Although I was SCARED because I was having the remainder of my TOP SET OF TEETH removed, ALL THE STAFF made me FEEL comfortable and relaxed. My husband and I came in for our regular cleanings and, as always, Heidi was a pure delight! Punctual as usual, and the experience was great. Everything was nice and clean, and she was extremely efficient. Best cleanings ever! They have a new doctor there now, and although I wasn’t scheduled to see her, Heidi went and got her and Dr. Rodriguez took time out of her clearly busy schedule to introduce herself, which I thought was so sweet. Very nice and amazing staff, from Alicia up front, all the way on back. Great people, great experience. Definitely recommend.

Recommended this office to a friend can with them to the appt (1:15) . Sadly they waited an hour and thirty minutes without being seen . After an hr (2:15) I ask when he would be seen they told me 30 mins more mind you he had a appointment. So I reminded the front staff weve been here for an hour I was told well we are short staffed he could reschedule if he likes no sorry for my time wasted . Just wow.

The Bartow, FL staff were able to immediately see my son and treat his tooth infection, which was causing him sudden onset excruciating pain. They were very caring, had really great advanced equipment and were very fairly priced. Dr Rodriguez was phenomenal and Amy (patient treatment coordinator) was excellent. Thank you!

The staff at Aspen dental in Bartow FL, was by far the best I’ve visited. The facility was very clean, prompt service especially since I drove an hour just to get there. The dentist was very professional and able to explain everything in detail. The manager Randy provided excellent service with my appointments, payments and scheduling. I’m not a big dentist fan but they made it very easy. Looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend Aspen dental.

I had an appointment with Aspen Dental to get a second opinion on an issue I was having. Well I loved it there so much I booked my next appointment that day. Im very excited to say Aspen Dental in Bartow is where I go for all my dental needs.

Most of the experience has been good with Invisalign. However, I did have a bad experience with some accounting issues. I was told that that once I started using the finance company, I could use my FSA card to pay on that balance. That was not true though. I wound up having to pay Aspen with the FSA, which made me have a credit there. I had to call the Aspen corporate office several weeks later to get the credit moved to the finance company, since the local Aspen office couldn’t seem to transfer the funds.

I’ve had nothing but a great experience at the Bartow location!!

I was very impressed with my experience at Aspen Dental. I went for a check up and I felt I was not over priced or up saled for any future treatment. I also got a great payment plan with my consultant, Amy. She gave me plenty of options for payment and booked my future bookings with kindness and ease. I was also seen by Hiede and Liz who were friendly and told me exactly what they were there to do. My check up appointment flowed so smoothly and I was told who I would see next and what was to be expected. I fully recommend this dental office! 🦷

Hello. How you doing everyone! Just wanted to share my experience with you guys for aspen clinic so you know before you go!!! I went for my first time appointment there in aspen clinic, and when I got there exactly on my appointment time they let me keep waiting for almost 40 minutes until they fixed their schedule for the patients I guess. Then I got mad and I went to ask them why all that late time, they said because the previous patients before me had to delay as well... so I said ok maybe they have a lot of things to take care of... then I went for my turn time and they started to do for me few scans, then at the end of my visit, they sent me to the last one to tell me how much all what I need in my teeth will cost, which wasn’t too much work I went already to do only Certain things, but they involved me with even more stuff to do, and they told me about the final cost will be almost 6000$ !!! Insane cost!!! And of course I changed my mind to do all that, because that’s not what I went for already plus I’m not ready financially to pay all that, even if I was ready financially I wouldn’t pay all that amount for only to fix few things in my teeth.... so anyway to make my story short now, I just wanted to share my experience here and tell everyone about it and advice, to not go to that place for your teeth, first they are not professionals plus it’s beyond expensive... so I advice for you guys to keep going to your regular dentist or go to another dentist a lot cheaper than dental clinic.... thanks everyone and have a wonderful day!

If it were possible, I would rate Aspen Dental lower than one star. From the minute I walked in the door, I felt ignored. Thankfully, the hygienist told me her name. However, after x-rays, I was placed in a room and sat there for quiet awhile with no explanation as to why I was sitting there for so long or what would happen next. Just having x-rays and an oral exam took more than two hours. As noted above, most of that time was spent sitting in a room wondering what would happen next. One person came in and used a machine and I still dont know who she was or what she was doing. I am a healthcare professional myself and would never go into a room and treat my patient without first introducing myself and explaining the treatment. On a positive note, the dentíst was very kind and professional.

They were able to get me in late in the afternoon the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I was unable to find a current insurance card, was in pain, and they still helped me out. When I left the office I had an appointment scheduled for today (the Monday after the holiday weekend) a prescription for pain meds and an antibiotic called in with my local pharmacy. All this, the day after a dental group in Lakeland robbed me of almost $400 and then those to inform me there was nothing they could do for for me. Each and every one of the individuals I dealt with at Aspen Dental treated me with kindness and respect. To top it off they used a coupon of some sort to cover my x-rays and exam... Professionalism at all levels to say the least! I look forward to having them help me with my dental issues.

Worst experience I’ve had at a dental office. Employee switched dental insurance this year so I was looking for a new dentist. I was in the office 3 hours and only had x-rays done. I had to leave after 3 hours because I had other appointments. I have yet to receive a call from the dental office. I’ve already informed my coworkers to avoid this place.

On Friday I was seen because of pain in my jaw. They said I had infection and prescribed antibiotics and ibuprofen. On the following Monday I called at 9am and said the pain was worse and could they do something different. They said I would need to be seen again by the dentist and asked if I could come in at 4pm. I agreed and arrived at 4. The dentist proceeds to try and numb the infected area but with no luck. She said the infection was too bad to numb it so she said she would call in a prescription of tylenol and codeine. It is now Tuesday at 1:30pm and I still dont have any meds to help with this pain and I am getting nothing but the run around on the phones! I am very unhappy!!!!

Went to the Bartow location and I had the best experience at Aspen. The staff is great, Randy the Practice manger is very well rounded. He has exceptional customer service and he was extremely knowledgable, he explained the financial piece of my treatment throughly.The dentist and the hygienist walked me though the process of everything that I needed done. I am a fairly new patient at this location, but I have to say they are aces in my book....I have had a full mouth rehab / of my entire mouth over 20 plus years, which means I have sat in a dental chair for hundreds of hours.You learn a few things when this happens...... and I have to say that Aspen Dental does one of the best jobs ever on my dental work.They placed 2 crowns in my mouth today that were the best fitting crowns I have ever received. Impressive and i have seen and felt it all. They are amazing!

I had a crown fall off and I scheduled to go to the Bartow Office on a Saturday. The staff was very friendly and caring. The doctor was the best dentist I ever had. He explained what needed to be done and done an excellent job and no pain. I love this office. Would highly recommend!!

I start a new job tomorrow and wanted to get a tooth filled immediately so I wouldnt have to take any time off. They got me in same day and not only filled the tooth (which my old dentist would have told me I needed a crown after making me feel bad about my smile...has always done that) but gave me an exam, getting a new partial, and cleaned my teeth! I have to say it was the an enjoyable afternoon! I was greeted by the nicest lady at the front desk (Im sorry I didnt get her name). My dental assistant Martika showed me pictures of her lovely daughters while waiting and was fun to talk to. Liz walked me through what insurance will pay and helped with anything I had questions about. Dr. Rathod did a bang up job getting that tooth filled. Heidi got my teeth cleaned and ended up staying a little later to do it. Fabulous office and terrific people!!! I have found a new dentists office!!!! Its a little out of my way but WORTH IT!!! :)

I had chipped a tooth on a Sunday afternoon just before the New Year. My regular dentist was closed, but I was able to make an appointment, online, for early Monday morning. I saw Dr. Rathod. He was able to help me, and repaired the tooth quickly. The staff were knowledgeable and professional. Liz worked to bill my insurance, while Melissa and Heidi did a great job getting me prepped for treatment.While I will continue to see my regular dentist, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to the Aspen Dental, Bartow, FL location if I needed dental work performed in a pinch.

Made an appointment to get my tooth taken care of. They take xrays. Just like I already told them, My filling fell out. I seen my regular doctor virtually because the pain was so bad. He prescribed me antibiotics so the I could get something done with it. Sit at Aspen dental An hour past my appointment time, only to be told that he would have to make me another appointment to pull my tooth because it would take 45mins to pull my tooth. The doctor didnt want to do his job so I left. I would not recommend this company at all

Best dental experience ever. Dr Nguyen was very friendly, gentle and compassionate. Everyone I spoke with from the ladies at the front desk (don’t remember their names), to the dental assistants and hygienist (Kelly, Sandy and Heidi), to the finance manager (Stephanie) all made me, a usually VERY nervous patient, feel at ease and less stressed about the work I needed and will need in the future. I’m extremely relieved to find a dental practice that eases the lifelong anxiety I’ve had every time I have to see a dentist. I cannot say enough how wonderful these people were! I wasn’t just a patient, I was a person to them. I will be bringing my entire family here from now on, and highly recommend this professional and kind team for everyone!

Great professional service...Charisse was fantastic...especially the smile....as we the office manager....the dental assistant did a very thorough work up and exam for the doctor so when I met with him I had a clear understanding of what I needed and my options. I walked out with an appointment for the next day for an impression for the two teeth I will have extracted early next week. When I walk out next week I will have my much needy two teeth extracted and a fitting for the space after the extraction filled. Who could ask for more. They are efficient and professional....but most important to me full of smiles....this is the start of a great relationship...

As you can expect, since is part of a big corporation you will have the problem that you can expect from this type of businesses. Never a straight answer, jumping from person to person or call to call get anything even an answer, and not even then you will get it. Also get ready to spend hours of waiting. To be fair about three people in the office were nice. If you goal is to have good service and pricing and care look somewhere else. I have use other like Ideal dental, and they are better than Aspen dental. Updated Review: Have had a balance due on my account since my visit, that wasnt supposed to be there. Have spoke to multiple people, multiple times in the office, all saying the balance will be removed and this has been escalated to an Area Manager (1/18/20). Area Manager was supposed to remove the balance as of end of January. Today, 3/2/20, I receive a COLLECTIONS NOTICE in the mail, and Aspen Dental Bartow wont answer their phone. I have left a message for a return call. Need to get corporates info.9/23/19: Everyone at Aspen has been great since my first visit this week. Everyone I met with in the office was great. They are very knowledgeable and are eager, friendly, and ready to answer any questions. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Aspen Dental in Bartow and I loved it! Hands down the best customer service Ive ever received in a medical office. Everyone was professional and friendly from my dental assistant Kelly to my dentist, Dr Rathod. My plan consultant Liz was the absolute best as she helped me work out my appointments and payments. I highly recommend this business!

Everyone was great! I was able to see my teeth in 3D! They went over my treatment and I was able to start my treatment that day. It’s a wonderful office .

The office staff is great. Dr. Nguyen did a filling for me and it’s never been a problem currently doing Invisalign and it’s quiet an adjustment but it’s better than braces and needing wax! The office manager Stephanie and the young lady in front Charisse really make a sure that their patients are happy.

My visit to Aspen Dental on 04/23/2019 was a 5 star visit. I was greeted by Charissy, who was also the last person to work with me. She was very cordial and informative. Kelly, the dental assistant di a great job and was also very nice. Heidi, the Hygienist was very very informative and helpful with some things I didnt know before. Everything was actually pretty easy going and the staff was phenomenal. Going to the dentist i have always felt worried but here they made me feal at ease. Answered all of my question. Helped me understand and figure out my payment options. They are very patient with you. The first time being independent at a dentist office as my family goes through some things. They were calm and collective. Helped me see what this is and how this works without me even asking. Which i have never recieved such care in a dentist before. I was able to make my own decision and it was like they had my back 100%. This is by far going to be my go-to dentist, For sure.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Went in here, a little over 2 months ago for a cleaning, and 2 fillings. The dentist they gave me looked like it was her first day on the job, and she was SICK. All up in my mouth while sniffling and sneezing. BUT the real reason I am writing this review is because BOTH of the fillings that they did have already deminished, and the dentist didn’t even get rid of all of the cavity before putting the filling in place. I had insurance at the time as well. How can a dentist office get away with that? The only reason I didn’t go back and gave them fix this is because I moved to Colorado the week after coming here. DO NOT COME HERE

I just came to town, no job, no money. The consolidation was free, and the doctor, perscribed me mediction to ease my pain. They also gave me information to aid me in finding help with my dental problems. They treated me with dignity and respect. Was a great experience

Office is very clean and professionally run and the staff along with Dr. Nguyen seem very caring when it comes to the treatment of their patients.Even the very nervous ones like myself, they go the extra mile to make it as comfortable as possible taking the time to explain everything needed and why.

Boyfriend has been in pain for awhile and when it came to finding a place to see him same day was hard, but Aspen Dental in Bartow was able to get him in same day and for our first time there, experience was great. The staff at the Bartow office was very friendly and courteous. BUT I made the appointment for my elderly mother for dentures. I was quoted over the phone $1666. for extractions and dentures. After examination and xray...$$$$12,650.00!!!!!!! There was NO it could run to this cost when I talked to the representative on the phone when making appt.

They are way to busy to take care of you . I had to reschedule my appointment more than once got in and then they tell you oh you need to reschedule . Have my temparary denture and they never have time or to listen to what my problem Im having to correct it properly .

Horrible second time I got to Aspen with my girlfriend face swollen from infection and like usual they never send the prescription my girl again had to wait till the next day for her to get her script .I would not complain if it was not a common mistake but I’m sorry that’s unacceptable FIVE 👎👎👎👎👎👎

The entire appointment was a sales pitch. Before I even got to see the dr or dental hygienist they had hard pitched Invisalign and teeth whitening. Then the told me I needed root planning at $1200 after insurance. Had a $200 toothbrush buried in the charges when I asked they said it is the only ADA recommended electric brush, not true, and they sell is everywhere else for 1/2 that. When I asked the Dr why I needed planning again because I had it a year ago he said they didn’t do a good job... it was an alternate location of Aspen.This is a chain rip off.

I went for my first visit to Aspen Dental yesterday because I had a filling come out that needed to be replaced. My appointment was at 11:15ambut I got there at 10:50am to fill out the new patient paperwork. Aboutnoon and technician came to take me back for x-rays I didnt need. Sheinsisted I had to have the affected tooth x-rayed so that one I was chargedfor (but I wouldnt have been charged for a whole set), and then she putme in an examining room to wait for the dentist. He came in a little laterand took a look at what needed to be done, said, yes a filling had come out and he would give me an estimate for replacing the filling and sendme back out to the front to I guess make arrangements to have the workdone. Excuse me, I came in to have the filling replaced, I told him, today.He said when I had signed further paperwork for the cost of the job thenhe would replace the filling. The dentist did come in and replace thefilling after I signed the paper to let them know the bill would be paid.When I was finished I went out to the front to pay, but no there is morecomputer work the staff had to do out there. First I was overchargedthen the young lady processing my payment found the error and we hadto go through the process again to correct what my credit card is beingbilled. It cost me $300.00 for that one small 20 minute refilling to be done which to me is very expensive. Im from Canada and I know itwouldnt have cost nearly that much but then I wouldnt have had to havean unnecessary x-ray. I would definitely think again before I went backto the office. I didnt leave the office until 1:00pm (2 hours), really!
