. Will be going back with her for my wax, pedi and nails.

Although the customer service aspect was the best nor the worst, but overall, I was majorly let down with my nails.I walked in and asked for a certain design, including a picture, and asked if they could do the design. The bottom half of my nail would be blue with glitter, the top half red with white stripes. I didnt ask for acrylic nails because I know they do take longer, and I didnt want to have them stay longer than what their hours were (I can about 45 before closing) I knew that is plenty of time for the job to get done.I was told they could do the specific design.So, instead of glitter, the lady decided to do white dots with a toothpick on the blue part. They are not all the same size dots either.Then came time for the stripe... Oh Lord Jesus... THIS is what was the final straw for me. The stripes, which are supposed to be even and straight, are crooked, not uniform with each other, different sizes, and some of them have the red mixed it.If they couldnt do the design be honest, and admit it. I would have went with a solid color on my nails. Not a big deal if you cant do a design. I still ended up paying $40 for nails that were filed, gel polished, and a messed up designed.Also, my friend was getting a pedicure and her nails done. The lady doing hers explained to my friend the typically dont do designs. Which afterwards, explained a lot to me.The good thing I can say is the fact that they are nice. I do know I will not be back again for a designed I could have messed up on my own.

The ladies are very sweet and kind full of compliments. When I was 16 I got my first manicure here and now I’m 22 and love this place still they have never done my job dirty they are very professional. I was there a month ago and was very sad bc I had something going on at home so I decided to do my nails and the lady who was doing my manicure made me feel better and I had to give her a hug she’s was truly sweet and did an amazing job I had compliments all the time. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

I really wish I had seen the review rating before walking and accepting the services. First off, they want to pressure you in choosing their choice of color. Mine dried and there’s literally a piece of lint under the clear gel?! Another —Don’t take your kids here because- geez- mean and rude. They rush the UV polish - they don’t apply bonder and blotch your nail gel colors. One gel mani- pedi and one kids slap polish on for a whopping $85! NEVER AGAIN. I don’t recommend anyone coming here for service. I don’t think I’ve seen worse.

Thomas is Amazing.. I got what they call the Happy Ever After. Thomas takes his time. Place was busy acts like your t h e only one there FabouliousI HES AN ARTIST. like to call it. PAMPERED BY THOMAS.

The last time I went one of them cut my nails in a very weird way which I did not like and she didn’t even ask me if she could cut them until after her manger told her to ask if it was okay . later I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she kept asking me what did I want and how I wanted it which is very annoying. when she was putting the acrylics on she was rushing and didn’t put them on correctly. She also didn’t know what she was doing so I had to switch to someone else and even then she didn’t know what she was doing so the manger had to take care of me and she did an amazing job after the other 2 screwed up but I will definitely not be going their anymore .

I was very happy with the service here all the ladies for very happy with me and I told them what color shape style I wanted I really will come back but I dint have a car I will go somewhere closer but most definitely come here again❤️💋 I’m very happy with my nails

Convenient location, attentive customer service, clear communication, no wait.On my first visit I was in and out of salon in less than one hour which works with my schedule. My preference is a visit that gets to the point. The usual place I go to was closed so I tried out this salon. Mani with gel nails and pedi. The only thing I was unsatisfied with was how long the gel nails lasted - approx. 5 days. The gel nails peeled easily and seemed like thinner nail polish than what Im used to. After a hot shower the gel was peeling significantly near the cuticles. Had to remove the gel nail polish.I noticed positive customer service throughout the visit. The employees were clearly communicating with their customers.I would revisit but get a different type of manicure.

I went there on June 3 paid $45 for a fill my nails started chiping and braking off I went back today June 9th to get them fix which he told he would and would change the color then charged me 45 when I told him I was just there 6 days ago he responded with no you couldnt have been here your nails looked like they needed a fill and he asked for my receipt so I showed them it and he said hed take 5 off i honestly dont think i should have paid for a service that only lasted 6 day its only my 3rd time going there dont think Im going back I liked the selection of colors they have but wouldnt go back its way to expensive. They are very nice but very over priced for the quality

I went in for a simple nail take off and paint and the tech that did my nails seemed like he had an attitude the entire time. He paid little attention to detail and did not provide good customer service. I will say that other techs seemed very nice and the manager was genuinely concerned about why I wasn’t happen with the service I received.

I have been here exactly 3 times. I always get pedicures. The first time they cut my nails so bad i had an ingrown toenail. Thinking it was a fluke i went back a second time. Again they cut my nails so bad i got an ingrown toenail. I swore I would never come back here but two years later my husband got me a gift certificate for this place.... Im sure because of its convenient location to picking up flowers at HEB. This is the third time and I specifically asked them to stop cutting the corners off my toenails but they did it anyway. I know I will have yet another ingrown toenail. I will never come here again, even if my husband gets another gift certificate. Id rather throw it in the trash then deal with an ingrown toenail. I have literally only had 3 ingrown toenails in my entire life and I spent 11 years wearing combat boots and TWO of them have been from this place. Dont go here. I only gave a second star because at least the lady was nice while she butchered my toenails.

I love Regal Nails so much. If you live in Kyle and are looking for a good place to get your nails done or eyebrows that is the place to go out of all the nail places this is by far the best. All the employees are so welcoming and friendly!!

Kim and Henry! Never a cut, burn, or anything. I normally see Kim. Dont even have to tell her what I want. Shell get new acrylic in and say *look at this!* She knows me so well. Henry s done my eyebrows and nails when Kim wasnt available and hes such a doll! And, very gentle!

The worst place ever. I went to Regal nails about two weeks ago to get acrylics with gel nai polish and they totally ruined my nails. Didn’t get what I wanted, charged me more, not at all detailed and looked RIDICULOUS. Not even a week after getting them done my nail polish started chipping off because of course there were BUBBLES. The gel nail polish was on my skin and the lady who did my nails didn’t even bother to take it off. While getting my nails done, I asked the lady to fix the bubble and all she did was FILE MY NAILS MORE which made them look uneven. They looked very thick and the lady rushed through the entire process.I went in for a refill because I wanted to make sure the ones who ruined my nails fixed them too. Called in before going to ask for the price and was told it would be $20, but was told it would be $40 when I went in. The lady advised me to go in for the regular nail polish if I wanted something cheap and I agreed. She offered to remove my nails entirely and do them again for $30. I agreed. Later started putting tips THAT I TOTALLY DID NOT ASK FOR. She said that what I wanted would be $50 and that someone else would have to do it for me. She removed my acrylics saying she would fix them for $30 and later said it would be $50 for what I wanted???? I was annoyed and left without getting my nails done and the lady rudely suggested me to go to the nail salon next to them so I could get what I wanted. Poor customer service and rude nail technicians with an attitude that clearly shows they don’t care about the customer’s needs. Just trying to mint money.

Shout out to Regal Nails In Kyle TX .. what a amazing job they did, great prices all the way around.What I saw that made them so great over other salons, kid friendly everyone there talked with all the clients, not the dead silence of them hum of nail files going. everyone was Amazing. Tom my Tech was amazing..

Just left this place 5 mins ago. I should left when I went in. The service is over priced for the quality they do. No pampering whatsoever. She rushed through the whole thing. I regret going to this place out of connivence. This was a waste of money and time. Ladies, go to a place where you’re hard earned money is worth spending. Good service is not here. Women deserve better.

I got my nails done not even a week ago and the clear is coming off and I had a fake tip on one of nails and the tip and the SNS color came off. Another nails is starting to chip I have never had SNS do this before.

Ive always left happy since I started going here 2 years ago, always satisfied with their customer service. Maybe once I was unhappy with polish being on my surrounding cuticle, but they had no problem fixing it before I left. So I still left satisfied!! Thank you!

I went in to get my existing gel polish taken off and new painted on. The nail tech he sanded off the old polish and completely DESTROYED MY NAILS. My nails have literally ALL bent back or cracked below where they are attached within the first two days. Very painful, its been three weeks since getting them done and still my nails are so soft and extremely painful. It was the first time having to have the gel polish taken off, if I had known they were supposed to soak them to get the polish off I wouldve stopped the guy. He sanded them way too much when he wasnt even supposed to. I will never go back or refer anyone. Nail techs should know how to properly and SAFELY remove any type of polish or acrylic nail. Horrible experience.

I had called this place before going to see how much a full set was and the lady said it was going to be $25. Came in and the guy was a little rough with my hands in my cuticles were bleeding a little. He was also on his phone the whole time talking to someone and when it was time to dry my nails, he did not come back for a very long time. One of my nails got messed up and I tried to ask him to fix it and he sprayed something on my hand unexpectedly. I went to go check out and he told me $30 when the lady had previously told me $25. I wasnt exactly sure what the spray was, but when I got in my car my nail got more messed up than before. If you are going to come here I would recommend you schedule an appointment with one of the ladies. They seem to pay more attention to their job.

I will never return here! I once had a manicurist leave mid session TO SMOKE OUTSIDE. I was sent to wash my hands and when I returned he was gone I looked around and he was outside smoking. I decided to let it go because I have family that just cant control it. Anyway when he returned he didnt wash his hands. When I asked him to he rolled his eyes and did so, then to top it all off, my nail was crooked and one was too long! Completely unprofessional and rude! Now when I got my eyebrows done they were done so rushed. It was done in 3 minutes. Normally Id love that! However, the woman who did them, was so rough. Mind you I waxed my upper lip, forehead and eyebrows. So for three minutes I knew something had to be wrong. They was a patch on my fore head, hairs all around my eyebrow. A part from a previous session that was made WAY too thin I had instructed her to not touch and to work around and she waxed right off! The other side didnt even match. There was wax in my hair. It was terrible. All I got out of all of that was an Im sorry.Never returning there! I think the only one who really cares about his job is Henry!

They do a good job I been going there for 4 years

Ive been going for a while now and each time I had hope the lady doing my nails I believe her name is Leigh or loan. And with pictures and telling her what I want she still misses it. I cant understand how one hand is how I like it and the other hand isnt . I have two differed set of nails going on, its very simple give me smaller sizes and put the same size on the opposite hand. I ask for thin and square nails. Today was my last day getting service there. The employees were rude and the nail tech who has been doing my nails was rude to me. She sat me down. Took off my old set which she charged me for, shes never done that before. She rushed through my nails, she missed some steps, painted them very fast and sloppy. It was not worth what I paid and gave a tip for. But I knew after that I would not be bringing my business back. Im very disappointed in the customer service and quality of work .

Tech rushed through my service. Cut my skin multiple times and SNS nail dip left all on my skin to dry and didn’t take it off. Disappointed with results, my nails were too thick and very uneven and cracked in cuticle areas. When I asked to have the gel removed from my skin, acetone took off the gloss shine as well. Will not be returning.

I am VERY PATICULAR (annoyingly picky) and it took me forever to find the right nail techs. Loni is my pedicurist and she is absolutely amazing! Pays a lot of attention to detail! Very friendly and detail oriented. Laura the owner of the shop does my nails and she is absolutely amazing. Ive been coming here for about 8 years now and hopped around until I found the right fit. Frustrating, but worth it. Trust me these two are the best within a 50 mile radius. Trust me, I was driving to new Braunfels and Austin searching for years.

I just went to get my nails done by A woman there, I believe Linda was her name. i got my nails shaped from square to coffin, an unexpected charge for that of course, and filled. She cut the cuticle line of 6 of my nails, argued that she couldnt see anything and told my I was fine. I know I was fine, but her nail filer was so hot and she was in such a rush it still hurt. My left hand was done so fast it looks very lumpy and unfinished the maroon and gold photo is mine at the top In the photo collection. Over all very disappointing. Wont be returning- SLOW DOWN! You wouldnt loose customers if you took your time.

As fake nail removal is not supposed to cause any pain.Secondly, after telling them what I needed done, the man did a solar manicure instead- which I had no experience with previously but knew was damaging and found out only when he took out the UV light. By that point the first step of the nails were already done and the man was being very rude and annoyed with me.Additionally, the whole nail was not covered, there were still spots were the clear fake nails could be seen.

Henry does my nails and he is fantastic! He is very meticulous and is an artist. Please do not pass over this place based on the negative reviews. With any business, 1 persons work does not speak for everyone that works there. If you pass this place over. You are missing out on several nail techs that do great work. I highly recommend Henry to everyone that compliments my nails and I get compliments regularly.

I went into this place about a month ago, also new to Kyle. And I was at the HEB and decided to get a mani & pedi done. The pedi went ok, but the mani was horrible. She didn’t push my cuticles back or trim the dead skin around my nails. I could have did a better job myself. Then when it was time to pay they charged me $45. FOR WHAT!!! I didn’t get a special pedi or anything. I ended up going to Deluxe Nails right beside Target and Linda did my mani there. She was awesome took her time and my nails actually look like I had a manicure . So please don’t go to this place and waste your money. They don’t do a good job and they OVER CHARGE you.

Love this place. Loan does a fantastic job on my pedicure and French white/pink powder set!! She is sweet and always smiling, she even makes my daughter feel welcomed!!

If I could give 0 star I would. This place is favouritism. I didn’t had an appointment, so I expected to wait at least for 20 minutes. I still trying to figure out why people who walked in after me was getting service done while I was sitting there, tucked away in the corner with my feet soaking for 45 min still waiting. Staff keep saying ‘we’ll be with you in a min”. I couldn’t wait any longer after 50 minutes without service I had to leave. Never again.

My first visit was OK, went for a refill and got my cuticles tore up by the drill... Now they are swollen and hurt. My daughter got a gel manicure, some gel polish got on her skin, and instead of removing it right away, they waited. When she had to remind them that gel polish had dried on her skin, they had to file it off. Customer service was bad, service was bad, and the shop needs a good deep clean.

DO NOT GO HERE.Horrible job doing my white ayrlic nails. Uneven shape/file, messy with the polish color, very thick when I asked for thin. Manger refused to discount my price because nails look fine, he did good.Made my nails/cuticles bleed and continued reusing/redipping the polish back into the bottle (very huge health concern) considering severe illnesses and diseases can be transmitted that way. I will never be back.

I love how Laura and Kim do my nails. Ive recommend them to every female I know.

They were very rude . The lady that did my nails was very rough . She cut me. My nails are all jacked up. Had costumers come in and complain and the lady told him to “calm down” and as soon as they left they were talking bad about them . I’m only coming back tomorrow to get my nails fixed by someone else & then I will never come back again.

I’m very picky, not from Kyle so I did my research and chose this place because tomorrow is new year and it’s a nail emergency. Bad bad choice.So it’s my first time here. My nail tech was a bit rough and not as detail oriented as I would’ve wanted. Overall the place is not as clean as I would’ve Wished. No gloves .They use all sorts of things to put their products in like for example I peeped an empty ice cream jar being used for one of the pedicure products or the guy doing my nails had an empty candle jar to pour the acetone like for me that’s just weird and nasty. The price for a fill in was $38 so super pricey for a mediocre job and poor customer service. Hope my review helps someone not to go here. The nail tech kanny or whatever kenny was in a rush so the job was sloppy.P.s : my nails where supposed to be white and somehow one is half purple.

This is my first time rating a place, thats how much I did not like this place. I honestly will not come back to this place, the lady who greets you as soon as you come in, was rushing on everything. I just wanted to fix my chipped nail, and wanted to do my eyebrows. Well she kept on stopping from what she was doing to attend someone else, constantly every 3 minutes, which I understand you dont want to loose customers. But honestly the work she did on me was very rushed, and not done well. I paid $25.00 for a chipped nail and my eyebrows, which to me was very expensive, specially when the work that was done on me was not even great. This place would not loose so much customers if they just did the work correctly and NOT RUSH!

I asked for baby ombre with silver glitter on top. I DID NOT GET WHAT I ASKED FOR. I even showed a picture and told them off white with SILVER glitter. The first time they were done they looked like Barbie nails, baby ombre with green glitter everywhere. They fixed my nails but they took out the baby ombre and now they are just silver rainbow glitter with white tip. They clearly werent getting what i was asking for and even with a picture so i just settled with the nails. No baby ombre. Never again dont recommend to anyone.

When i went to get my nails done the man, black hair and tan skin looked like he was questioning his sexuality, was extremely rough when he found out we werent tipping bc the lady ringing us up was rude about the cash . he cut me twiceactual bleeding cuts when he was putting on my aycrlics. all the nails did not match length all different lengths. my sisterwho i went with got her nails done by one of the ladies and no complaints. theyre beautiful. after two weeks two of my nails broke off by doing simple tasks such as taking the trash out and putting on my shoes. one chipped on the bottom giving me a hole in my nail. four of them got chipped on the side meaning couldbreak off any moment. my sister after two weeks had all of hers looking brand new. i mean thats gotta say something about the guy who did mine. two of the nails were crooked when he finished but i didnt mention it thinking he was just having a bad day.

Service was okay, I got a lot of rhinestones on my nails and the next day half of them came off so I went back in to have them fixed and they did it at no charge which I appreciated since I did pay a good amount for them. My nails werent evenly shaped, 2 of them cracked in the center, and they felt very bumpy.

Im sorry to say this but I went there Sunday December 18th to get a pedicure, full set and my eyebrows done. My nails are great, she did a great job. But my eyebrows...I got a wax burn from the wax being too hot, now I have HOLES, actual HOLES in my skin. Its burning, red, and bleeding like crazy. Please do not get your eyebrows done here... This pain is not worth it.

Walked in at (10 am) opening time because website and advertisements said walk-ins welcome. I had a last minute lunch come up and needed a mani/pedi before I went. It was the only place open before lunch on a Sunday. I guess they dont care too much about walk-ins, because there was only one person there and she said it was only her because she had an appointment. Wow. if you are going to advertise that you take walk-ins, I would expect you to staff your business to be able to accommodate them. Wont be back.

I went in to get an eyebrow wax and every employee was rude. My sister and I went together and they made my sister sit in a chair while they did her wax. They were extremely rough and rushed. I do not recommend this place to anyone and will not return.

Terrible. She literally did my nails in 6 minutes. I got a manicure for $25. The nail polish is so thin and watered down you can see my nails through it. The lady who did my nails barely spoke to me. When I was spoken to, the woman who did my nails was very rude. My mother who did not want to get her nails done was called “boring”. My nails were cut uneven. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. $25 for terrible service and hideous nails. No wonder the shop was empty.

Worst Experience ever. The staff is rude and the work shoddy. I have been twice and got the same poor service from two separate technicians.

RED FLAG HEALTH ISSUES! First, it is NOT a relaxing environment. The area set up does not allow for easy movement (the minimum issue). Its unorganized, dirty, and messy. Its very interesting that the walls have photos of relaxing, peaceful spa moments while the shop does not actually provide that type of experience. The TV was on and no overhead music or refreshment was offered (obviously this is only for high end, yet if I had a service like this it wouldnt be that hard to incorporate. If you can afford a big TV hanging from the ceiling, blaring game shows at your customers.....right!) Second, there is a communication issue. Third, before sitting down for the manicure I told him Id wait while he changed out the linens and tools. He said it wasnt necessary. Unsure, I went ahead. The gentleman moved to another customer while my nails were cooking and then moved back - no washing of hands!!!! Fourth, the manicure would have been uneven if I hadnt asked him to go over the shapes again. He left filing dust on my hands while painting the nails and did not do the usual warm wrap or wash. Really minimal work for $25.00. I did tip as I stayed for the work. I just wish I knew a good way to politely leave when I see these types of signs. Lastly, after all this, I am highly concerned their tools my be reused w/out cleaning between customers. NOT GOING BACK!

I only live 3 minutes from this nail saIon. Have only been here 2 times and have had the worst experience. I have naturally long nails and went in one day to get a manicure and get my nails polished. The lady working on my nails was a bit in a hurry because a return customer wanted to get a manicure. She ended up putting to much nail polish and uneven at that. I did not have time to redo them. I paid and went on my way. Two weeks later I decided I try them again and this time just get a color change. I mean what could go wrong with a color change. Most salons charge anywheres from 3 to 5 dollars just for a regular color change only. I made the mistake of not looking at the sign to see how much it was before I did it. It wasnt until I was sitting down drying my nails that I noticed it was 6.00 dollars. I normally pay 3.00 dollars plus tip else wheres. I thought I go ahead and pay the six dollars and even give her a tip and next time go to another salon that had a more reasonable price. When I got up to pay, the lady said ok 8.00 dollars. I said wait a minute your sign has 6.00 dollars. She said no it is 8.00 dollars now. We have not had time to change the price on the board. Well let me see! You could have told me before you polished them. I really did not want to cause a scene so I asked for the manager. Manager said it is now 8.00 dollars. She said everyone else have always paid 8.00. If that is true why dont you put 8.00 dollars on your sign. I got really frustrated and put down 6.00 dollars on the table and said never come back again and walked off. If they had been more respecful I would have given them the 8.00 and never gone back. Would not recommend this nail salon!

I went Sunday to get my nails done December 27th 2015 and the lady cut all my cuticles while filing my nails with that hand machine! Every single finger was bleeding and still is. I got a full set of nails done and I PROMISE I WILL NEVER GET MY NAILS DONE THERE AGAIN!!! How do you not see your cutting someones cuticles?

Went for a fill-in with gel polish, my real nails are coming out the side and acrylic is chipping. My gel has come up already, when they say its supposed to lat longet than regular polish. And this was a day after i went. I basically filled them at home myself.

They care less about the outcome of the services they provide.. I went here for a pedicure and it was very well rushed! I wish I had read the reviews before coming here! Ladies don’t waist your time or money!

My nails were messed up and ask to fix them got attitude for the price I paid I do my own nails better

Bad customer service, rude employes i had shellac polish she did a horrible job 6 of them chipped off 2 days later i spent 97.00 in there she waxed my brows way too thin, she painted my daughters nails and was rude to her, i have come here a couple times before and didnt like it but this did it, never again will i come to this location, and its very dirty, i dont even think they sterilize their implements

Unprofessional, took nails off with another nail sliding underneath, thus ripping layers of my nail off. This was done by the manager. Ill never go back.
