This is my first time at this location. I went to cash a payroll check at 2:56am on April 1, 2021. The teller was a older lady who was very rude and dry. By this being my first time at a currency exchange I expect questions. But questions about registering only. Not about my personal job and business which she kept asking me with an attitude. I kept being nice while she was being very rude and looking at me crazy. I also felt judge. The payroll check was from a job I just left and I had on my current job uniform. She ask me questions on why my uniform dont match my payroll? What do my job consist of? Just out the blue questions that Im sure wasnt on her computer. After all of that she had me standing there for 15mins. She did more judging with her eyes, off the wall questions, and staring at me and the check more than she type on her computer. To eventually have me sign on the back of check then turn around and said she cant cash my check because its over 30days old! At that point I know she intentionally did that. I dont know if she was having a bad day or what but I was nothing but nice to that lady. The date on my check is 3/5/21. Its 4/1/21. I said maam its not 30days old its the first. She said really? OK well we have 10day policy you have to cash it 10days before the 30 period. I said maam where is that written down at? And you stared at my check for over 15mins made me sign it and not once did you look at the date? She said you can come tomorrow they would cash it for with no problem but I cant. I said whats the difference between the day and tomorrow? After asking that I walked off because I clearly was talking to a bad spirit evil woman and was getting no where. I never disrespect an elder before so I walked away before I did.

I called to ask about pesos conversion and the teller was very helpful and gave me lots of useful info to help me on my acquisition. Hopefully the employers are treating the workers well.

Good place to go pay bills that open 24 hours and the authorized dealer for everything

Took my son to cash his stimulus check... they told him they can’t cash a check 10 after it was issued.. it’s a government check sent by mail.. probably took a week to get it by mail then worked all week and didn’t have a chance to cash it!!! When my son questioned her about it she told him to leave!! This was on Sunday April 26, 2021!! Never going back!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Most ignorant place I’ve been in my LIFE! The place needs to go out of business. Avoid at all cost!!! You’ll thank me

This place is so unprofessional! Debit machine was broke so I couldn’t pay with a card and NO money in the atm all I needed was my plate sticker so I went to my bank atm to get cash and go back and now they said they were now closed for 30 minutes... why? It’s 24 hours!!!!! Oh and let’s not forget how rude they are . You would think it was the public aid office I HATE GOING HERE BUT REALLY MY ONLY OPTION IN THIS AREA

Don’t sign the check ahead of time or they won’t cash it. I even said I’ll sign it again in front of them and the lady said “only one signature”. I now have a $765 check I can’t cash and I won’t be able to do my grocery shopping now. I now have to wait until Monday so I can ask my boss to issue a new check.

I’ve been here before, this time I CALLED before possibly wasting gas to ask if I was able to cash a check that had my name on it but a different address (recent move) She says she has to see what type of check it is she doesn’t know. What? You cash checks EVERYDAY but you can’t tell me under stipulations you’re able to do so over the phone? Weird flex but ok! Thanks for nothing. To be expected with where it’s located though so...Not surprised smh

Went for a state license plate sticker. Everything went smoothly. The service was pleasent and the workers were friendly.She let me know which fees Id have to pay beforehand as I had a card and no cash. She rang up the sticker, we chatted, and I was out quickly without any issues.

Dont EVER come here! Treated me like I was a filthy animal for trying to cash a Western Union check. Sign falsely advertises saying Western Union & We cash ALL checks Yet they all looked at the Western Union Logo as if it was completely foreign and said I dont know what that is! They called the manager up, NOPE never heard of it. Place is a total joke, they expect whoever wrote the check to hand walk you into the building and explain how you earned the money. They REFUSE to make calls on Sunday to the business to verify even if the business is open 7days a week. Come back tomorrow, theyll tell you. Just LAZY and RUDE like how dare you walk in and make us do our job. Also had an official check from the state of Illinois gaming Co. for 7 dollars. Wow surprise cant cash that either. Go ANYWHERE but here even if that means waiting to cash your check. They need to shut this place down for false advertising, being inhumane and a waste of space.

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience for me and my elderly mom. Young lady was rude, nasty ignorant you name it. Took $75 in fees without telling us upfront it was required and the owner is LOWDOWN I honestly feel we should STOP going in there and let his trifling butt BANKRUPT

Unprofessional, rude, ghetto staff. Not all, but the ones that work at night are just ugh. In the morning they never charge me for an envelope every time I come in at night they wanna charge you for everything.
