The woman hairdresser seated me and asked how I liked to have my hair cut!As she was cutting my hair, I enjoyed watching the sporting events on the numerous televisions! It seemed to make everything go a little bit faster!The woman who cut my hair was very attentive and asked me a lot of questions about my hair!Upon completion, she made sure that I was 100% satisfied!She then asked me to meet her up front and the counter and I paid my bill! If you want somewhere who will not cut your hair correctly, this is the place for you. I literally have to correct my own hair since ‘trained’ individuals aren’t very rehearsed at their profession. I’d prefer to have uneven hair because I did it for free, rather than paying a company and its employees to do what I could have done blindfolded at home.

I take my boys here for their haircuts and trims and they love it. They do a great job, cool atmosphere and cool people.

I came in for a beard detailing and beard trim, and I left with a crooked beard. I had to go home and shave it all off to start fresh. Absolutely ridiculous and I won’t be back and I’ll be sure to tell all my friends with beards not to go here!!!!

Had a pretty decent experience here.I called ahead of time and they had time for walk ins.Baseline rates are comparably higher than other places...They would probably express that it is due to the included services; which in my experience was the somewhat rushed wash and hot towel.However i feel that it dosent leave much room to feel good about tipping.Staff conducted themselves how i would expect them to.Dont know for sure if Ill be back again or not...But from what i can tell it seems to be a decent option for folks.

I came in at 1:45 they close at 5 and there was no one at the place except 3 workers they told me to leave because they have no room for any more people… that was the last time I get declined for a hair cut …. This place is great! Everybody is nice and they do a really great job on haircuts, making sure its what you want, they take their time and they have sports on TV which is a plus too.

I believe in giving everyone a fair chance but $21 is way too much for a basic haircut. I asked to go bald, to name things simple for Adrienne and myself. The customer service was fair. Its highly doubtful I will return to this place.

Ive gotten my hair cut by Meg a few times now and shes always super nice. Initiates and holds conversation as well as works with me to make sure that I get the cut that I want. I dont think Ive ever had a fade so clean to be honest. 😅 10/10 would recommend getting my hair cut by her.

Keep a good eye on your kids when they cut their hair. I told the lady we did not want a hard part. & she still gave him a hard part. Hair was uneven and he had lines on the back of his head. Also they are still requiring people to wear their masks. Even though our mask mandate ended a week ago. You must wear a mask and wait in your vehicle. Hopefully they remember to get you.

Was really unhappy with my kiddos hair cut. It turned out the style I wanted, just a lot shorter. His hair was fairly long, so it totally could have been the length I was asking for. Maybe partially my fault because I dont fully know all the different types of cuts. I did show the stylist a picture of what I wanted so I thought that would be good enough. About 2 months later, its grown out to the length I wanted to begin with. I just hate that it was necessary for it to grow out since his hair was more than long enough to begin with.

We are very 😡 upset with the experience at Sports clips today. The cut my grandson received was NOT what we asked for!!! It was a little short, but we could deal with it, until she got the clippers out and basically SHAVED the back of his head. Were very disappointed 😞 and we will NEVER go back to this place or recommend it to anyone! We would give it a ZERO stars, but it wont allow, no stars! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I am a regular customer here for the past two years. I usually have great haircuts every time from Chelsea, Chelsea (Asst. Manager) or Mary except one or two occasions when I tried a new hairstylist. They used to have a useful punch card using which one can avail of great discounts on alternate visits. Today, after my MVP, upon payment, they revealed that they had stopped accepting the punch card. That was really surprising! They neither send any email nor put any notice in the store. I was about to make use of my $5 offer on MVP, and wouldnt have done MVP if I was informed before. Anyway, its a great place and you wont be disappointed with the haircut. If possible, please bring Mary back; she was one of the top stylists in the saloon.

I had a great haircut from Sports clips but the person cutting my hair was cold and wouldn’t speak to me. Then at check out I was charged for an MVP which I received no part of other than the hair cut. I would not recommend going here without knowing exactly what they’re charging for. I will never be returning here for a haircut again

Given the current environment with the pandemic and all, they were very accommodating and polite about the fact they have to do things differently. I for one commend the job they had to do, and the circumstances they had to do it in.

I used to come here once every week n a half or two weeks for about 2 years straight to get my haircut, and would brag about the cut. And experiance. I moved a little further away, and have been back sporadically over the passed couple years. Im not sure what happened with this place but it seems all the staff has changed, and with that change came a decrease in quality, and care. I no longer get my haircut here because I go to a barber, however I do bring my kids occasionally. I dont think that I will be coming here any longer. I can go to a barber shop, with a PHENOMINAL environment, full of laughs, cutting up, personal experience, they remember you, and treat you like a neighbor for half the price. Today I walked in with my oldest, and nobody was waiting, and we checked in online. So to be clear there were 3 stylists and no customers aside from my oldest. This was thee most robotic, experience I have ever encountered. There was no personal experience, laughs, conversation, or anything. My boys have gotten there hair cut here MANY times as well, and it seems each time we come now, Im asked if my boys may have been checked in, in the passed, by a different number or something because they have no profile. This is ridiculous because I have there haircuts here probably at least a hundred times. My middle child is 5, and I MAY have gotten his haircut at MAYBE a few other places a handful of times since he was born. The owner of this salon really needs to send in a person to do a secret shop, because the customer service experience is just no longer here.Im leaving two stars instead of one because my childs haircut was not awful.I would love to see this place brought back to the original experiance it once had.

Went in to the Kokomo store about a month ago and was very impressed.Went in today, Sept23 this morning, waited 45 minutes,, not a big deal for me todayShe asked if I wanted MVP I said yes, did a nice job on the haircut, but then it was have a good day!There was no hair wash,no hot towel or massage. And 25 bucks is what she charged.Am I wrong on the 25 that you get all of these services? I didnt say anything because I thought maybe I was wrong, but its what I paid the first time I went in this place, And just think 25 bucks for a haircut is way to much for not the full treatment. Very very disappointed

We had a coupon for a free haircut so I took my 15 yr old son there. The stylist who cut his hair did a very nice job and my son was pleased which says a lot because he is very picky.

Chelsea does an amazing job with my hair. She is always giving me advice on how to better take care of my hair and scalp. I started to take my sons, 6 and 9 to her. She has a great attitude with them and they like going there and having her cut their hair. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

I had made a call/online info request and were told that we could not make an appointment, that we just had to come in. So I got my family ready and went in to the facility. Upon arrival we were questioned on if we had made a reservation. No we had not because we were told we could not make an appointment!! But were never informed that we could make a reservation?!?! So we were told it would b roughly 3 hours if we wanted to wait... SERIOUSLY!? 3HOURS with 2 children in a small crowded area?! No, what we wouldve appreciated was the actual information that we had requested upon contacting the facility the first time before even leaving my home that day. We were not greeted politely, we werent not treated like our business mattered, and we will not be returning just to be misinformed and mistreated.

I actually love everything about SportsClips! I typically cut my own hair because its basically a buzz cut, but recently I was given a free haircut coupon and I love it there. The haircut looks really good, I love the wash after the cut, but what really sold me was the beard trimming with my hair cut. I keep my hair short and my beard long and she went right into my beard and blended it into my side burns and cleaned the rest of it up and it looks great!

Was told it would be a 45 minute wait so I left and came back. Was told it kicked my name off the list and I had a 20 min wait time, so I said ok and when it added my name to the list it was a 35 min wait. When I asked about it and to speak to a manager, a heavy-set blonde stylist came up front and was aggressive with her. As we left to go someplace else, the blonde left. Guess that explains the added wait time? Never going back to this location.

It was a last minute decision to get my sons haircut. We hadnt made an appointment, but they accepted us quickly. Completely transformed my son, taking off 8 inches of blonde hair. All the while, making him feel comfortable and confident.

This is the best place to get your haircut by a long shot! I was professionally greeted the minute I walked through the door. The wait time was less than 5 minutes and I watched watched sports while I waited! I received their MVP service which included a hot, steamed towel and a massaging shampoo which was awesome! A perfect haircut and a shoulder massage was part of the service and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality service that you receive. I will never go to one of the cheap, get you in the chair - get you out the chair shops again. Sport Clips Kokomo has the best haircut service!

I love my barber Chels, but the bad review is because the owner has decided to not offer a military discount to veterans unless they hold a VFW card. I have a VA card issued by the VA hospital and I have a veteran stamp on my drivers license, veterans plates on my autos, but guess thats not good enough. This is a selfish act on behalf of the owner. Maybe time to look elsewhere for a haircut. Feel free to contact me owner if you are seeing this. Id like to educate you a little.

Inconsistent hours of operation from google to the app. Idk if they are open or not.

For the second time, my son was skipped over so the hairdresser could work on a higher financial stable looking adult. My sons name was listed on the board for being next, but when asked why (both times) both my wife and I were told, he will be next. NO apology, NO discount; even after waiting 40-45 minutes. I have emailed Sport Clips several times and never received a reply.

Chelsea and Mary did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond to make our experience great. We will be back soon!

I started coming here about 5 months ago and had great service after recieving a free hair cut for being a new client! I have also referred a bunch of people I work with at Chrysler, but seems like the last 2 times me and my 3 boys have came in we have had execellent service, but the cuts weren’t exactly what we asked for and big pieces of hair that had been looked over!

Every time I go in there they seem like they’re too busy or don’t have time for another haircut when they literally have 30 minutes

Since it was my first visit, they let me do the triple play at no added cost. It was superb. The wait was long, but the service was worth it. I will continue to pay the premium price for the triple play every time I return.

My first experience with Sports Clips was great. It had a laid back environment and I came out with the best cut and trim Id had in years. Id thought Id found a great new spot to go.My second visit, however, had me with what I believe was a newer employee since the stylist I had last time was out. Despite having exact instructions from my first visit, she essentially buzzed all of my hair the same length and brought attention to my receding hairline. When she trimmed my mustache she took a portion of my mustache off and did a very uneven trim all the while saying you hate me or he hates me to her coworkers.Im not sure what to think of this place now but Ill give them another chance as long as the stylist from my first visit is available.

$20 for just a haircut is a little steep. Add to that it is the worst haircut I have ever received is a problem. Lady who cut my hair had no idea what she was doing completely uneven and just horrible. I have learned my lesson and will not return.
