Dr. Anderson is a great dentist… very knowledgeable. He is gentle and patient for those who have anxiety as I had a fraction of the anxiety here as I have had other places. He is thorough In his approach but still efficient. The staff is super friendly as well. I will be staying here.

I had my first visit with them and everyone was friendly, introduced themselves and the atmosphere felt homey and not so clinical. I really felt comfortable there. Very relaxed atmosphere and clean. Im glad I decided to give this office a call. Dr. Anderson comes across as a proactive provider rather than a reactive one. He explained the plan of care to me like i was a 6 year old which was appreciated. Everyone had a smile and were very pleasant. I would recommend this office for someone seeking dental care.

Dr. Anderson is the worst dentist I’ve ever I had. Whenever I had questions or concerns he never wanted to answer them and every time I got my teeth cleaned there was ALWAYS a problem (a new cavity, an old filling that needed repair, etc.) one day, after a filling repair that turned into a surprise crown, he told me I had another cavity! That’s it! I told myself, I’m finally going to get another opinion. I went somewhere else and they could not find the $1,500 worth of work that Dr. Anderson claimed I needed. I’ve been at my new dentist for about 4 years and have yet to need ANY dental work. He always tells me my teeth look great and I’m taking great care of them. I truly believe Dr. Anderson takes advantage of people and does work that doesn’t need to be done. I wish I had never let him do that crown on my tooth.

First visit and first impression...the staff was veryfriendly and went the extra mile to make me comfortable. The entire facility was very clean..I really liked the lady that cleaned my teeth. It was the best cleaning I have ever had, bar none.I have another appointment on Tuesday and I look forward to getting two teeth fixed. If you are looking for a dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Anderson and his group....

Ive been going to Dr.Anderson for 20 yrs with never a bad experience. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They were a huge help with my husband, who was in a wheel chair. Had an appt today with a new hygienist,Lorraine. She was very thorough in her examination and cleaning. I liked her a lot. I dont normally post reviews, but felt todays visit merited one.

Great facility with wonderful Doctors, and staff. I was hurting and was scheduled for an immediate visit. I got an examination, x-rays and prescription within minutes. They helped my wife deal with some very difficult issuing when her teeth rotted and feel out. They directed her to a wonderful person who helped her in a time of great need.As my dentist for years, this practice knows you’re name and cares about you. I have been going to see Dr. Anderson for over 20 years now, and continue to drive from Alpharetta to Kennesaw because he is absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to. I have tried various dentists closer to me, but was always disappointed, so I will always go back to Dr. Anderson. I grind my teeth (and it was obvious because I could see my teeth getting smaller, have slightly jagged edges at the bottom, had noticed my jaw would be sore when I woke up, and I have cracked teeth from time to time) so I finally faced the fact that I do indeed grind my teeth and got fitted for a night guard. No problems since. It would have been more profitable for him NOT to tell me I grind my teeth, (crowns are costly), but instead suggested a night guard. His office is clean, efficient, and the staff is awesome! I highly recommend Dr. Anderson, and hope you take the recommendation from someone who has been to his office at least twice a year for over two decades. He gets my absolutely highest recommendation.

The staff at the office were complete ANGELS! I was in fierce pain, called 4 other offices with no openings until the next week. They got me in in two hours. From the receptionist, the tech, and the office manager. They were so efficient and genuinely caring. The dentist said I had to see an oral surgeon for my tooth. He gave me shots to numb it, antibiotics and pain medication. Then both of the sweet office women called to get me to see a surgeon. To top it off, they gave me a cute gift bag with a hand written thank you card ❤️ I am telling everyone about Russell Anderson and his amazing group. Thank you again 🙏

The staff is really nice! My old dentist office was rude so I was very happy to find this office for all my dental needs. I was experiencing some pain and they were able to get me in to see the dentist the next day! Would definitely recommend going here!

I’ve been going to Dr. Anderson for over three years now. They offer exceptional service! They also cater to cowards if you are afraid of a little pain. I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a new dentist.

Now before I start this I would like to say I am not one to leave negative reviews but this dentist was huge joke. The staff was very nice, it was the dentist that made me so angry that I had to write this. I had not been to the dentist in a couple of years due to not having insurance, so I thought I might as well go now since now I have insurance and good insurance at that. I sat down to get my x ray and it hurt so bad and my mouth started to bleed. I thought maybe it was because it was an older machine, so I was like okay thats fine, moving on. Well after my x rays the dentist came in, we spoke for about 1 minute about my teeth and he told me I grind my teeth, I said NO i used to grind my teeth I no longer do, he said no you need a mouth guard, you grind your teeth. I said no I do not do that anymore because I know for a fact I do not grind my teeth. I got the point where I said okay just to get him to stop talking, then he proceeded to make me watch a Youtube video about grinding teeth, things he could have just said to me and built a relationship with me instead of pressing play and walking away. Then he came back, he told me I needed braces, let me add I have straight teeth, naturally. I have been to dentists my whole life except for the past 4 years I have not been and I have never been told I needed braces. So I believed him and went to speak with the lady about the cost... She told me it will be $4,000 for braces, I said I have insurance for braces, she told me no it doesnt cover adult braces. Funny thing about that, I looked into what it covered before even walking into the office, my insurance covers 50%-70% of braces depending on how long you need them for etc. So I was upset and decided to get a second opinion, and my second opinion told me I do not need braces and should have never been told that I do need braces. It honestly felt like they were trying to get money out of me, and the dentist really made me feel like I was wasting his time, when in reality it was a waste of mine.

Went here last year for a TMJ problem because their website says so that they deal with it, only to be referred to another dentist. What a waste of time.

I had a great experience today at Dr. Andersons office. They didnt treat me just like a number. They were so friendly and seemed like they genuinely cared. Even though theyre out of network with my insurance, I plan on still coming to this office. Great staff!!!!

Great appointment availability, short (more like no) wait times, and they get you in and out. The staff are all wonderful and caring... and very tolerant of patients asking, Am I supposed to feel that?! several times.

I haven’t been to the dentist since I was a kid, I’m 26 now, and had to go because of a broken tooth causing pain. Dr. Anderson and his team were wonderful! I used to get anxiety about the dentist, however the team here are some of the nicest you’ll encounter! I was afraid I’d be talked down to or made to feel stupid for not seeing a dentist sooner but that was certainly not the case! They were so quick and thorough and got me the help I needed! I look forward to visiting them again in the future to keep up with my dental healthy!Thank you all so much!

Great staff, clean environment, and professional. They don’t make you feel uncomfortable about your dental hygiene. They give good and realistic advice, if future dental work is needed.Also very willing to work with you in the financial department. There is even toothbrushes and other toiletries in the bathroom, if you want to quickly freshen up before your visit. No complaints on my end. They are good people.

Any procedure that’s been done has had great results. From old fillings to crowns. I recently had a crown done on one of my molars. Fit perfect. I’ve had no problems. Any of my teeth cleanings have had same great results. Teeth feel super clean.

I have also received excellent treatment at Dr. Andersons office. I have been going there for many years. They always do a great job. The office staff is always friendly. Recently, i chipped a front tooth during off hours. Jennifer answered my call and agreed to come in on her off day to fix the damage. She did a great job. The damage is completely fixed and it is not possible to tell which tooth was damaged. I highly recommend their services.

Staff is very professional and friendly. Dr. Anderson speaks in a language his patients can understand. He also has videos to help explain Procedures and/or dental problems. The videos help me understand what is going on with my teeth. Jill (dental assistant) is the sweetest and keeps me laughing. This office has great customer service as well. They try hard to accommodate patients and will even have a text sent to you if an earlier appointment spot becomes available to see if you’d like to come. I love that! Also, I have a difficult first name, but Kathy (front receptionist) and Deena (billing) learned my name right away. I can call anytime and they know exactly who I am. I love how warm and welcoming the staff makes me feel. I plan to keep Dr. Anderson as my dentist.

All of the staff were very friendly and respectful and smiling. They were attentive and made sure I understood all that was being said. They made me comfortable and did a thorough cleaning.

Everyone is very friendly. Any work that I’ve had done is high quality. My teeth feel so fresh and clean after one of their cleanings. I also had a crown done recently. It was completed with no problems and it fits perfectly.

I need to update since my last review... Ive had 2 cavities-one in mycanine tooth. WHO gets a cavity there? Apparently me. Now we have moved on to my bridge which he had to fuse the tooth since it was broken in half to the bone!Dr Anderson kept telling me I would feel a stick....a pinch.....I felt nothing at any time during the procedure. He fused my injured tooth to try to save it and now we wait for the new bridge. He is THE BEST! And I cant say enough about his staff. Everyone is all smiles and extremely caring.Dr Anderson has been my dentist since 2001. He is very proficient and always recommends only what is necessary. The staff is genuine and goes above and beyond in patient care. I refuse to go to another dentist! As a plus there is NO PAIN INVOLVED. I would highly recommend.

The dentist was rude to me, the crown that I paid good money for fell off three times in less than a year. After the third time I was starting to get upset and asked one of his office assistant why. At my next visit the dentist jumped on me for saying anything??? since when is it unreasonable to complain about shoddy work. A prior visit i was in pain and made a noise and the dentist told me to hold it down that I would scare other patients. My whole experience with this office was uncomfortable and the most frustrating is all of the crowns fell off within 2 -3 yrs. I would not g back to or recommend at all.

We love this practice. Our family has been going here for several years. Dr. Anderson was my children’s first dentist. The staff is kind and caring. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Anderson has been my dentist since we moved here in 2008. He is truly a man of integrity as is his staff. He is flexible and will not do a procedure unless you really need it. If you have a dental emergency, and I have had two since moving to Woodstock, his team fit me right in. Excellent service and quality of work, would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Anderson and his staff are tremendous. The moment you walk in you are greeted by Kathy. Jill who cleans my teeth is great and leaves my smile shiny with no discomfort at all. When I need a little extra work done Dr. Anderson and his assistant Jennifer make you feel comfortable and reassured. Jennifer makes an extra effort to ask if you are feeling ok and to check how you are doing throughout the visit. When you are about to leave Deana helps to make sure you have everything you need to continue to have a great smile. I cant recommend Dr. Andersons dental office enough.

Man shoot! After I left the office, all the gals were chasing me around town! One of em finally locked me down in a choke hold and asked me to marry her. I said “ aight, but only if you get your teeth fixed at Dr. Anderson’s!” On a account of she had less teeth than she had fingers. Dr. Anderson and his wizards fixed her up mighty nice and we have been in love ever since. Just found this old $2900 estimate. I went for a second opinion since I hadnt had prior issues. Almost three years later, and it turns out none of this work was needed.
