Great experience! The assistant Alexis was very professional and caring. You could really tell she takes her job and her patients serious, and actually cares.

I had to have a deep cleaning because of neglect on my part and the staff, especially Annie, was so accommodating. She had excellent bedside manor and really made me feel very comfortable. I have nothing but good things to say about this office and their staff!

I didnt like the fact that the dentist never introduced herself, mostly all the staff is different there. First visit I have had that the dentist wasnt necessarily customer service friendly. They had a new software system installed and it too a while to get it up and running correctly. I was there almost three hours. Staff was friendly enough, Annie is awesome and I cant remember the other young lady but she was very apologetic for the situation.

My only complaint is having to wait an hour past my appointment before I was seen. When I was called to the back, I will say, everyone was extremely professional and nice! They were very apologetic for me having to wait so long. I do not currently have dental insurance and they are so easy to work with on financing. I do find that their prices seem to be on the higher end of what other dentist charge.

Confirmed a cleaning appointment through text message.I went to the appointment on time. I waited for 30 minutes and asked how much longer. The dentist communicated that the current appt was taking longer. After another 10 mins, they tell me that I will have to reschedule because I did not confirm my appointment. A waste of time. I will not be returning.

The staff was patient and caring. Office mgr was very helpful and knowledgeable. My hygienist Annie was the best. I can tell she loves what she does. She instructed me on plan of care and her follow-up care instructions were precise. I had a deep cleaning and 1 filling the day of my appointment. Pleasant experience.

Do not use these scam artist!!!My wife used them for some dental work and they gave her the quote and she agreed before even thinking about it.Long story short she agreed to a deep cleaning for the price of $1600.00, yes not a typo, $1600.00 which turned out to be a regular cleaning.Since she agreed to pay that weve been trying to make payments. Turns out they want to send the bill late every month so you have to pay a late fee. It took two weeks last time for them to receive a check, two weeks, I know our USPS is not very efficient, but Im not buying that story. My wife called today to get the account number and correct address to mail the payoff because we havent received the bill in time to get it back to them before its too late. Guess what? They wouldnt give it to her. Im guessing so they can charge another late fee. Im done with them and if you know whats good for you youll steer clear of these scam artist.

Lack of communication on their end as far as my Medical information they needed to Clear me for Emergency Extractions 🙃 I Pushed to get the One release done, and they, On the Day of within 2 Hours of my appointment, wanted ANOTHER CLEARANCE FROM 2019. I am still upset, because it happened That late. Read the History you have us to fill out and Communicate with the Patient to get it done, because I got one done, I would have gotten the other one done had they JUST TOLD ME THE DAY B4. NOT 2 HOURS B4😡

After a lifetime of poor dental care (my fault), Aspen provided me with an affordable and viable solution leaving options still available for later modifications. Since Im uninsured, the flexibility was much appreciated.The first step of the plan involved significant oral surgery. They tried their best to make clear to me just how much pain Id feel afterward. I scoffed... and I should have listened - they were very right.

You have repeatedly asked so here you go: It was painfully obvious that your group is ALL ABOUT THE $$$$$, not about the patient. I have been in sales most of my adult life and your closer was not up to par. She mentioned getting my teeth cleaned TWICE AFTER I told her I had just had them done. She wasnt listening to me, the patient. Bottom line, your prices are beyond outrageous. I had already had one quote from a very reputable dentist, about $3,500 less than you. The people were very rude, especially the manager, JJ i believe was his name. They all had attitudes, they ignored questions, and overall my visit was unpleasant.

I am so disappointed. I went in for a cleaning. Which I did not recieve after 20 painful x-rays and a long wait to find out they dont do it all the same day. The assistant was really sweet if it wasnt for her trying to get me help I would of left at that time. So after over hearing a conversation then to be lied to was nerve wrecking. Then to be asked to come back on Tuesday and to get there by 6 pm for a cleaning was crazy . After speaking with the doctor and he speaking to me about two options . Then to talk with the manager and you hand me a enormous bill clearly 🙄 not what I came in for and after to be given another big bill and to say some ridiculous amount. I would never go to this franchise again. I should of known after all of the miss information 💁‍♀️ 😪. I got up and seen myself out have a good day!!!

It was terrible from customer service down to the way my wifes teeth fit. once they get your money they dont care how you feel or how they treat you they are terrible i need some bottom teeth work but not at Aspen. Even the doctors straight up lied told me he would do XY and Z and he didnt do anything other than lie to me now we r still having to go there because she still has a while to go would not recommend them for nothing

My experience was amazing here at the Kennesaw location. Dr. Chu, Avery, Annie, Savannah, Jacey and the rest of the staff there really made me feel comfortable By welcoming me into the Aspen family. I like the fact the everything dealing with my dental procedure was explained to me very thorough. When it came to the finances Avery took the time to make sure each procedure fit into my budget by making me aware of the different opinions. With that being said I was able to get the dental services that I so greatly needed.Savannah and Jacey was so helpful when it came to my crown work. They reassured me that everything will be fine and I’m happy to say it was. I must say from my very first visit to now I have had a wonderful experience. Dr. Chu is amazing she takes pride in her work as well as the care of the patients. Once again the staff at the Kennesaw location is a great team. I will definitely refer others to this location.

Nothing but good experiences until it came time for them to deliver on their word, I was quoted an incorrect price for my wisdom teeth which lead to a delay in scheduling which in turn caused even more problems as this was not the only work I was getting done, (mind you i do not have insurance, i’m paying everything out of pocket, which Mrs Avery understood, to rectify said issue a Mrs. Avery Axel agreed to give me my fillings for free and 10-15% off ANY future services, just a couple months later and it’s like no one can help me get scheduled for said filings... I’m a busy man so I tend to forget things but its almost as if everyone at the office had their memories wiped. As i’m currently speaking Avery no longer works at this location and i’m in so much pain i can barely talk... Thanks Aspen Dental ***UPDATE: So they agreed to give me 20% off future services but after my last visit (05/07/21) I just don’t see 20% as worth it, Ive requested my dental records and will be looking for another dentist. I came in to get a back tooth pulled. The staff was very caring and helpful. The dentist Dr Durie was excellent. He made sure I was comfortable and he was so good when he extracted my tooth I didn’t even know it was out. Definitely will recommend. Awesome job

From the minute I walked in the door to the minute I left I was treated with courtesy and respect. The hygienist was very nice and knowledgeable and also was the dentist. The billing lady who discuss the payment plan with me was very courteous and very patient. My visit to aspin dental was extremely wonderful and I would recommend this location to anyone. I look forward to generating enough funds to go back and complete the work that we are planning to do. I give this location five stars Plus.

The staff here is compassionate, friendly, and helpful. I went in with dozens of questions about my TMJ and they were nothing but helpful. Annie was absolutely hilarious and immediately made me more relaxed. I never felt like I was an inconvenience with all my questions. They wanted to make sure I found relief with my TMJ. I recommend them to anyone who needs a new dentist.

The staff was really nice. The office was clean and welcoming. The prices are very reasonable and they have updated technology. The only issue was that I do not agree with their office policy of making a payment on the treatment plan before they schedule an appointment. Ive never heard of this type of practice before in a dental office. I am accustomed to paying as services are rendered. I dont know why I thought this office would be more patient focused than money driven like Great Expressions. Overall, it seems like a nice affordable place to go. If you do not mind paying upfront for your dental services, then this is the place for you. I am a very loyal type person. Once I find a good doctor, dentist, mechanic, I am their customer or patient for life. However, I will be seeking another dental place I can call my dental home. I may have to go back to Michigan to my old dental office, where they really care about their patients. I probably would have provided 4 stars. But the pay before service policy does not work for me. That means they do not trust their patients to pay and they are more focused on the money than treatment. If anyone knows a good dental office, please let me know. I am new to Georgia and seeking. I have PPO insurance.

Its sad. The place was nice and most of the staff was nice. But they need to coordinate with their call centers. I was told by the call center that they take my insurance when in reality they do not. I dont have $6000 to pay for procedures out of pocket being a single parent. I want to be able to care for myself, but I cant afford to.

Great service I went in for pain I had in my tooth, I used the free X-ray and exam that was offered online. I found out what was causing the pain and now I can take the next steps to perfecting my smile, but after my exam I over heard the dental hygienist say that “she couldn’t believe my teeth was that bad” that made me very uncomfortable.

All the staff were so friendly, professional, and helpful, you could tell they all want to make sure you get the best treatment possible and the office was very clean! I was scared of going to the dentist because it’s been such a long time and this was the perfect first step, my appointment couldn’t have gone better. Aspen Dental works well with people who don’t have insurance either so I was relieved at the cost of my fillings and was glad they offer a payment plan if I needed it. I highly recommend them!!

We moved to the area not too long ago. I had tooth sensitivity, not knowing what’s causing it. I went to another dentist office and was told I needed a filling which was done and I was sent home with MI paste plus to rub it on just in case. However, the sensitivity was still there and I just couldn’t chew on the entire side at all. I went to Dr. Chu’s office and she listened to me and then explained to me meticulously what needed to be done. She provided me with the quality of care I needed and things has never been the same; the sensitivity is gone, just incredible. I feel like she is an excellent dentist who truly cares about her patients and that’s extremely important. All the staff there at Aspen are very nice and friendly; they make you feel at home. I highly recommend Dr. Chu to anyone seeking superior dentistry.

My visit had a rocky start because their system was not updated to reflect my ability to pay (they do care about money over the customer, as I had no balance with them the time of the visit and in advance anyway; their prices could be a little lower as well). They would not let me see the dentist until I had this issue sorted out, which I did.When I scheduled my appointment, I requested to meet with Dr. Ansana. I know Dr. Ansana from another Aspen Dental location. I was told that I would be able to see her if I scheduled at the time I did. I was almost seen by another dentist, which is not bad, but it was outside of this locations word.Dr. Ansana did a very good job. She went the extra mile by treating my most dire concerns (emergencies) immediately after my exam.Edit: Nvm they suck. I hope to never return to an Aspen Dental location. I had and am still having issues with a filling after Dr. Ansana made. I did seek help by returning to the location, but this time I was seen by Dr. D. All he did was file my teeth, which did nothing besides probably make it worse. He said that if I had more issues to return for another adjustment, but Hell no I wont.

I was in pain with a cavity underneath a filling and was willing to pay out of pocket for it because my insurance wouldnt be ready to be until April 1st. They wouldnt do it until I pay for a $1600 deep cleaning!!

So far so good. I just started the process and will be going in for my first true appointment today.No complaints about the service and the prices are some of the most reasonable I have seen. Especially with the discount card.

The worst dental clinic you can ever visit. The doctor use the same gloves in your mouth and her cell phone to play rap music for you even if you didn’t ask about. They infect me with virus and I had two months of problem even chowing and open my mouth in front of the people. The owners both will blame your self for infection they planted in your body and after few months they will send you extra bills which you never have been informed and agreed before. This place is nightmare for your mouth. I can keep writing my experience with this place but mainly I DO NOT RECOMMEND

They saw me same day and extracted my very painful tooth within an hour. The dentist was polite, knowledgeable, fun and she is just an awesome and wonderful person. Their billing department was very open and considerate of my financial position and worked with me.

I must admit, this was a stellar dental experience. Going to the dentist is already a scary and Traumatic experience in general... however the staff at Aspen dental in Kennesaw made me feel comfortable and less insecure about my dental history and hygiene. The assistants were amazing. The office manager is sweet as pie and i can tell Dr. Chu really loves what she does. She formulated a plan to not just eliminate my pain but also preserve my teeth and restore my smile . Although it’s a drive from where i live, I’ve found a dental office that works for me. The dentist was never the place I wanted to be. However, going out of the way to be pleasant is normal in this office. I feel comfortable. They explain everything. I feel I have a say. Their flexible with our scheduling and very reasonable in price. Ive been 3 times and my wife. Im ready to let them actually work on My teeth next visit.

I go in because they saw me quick for a bad front tooth. They were not concerned about that just the 16000k they tried to say i needed done. No concern for the For my pain just a money making corporate machine. Luckily i was able to get in with my regular dr. Also no one pays 1400.00 for deep cleaning with just a few 4s and 5s more like 400 for deep cleaning in worse case scenarios.

Our first appointment - it was great experience. I would rate 5 had Aspen better managed wait times. It took us 2 hours to get in and get out - it is very scary to be out that long waiting with other patients during COVID no matter how many precautions are taken.

Wonderful place, the staff pleasant, the doctor explain all the service I will need and offer many ways to accommodate to get the dental work I am gone need, the facility following the pandemic social distances rule, making sure safety is important...I am sure I found the right place..

Jessie Chu is the best dentist Ive ever seen. Shes professional and very sweet! She knew just how make my experience less painful. Shell always have my business!! As for the whole hospital everyone was super nice and helpful! Even reception was great!

Im pretty sure i was scammed...to get teeth cleaned, cost 1300..I go to another dentist, to get teeth cleaned, mouthguard and fillings.. costed:1050.I feel like they played of my inexperience with dental treatments.Guys, do your research and save money

Dont go to this establishment, they will charge you for a procedure they didnt perform and they will keep sending you bills. The staff are rude, they will not answer your questions.

I was initially very happy with the service and services received. I was even able to work out a payment plan for some expensive work I had done. But 6 months after I was at the office I suddenly received an almost $800 new bill. I would have been fine if this was a week or even a month after the service but how does an $800 bill pop up half a year after you went to the office. When I called customer service I was told this was because of insurance. My insurance had no idea what they were talking about but couldnt help me. I ask Aspen if I could put this on my payment plan but since it was 6 months after the service not only could I not add this to my existing plan I couldnt work out a new one. Its a shame as I was planning my return cleaning after the Coronavirus stuff but now Ill be finding another dentist who doesnt have such shady billing.

In the last 6 months, I tried to schedule an appointment (I dont even remember how many times) but wasnt able to. Theyre happy to schedule you if you pay out of pocket (I went there twice), but when I asked to use my insurance I ALWAYS get the same result. Every time, it is the same story. I call, I ask to make an appointment and use my insurance and they ask all the details to verify my insurance and tell me that they will call me back... thats it. I havent gotten a single call back and I called them multiple times. Every time, I call again, they tell me that they dont have my insurance details and ask for the information AGAIN, and then tell me to wait (they usually say 1 hour). I never get a call back. I was never told what the issue was if there was any at all. I would be willing to pay and make a claim later if I wasnt treated with such disrespect. I dont recommend wasting your time. They dont treat people seriously.

Everyone was very, very, very helpful in calming down my anxiety. I was able to get some past due work done the same day. Most importantly, I was able to carry-on with my day after leaving, without my mouth hurting.

I had such a massive toothache and I had already had three opinions on how best to repair my smile. These estimates ranged from 30k to 50k, upfront.I am so happy with the ladies at the Kennesaw practice and have my next appointment set. Thank you.

Staff were very helpful and attentive however the unnecessary wait time till I saw the dentist was too long, I came in with severe tooth pain was there for 3 hrs and didnt get any treatment! Also the dentist did not consider to discount my treatment plan after being told I dont have insurance which other dental clinics considered.

It was my first visit here and I went because they offered a free consultation while other dentists charge at least $100. The staff was polite, the office was clean and open. I liked the way it felt. The dentist was kind and explained everything to me. They were able to give me prices right then. It was a nice experience. Would recommend.

The Aspen Dental in Kennesaw seemed very welcoming compared to all the bad reviews I saw. My main thing is that I went there for tooth pain and a broken tooth and all they did was do xrays which understand but they did absolutely nothing for my tooth pain, but other than that it was a pretty good experience

I was a bit irritated going in, not mean, because the door was locked and getting in via the phone was a hassle. regardless they were very unprofessional in how they handled it. The front desk lady was rude, and Dr. Chu was sweet towards the end, after snapping back. Maybe this office is good at what they do, who knows. i left before sitting down.

First visit: Office seemed to be running behind schedule-I had almost an hour wait past my appointment time, but it was worth it! The dentist I saw was very professional and compassionate. A.D. is now MY dentist.

I had on appointment for 10:00am and arrived at 9:45 am.I waited for more than an hour and then had to speak with the receptionist wondering if I was forgotten!She explained that no rooms were available.15 minutes after, I was called for my appointment.The dentist made up for the delay. She was very accommodating and dealt with me professionally.The issue was that the receptionist should have told me of the problem causing the delay without me having to ask her. Yep

I had been dealing with pain for over 3 years as a man we often get busy and financially put ourselves on the backburner to take care of all the other responsibilities well after dealing with the pain of this tooth for that long you almost get used to it or so i thought I woke up brushed my teeth and rinsed when I did i hit my knees the pain was on a whole different level than what I had been dealing with me and my wife called around and no one was going to be able to see me for several days! We called aspen explained what was going on and they made a spot available we showed up they were very nice and welcoming (and the exam was free) the first lady took my x-rays and kinda just kept talking to me explaining everything and trying to calm my nerves they could tell I was nervous about the pain I was going to feel the dentist came in ( I forget her name very nice younger Asian lady) explained my x-rays and said were going to get that one out so you wont be hurting anymore.... not another day they were going to do it right then! I was like ok wow I thought it would take awhile ....it did not they gave me numbing shot in the gums (I thought it would hurt but it was nothing compared to the last 3 years barley felt it) told me I was going to feel some pressure (she was very correct lol) and 5 seconds later tooth was out! The two ladys made the whole thing almost fun and its honestly a life changing thing to wake up and no longer have that constant pain i wish I would have figured it out far before now and if j have to go back it will definitely be here

Ive been wanting 3 years for my teeth to be repaired by the VA. I was able to finance my bridge. And have a temporary with in 2 weeks. The % rate wasnt sky high. Finally it fit into my budget. Thanks Aspen Dental...

Friendly staff great doctors but I have one star because you can never reach a live person in the office. You have to leave a message and then wait for a call back. Not exactly helpful when you have an immediate concern or issue that needs addressed.

I went in for tooth pain on left back. Had one tooth they told me was hitting wrong so it would be a simple adjustment which was only filing some of the surface so my bite was better and not hitting. That was Dr. Chu. Nice enough Dr and made sense. Okay.The other tooth on bottom left needed a root canal. These 2 things would solve the pain I came in for.(2 hours later...) I had been at front desk for their plan and prices at this time. (I have no dental insurance and theyre aware)But still, *their plan* went like this:Electric toothbrush--$135Deep Cleaning/visit Dr Chu--$627Another Cleaning/visit Dr Chu--$627Dr Chu 4.0 referral to Endodontist-$267Root Canal --$1245Second Root Canal--$1245Bite guard--$192.80Additional visit Dr Chi--$563Total (for this extra padded plan)--$5792.00They wanted me to have a CC for all this -theyre just Extra. If not approved, youre SOL.Anywaaay, I asked if they could just extract the very back tooth that hurt instead of a $1245 root canal. It did need to be dealt with.Now, Im used to dentists having nitrous to calm patients. ESPECIALLY if oral surgery is required -IE: the extraction of my back molar.Oh no...NOTHING to calm me. No nitrous with oral surgery!? I was also passed off to another Dr who i hadnt met or spoken with prior to me being put into a room and him coming in to perform this oral surgery on me. All my spidey senses were going off. He had a nice manorism -however, I wasnt feeling great about the sudden switch and/or this procedure. I should have left right then.What followed was my complete awareness of an hour of many shots to the gums, pulling, drilling, cracking/breaking, shots, pulling, cracking, drilling, breaking, pain, more shots....on and on and on FOR AN HOUR. (TF?)I kept thinking What kind of sadist would subject another human being to this kind of torture? (an hour of Mafia style)This is the 21st century. Why would anyone have to go through all this with the technology and evolution of here and now?I wouldnt recommend this Kennesaw office because of their plan padding ($$$$) and most importantly, they need to have an up to date way to relax patients who are nervous of dentists so they arent traumatized.This isnt a third world country or the early 1800s.Oh, and Dr Chu never did adjust/file the surface of the top tooth thats hurting. -main reason for visit. Still hits and hurts. Thanks

Not a good experience at all. Sure, the front desk and staff are friendly but even when they were told that I was super nervous and concerned about one tooth that was broken, they proceeded to come up with a dental plan for $11,000+. Refused to even pull the broken tooth without a deep cleaning that would be $1000 including my insurance (including a $135 toothbrush that I don’t want). Definitely in it for the money, not the patient. I haven’t been to the dentist in 11yrs. because of traumatic past experiences. Do you think I’m really going to stick around for that? No, my primary concern is one problematic tooth.... so that I don’t have an abcess or it breaks off further. I’ll be getting a second opinion elsewhere....

The dentist was really nice and informative about the issues with my teeth. She had excellent rapport with me joking and just great conversation. The front office ladies were great as well the manager, dental assistants all were awesome. My only problem is that it’s hard to get in touch with them through the automated machine. I’ve tried 2 days in a row, more then 10 calls. And sometimes I was disconnected. Aggravation. The experience was good but the follow ups have been frustrating. I definitely suggest some improvement. But Dr. Juicy J is awesome.

I couldnt have asked for a better experience. The whole staff is competent and courteous, and Dr Chu had me in tears laughing during one of my cleanings. Dr Durie performed two extractions before I even knew what hit me, with absolutely no pain or discomfort only a day after. Annie is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and is fully committed to educating patients about how to care for their teeth and gums. Reception is polite and efficient, and the office manager gets the ball rolling on anything you need before you even ask. Ive got nothing but good things to say!

I visited the office in Kennesaw, GA. I had broken a front tooth, they repaired it and fitted for a crown. I received outstanding care and customer service.

Very friendly staff. They all made my visit here feel really comfortable here wile they did the deep cleaning on my teeth. I was a bit scared that it was going to hurt but I worried we’re crushed by just how easy it was

I’ve always been scared of the dentist because of childhood trauma but I was assured that I would be perfectly fine they even held my hand while numbing me. I love this place this will be my new dentist home they were just awesome!

Just had my first exam and x-ray and it was a wonderful experience! The staff were amazing and made me feel really comfortable. I didnt feel pressured to pay for anything right off the bat and they are so willing to work with you financially. Beautiful facility and conveniently located. So glad I gave them a try!

You guys were amazing, Doc was on point that he agreed what I need already was thinking. Also you guys didnt allow Mother go through more than what she needed. Thats a plus on you guys part. Also your receptionist on the way out was amazing. Thanks again.

The day for Veterans is fantastic in theory, if they actually DID anything. All they do is bring you and and force a cleaning on you instead of addressing any real issues. By cleaning, I also dont mean a REAL cleaning...I mean that they scrape a few teeth for 5 minutes and say you are done. Then tell you to set up an appointment for future treatment. Nothing more than a ploy to get veterans who cant afford dental care in just to tell them they need treatment that costs them money. Duh, we know. Thats why we set up for the day. Thats why I drove 2 hours for an appointment. Wasnt even worth the gas I wasted to get there.
