Thank you to Andy! He did a marvelous pedicure and calf massage. I appreciate his attention to detail.Phon was very careful with my cuticles, which I so appreciate, and he did a great job on my manicure.I always feel cared for after visiting Amys Nails.
Booked pedicure with the person who without saying anything handed over to an older technician. I have had multiple foot massages here in the past that I pay in addition to pedicure. This woman refused to massage feet and took 15 mins to finish the pedicure. She was in so much rush, I felt I was part of a production line.Never coming back.
Nice setting but overall the service was horrible. I went in to get a full set with dip and when I left I realized one of the tips were even glue to my fingernail properly so I went in the next day and they redid that specific nail but the woman that did my nail didn’t talk to me once after I asked her a question about nails and she was clearly in a rush. The nail didn’t match the rest of my set and was bumpy and not even the shape of my nails. Considered going back but after this experience I’m never going back.
Wonderful experience! Walked in unannounced with some nails that werent done properly. I was served immediately, and fortunate to have been seated at Tes station. She was really great! Not only did she fix my nails, she did beautiful work, made sure I had the best experience, and treated me as a valued client. I have now been served by her 3 times, and happy to have found my new salon! Today I enjoyed my first pedicure with Christina. Also a wonderful experience and I look forward to coming back to see her. My family and I are very pleased to continue keeping our business in the neighborhood! Thank you Amys!
My nails are beautiful 😍 they do a great job. Only the tips are cash only, which is a little inconvenient
All the employees in this nail salon was very sweet and helpful, but the lady who actually did my toe nails seemed to be angry -upset the minute I sat down. I had mentioned if she could please make sure she got my old nail polish off and didn’t do it . When she was “done” she got up and just left and the end result was pretty bad. I get they were busy but every time it seems like they are just rushing thru it as quick as they can to get you out the door. I didn’t want to be that customer and complain but it felt wrong to leave very unhappy and pay money for something not worth it. The lady who fixed it was understanding and really nice. Thank you for fixing my nails :) .
Amy’s is the best. They recognized me by my 2nd visit and always go above and beyond for their neighborhood clientele. I have moved out of the area and gladly travel back for this business. Very hospitable and kind. Amy treats her staff and clients so well.
They do my nails really well!! Love going here they’re all so nice and play amazing music.
I have been getting my nails done here for a few months now and have been very pleased. The staff are amazing, and everyone does a fantastic job. The ambiance is very calm and clean. Would recommend!
Because I am getting married this Sunday, I wanted to get my nails done before the weekend rush. I trusted Amy’s Nails because I frequented this place pre-covid and I usually walk out of there feeling good about myself, and they’ve always done beautiful work as they’ve always met my needs. Been there so many times that I know their faces and sometimes their names. As some previous posters have mentioned, today I felt rushed, and I was the only customer. The woman — I have never had before —- who did my mani today seemed angry and made me feel like I should be a contortionist. On top of that, the white tips she laid on my nails were crooked and not filed down neatly. They were pretty much uneven throughout. I just got home and ended up filing my own nails. They look much better now and photo-worthy for my wedding day. I’m usually a huge tipper but not today. Would I go back? Probably not. I’m one who will not give 2nd chances, thanks to past (retail/service) experiences in my life.Service:Reg pedicure— lovely work and service from one of the galsFrench tip mani dip: this is where it was problematic
Always fast service, very professional. Really love the care that goes into painting and massaging during a pedi, prices for dip and acrylic are really decent for the area as well!! They open new sterilized tools before the service and theres single-use bags wrapped around the foot soak tub which they did prior to Covid, so thats super nice!!
Ive loved this place for a long time but I love it even more that theyve figured out how to reopen which social distance protocols. Love this place
I’ve been coming here off and on for years. Usually I stop coming when I have a bad experience and this has happened several times. I’m like that person who keeps coming back, thinking it will change. It’s clean, convenient and close, but overall I feel rushed to get out of there, I’m not met with a friendly tone and feel like my being there is an inconvenience.
Amys is always a wonderful place to go they are so so good about sanitation and their practicing excellent covid protocols
This place was pretty good. They were fast about getting my feet done. They got me in day of for a pedicure which was great. Unfortunately the paint started coming off about three days after and I work a desk job so no crazy friction to my toes either. They are also a cash only for tip place and I never have cash so I had to scramble to get some prior!
I came to this place, it has lovely decor, and is clean. I came for my mom’s birthday and the people were Vietnamese. I personally loved it there because Amy was super nice and my mom had nice conversations and they did a super nice job. (Manicures and Pedicures) Overall I just really liked it there. 👍🏻😀😁
Phong did an amazing job on my acrylics definitely my new go-to spot
Recently had a dip and they are impeccable! My nails are pretty short and not only did she made them look great but she never once caused any discomfort. The pedi was luxurious and now my toes are adorable. Will be going back!
Very nice setting, and you get a nice glass of champagne with service included. Many chairs so booking its not a problem. Our first time service wasnt our best experience, my daughter had a set of acrylics done and the girl seemed to be in a rush, she didnt take her time and was stressing my daughter out. But were willing to give it a second try.
Assembly line service. The lady was not even talking to me when I tried to engage in conversation. Also the lady decided to polish my ring finger with a different color with out asking. She just took it for granted that I like that style. So I had to ask her to change it. When I did she gave me a smirk. Interesting customer service.Update: only a week later my nails started to lift at the bed of the nail. Also the tips chipped on some of the nails. They use cheap acrylics products. I have never ever had problems with acrylic overlay nails.
I went here for a pedicure and a dip manicure. The pedicure was fine, but the manicure was a bit of a disaster. They used the wrong color which I told them the color was wrong but they told me it wasn’t, there was nail polish all over my cuticles (the nail tech told me it would wash off eventually), and after, I realized the polish wasn’t smooth on every nail...some were bumpy. I’m really disappointed!
I went to then one time and it was not a good experience! I went to the Again to give Amy’s Nails and another try. Nothing has Changed! Very poor costumers service! They rushed my daughters and I and our nails turned out uneven and the nail polish was on my daughter’s finger around her nail! They didn’t clean it up or make look nice at all. And when we asked for them to fix it they started talking in there language louder then normal and was more rough on the nails like they were annoyed with us! Don’t go to them they are a absolute waste of time and money.
I look forward to going to AMYS NAILS to have My manicure and pedicure. The personal service is of highest quality professionalism and friendliness from all the staff. Amy, Owner is present overseeing the customers and staff. Besides, Amy does perform services on customers. I highly recommend AMYS NAILS in Kirkland. Eleanor Hernandez
As they noticed we are not local they tried to over charge us, when we were leaving their store upset, the lady said when you can not afford the costs you should not ask for service. They were so rude, impolite and very bad customer service
This place is absolutely beautiful. Everyone is friendly. Even open on Easter. Took me in with only an hour left. Never rushed me. Kept me to make sure I was dry. Derrik is amazing with the foot massage. Will be back. Thank you for making me feel beautiful again.
I came here yesterday (9/13/18) for a birthday pedi for a friend. We were a group of 3 and one in our group highly recommended Amys. We called, made an appointment, and arrived about 10 min early. We were asked to choose our colors and seated quickly. This nail salon is very clean and I really liked how bright and airy it feels. But the actual service was disappointing. There was no callus removal or foot scrub--just the motions run though very quickly. The paraffin wax treatment took less than 3 min start to finish. The technician slapped on some lotion and it was on to painting my toes. The paint job was fine...until it wasnt. It started chipping off less than 24 hours after our visit. I have an event tonight--which is part of the reason we went yesterday--so I arrived at the salon first thing this morning, 10am, their opening time.No one could be bothered to help me find the actual color I used. Instead they said the best they would do is just cover it with another color (one more coat overall). I am not impressed. I could have done that at home. I do not expect this now third coat, in another color, to last any longer than the first two that were applied yesterday. I will be going back to my regular spot in downtown Kirkland--Top Ten Nails. Vivian would never have let this happen. She would have removed the polish completely and started over--as should have been done here. And she wouldnt have made me feel bad about it.Pedicures are a first world luxury. Its certainly not the end of the world but when I pay for a service, it would be nice to feel as if I got my moneys worth. I wont be back.
Cute salon decor, garbage service. Amy is friendly but the other manicurists clearly demonstrate through their interactions that they resent their customers. Tried this place four times to try and give it a shot. The last time I went I told the manicurist two times that I have sensitive cuticles and she barely acknowledged me like I was being a naggy customer ( pulled away from her twice from the pain). The third time she cut me and couldn’t get the bleeding to stop and had to ask Amy how to make it stop with a clotting agent. Amy offered no discount what so ever. Just awful quality and bad customer service. Bummer.
I have been a regular customer for several years at Amys Nails. Recently a female employee was being harassed by a male employee, she went to the owner and asked for help to stop the verbal abuse. She was told by the owner there was nothing she could do. The female employee was forced to leave.I cannot support a business who does not respect their employees. No matter how clean the salon is or parking availability.Dear J,I agree with you that the problem between the employees was personal, bullying and intimidation are very personal. I disagree that the female employee wasnt forced to leave. Working in a hostile environment is not safe or healthy. When the owner refused to intervene she condoned the behavior - silence is acceptance.
I have been going to Amys for years and what a great job she and her ladies do the shellac stays on my nails for two weeks and more and the same with my toes and the nail polish. Her shop is always clean and I have so much fun there they all keep me laughing. I love a place where I can go get away from my everyday talked to other ladies having their nails done and just smile. Thank you to Amy her Mom and ladies you are the best do NOT hesitate to go you wont stop going back.
Heaven on earth! I love getting my nails done here! Fantastic leg massage with your pedicure, amazing hand massage with your manicure. Just pure bliss. Prices are comparable with other nail salons. The staff is wonderful. They are all super friendly.
Amy is the best! Her salon is so clean and accommodating. I love going here and I always recommend my friends and family to this place too
I actually really enjoy this salon. Normally every single time I visit I leave satisfied. The prices are very reasonable. My last visit was my only time that I left unsatisfied. The guy doing my nails seemed rushed period and actually had left off his shift before my nails are even done. He left bubbles in the acrylic so my nails looked a little weird. I still will return but Ill definitely request to have someone else if they try to have him do my nails again.
I would recommend the salon services at Amys Nail & Salon to everyone. I have been a client here for many years and I enjoy the professional, relaxed atmosphere as well as the reasonable prices. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
Ive been coming here forever due to the great service I get. Now I cannot use my credit card to pay tips and this creates another errand for me just to get my nails done. Also, technicians havent been focused on their work and some have very bad attitudes.
Amy is very nice and very amazing! Me and my sister always love our nails and always have a good experience! Everyone is so nice and are always welcoming and friendly! I highly highly recommend Amys Nails!!
Love Amy and team for all my upkeep needs!! Been going for years and wont get my nails done anywhere else! Tons of colors to choose from! One time broke my nail just a week after getting it done (no fault of theres) and they squeezed me in short notice and repaired and fixed at no charge! Love them!!
This place is now my go to place. Customer service is top notch. Amys mom did my pedicure and notice my left big toe had an ingrown nail. She tried to take of it. Then Amy decided to check it out and work on it. Well Amy saw it was bleeding and took it upon her self and put ointment on it. Just that alone made me want to come back. Place is clean and very spacious and the price is amazing.
Extra charge for everything! I used to go here years ago before they seem to change and raise their prices and customer service went down hill. I went in for acrylics. I understand they get busy so the owner did my nails and she has to answer calls and left about 5 times during my session to get up and help other people . No big deal but everything she did she said was 5 extra dollars. 5 extra dollars for coffin shape nails, 5 extra dollars for length, and if I kept them long and changed my mind and came back to shorten them the next day ... 5 extra dollars! So bizarre . How can u charge for length?! Its plastic and your going to toss it in the garbage anyway. They have just gotten really big headed and its just ridiculous now. I laughed afterward because of how she really said 5 extra dollars for basically all the services you get free elsewhere. So I will be going elsewhere.
Everyone is awesome! Been going there for years! Always love my nails and toes! ❤❤❤
Good and friendly service, prices similar to others. Minimal time spent on leg massage compared to other places Ive been. Beautiful place.
I travel from Mill Creek to come here. The nail technicians know what their stuff and do great work. Im always satisfied with the services they provide 🙂
Nice place. So many people working in there. I’ve had two different girls do my nails and both were very quiet. I wasn’t asked for nail shape just color. I do feel like it’s like any other work establishment in means of employees gathering around and gossiping. Just a little intimidating if it is your first time there. I love that they have pretty much all the nail options that you can find on social media but they won’t take the initiative unless you tell them precisely what you want. Sidebar: the shellac I had put on started to peel after a few days.
I use to be a regular but now I feel they just want to make money and get through customers quickly. The woman doing my nails even asked me to get my eyebrows done by demanding I needed them because mine looked bad. I wont be returning. I have been having WAY better experiences at LV nails in the same plaza.
I use to love going to Amys until they moved. The last 3 times Ive been to the new location the service has been horrible. I got my nails done a week ago they started lifting the next day I couldnt go back and get them fixed due to being on a plane heading for vacation. Two days later one just came off the next day 2 popped off and 6 are lifting I have never had this problem. My nails last longer than 2 weeks. This happened the last time I went but wanted to give them another shot. To much money for the quality I have been receiving.
I have only ever heard bad things about this place.. I went once with my mother for a pedicure and manicure. The women who did our pedicures were fine (to my recollection), but when I got my acrylics the lady was very rude! First off, we were done with our toes and I asked to have my nails done. Whoever was at the front desk looked irritated that I asked, which is stupid because theyre making more money. The woman who sat down to do my acrylics didnt even say hello when she sat down, she just gestured for me to give her my hand. She didnt shape my nails, only did one coat of polish and rushed through the entire process. Those being my first set of nails, I was extremely disappointed and frustrated. I went to LV Nails next door and Justin fixed them right up and we actually had a conversation like normal people! Dont waste your time here. They try to overcharge and are just rude. Go next door! Or anywhere else!!!
Quick, plenty of room, able to take me right away when they said they could. Price also the most reasonable that Ive had in the area. Didnt upcharge for parafin or scrub, all included for $33 (before tip). GREAT deep pressure massage chairs. Ill be back.
I was a regular at this salon for a long time, far before they moved to their new location. They used to take time and care in each customer and service that was provided. This has since changed. My visits are now few and far between and honestly, I will no longer be returning.Time is valuable and each time I have gone in Im given the impression they can get to me right away, only to be escorted to a station where i have sat for up to 45 minutes before anyone ever came over to begin the process. Ive then had one person start the process, then just walk away without saying anything, leaving me sit there for another 20 minutes, then another person comes over to finish the process. Had I been told up front it would be an hour before they could get me in, I would have run errands and come back. Results are extremely inconsistent from one tech to another. Im charged for every single thing and have been charged to have them fix a nail or two because they were not done correctly to begin with. Ive had my nails done for many, many years. I pay attention and watch the process. It seems some of the techs skip steps. Some of the techs are extremely rough, the violent filing has caused cuts around my nail beds. Sometimes the amount of glue used is overkill. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis in my hands and cant deal with the man handling. Its unfortunate, but I will not be returning. I know others with the same experiences. Ive always tipped very well hoping it would make a difference in the service...it didnt.
I like the quality and the outcome of how my nails look after I go there, however I think that the service could be better. I felt like they were very aggressive with my hands and kept telling me to stop moving my hands when I wasn’t moving. I wouldn’t really recommend this to a friend.
Quality has declined. Its like a factory, fast fast fast. I told the technician color is not right need another coat, she refused. I can see my nails. They only care about money at this place, not quality.BTW they are trying to upsell some trwatmtre for cracking feet. If you dont want it, they rudely say, I would like to see how your lotion works. Just completely annoying.
Place treats like you you are just another clog in their assembly line.At one point I went back for the nail polish that was used for my feet when the worker began to set up to do my toe nails after she had just finished them. You are basically just hands and feet and they dont look you in the face. They also misplaced the nail polish I picked out.No customer service, not friendly. Workers are only interested in gossiping with each other - basically shouting across the room.Lady who did my nails missed spots and didnt even give a top coat or bother giving me a dryer before she was trying to push me out of the way for the next person.Person next to me was given a topcoat on their nails and a dryer. Was a waste of my money. I could have done a better job at home.
They always do a great job, always plenty of staff available for walk-ins!
Spend your money else where!!! I had the most upsetting experience I have ever had in my life with a business in the service industry. I am a hairstylist in Bellevue and own my own business so I understand that things happen, mistakes and off days exist. I have had long acrylics nails for the better part of 5 years and wanted to go to this salon because it is close to my home and is beautiful inside. The Owner Amy and her employee are not focused on excellent service and are flat out rude. They treated me roughly when I returned two days after my first ever service where they basically gave me no choice but get a new set of dip powder acrylics. I’m not sure the name of the woman who did my nails, she was young, blonde highlights and on her cellphone the entire time with headphones in, which I did not mind until I left the salon and realized one hand was significantly longer than the other. They wouldn’t listen and seemed reluctant to have someone file them down, a another woman spent 10 minutes reshaping my nails for me and I tipped her for her time. I never commented on how lumpy the finish of my nails was because I just figured I could speak up at my next fill and ask for them to be smoother. In one weeks time I snapped 3 nails, two of which broke my natural underneath, bleeding through crack in the center of my nails. And I was sure that they were done poorly! I had to super glue them and trim down my acrylics tip just to relieve the pain. It has honestly been horribly painful. I went this past Wednesday to show them and hopefully have the entire set redone, but they again were rude, dismissive and appear to care less about the obviously faulty set they gave me! They asked me to come back that evening and I was unable to take time away from my own clients.I called the next day and spoke to the owner, explained that I wanted to come in Sunday (today) and she assured me that she was grateful I wanted to come in and let them fix this and she hoped I would be happy after she did my nails. So you would imagine my surprise that I I left her salon in tears just now after she was rude and combative about the entire situation yet again!!!. I immediately felt so uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. I have never experienced anything like this and wouldn’t recommend anyone spend a dime here.
Love this place. Super clean and the staff is wonderful. Check out the SNS dip powder. You wont be disappointed!!!
Always great. been going here since 2009. the new place is awesome. always clean and happy. wouldnt go anywhere else.
Not the best. Ive been going to Amys for about a year now, never left very satisfied. Theyre pricey, and dont take their time. They rush their work, they dont paint THE WHOLE nail, and often youll leave with a streak or smudge. I wouldnt waste your money, $30 for a full set thats uneven and bumpy. Their pedicures are usually good though, I wont deny that, but like I said... usually.
Clean, nice atmosphere. Good pedi..
I had my nails done by Amy and I did the s and s with tips. They look the best my nails have ever looked, so perfect. ❤️❤️❤️ Will be going back
Ive only had pedicures here, so I cant vouch for other nail services, but the pedis are great! Very large salon, 26 fancy pedi chairs. Super clean, great service, lots of parking.
Best nail Salon around hands down. Love Amy and all her hard working staff.
I got gel done on my nails it pilled off 2 days later
Took my little princess to get her nails done for the first time and the staff was kind❤️❤️❤️
I was to do my pedicure and my nails I went 2 times to these place, after 1 week I feel itching on my feet 🦶 feel like I have fungus from there, and also the customers services is horrible the lady was in the hurry and she was mad to me she do very bad job. I don’t recommend these place, plus they charge my a lot almos $60 dollars for a bad Job.
Clean, comfortable, and accommodating. My favorite place to get my nails done.
Loved my visit, they treated me so well, I love Amy and her mom
They do a very cheap job used to be a great place before they got a taste of money.
They only care about getting paid. I went there to get a relaxed mani & pedi...which FYI I called to make sure they had time and the lady was like sure come on in. I waited about 20 min for service, my guy kept leaving his pedi station while working on me, my massage was short and effortless, then waited again for my shellac fill, nothing fancy like designs and to top it off, my lady left nail polish from my last job on my nails that unfortunately I didnt notice before I left! So annoying...so $81 dollars later I walked out with the most mediocre service ever. What a rip.
I initially loved this business as it is close, clean, and the technicians did a lovely job. However, I started going to another salon because I had repeated bad service. Specifically, my technician, and my daughters as well, would frequently leave me and attend to other customers despite the fact that we were regular customers and tipped very well. Our technicians would stop to attend to new customers, answer the phone, set up others, making our appointments prolonged and fragmented. My daughter and I returned today to give them another try. We had an appointment. We were not walk ins. My technician started on my pedi, then while my feet were wrapped in plastic bags with oil, left and began working on my neighbor who was just seated. Inexcusable. I’d had enough of this lousy service and began removing my bags to leave. Suddenly there was flurry of conversation and a rush to my side and the owner, Amy apologized and proceeded to finish my toes. I was undecided about having my mani done, though it was previously scheduled because I had had it with this service. I explained this to Amy. Rather than handle it professionally and sit and hear my prior experiences, Amy finished the job. No resolution other than an apology. I liked my toe color so told Amy I would like to get my nails done after all. Now she told me she didn’t know if staff could accommodate me. I reminded her that WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT for two manis and pedis and now she was telling me she couldn’t accommodate me. Suddenly she realized her mistake and scrambled to find someone to do my mani. The technician was excellent and I tipped her privately. Many of the technicians have done an excellent job. But service is awful in my experience. A technician should give you uninterrupted service and stay with you thru completion at the very least. In their effort to take in as many customers as possible, they have provided me with the worst possible service. At the very least, as an owner and manager, Amy should have been interested enough to learn how they had failed and tried to remedy the situation. She did not. This is no way to run a business. So if you are expecting a relaxing uninterrupted service, this is NOT the place for you. I was a loyal and regular customer but I will NOT be back. Strike four!!
Amys is the best place to get your nails done its a friendly environment clean and her staff do a great job making your nails beautiful thanks to Amy Mom and the wonderful staff.
Had a good experience with a good final product. Busy on the weekend before Valentines day so a little hectic but still a great service!
Excellent work. I live going to Amys fit pedicures. Amy is the BEST!!!
I went to Amys Nail Salon after not having been there in about 4 years. I couldnt remember why I stopped going to Amys, so I decided to give it a go since the location was convenient for me today. I came in for a pedicure and Shellac manicure, my usual. I felt bad and apologized when they discovered that I already had shellac on my toes. I totally forgot that I did shellac 2 weeks ago, since Id never done shellac on my toes before. (Note: I regularly get shellac manicures and regular spa pedicures at least every 2-3 weeks).I dont want to be that customer who complains or leaves a bad review... cause being in the service industry myself... I personally dont like that customer. But I just cant get passed how poorly the nail technician made me feel. The older woman doing my pedicure said I need to take care of my toes better and get pedicures more. At first she said, just because you have shellac on your toes, doesnt mean you dont need to get regular pedicures. I expressed that I was aware, and inwardly concluded that she was just not effectively communicating what she intended to, in a polite, professional way. A few minutes later, she told me that my deformed toenail must have fungus from lack of attention and care. I tried to explain to her thats just how the toenail is shaped cause the doctor removed the entire nail from the root, tried to kill the nailbed with some sort of acid so it wouldnt grow back (as I had struggled with a chronic ingrown toenail). But it did start growing back. So the doctor removed it again, killing the nail matrix again... and it grew back... again. Its been horribly deformed and has looked like this from the moment it started growing back. Its been a source of insecurity since its so deformed. She dismissed everything that I said by telling me that if I wouldve taken care of it, it wouldnt look deformed like this and stick up so much. I tried telling her that I DO get pedicures at LEAST once a month for the last 11 years. She ignored that fact and insisted that Im not properly caring for my feet, and it must be something Im doing. She wouldnt let up. I started getting really defensive cause I definitely DO put in extra effort for my personal care and hygiene. I told her that in all the 11 years since my toe surgery... no one at any of my monthly pedicures (at various nail salons and high-end spas over the years) has EVER said any such thing about it or ever even hinted that my toenail was like that because of fungus and lack of care. She persisted. So much for a relaxing, enjoyable pedicure. (No, instead...lets provide an experience for our customers that causes them to become defensive and feel offended while disregarding their input about their own body, making them feel bad about their deformed toenail that already creates insecurity as it is. Maybe its their way of creating repeat business by making the customer feel like they need this service regularly?)I became visibly upset with a clenched, quivering jaw, and a couple tears I couldnt keep in. I sat there wondering what to do, as I was left to dry, with no mention of how long I had to sit there or any indication or offer of helping me with my sandals.Again, I hate to complain, but this was poorly handled (even if she does have her own personal opinion which caused her concern). I have never been treated this way at a spa or nail salon. I come to be treated to a service of pampering that should be a relaxing escape. Instead Im being humiliated, disrespected, offended, scolded, not listened to and then abandoned with no guidance or expectations set for the end of my service.
Took my girlfriend here, they gave her a good service, but I wish they didnt speak in their native language while we were being attended, it just feel a little bit disrespectful when youre there and you cant understand, seems like they talk about you. Who knows, I guess I wont never find out.
I almost didnt come here because of the reviews. Ive been here 3 times now for mani and pedi and am always please with the technicians and the results. Ill continue to come back
This place is amazing. I get my acrylics done by Amy and she always does a nice job. And if you want to get a nail design, go to Crystal, shes an artist :) Will not go anywhere else!!
Amy did such a great job on her new place. Great service and a very nice place for a manny/peddy.
Really great service the last time I went. New spa is beautiful.
My mom and I have been her several times throughout the years weve lived in the area. However, this last time at Amys new salon my mom got a serious infection on her foot! Will never be going back! I can take rude people, which most of them are! But getting any type of an infection is unacceptable! I recommend going to Woodinville to get any nail or waxing service.
Not professional, the worst costumer service, low quality product. If you want get mad your mother in law just take her to this place. She will kill you later too.
Pedicures are good, manis are not. Shellac barely lasted three days.
After 12 years of going to Amys Nails, I had a disappointing experience at Amys yesterday. Amy was rude when I asked if she continues to shape eyebrows, and she responded that if I wasnt content with any of her staff, I could go elsewhere. Not sure if she was having a bad day or just felt insulted when I asked about her doing my eyebrows. I meant know harm, but asked this due to having my eyebrows shaped badly by one of her staff previously. Needless to say that I would not be going to Amys Nails in the near future.
Horrible quality my daughter came with her two friends and made it so fast and bad quality!👎🏻They yelled and where so rude to my daughter and her fitness this place should shutdown 😡
I went to this salon two weeks ago, got a pedi and a regular mani (no acrylics, no shellac, just polish). I have never in my life had a mani last this long. I went to my family reunion at the beach last weekend and camped and I have no chips, the polish hasnt lifted. I wish I could upload a pic to attach to this review because I am SO impressed with this place. I live two hours away from here and will gladly travel for this service. Oh, and the best part is that whatever polish they used left my nails smelling like grape bubble gum for a few days after!
I got a mani and pedi I will say the girl who did my toes was nice but the lady who did my mani did it in like 2 mins and I could have done a better job at home she didnt even get all my old polish off, everyone else was rude here too, But in my opinion most Asian nail ladies are rude. Call it raisis if you want but in all my experiences they never have manners and theyre super demanding. I wont be coming back here.
Terrible experience!!!The manager was very rude and keep saying what price was.Who doesnt know about the nail service price!!I want the good service!! No matter the money!!!
I never have such a bad experience in a place before, manager such an ignorant and rude person. Sucks!
Been going to Amys for years now and love this place !!!
Both times i have gone all i can notice is owner and her sugar daddy! As she sits on his lap and he isconstantly rubbing her! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Especially when childern are around!First timei went i took a girlfriend with me and everything was going good until they went to charge us. I said i was paying for both they charged me and then insisted that they didnt charage for my friend and then made her pay.Second timeI had my 8 month old baby with me, everyone was talking to him customers included and he was happy up to the end of my nails when the lady just finished the polish and told me to dry the owner rushes over turns off the fan says u can leave now rudy rushing me out the door just because my son started to get fussy. I said my nails are wet and not dry she told me just not to bump into any thing! Seriously i have a baby who needs to go back into a carseat, i ended up sumdging my nails, i was pissed! They hardly did any rubing to my legs, water was way to hot! No scrubbing like normal. When the lady did my nails she didnt listen to what i wanted, a couple nails she put on crooked made my finger and nails hurt left sander on one nail so long it got hot and on top of that pulled on my fingure that i said had a cut on it. That i just showed to her and said please be careful!!!!Was also going to get my eyebrowes done after but owner rushed me out the door, didnt bother to ask if i needed anything and didnt give me a chance to tend to my son for a second. Made me pay before my nails where finished... I told the lady id tip her cash but i feel like because she didnt see me write it down she rushed to finish me.Over all bad experiences, i ended up not tipping! Owners Sugar daddy needs to stay home and keep it pg13 and professional! And owner im amusing amy needs to not be so rude!
Its clean, they always do good job and I think the prices are good for what you are getting. Be warned sometimes there can be a wait because there is always lots of people here
Best nail job!
Felt rushed...three different techs for pedi.
THE BEST AROUND :)
Been going here for years. Will not go back . They are more concerned about money then customer service
I couldnt understand a word of what the technician was saying but she did a decent job
