I went to Dr Hester when I was in college. After graduating, I searched for a new one that was in-network with my insurance, but didn’t find one that liked or trusted as much as Dr Hester. For me, he is worth the out-of-network fee. I always know that my teeth are getting the best care.

I used this Dentist last month for a crown and I gave them my Insurance card before I received the work and they told me yes we accept your Insurance but not sure how much will be covered. So I paid $1148 out of pocket after the first visit and they told me if I owe anything else I would get billed. Well I got billed another $826 because my Insurance said they didn’t cover this dentist. I’m like are you kidding me!! What a joke. Do your research before you go here.

I have been going to Dr. Bruce Hester ever since he took over from his father practice (~20+ years). The front staff is very pleasant (even at 8:00 am in the morning) and easy to work with my insurance policy. The office has now added another dentist (female) to the staff which make it very easy to get an appointment of your choosing.

Dr. Hester, Dr. Andrea and the entire staff are top notch! The staff is always kind and accommodates your schedule or works you in for emergent care. They make coming to the dentist a pleasant experience. I trust Dr. Hester and his staff to keep my dental health at its best. Kudos to Edna, my trusty and happy hygienist, who will give you a conversation break during your cleaning so you can chat for a moment, instead of just nodding or grunting! LOVE HER! After a crown came off Friday night, I called Dr. Hesters office Monday morning. They got me in right away took care of my issue in about 30 minutes. Quick response and very efficient!

These people are great! Melissa is so friendly and helpful, as is Erica. Edna is one of the best dental hygienist Ive had. I miss Iris, but Edna is very good also. Lots of new friendly faces there now. I have seen Dr Feldman several times now and have grown to trust her as much as Dr. Hester. Ive been going to this practice 15+ years and really trust them for my dental work.

I have been going to Dr Hesters practice for several years now and Ive always been treated fairly, honestly and as an appreciated patient. At previous dental practices, Ive gotten ultimatums about what work I must have done. Not so at Dr Hesters office. Everyone--and I mean everyone--treats you with respect and takes a common sense approach to my healthy dental care. Straight shooting, not pushy and even handed advice. Always excellent services and work. When I see or need a dentist, I dont want to be hassled and bullied--just be straight forward with me. And these people are and then some. Dr Hesters office is the best around, IMO.

Friendly staff and you don’t feel like they do procedures just for the money. If you don’t need a procedure, they won’t recommend it like some other dentists I’ve been to in the past.

I was referred to Dr. Bruce Hester to help ease and resolve my excruciating tooth pain. Dr. Hester immediately prescribed me Antibiotics for the infection that was developing and progressing and pain meds.Due to the complexity of where my molar was and the root curvature, Dr. Hester got me into an oral surgeon right away! My tooth was extracted within hours!Having a medical background from my military service, I appreciate Dr. Hesters bedside manner and attentiveness to easing my pain, as we moved forward with a permanent treatment plan.I would recommend the folks at Bruce Hester Dental to anyone that wants an awesome dentist that will take excellent care of them.

They were nice and on time, sometimes early. They talk to you and allow you to relax if your anxious. They have TVs that you can watch while they work on you and are very committed to explaining what they see and plans for the future. They have advanced X-ray machines and can even take interior before and after pics of your problem areas. The whole staff of super nice too. The waiting room is comfy with couches and plush seating and it has an area for toddlers to play.

If you are looking for an above average dentist, you wont be disappointed. Dr. Hester is excellent. My husband and I have been patients of his for several years and he is one of the best I have ever used. Even for an avowed coward like me, he makes my treatments as painless as they can possibly be. Also, his hygienists all perform a wonderful cleaning with out all the uncomfortable pulling, tugging and painful scrapes into the gum line that I used to associate with dental cleanings. So, if you are looking for a highly qualified, superior dental clinic, I highly recommend them.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have been going to Dr. Hester since I was a child. I moved away to Norcross a couple of years ago and wanted to find a dentist in Norcross because that Kennesaw commute is a bit of a stretch. I ended up going to one of those big chained dentist and had a horrible experience. Safe to say I made my way back to Dr. Hester and it was so worth the hour drive. Customer service, efficiency, and their services are exceptional. I even told them about my bad dental experience and they were very accommodating. I went in with a painful cracked tooth due to a cavity that I didnt know I had (it had been several years since I last went in for a cleaning/checkup). Dr. Feldman and her assistant Ruby were great. She laid out my treatment options and I left with a new filling in short order as well as a good idea of symptoms I should watch out for in the future.

Dr Hester and dental tech, Edna, are 5 star in my opinion.
