I’ve been coming to lush nails for almost a year now and have always been so satisfied with my results. today they WOWd me with their performance as artists. my artist today was Kevin and he KILLED it!! i was nervous because i’ve never gotten flames before and i leave for vegas in two days but he proved to me that no task is too big for him! a phenomenal artist!i went with a couple of girlfriends and their nails blew me away. now they have made this their go to salon too! amazing staff. amazing artists. amazing salon!

I get my nails done regularly and travel often in the summer abs have a hard time finding good places around the country when I’m only in town for one day. This place was amazing! :) Go here you won’t regret it.

Lush Nail Spa was absolutely not worth the recommendations it’s gotten. Super rude front desk who just stared and didn’t get us or ask what we needed.Nail tech cut my heel (how does that happen?) And cut my toe so bad he could not stop the bleeding. Never asked if I was okay just kept whispering to his co workers.I asked for a basic French tip and they look horrible!Will not go back. Do not recommend!

Lush nails is my go to nail salon. It’s conveniently located, always clean and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. They always take their time to assure mine and my daughters nails are perfect. I’ve tried a few other salons in the Kyle area and they cannot compare to Lush Nails.

I really wanted to love this shop due to its convenience. However, yesterday changed my mind completely. I came in for my usual, checked in, told a young lady what I needed and sat to wait... and wait.... And wait... I didnt have an appointment so I understood the wait. UNTIL a woman came in, also, without an appointment and was immediately seated in the pedicure station and serviced. I kept my cool and waited a bit more.. and then came a couple, who also did not have an appointment.. and you guessed it, they were also serviced before me. It was quite obvious that this was done purposely because as a professional establishment, how can you forget about a customer who is waiting in the waiting area. Any who, I got up and left and will not return.

The pedicure services here have always been great. Yesterday, I came in to do my nails and was disappointed. When I asked for a new solar set, I was told to pick a color from two booklet cases. I explained I wanted a simple sheer pink but that was not a choice from the samples on the booklet. I went with a light pink 002. Nails were cut too short, color was not what I really what I wanted. Nail tech did not speak one word to me. I go up to pay and get charged $50 instead of the $35 on their pamphlet. I did not appreciate that at all. When she asked if I wanted gel or colored powder, she completely failed to mention a $15 upcharge. To top it off, I can clearly see that they do indeed have a sheer pink because some of the other review photos have what I wanted. I may have just gotten a tech that was ready to go home. Really dissatisfied.

Three strikes you’re out! This place use to be the best! I kept thinking maybe it was an off day, so I’ve gone back, but they’re just not what they were.Wait time was quoted 30 minutes ( it was 45). No follow through with requested drink. ( That probably would ease the wait time!) General sense of service feeling as if their give a damn was busted! Experience completely subpar. Peace out Lush. You just don’t have game anymore!

It was so wonderful! To start the place is clean and beautiful. Also, my nail tech was fast and knew exactly how to make my vision come to life. 10/10 recommended!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The last two times I went here I had an appointment booked ahead of time. My wife and I showed up on time. We informed them that we had an appointment & what we were needing. After that we were told to hold on and sat down. While waiting not one but two people walked in after us without appointments. Were seen right away. We were told someone would help up but 20+ mins when by and we complained then left. Terrible customer service on there behalf.

They always treat me and my little daughters so well. We love to come here and get prettied up.

Went here to get my nails done, and I wasn’t too disappointed, but what I wanted the nail tech couldn’t do so I got a simple color. My nails (other than the index finger which is the length I wanted) ended up being too short. The shape on my thumbs were square, while the shape on the rest were coffin. My gel started peeling on my thumb the next day. And when I read another review, someone said they just did gel and didn’t even ask if we wanted powder or gel, in which the lady never asked if I wanted either or, she just did gel (which is more when you do acrylic). I tried giving this place a second chance after a few months thinking it would be different but I will no longer be coming here. I keep getting inexperienced nail techs.

Tracey was amazing! I didn’t have an appointment but needed a fill ASAP! She was nice, and very delicate with my hands! Some nail techs are so rough and end up getting too close to the nail or cutting cuticles. She will definitely have a returning customer!

Lyn was wonderful! She took her time to make sure my nails were smooth. I got dipped powder nails. I have not been this happy in a very long time. She also did my pedicure and her massage is amazing. I will be back for sure.

Sadly I went in this morning to get my nails dipped and now its almost 8hrs later and I just noticed that one of my nails is cracked... tried calling and the line is busy... maybe they will see this

A coworker recommend this place to me, they were nice when I walked but the lady that did my nails was so rough doing my nails I really thought she was going to make my cuticles bleed and she did my nails very quickly. Next day noticed I had 2 bubbles on nails, days after that noticed they scratched very easily. $50Down the drain I highly don’t recommend this place

Easy to book an appointment however after they called to reschedule my session I came in to nothing the eyelash lady didnt come in. The reason they told me that I couldnt do my original time was because she wasnt available turns out the time they set for me wasnt good either. Despite the trouble the employees seemed nice and friendly I wouldnt bash on them over this one experience. Just a frustrating situation.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! They had me in a chair for 2 hours waiting and waiting for a pedicure... I knew they were busy so I was okay waiting I knew my turn would come but NOPE instead they skipped me and did everyone else including my grandma who I came with. It was straight RUDE and unprofessional! I will NEVER be returning here and neither will my entire family who are all regulars here. Thanks.

The guy who did my nails was rushing the whole time and got on his phone after finishing one step. They honestly look good but lets see how long the last....but for $50 a simple set? Overpriced... i know people have bills to pay but cmon...

Every time I get a facial wax being eyebrow upper lip or chin they never do it right I have to do the plucking my self because they always say I don’t see nothing and I end up doing my own wax and still have to pay full price. The upside is that their is an Asian nail and pedi lady by the name of Lili and she’s the best

Booking an appointment is simple and easy. They do accept walk ins. Paul, is great! He was fast but did an amazing job. Definitely will be going back soon..

Paul is the BEST! Everytime I see another tech I havent been happy with the customer service or quality of my nails. Last time I expressed my disappointment with the way my nails turned out and there was nothing bust excuses made as usual. I was told the last shipment of powder was a bad batch.... as a business you have an obligation to throw out poor product and replace it with good acceptable products for your customers as they deserve the best. As much as we spend in this salon, I feel some sort of apology or redo should have been offered. Its only been a week and my nails are all chipped and top coat has peeled off. I will not ever be going to any other tech but Paul from now on. Especially when the manager wont hear you out or make things right when they screw up!

I love this place the times I have went! They always do an amazing job. The past two times that I’ve gone my nails haven’t been lasting as how they usually would. I went on 1/16 and had to return on 1/17 because one of my nails had chipped and they had to reshape and get it fixed. It didn’t even hit 1 week of having to get my nails done and two of my nails have already chipped again. The girl who did my nails did a very good service but not a very good job for them to be chipping and breaking within a week. Very sad to say one of my favorite salons is starting to disappoint. I also got gel and most of my nails have started to fade color away not sure what is going on but I will start looking for somewhere else.

Just got a full set done with Mymy and they’re absolutely perfect!! I normally don’t do long/coffin nails with just anyone because I’m super super particular about them, but I’m so glad I did today. Mymy was very meticulous and took her time to make sure I was happy with her work. 5/5 👍🏻🔥

Paul is amazing and is always working hard to schedule you to fit your schedule. They have gone above and beyond to sanitize even more to fight Covid. They work to keep you distanced from those around you.

As a male the nail shop isnt a common stop for me but when I walked into lush nails spa i knew I would be back. I felt as if I walked into a family gathering the way I was greeted and took care of. If you are going any where else you are doing yourself a disservice.

Initially when I got my nails done I was in love with them. The NEXT day they were chipping already, I had paid $70 For them just to be peeling off already. Called and was told to come in the next day when I arrived I waited 20mins for them just to tell me to come back in 2 days i book the appointment with the nail tech that initially did my nails. Well she decided not to show up, so yet again having to reschedule another appointment. Now a week has passed since the time Ive got my nails done and I’m am beyond mad. They had no problem taking my money and are not even trying to fix what they messed up. This is the most unprofessional nail salon I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE!.

We went in for my daughters birthday, its all she wanted to do. 4 of us total and 3 out of the 4 got cut. Mine being the worst, and it was pretty bad.The lady doing my daughters friends nails slapped her hand because she didnt move it when she told her to (hard to hear/understand through the masks and plexi glass).The chair one over from me was never sanitized in between clients either.Over $200 wasted and a very disappointed kid.

Moved to Kyle not that long ago so was trying to find a place out here instead of driving all the way to my normal nail shop.After today’s experience I will not be returning how I told the lady. Me and my cousin both went in for Pedis and the guy attending my cousin (Andy) did a great job and tried to get things started for me as well after I had sat there for a little while already. Not only did she cut my nails crooked and the quality of the polish came out poor before she even started she had to remove my old gel polish. I do understand at any salon that yes gel is more I’m not new to this but the way the lady told me made it seem like I could not afford the service. My cousin was offered a drink and the guy reminded her to offer one to me I mean everyone should get offered the same service. I don’t ever like to leave bad reviews but after this experience it ruined my whole visit I didn’t even want to do my eyebrows as planned.

Tried this place for the first time today and LOVED it! I showed a picture of what I wanted to the lady doing my nails and I walked out with a spot on match :) The employees were super nice and I will definitely be coming back!

Never had a problem here I frequently came to get my nails done but I went a month ago and there was a new guy doing my nails not only did he burn me but he also put on so much glue that I could feel like burning my skin . He cut near the root of my fingernails and yesterday after one month of going I tried removing my nails because they were hurting me . I could feel my real nails coming off as i tried removing the acrylic and when they were finally off my nails were bruised and were hurting even when I washed my hands. Not mentioning that my pinky had some skin and nail come off with the amount of glue the guy put. Never going back ever again!

Was in town to visit a friend and stopped in for a pedicure, the salon was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly!!!!

I visit this place every two weeks. Everyone is really nice and do a great job on my nails!! I have tried other places in Kyle, these guys do the best job!! I will be back again and again

I absolutely love this place. I used to go exclusively to a nail salon all the way in Houston & was in desperate need of getting my nails fixed so when a friend recommended me I was a little hesitant but this place has truly been a blessing. They have so many colors & options. Everyone is so friendly & will do their best to make sure your nails look amazing. I highly recommend! (Emma is so detail oriented and honestly amazing)

The location and the place is beautiful.The staff is friendly and nice. However, the quality of my nails were awesome and amazing the the first time I went the second time the quality of the work was not the same and the lady doing my nails did not understand what I was saying. And nails were not as I wanted. Needless to say the quality of the work the first time is not consistent.

I’ve been going to a place in buda for awhile but the last time I went they did not do a good job. So I decided to try a new place and I showed a lady how I wanted my nails and she did it perfect. I was really happy with the results and will be going back again. Also they were really kind, and glad the lady took her time on my nails.

Very kind and focused on pleasing the customer. The nail tech took time to make sure I was pleased with my nails.

I tried this place once before when it first opened and was not impressed, but that was several years ago. I decided to give it another try and I have to say, it was great! There is kind of a long wait which is the only reason I gave a 5 star review, but it seems like it’s only due to staffing because the techs themselves are pretty time efficient, without risking quality. I have super tiny toenails and my tech (I wish I remembered his name- he was thinner with buzz-cut style hair) took his time making sure the polish didn’t drip onto my actual toe because my nail is so small! The massage itself can be kind of intense but he listens when I asked him to ease up and was so patient with me! I will be coming back again soon!

Pedicure was a rip off ! The girl that did it kept poking my skin till she made it bleed then she said she couldnt take the dead skin off my feet that has never happened to me before !! The lady next to me had the same special and they used all tools on her ! Never going back !!

My daughter & I had our nails done at Lush Nails for the 1st time & we were both very happy with service we received. They really did a Great Job. & the staff was very friendly. We would definitely recommend this place.

Ive visited Lush Nails twice now with friends and I am having mixed feelings about their service. My first visit was for a pedicure with regular nail polish and the service was great although the polish was just ok. My second visit was for a mani with regular polish and holy cow, the nail polish didnt even last three days. Perhaps it is overall unwise to get regular nail polish on finger nails but I was surprised at how quickly it came off. Anyway, I will definitely be returning because of their convenient location, however, I feel as if their polish isnt the best quality. It doesnt seem to last as long as other polishes Ive used in the past. Altogether good experience though!

I’ve tried many places in kyle so I decided to give this one a go. I always take very good care of my acrylics. They usually last about a month and a half to two months. The set I got from here lasted ALMOST 3 weeks!!! I also witnessed the lady at the front desk be VERY rude and disrespectful to my friend. My friend was not being rude in any way towards her! She just said there was a misunderstanding because she got charged extra, then the lady at the front desk started raising her voice at us!! Will never go back:-)!

After trying 3 other salons in Kyle, granted it was a Sat. am, we stayed here for our pedicures. Great decision! Nice, clean environment, friendly, competent staff, everything you can expect from a good salon! We will definitely be back! Theyre under new management, too.

I absolutely love this place. They really take good care of you here. I always get the organic nail dip and they do a wonderful job. I also get a pedicure and they do such a wonderful job in taking care of your feet. I am usually here an hour and a half for my nails and pedicure.

After my nail tech quit I had to go searching. I’m picky about how my nails are done, cleanliness and sanitation because I’m in the business. Everyone here has been extremely nice and professional and I’ve had Anna E do my nails twice with ZERO complaints . They do charge more than I was paying in San Marcos but the trade-off is worth it!

They did a good job but way expensive. $50 for a full set with gel is not worth it.

This review is based on a pedicure service only. After opting to get a pedicure here I was very displeased!! I spent 2hr in a pedicure chair and didnt receive a full pedicure. I informed the tech I had gel polish on my toes before hand. Another tech came and took off the gel the did my cuticles. Mind you my feet never got the water again until they rinse my feet before polishing. My feet were out of the water and on foot rest so long that my feet went to sleep and my knees started to hurt. Once I got to this point I told her to just polish my toes. Because never in life has it taken 2hr to fill acrylic on two big toes and clip cuticles! I was given a 1m massage total only on my legs and was still charged full price for the pedicure. She discounted $8 for the acrylic fills on the big toes and that was it. Never again will I get a pedicure there.

Clean, friendly, the techs know what they are doing. There are 16 pedicure seats. The decor is amazing and if you spend $50 there you get a special drink menu. They even have services for kids at a great price! This is better than any other place in Kyle and I will be going back! They do dip nails here too!

First time here for mama and daughter mani/pedi. She is 16 (mom fail!!) Very comfortable, friendly staff. Not sure about prices. Not much of a girly girl so have only ever been to a nail salon a few times. Good margaritas though :)

I normally go to another salon in San Marcos but they werent open and I needed my nails done for an event last minute - pretty welcoming as a walk in and got seated quickly. The lady cut my cuticles too much and made me bleed. She filed my nails unevenly twice after I asked her to even them out (I ended up fixing them at home). The shellac manicure was mediocre - lumpy and uneven. Not too sure about sanitization bc the tools just came of a drawer and not a sterile bag like most salons. Now my cuticles are sore and Im out almost $40. Not worth the money. Im going to wait about a week before I get them redone at my usual salon.

I went there for the first time 3 weeks ago after trying to find a good salon in kyle, i went in without an appointment and was helped by Effie and she did an awesome job and really wanted to make sure my nails came out good, she was quick but also made sire my nails came out awesome and she did an awesome job i will be going back to her soon.

I had an appointment this past Tuesday for my baby shower. I specifically told them I needed a mani pedi and eyelashes. When I got done with my mani pedi they told me I would have to wait an hour because another client came in. Extremely unprofessional and unfair because I was there first. I will not be going back and I will spread the world to all I know because I live in the area. The price are also way too high. Sparenity next door has way cheaper prices and quality work/customer service.

Terrible service! Worse service i’ve had in years. I get my nails done on the as a regular and almost go once a week. They rush your nails, super rude, won’t fix them for you, no refund . I usually don’t write reviews, but had to after my experience. They overpriced and I promise Deluxe nails is way cheaper and better! They even use the UV light on dip, that’s the entire point of DIP!

I love this place! I have tried every location in Kyle and this is hands down my favorite! They can do ANYTGING! You show them a picture and they make it happen, designs, jewels, marble, anything! Prices are just the same as everyone else but definitely worth the price. I had a hot stone pedicure today and it was so nice and relaxing, I can’t wait to try the jello and ice cream pedicures!

I went yesterday with my cousin and it was amazing they helped us right away and Kim the girl who was going our nails was so nice and sweet she talked to us the entire time, she took her time on our nails and it was a great experience they just earned themselves 2 new customers 🙂

It is my moms usual place, so we went together. Great color selection. Its a little pricier than places in Austin, but it was super clean and my girl was great. My moms guy (heavy set guy) was apparently really rough and creeped her out. We didnt get names, but there another guy that she thought was great.

I scheduled an appointment for 11:30 and I waited for 45 minutes before I even sat in a pedicure chair. I walked out because no one attended to me at all.

Zero stars! Trash! Save your money. My nail shop is closed today and I really needed to get my nails done. You would think that a new salon would meet the customers expectations so you can come again. NOPE! The first nail tech was rough and sloppy! I asked for a woman and she was WORST. She had the nerve to rush and NOBODY was there! They are OVERPRICED for SLOPPY work. Please go somewhere else. I didn’t tip her and I informed them that her work was SLOPPY.
