Ive been coming to this place for a year now and wont be coming back. As nice as it is to be able to walk in and get service right away its not consistent. I brought my daughter in to get acrylic nail set and they charged her $60 for acrylics.... I feel like they took advantage of her being young in there paying for herself. Last time I was in there I brought two of My kids in and we all got pedicures. Not only did they rush through it on us. They lady over charged my credit card $15 after making me pay full price for the extra massage that we didnt get. I do not recommend this place at all and suggest you dont waste your time.

Im really unhappy with the time I spent with them. I wanted a luxury pedicure and a manicure. I asked for the gel and paid the price for the gel when I had permanent which after 3 days left on my feet and hands and the person injured me by cutting my nail until it blew. the pain was horrible and no commercial gesture! Im not going anymore Im very disappointed

I am choosing to use my throwaway account because after my experience here I am filled with fear. After a very long and hard day of work I decided to to come and relax, forget about my worries, the usual. This was far from what I actually wanted.Instead I was aggressively manicured to the point of blood. Mind you as I am writing this I am taking a risk to begin with due to COVID. I normally never write negative reviews but Im having to make an exception because of my unfortunate experience.

This place should reevaluate their business tactics. Customer service was poor along with their work quality. Will avoid coming back to this salon.

Understand that I am someone who normally does not write reviews. This is my first exception, this is how severe my horrible, HORRIBLE, experience was. Dont believe me just read the other 1 star reviews or go in and see for yourself.

Get Lynn or Nancy to do your nails. Ive been coming here monthly for 2 years and they never disappoint. The pictures on these reviews arent the best. I get longer, more modern acrylic tips with Gel overlay done every month. They always look fantastic. The service is also amazing.

Kim did my pedicure and manicure. She did such a good job. Spent time to really clean my cuticles on both my feet and hands. The massage was amazing. Very relaxing spa. I will definitely be returning.

I have been a client here for over a year. I admit that I usually do not schedule an appointment and am a walk in but I dont think that should matter. I have been pretty happy with the service up until my last 2 visits. Sometimes I have my own Shellac polish or use one of the many colors they provide. I am lucky that my job allows me to have fun nail colors and the last time I decided to get a chrome color. This is NOT the first time that it has been done and not the first time in this color. The first time I went in was on a Sunday about 4pm. Fill went great but the polish bubbled a lot and she had to redo 3 or 4 nails before I left. On Monday at work the chrome color started to chip away to show the black polish underneath. Not a big deal to show the black polish I like it but very unprofessional looking. SO as a I work 4 10 hour shifts I cant get back in to have it fixed until my next day off. Go by on Tuesday, on my lunch break, make an appointment to fix them on Thursday. Go in on Thursday, they take off the polish/chrome and reapply. Looks great until Sunday morning, bubbles showing up again....Monday at work.....polish starts to peel again.I will not be going back to have them fix as my nails are very sore now from such repeat days of filing. Im usually not too picky about my nails but this is becoming a normal thing now. They told me that the chrome doesnt always stay on. I have had the chrome 5 or 6 times before with no issue. I wish the team there and the owners the best and for the clients that are happy with the work they get Im jealous.

My mom came here and wanted acrylics for a special event and when they were doing the length of it... they didn’t even ask how long or short she wanted it!!! They cut it way to short maybe the size of the end of your finger and we told them that it was too short but they said we can’t do anything. Then they got mad and started buffing it really hard which hurt my mom and for a week her nails were hurting. So I would rather go to the one across the street because they are more friendly and kind instead of doing stuff there way and believe in revenge!!!

This is the worst place that I have ever gotten a manicure and a pedicure pedicure looked like my 12-year-old did it and when I mentioned that it looks messed up and not smooth on my big toe she just pretended that she didn’t hear me and I mentioned it like three times never go there ever ever Photo was taken in the bathroom in the spa before I even left

Ive been coming here for many years, in part because its close to my house. But I think I would come here anyway. Their work is very consistent, and I like going to see Helen. I request her regularly. She always does a great job on my shellac, never any problems. Nancy is good too, as is Lynn. Advice: request to see one of the 3 mentioned.

My cousin and I drive over from Seattle every couple weeks to have the lovely ladies here take care of us. They are willing to try a design if you show a photo. I am not a football fan but they do a great Seahawk too!Also, I have seen their dipping powder and its beautiful and not lumpy! They take their time and have amazing attention to detail. I uploaded some of my photos if youre curious about what they can do. They did a beautiful pink marble in my cousin, I wish I had a photo of. But it might be on nail and spas Facebook.

Went here for the first time today, very nice staff, quick, and detailed, I am very picky with how I like my nails and they did a excellent job! ❤️😍😘 would highly recommend.. definitely going back !

Of I could rate it a 0 I would. This was the most frustrating and disappointing experience I’ve ever had and I’m NOT a Picky person by any means! I went in for a shellac manicure and pedicure they told me the wait would be 15min which was fine because I didn’t schedule an appointment. The womanThat helped me out had no manners what so ever. She would just grab my hand like it wasn’t attached to a person. She often would be applying nail polish, clipping, or filing while turning away and not paying attention to what she was doing. I was getting a French tip shellac manecure and I pointed out to her that some nails didn’t get any white polish. So instead of adding polish to the areas she just filed my nails more AFTER shellac was applied. My nails were poorly filed at the end very rough. This was a terrible experience and I’ll NEVER go back.

I love the ladies and the service here. Get the deluxe pedicure. You deserve it.

First time they charged me $45 and the quality was ok. Second time I paid $55 and after a week my nail chipped and fabric from my cloths sticks to my nails and doesn’t come off.

Ive been going to Lihns salon for 20 years. They are friendly and always sensitive to some of my quirky requests.

Poor quality, poor values not professional, not clean and not on time.

I used to go to Bs Nails right next door for many years and one day I went and it was closed, amazingly there was there another nail shop open in the same parking lot. I walked in to see ALL of my Fav gals working there. Its been 15 years of great service, they listen, they talk to you, they are cheap, they dont try to up charge you for every little service, they offer water and I never have to wait. The best part of getting a manicure for $13 is the long great massage you get...and not just on your hands! Its arms, neck, shoulders...Sooo worth it!! I always tip them well and always highly recommend them!!

Loved the service! Nice long massage and a complementary sea salt scrub or paraffin dip. We will go back in the near future.

I called and made an appointment to make sure i was in their schedule that day for 530pm. I got there at 515 and let them know i had an appt and the lady tells me sorry you are gonna wait 30-45 minutes.. I waited half the time and while waiting other people were being helped. I than decided to call around to other close by nail salons . As soon as the lady heard me talking to Fabulash she tells me You dont have to wait anymore you can come sit over here, by that time I was already annoyed that I made an appt and was waiting 40 minutes and only decided to help me because she heard the call. I told her to forget it and left. 1 month later I decided to give it another try. I walked in this time and was helped by a lady who seemed very unhappy( Not the same one as the first time) . She was rushing to get my pedicure done, she was washing/scrubbing where you sink your feet in with chemicals while another lady she brought over was putting the nail polish on my feet. As soon as she got done painting my toes she put my sandals and said you done $23 at front. Iv been to a few salons through out my life and they usually have you wait a few minutes after they are done to make sure the nail polish is dry enough to be able to walk and it not smear. Well as soon as I got up the nail polish got smeared everywhere. I didnt bother telling them because the lady who helped me was being really rude for no reason.

Avoid this place, especially for SNS. My nails were ground down so bad that I had to ice my nails that night I got them on from the pain. It litterally kept me from sleeping. Not only did it hurt, but look aweful. The Polish was uneven, extremely thick in some places, and wrinkled like if you touched your nails before they dried all the way. They offered to redo them before I left, but I had already been there for 1.5 hours and had to get home to my toddler. When I returned to have then removed I was told it was my fault and that its very common for it to hurt the first time you get it. First of all, it shouldnt hurt and secondly why wouldnt they warn customers? I paid $75 for my nails and they looked bad and hurt and this did not include a massage. I dont have a picture because I got them taken off. If you do go here DO NOT let them grind you nail with the drill tool! Also, this place is not clean. They do not sanatize tools in between customers. This was the first and last time ill be here.
