Dr. Contractor is the best dentist ever, not joking either. His skill level is unmatched and he really is a good guy and cares about his patients. He has done almost all of my crowns and even recommended me to the best endodontist as well (Dr. Ruti Bath). She is a on par with a brain surgeon in her skill level and the equipment she uses is top tier, well worth the money. Everyone at Kennesaw Mountain Dental is amazing, from front end to the dental hygienist. Kasey is the one who usually does my cleanings and her skill level is unmatched as well.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in over a year and dreaded finding a new one. Luckily this office is right around the corner from my house, and it is fantastic. I have been going for ~2 years now. Kasey is my go-to hygienist. She’s very in your face and has a big personality, but she means well and loves what she does. She also does excellent cleanings.Dr Contractor is the best! So personable, kind, and excellent at what he does. He’s never rushed (or doesn’t look it!!), always answers any questions you have, etc. I had fillings done by another dentist who used to work here, and I wasn’t super satisfied. One of the fillings was also super close to the gum line and did hurt while being drilled (during the filling process). Dr Contractor just did another filling for me this week, and I had almost no pain, even near the gum line. The best part is Dr Contractor called me personally today to follow up and make sure I was recovering OK. No dentist has ever done that before! Thank you for making me feel at home at this practice.

Paid what I was supposed to pay according to my insurance as well as this dental office. Well, over a year later received a small bill saying that I owe. The woman I had to deal with at this office was rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. She was also in such a hurry to get me to pay before I could get to the bottom of things. Had to go back and forth with them because my insurance co kept insisting that I didnt owe anything and that they were over charging me. That ended up being exactly the case. No apology from the dental office or anything. Also, the reason I left this dental office prior to even receiving the bill was because I felt in my gut that they were trying to convince me to get dental work that I didnt even need. Turns out, I was right. Always get a second opinion, and check with your insurance co in case they try to say that you owe them more money. Never again.

I love Dr Contractor and his dental practice. My only negative experience was with the young lady at the front desk. When I arrived she asked me to make my payment before I went back for my procedure. As I was looking for my card to pay, the dentist called me back to begin and the young lady told my I had to pay first. She would not let me go back. Ive always paid after the completion of my treatment. After I told her I would locate my card after I sat down in the dental chair she backed off and I walked to the back and located my card. She came to the back, retrieved the card and processed the payment. I felt her tone was unprofessional and very unfriendly.

Because I grew up without fluoride (well water), I’ve have had a ton of dental work throughout my life. Dr. Contractor is by far the most “pain free” dentist I’ve ever been to. He listens to your concerns and also treats patients conservatively. I highly recommend him. My husband and I both use him and won’t be leaving unless we move away. We both also see Kasey as our hygienist and she is possibly one of our favorite people we’ve ever met.

Kasey my hygienist made me feel extremely comfortable. My seonond visit was for a filling. The next day Dr. Contractor personally called me himself to see how I was feeling. We love this place. Efficient, easy to work with, and great at using simple modern things like early check in questionnaires and text reminders that a lot of places still aren’t doing.Kasey does our cleanings and is just the best. I have choked on the water coming from the little jet a few times because I just couldn’t resist laughing at our conversation - but not the normal dentist office conversation, she actually gives you a second to respond at a moment when her hands aren’t in your mouth. She remembers names and details after months of not being seen, and just makes it an overall really pleasant experience. I hop they read these out loud at some kind of office meeting and just talk about how great she is 😂😂🤣

My usual hygienist (Kasey, who is ridiculously amazing) was off the day I scheduled my appointment. I previously had to reschedule and knew there was a chance I wouldn’t get my regular person. Anyway, a few days ago Laurie took great care of me in place of Kasey and she did an amazing job. Very personable and extremely careful since I currently have braces. She’s great and I’d see her again. All staff are very nice and always willing to work with my sometimes crazy schedule to get me in and taken care of. Then I made a second call, and the same woman let me wait then put down my phone the second time. Super rude. I understand now it’s Coronavirus period, and I understand she was probably busy. I can go to another dentist, but at least let me know. Have been waited for 40 mins and got put down twice. Can’t believe their average score is 5 star...

I rated the practice at 3 stars because I agree that Dr. Contractor is a very nice man, and does good dental work. However, I have experienced a couple of strange visits where they tried to charge me way too much. Most recently I had a crown break and went to get it replaced. Kennesaw Mountain Dental told me I would have to pay for the crown totally out of pocket because the insurance wouldnt cover it. It was around $1000. However, when I called the insurance company they said it would be completely covered, and they had no idea why the dental office would tell me that. Previously, I was also told I needed a whopping 8 fillings, so I sought a second opinion. To this day about 5 years later, I have not had cavities or needed fillings in 4 of the 8 teeth he pointed out. I understand mistakes are made and it sounds crazy to think they were trying to pocket the extra money, but it seems extremely peculiar to me that they have tried to have me pay for thousands of dollars out of pocket for work I didnt need or that was covered by insurance.

My mother worked in dental hygiene for close to 40 years. She has seen all kinds of dentists. She worked with Dr. Contractor prior to retiring. He is the best dentist she’s worked for. He is honest, kind, and does exceptional dental work. I trust my family’s dental health with Dr. Contractor and his team.I recently had a cleaning post-COVID closure. The staff did an excellent job—I felt totally safe and at ease in their office getting my teeth cleaned.

During a very difficult time the office has taken all the necessary precautions and made you feel safe. My dental hygienist did a great job and we friendly and the time flew by. Lastly the dentist came in for the exam and took a very conservative approach to my dental care. I was a new patient and now an ongoing one as well.

Kasey was absolutely phenomenal. She and the rest of the staff at Kennesaw Mountain Dental Associates went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable. I was a little nervous about going to the dentist during a pandemic but they were so cautious and made sure to take extra precautionary steps to ensure my safety, as well as the safety of the other patients and staff as well. Friendly staff and professional service. However, I was handed a mask upon entering and asked to put it on... really?? This is going to be interesting... how are you going to clean my teeth when i have a mask on? Then upon leaving, they tell me I owed them $15 for PPE.... sorry.. a mask isnt worth that much to me... bill it to insurance. Whatever additional precautions you took werent required, just recommended. Advise me before the cleaning that the fee will be added on and at least give me the opportunity to tell you whether i want to keep the appointment or find a dentist that doesnt charge extra for a precautions. You werent doing all these precautions during flu season...

I have been going to Kennesaw Mountain Dental for years as well as my now 13 year old daughter. They truly feel like family to me. Dr. Contractor is personable and makes you feel comfortable. All the dental Hygenist make you feel comfortable as well. They talk you through your service and you don’t walk away feeling embarrassed or scolded. Let’s admit, going to the dentist is not overly exciting, but I take comfort in knowing that I will be provided With the best service for me and my daughter. I always recommend my friends to visit and they will truly see what I am talking about.

I recently moved into the area and was in need of a dental checkup. While researching online, I discovered Kennesaw Mountain Dental has great reviews online and was within close proximity to my house. I contacted them via phone to make sure they take my insurance and quickly set up an appointment for myself and my wife the following week. I haven’t been to a dentist in quite some time; therefore, I was a bit concerned. My first impression of the dental office is very clean and modern with a friendly staff. I was treated by Kasey, Dental Hygienist, and Dr. Contractor also follow up with me afterwards to make sure everything was okay. Kasey was extremely informative and helpful through out the process. She thoroughly explains her concerns about my gum-line, bone loss issues, and how to prevent any further damage. She recommended that I get deep teeth cleaning (root planning and scaling) treatment. I trust her expertise and went ahead with the deep teeth cleaning. It took two separate visits to clean all four quadrants because my insurance billing issues. I thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg but thankfully, my dental insurance covered about 80% of the cost. What I like the most was Kasey took her time to show me how to properly brush and floss my teeth, (which no one ever did that). Also, I received text messages and email reminder about my appointment which was very thoughtful. All the patient forms were completed online therefore saved me the hassle when I arrived at their office.

I had an infected tooth that required it to be removed and because of the visible location, I wanted an implant. Dr. Contractor and his team held my hand through the entire process. The process was delayed due to COVID, but once I was able to be seen, they got me in, crowned my implant and let me tell you it looks GREAT!!!!!!! I am so, so pleased & love the care these folks give.

I am so pleased after my first visit. The staff was so polite. Everyone smiled. The dentist was through and he took his time to explain his findings. I am so glad I found this place! I had a very bad experience at my last dentist, and they gave me hope in dentists again. My hygienist is also amazing! She is so nice and she made the experience better.
