I had such a nice experience here! The ladies were so kind! While my nails were foiled, she gave me a wonderful arm massage and when the polish was drying, she gave me a very relaxing neck and shoulder massage. My nails look great! Definitely making this my regular nail spot!

I love this place. Nice job, relaxing, and affordable. They also do temperature checks and are very careful during this covid-mess. I called ahead to make an appointment. Given the limitations on number of people they can have, Id recommend calling ahead.

Nice and clean. Temperature checks at entry with lots of questions on symptoms. They are strict with the appointment windows, which is good. I was 10 min early and had to wait outside. Guess they are trying to prevent overcrowding. Feels so good with having clean feet and hands again.

Came in for a mani and pedi and super happy after 2 months. Super clean and it’s like going to a doctors office. They temp you at the door, sanitize everything with part bleach. Definitely needed during these difficult times.

I called ahead of time to make an appointment and told her I had to be out by 5:45pm. She said come at 5pm. I told her I could be there at 4:30pm she said come at 5pm. The girl had me waiting with foil in my nails for 40 mins.

Started with a pedicure and all was fine. Not the best, but not the worst Ive had. You can tell they thin their polish out for more use, because the OPI polish I chose didnt have that thick full coverage that theyre known for.After the lady next to me finished, I saw that they DID NOT sanitize the foot tub after her use of it. All they did was put a plastic cover. By law, they still need to sanitize after each use.Even after this, I proceeded to have a full set done. My mistake. The files were worn down and over used. The tech then proceeded to file my nails without covering the entire bed. The heat alone made me pull my hands back. The techs werent very knowledgeable about how to prep and kept saying that its because my nails are thin.I know my hands and I this isnt my first rodeo. Never had an issue until now.The low stars is because of the lack of sanitation, lack of knowledge and the corners that theyre cutting while charging full prices.

Service is mediocre, in my opinion because during my pedicure rather than ensuring the stone temperature was ok before placing them on my legs the lady simply places them ony legs and they were SO hot...and this happened with the water as well. Perhaps I am sensitive but I feel this should be a priority since you never know how a client will handle this. In addition, the lady that did my pedicure accidentally slid the pumice stone on my lower leg which really hurt and left scratch marks. She was very nice, a little timid so I think her English was not the best and maybe thats why she didnt ask me anything. A little pricey for the products they use. However, my nails look good! For me this location is convenient and thats why I chose to go here.

Nicest ladies...so sweet and attentive

I went in with friends for a relaxing afternoon and was very disappointed. Even with making an appointment they were understaffed and therefore unable to finish all of our services at the same time, leaving some of us waiting for over 30 mins. until the others in our group were finished. The ladies doing our pedicures were really rough with our feet, kept gesturing toward us and talking and then just disappeared into the back for ages... we felt really uncomfortable and finally had to ask if we could pay so we could leave. As for the quality, my manicure didnt even last a day before it started chipping and the paint on my toes was uneven and bubbly. Also noticed that they dont clean their pedicure tubs, just change the plastic covers (which is so unsanitary). I would not return, or recommend.
