Very nice staff. unfortunately these did not turn out well at all. the acrylic is too thick- they look like bubbles and the shape is incredibly inconsistent. I understand not every set is going to look exactly like the photo, but they should not have let me walk out like this. I only left because I was in a hurry. I will need to go get these fixed somewhere else, very disappointing.

Wonderful! Attention to detail went through each nail several times to ensure good shape and NO rough edges. Have never been so happy with my nails and very nice polite people. There are closer nail salons to me more convenient but I will be driving the extra 20 minutes to come here from now on!Thanks so much!

Tina and Lynda are great, very friendly, and did an excellent job! I’m a bit high maintenance when it comes to my nails (I’ve had bad experiences before and just know what I want/like haha) and they were awesome! I had never been here before but needed some things before I moved - gel mani, deluxe pedi, and a brow wax - and all 3 deserve the 5 star rating! Thank you so much, ladies!!! 😃😃😃

EDITED REVIEWWithin 4 days my nails were coming unglued all around the edges. It was also super noticeable and there were tiny air bubbles all throughout each nail. Now its been a week and each nail is pealing off around the edges. If I wanted I could have pulled them all off by now. Makes me sad cause overall she does a good job but on the details and for my nails to actually last its completely disappointing.ORIGINAL REVIEWIVe had a full set done here twice and a brow wax. Visited today for a classic pedicure, ombre full set dipping powder and eyebrow wax. I made an appointment in advance since I was getting alot done and they saw me on time! Luan did most of my work and she was incredibly sweet, professional and delicate. Unfortunately I forgot the name of the lady who finished my SNS powder nails but she was just as nice and professional as Luan! They didnt rush at all which I appreciated alot since other nail salons tend to do that. I recommend this place for sure. Their price is also very reasonable. Thank you so much ladies for your great work!!

Dont know how to explain my experience (First time trying out this place.), other then it seemed like they gave up doing my pedicure and manicure half way through so they could get done and to a regular customer they knew/liked. Outside that they seemed competent and the facility was nice.

I couldnt understand anything she said. But she took excellent care of me!

Tina gave me a detailed pedicure with attention to calluses and a paraffin wax treatment. Lisa did a great job with my acrylic fill and Linda did the nail art marbling/watercolor effect. I will definitely be back! Online scheduling available through the website, but walk-ins also welcome.

I LOVE their pedicures! They do a great job massaging my legs and feet by hand after a long day at work. They have TONS of nail polishes to choose from and their chair massages do wonders on my back. Their employees are very friendly and welcoming and make me feel at home.

Linda shortened, rounded and thinned my acrylic nails for my fill today. I walked in and was served immediately. She was meticulous and took her time to give me exactly what I asked for. Ive ever had a more perfect set. Linda was friendly and accommodating. Definitely will get my repeat business!!

I had an absolutely horrible experience here. I came in with a picture of what i wanted (which I understand doesnt always work out the same ), but it was a simple acrylic style. Left with no acrylics and nails that looked like I had let my 5 year old niece paint my nails. When I tried to communicate with them, my technician didnt speak English and had to keep looking at the other busy tech to translate, which was not working. Will not be going back

A wonderful salon that is exceptionally clean and has very professional staff. New massage chairs that can be customized to a variety of settings to suit your needs. I was offered water, coffee or green tea upon entering the salon. Thank you Linda for a great pedicure and wonderful service.I will be recommending this salon to all my friends.

I booked an appointment hours in advance, came in 10 minutes before the appointment. And didn’t get anything done to my nails until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Very disappointed. The nails weren’t even that good. Before she even began triming my acrylic she refused to let me do any shape change. After that, they charged me for shellac when I didn’t ask for shellac. They charged me 30$ more than what they said. I’m infuriated. Never coming here again.

I used to go to this salon every month I introduced my friends to them, but they don’t care about customers Linda just want money and she charged me 7 dollars just for one crack on my nail it was just one nail she put nail glue on it and charge me 7$ separately. Never back to this salon again even when I called and talked to her husband he said sorry I talk to Linda and call you back he never did thatDon’t waste your time and money there are a lots of good salon in this area

I am going to recommend this nail salon to everybody I know. In the present time is difficult to find a nail salon who can do a good job with your nails at such a low cost. These guys are without any doubt the best. Thats why they are highly recommended.

I always leave Amour Nails happy! This was my second time using SNS, and it is worth every penny!! Coral was my nail technician today. She is witty, very attentive not to mention great at her job, love her. The whole crew makes me want to return every time. Thanks 😁

Today was my first time going to Amour nails and I am so thankful I did. Lisa did my fill and did an amazing job. I will definitely be going back not only for my fills, but also to get pedicures.

I have gone to this salon for brows, gel polish, and pedicures. I have had a good experience the times I have been here and I would recommend them. I have since found a salon in downtown Kirkland that I get dip powder nails at so I have switched to that salon for everything BUT Amour is still a great place.

Lady was nice . But their nail polish not good . I got gel on my acrylics with Matt and they started peeling after a few hours . I call in the morning to get them fix without the Matt . and a few days later they started to peel again... very disappointed .

I am so torn while writing this review. Up until today I have had a wonderful experience working with Kim at this location. I often do dip nails and their most elaborate pedicure option available. Today I went in for a dip service and was horrified by the outcome. They are uneven/lumpy at the bottom and edges, dont fully align to the outside of the nail, and underneath the nail wasnt fully shaved leaving me with uneven feeling edges. I am so disheartened that I spent $40 service/8.00 tip on an inadequate service. At checkout when I showed the male employee my concerns he apologized but did not offer to rectify the situation. I would not reccomend visiting this salon unless you specifically ask for Kim. She is the only technician I would trust working with moving forward.

I had a shellac jelly pedicure here because its right by where my son gets autism therapy. The service was amazing, the people were nice and courteous, and they did a great job! Were having a really tough time lately (my family has to live out of a hotel due to water damage at home) and when I mentioned being nervous that well need to move home while my husband is out of town, the man doing my pedicure sincerely offered to help u me. I was blown away by how courteous and genuine he was! But also, my toes are so gorgeous and I cant quit looking at them. Ill definitely go back!

Loan and Vin are great at what they do. Amour nails has become my favorite spa. Ive always had a bad experience with my ingrown nail. And I felt nothing ... I absolutely love it! Give them a try. I will definitely be a regular.

I went in to get my nails done and I have had 2 out of 3 horrible services. The lady who’s done my nails every time did great the first time on my acrylics, I was impressed. Decided I’d rather have shellac after my acrylics came off because they hurt too bad after a couple of weeks and the functionality wasn’t there for me with the fakes on. The shellac job she did wasn’t great. The shellac gel was all pooled near my cuticles and edges of nail bed. She blamed it on my nails being “uneven”. I’ve NEVER had someone tell me that before- let alone have any other nail shops do shellac and have that happen. It was her lack of attention to detail.Then I came back in short on time which is why and knowing that they did the dip powder I thought I’d try that instead. I wanted normal black dip powder and a mani/pedi with the same black regular polish on toes. I asked if she could do a simple design. White strip from corner to corner on my toes and fingers. She then asked if I wanted to have a white stripe going straight across, which I said if it’s easier for her to do go ahead. She starts to dry the white line and completely dries it crooked and not only crooked it was an even the line in itself with Jake at edges at Cetera. I looked at my husband and he looked at me, knowing that it’s the same crooked line. She looked at me and told me that I am very “particular” and if I want a straight line maybe she shouldn’t do it because there is no such thing as drawing a straight line on your nail. That is an absolute lie because I’ve gone to nail shops and have them do A straight line. I’ve also drawn the straight lines myself with the exact same type of polish that she uses for designs. How do you work at a nail shop and not know how to draw a straight line? With that being said, I opted out of having any designs on my nails. We are leaving for the weekend so I figured it be best to just do simple if she couldn’t do a straight line. After leaving the nail shop not only was I rushed because there were a lot of clients coming in, but she did a poor job on my nails with the powder dip. My nails are an even, there was black look like the powder that stuck to my skin around my nails. There were dents in indents in my nails they started kind of shriveling towards edges of my nail. Just a horrible job. I paid $75 for that?! Safe to say I will never be returning here again and I would I suggest you don’t try this place either. Unless you want to be blamed for your nails being “uneven” and you being “particular” for their lack of attention to detail and capability in doing simple nails. She told me she would remove the black around my nails, well, she never did and she didn’t even finish up with me before trying to talk to the next guest that was sitting there waiting. You can find pictures of the job she did (my nails are still tacky from the shellac not being dried all the way) on my yelp review.

I dont think Ill ever be return to this place. Granted the service was really nice, the ladys were super friendly but the process was pretty painfull. I went in for a full set of acrylic nails but the technician kept on biting the drill into my nail beds even after some complaints from myself. It got to the point that there was even some blood, also their style is pretty out dated in my opinion.
