Even on the rare occurrence they are running behind, they apologize and are super sweet. Finding a good dentist for a child is hard! I wanted a place that would nurture my child and teach him not to be afraid of the dentist. Legacy and Dr. Millkey does that!!! My son is so great about every visit and I know they are a large part of that. The front office staff are always so friendly and helpful on the phone or in person. And the medical assistants come out and clearly review EVERYTHING that will be done that day along with a break down of charges. They are so sweet! I really appreciate how much they value each person and treat us with love and respect.

They wanted to pull my 4yos front two teeth. I was shocked, because there was absolutely no mention of cavities at the appointment 6 months prior, or the appointment before that. The dentist told me there was evidence of decay in x-rays from the last appointment, but there were no notes in the file about it. She couldnt tell me why there were no notes or documented treatment plan, only that she didnt feel comfortable filling or capping the teeth with her experience/skill set. I got a second opinion and the new dentist offered to fill or cap the teeth. Legacy/Imagix dropped they ball on my childs dental care and acted like it was no big to pull two teeth out of a 4yo child. I would have pursued any treatment plan before extraction if we had been given the option in a timely manner. I do not recommend this practice at all.

They waste my time after 3 visits for my son and daughter. My son is 7 years old and Dr. Mlike asked to put on him on full sedation surgery and iv in cuz she just want to do them in one time and not separate times and asked we go to a specific one of her Friends anesthetist which charges a $1000 and not accept insurance and payment should be paid 3 weeks in advance. Ill never come and recommended this place to anyone and this is the most unprofessional way i have ever been treated in my life. And when i asked to talk to her she didnt come she said you can go have another opinion. And not to forgot to mention first time my son came she extracted two teeth without full sedation just local and he mouth was bleeding all day she said only it will take an hour or two and the bleeding will stop.

Hardly had to wait.. super sweet to my 2 daughters. They even came out to the car to talk to me because I had my 2 yr old twins in the car while waiting. Greatful I found these guys. 👍🙌😁

I searched and searched for someone to see my son when he was having a toothache. I called multiple establishments and even though they were pediatric dentists, they didnt see kids...uh, really?! Legacy was recommended to me by another office and I couldnt be more grateful. They made time for him that day and weve been with them ever since. The staff is friendly and they make the visit easy. Theres no anxiety when he knows he needs to go and no drama getting him in the building or back into the chair for the visit. So happy to have found this place!!

We had a great experience here. All the staff members were very friendly on the phone and in person. The dentist took the time to answer all my questions and made my daughter feel very comfortable. We were having trouble getting a required referral and the office staff was very knowledgeable and helpful to ensure we had everything necessary to be prepared for our appointment. We will definitely be back!

Love this pediatric dentistry! I have been coming to this dentistry for all my children and they have always been through and explained everything that they are going to do. I also have a special needs daughter and they have been great with her and helping her be comfortable for regular cleanings ..

DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!!! They have been incredibly unprofessional. I have been going around for over a month with their front office staff (Kristin) specifically regarding an insurance claim that is simple and should have been resolved. I am lied to continuously that I will receive a call back about this matter and never do. At this point they have stolen money from my family. Save yourself the headache!!!

Great pediatric dentist! The staff are friendly and good with kids. My concerns were addressed adeptly and kindly. The dentists themselves are also great with kids, very warm and friendly. My son enjoyed his visit, which speaks volumes!

My daughter went in for what my husband was told was supposed to be two fillings. Apparently they had something else written on her chart, which included an extraction, which I am not sure that he was aware of. Long story short, she ended up getting a cap, and 2 extractions and zero fillings. The reason given by the doctor was that the employee who had previously done the filling on the one tooth, did them too close to the nerve and so extraction was needed. And apparently my daughters other tooth was wiggly, so they felt justified in making the call. Well the kicker is that the doctor who told me this was one who did the fillings the first time, so what does that tell you? My husband did consent to this process because they made it sound like it was necessary, but after they explained it to me in further detail, we both thought the opposite. We were there two weeks ago for a cleaning and there was no mention of 2 extractions and all of this other stuff. They sprung it on us at the last second while my daughter was already in the chair, and she was in a lot of pain afterward. I am definitely unhappy about the visit and contemplating my options. This is the second time we have been told one thing at the cleaning and something different when its time to get the service.

They canceled you at the last minutes just because they said they did not have the tool to do the job. They even confirm your appointment and all and just drop you an hour before the appointment. Not professional at all. They were suppose to go over the patients files at least the day before the appointment, meaning they are preparing themselves to see patients, not 45 minutes before patients walk in. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!

Very clean, explains everything in detail, my daughter who is 8 feels safe. Excellent customer service from front desk to dental assistant.

Wonderful staff! From the front office to x-rays and cleaning, very one is friendly. They work well with my kids, one of whom is autistic. Ill definitely use them until my kids age out.

My sons beautiful smile was ruined by Legacy. They lied to me twice on what they were doing to my childs teeth. The initial consult had no mention of a crown, only fillings, in which one would have to be stainless. I asked if it was the back tooth, and was told it was. When I brought my son in for his fillings, they said one was a crown, and again I wanted to make sure it was a back tooth- nothing anyone could see when my son smiled. Again, I was told it was. Aaaaaand, it wasnt. Now my son has this trashy silver tooth everyone can see when he smiles. I was never given the chance to protect my sons smile. Seems a little backwards to walk out of a dentist with a LESS attractive smile. I brought this issue up to a staff member, and received lip service, and nothing more. If you do use Legacy, please triple ask everything, because asking twice to be sure clearly isnt enough.

Bad experience.... when a child has a tooth pain why and the hell am I calling a sister clinic to be seen

My son had his 6 month appointment in March or early April. My husband had just gone to a new company to work and was put on the plan, but we would not receive the cards in time for the appointment. I did not want that to interfere with a smooth appointment, so I postponed it.We rescheduled for yesterday, April 24, 2019. I got in the office and presented the new card, only to be told that it needed to be presented 48 hours prior, for them to accept it. I don’t remember being told this. I was told I need to pay out of pocket. I declined. I then decided, I wanted my son to be seen, so I called my insurance company to find out what are the steps for reimbursement. I told the rep why I need to pay out of pocket, and she said she had never heard that reason. She said the office only had to call them to verify. I have never heard that reason either, after being to many dentists, doctors and specialist over the years. I ended up not getting the information, because I no longer wanted to pay out of pocket. The whole thing became too much, and I felt like I was begging to receive the service, even though I am fully insured. It is an inconvenience to have to find another practice, but there are many other family/pediatric dentists who will welcome us.The lady at the front did not seem to care much about my frustration. She told me it was their policy, and it applies to everyone, not just to me. I understand this, but she showed no interest in helping me. Her nonchalance is one of the things that bothered me the most. Her attitude was that of ‘take it, or leave it’. I decided to ‘leave it’. After looking at all the reviews, I don’t understand why I experienced this problem. Maybe this is a new policy. Maybe others have had this problem, but had it dealt with more favorably; I don’t know. This was my second scheduled visit, and I did not want to make a third.I’ve decided to find another dentist. I know this is a successful practice, and they can do without my business. I only wanted to share my experience, so that others can see.

This was my six year olds first visit to this dentist, and it went great! The x-ray tech, hygienist, and dentist were all super friendly and caring and took my daughters specific needs into consideration. AND this was the first time my daughter didnt cry or fight against dental treatment. I consider that a win for all parties! Thank you Legacy Pediatric Dentistry! Well see you in six months.

Absolutely love how amazing everyone treated my son and made him feel calm and safe. He now loves going to the dentist due to everyone friendliness . They really do care for their patients and how they feel. Wish my dentist as a child made it feel as safe and actually fun like they do.

Doctors are fine but the front office staff is a real disappointment. In the last six months I have had 2 emergencies with my daughter. They were unwilling to give me a timely appointment. First incident caused my daughters permanent molar to break because they would not see her sooner to replace a filling. Not even when her endodontist asked us to be seen right away. Second incident was a broken baby molar. Still would not give me an appointment for another 3 weeks. Dont even try to get on a waiting list or ask them to email x rays, you will simply never hear back from them. I understand it is busy office, but they should try to find a way to fit in existing customers with emergencies. We will not be back.

My experience with Legacy Pediatric has been wonderful. My girls feel so comfortable which is the most reassuring feeling for me as a parent. I cant say enough positive things about this office from the front desk up to the dentists. I highly recommend them if your looking for a loving environment for your child during such a frightening moment for most kids. They do an amazing job and show an enormous amount of patience.

I have been bringing my son here about 2 years and he loves it we been to other places but he did not trust them. At Legacy They let him know what is going to be done and he feel included in any procedure and loves everyone there. If he is comfortable so am I.

From check in to check out they are on it! Very persistent! My son has been a patient with this dentistry for years now and they have ALWAYS shown the best customer service. I have referred two Co workers to this dentistry and they also can relate to such an amazing staff here at Legacy pediatric group. You guys have such a wonderful staff PERFECT for kids.. Their kid friendly, kind, they know exactly what their doing, and make the kids feel comfortable to enjoy sitting in the big chair. It was my 4 yr old daughters first time ever to the dentist. When we first got there she was nervous. After a few minutes with the staff talking with her and her watching other kids going to the back she was fine. They called her name to go back and I stood up to go back with her and my daughter said mommy stay Im a big girl. Im so glad to have found a great dentist for my daughter.

My son went here for the first time today. His appt was at 4 but we arrived at 3 and they immediately took him in. We were out the door by 4. His teeth look amazing. Everyone was very pleasant and in a great mood. The office was extremely clean and the ladies at the front desk were very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

I took my 2 year old daughter here for her first dental cleaning and I was very impressed. The staff were really nice. Greeted us with happiness and joy. The lady that brushed my daughters teeth was very sweet and did an amazing job. I can go on and on on how wonderful this dentist office was, but Ill keep it short. Wonderful place with wonderful staff. I would definitely recommend friends and family to come here.

This place is charging EXTRA $10 for COVID-19 fees, I asked them why are you charging extra $10, they said that is to cover for COVID-19 fees, and no they are not administering COVID-19 test. So why are they scamming people with $10 so called Covid-19 fees, there’s no such thing for COVID-19 fees anywhere.

I love the fact that you see one dentist and most of the time the same dental hygienist. I don’t feel like my child is being rushed through an assembly line. They are very thorough and always seem happy and friendly.

My daughter’s been a patient for a few years now and trusts everyone in this office unconditionally. All the work they’ve done is amazing . They truly care about her teeth, and have built such a personal rapport with her, I adore them, this office has completely cured her dentist phobia.

Our youngest comes here for the orthodontist and dentist. When we started coming here it was because they offered a combination treatment and would work with our insurance. The location is also convenient to us and they work very well with children.

This was my children’s first visit to the facility. Everyone in there was warm and welcoming. The children were seen in less than 5 mins. after entering the office which was a huge plus for me. Tidy office with tv screens to keep the kids entertained while in the dentist’s chair. The children’s smiles at the end of the appointment was an indication of a well done job by the dentist. Great place to visit.

I brought both my sons there as first time patients. With any dentist office I worry at first. My eldest has Autism and my youngest has had a traumatic dental experience due to a previous dentist. The staff was kind, quick to answer any questions, informative. They took care of everything with the insurance for us and had us in and out quickly. (They even got us in before our appointment time.) - Beyond happy with the service and it is odd to say this - but it was a great experience at the dentist for both my boys. Next appointments have already been made and it is nice to know that we have finally found a dentist office worth going to in the area.

I dont know if this place has changed ownership, but having a corporate feeling is not what I was going for. I am owed $137 dollars and was promised a 50% refund because I had to come up to the practice on 3 occasions, that should have only been one, due to improper handling of a device she had for thumb sucking, miscommunication, etc. It has been months, and no one knows what is going on or when I will get my money back. It is sad when even management tells you they dont what what else to tell you to do when you tell them you will be writing a bad review and admit they have no answers. I was told I would receive it, a month passed... nothing. I was told it was shipped, 3 weeks passed... still nothing. Now no one has answers and the people at the local office even admit that THEY cant even get in touch with their main office in another state. They also tend to be way overbooked and you rarely get seen near the time you are promised. This business needs to get it together!

I love the dentist! She is so caring and professional. I came to her with a heart breaking situation. Four dentist said my 10 year older at the time, needed a root canal and that the tooth could not be pulled. My sons dentist carefully accessed the tooth and pulled the tooth telling me that a root canal was not necessary. Shes beyond get !!

Dr. Millkey and the staff at Legacy always make my kids feel right at home, and my two kids (Ages 3 and 5) look forward to going to the dentist. They love the waiting area and I love that I can go back with the kids if they need me. The communication is excellent and we have always had a very pleasant experience.

We had our first visit to see Dr. Millkey with our five year old this week. The entire staff is extremely welcoming and was a pleasure to talk to. The hygienist was gentle and walked our kid through every step that she was doing. Sadly, we discovered two cavities during the exam and the staff was able to get us in an hour later to have them filled. Dr. Millkey was caring, gentle and explained each step to us as she went. I dont think you could ask for anything more from a dental office.

This was our first visit to this location with our 16M old daughter, and the staff did an excellent job. They were extremely friendly, and talked us through every step they were about to do to our daughter. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new pediatric dentist.

Very pleased with our experience at Legacy. I brought my twins for their very first dentist visit today. From the receptionist booking the appointment to Dr. Millkey, everyone was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. We didnt have to wait long to see the dentist, which makes a difference with two toddlers. Dr. Millkey treated my children with such care and did her best to make the cleaning as easy as it could be. It really couldnt have been an easier appointment. We already booked our next cleaning. Very happy to find such a wonderful dentist for my children.

Not your typical childrens dentistry office. Only a few books in the childrens area, spongebob on tv..., country music blaring in the waiting room. It also was not the cleanest office we have been too. The back room was not built well and has a terrible echo, which isnt ideal for all of the children and machines there. After coming from our previous dentist (due to moving), my daughter was disappointed and so was I. We will not be back.

Dr. Milkey and her entire team are amazing! My son was terrified of dentist (we’d been to two prior) but after meeting with your team he was great! They really are fantastic!

Dr. Milky is very patient. Both of my kids were afraid of dentist visits but entire staff made them feel at ease at every appointment. Now its not so stressful anymore and we have made progress of not being afraid.

Dr. Millkey is wonderful! Our son’s filling kept falling out, and though they did everything right, it just wouldn’t stay. So Dr. Millkey put a cap on his tooth free of charge. The hygienists are great with the kids and always friendly and helpful!
