Lets start with Ms. Pat the Dental Hygienist u will know your teeth have been cleanED ok! Dr Rigg who is my dentist along with his associates who prepare me to help him AWESOME!! and we cant forget my implant man with the dad jokes whom I look forward to taking the edge off Dr Shatz and his awesome assistants Charleesa and Julissa. EVERYBODY is great I love this place and wouldnt go any place else. PS> I dont just write good reviews ..I write reviews of those deserving the honest truth from my perspective.

The company are crooks!! The hygienist was very rude and tried to charge me for a cleaning when I had 2 covered under insurance. They already charged me for x-rays that were not covered under insurance when I had free x-rays as well. Take your insurance and money somewhere else where they dont try and extort you out of your hard earned money!

I want to let everyone know how incredibly awesome & professional the staff were! I have always been very fearful of going to the dentist because of past incompetency, unnecessary trauma, etc, however, I can say this staff out all of my fears and apprehensions to rest. From the start I was met with smiles and an attitude that lead me feel comfortable from Tammy. Jessica made very patient and gentle while taking my X-rays(and I say patient because it was really tricky getting the best imaging and I at times wasn’t positioning my mouth correctly. Dr. Rigg actually listened to my concerns and gave me all the options with input as to what issues may lie with each. Pat, the hygienist, the most caring, gentle soul! I had to have deep cleaning done, which is usually done with half of the teeth or a quadrant. I was okay with going for half, but she said if I was okay with it, she would do my entire mouth! Which she did, even missing her lunch!!! Who does that?! She constantly asked if I felt any pain or if I was okay moving forward. There was minimal pain during the entire procedure, which I was very thankful for. Lastly, I got to meet Alana, office manager, who humbly displayed all that I’d just experienced...

Dr. Alejandro Rigg and the hygienist, Jessica, are amazing! In fact, the entire staff is always extremely friendly, efficient and competent! I previously worked in the dental field, for 13 years, and I recommend this practice.

Dr. Riggs and the staff are all pleasant, and welcoming! They were helpful suggesting payment options based on my needs. Dr. Riggs listened to my concerns and quieted my anxiety regarding my front teeth crowns. The color specialist matched my crowns perfectly after I had my teeth whitened. Dr. Riggs made sure I was happy with the shape of my two front teeth crowns and that integrity of my smile was maintained. I’m glad I got a second opinion from Dr. Riggs before having my dental work done! My mother and son are also patients of Dr. Riggs now as well.

Came here for a cleaning and had some questions regarding my teeth. they answered a my questions and were extremely nice, I needed a deeper cleaning, however, as I havent had a cleaning in 2 years to 2 and a half years. pat came in and made my teeth pearly white and worked fast! it was a great experience overall!

They were friendly and very professional. They took their time to answer all my questions even it had nothing to do with the reason I was there and I really appreciated them explaining all my options and not making me feel rushed. Also, I was basically in and out. Finally, it was really clean and they adhere to Covid guidelines and I felt comfortable.

Dr. Rigg and his team are amazing. I came to this dental practice with a HUGE fear of the dentist. My dental fear had led me to not see the dentist in ages, so consequently, I had a pretty large/long treatment plan. Dr. Rigg and his team put me at ease from the first visit onward, and always checked in to see how I was doing. When I needed to have a few veneers replaced, Dr. Rigg and Andres went above and beyond to make sure that the new ones matched and fit properly, and looked to my liking. This practice truly makes you feel like family, from the front desk to the back of the practice! Now having completed my treatment plan, I can truthfully say that my fear of the dentist has been greatly reduced.

I have had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Alejandro Riggs three times and each time he has been very patient, kind and gentle! Like most people I don’t enjoy having to go to the dentist and sometimes have anxiety over it. Dr Riggs and his assistant are wonderful and have made the experience a whole lot less stressful! Dental hygienist refused to give me a basic cleaning that I requested, she said I have to have a deep cleaning, she put my health at risk because I have lupus by refusing me, I get what I can afford, she never introduced herself, left room after X-ray and took another patient, she never explained I was waiting for Doctor, the hygienist preceded to dig in my gums when she came back, not explaining what she was doing my gums are swollen, I have never had a painful exam like this, I believe she tried to cause me pain on purpose she wasn’t professional and appeared to want to hurt me, she’s in wrong profession because she lacks compassion and skills.

Some of the best dentists I have seen. I had crown job and deep cleaning. All went painless. Dr. Riggs is my dentist, and he is so good, I had to wait for their office to open after C19 because I wouldnt go anywhere.

I got my front teeth fixed by Dr. Rigg and his assistant Andreas! They did a fantastic job, and were gentle and kind even when I started crying when they brought out the needles. I’m really grateful to be able to smile without feeling ugly again, I’ve already scheduled my next appointment for a cleaning and a crown on another tooth!

I drove an hour to for my visit, even showed up early. They turned me away because they didnt get a confirmation from me which I never received anything requesting a confirmation. Dentist refuse to see me even though there was still an opening. They could of taken me but were just too lazy.

The entire office staff is professional and courteous. Strict Covid-19 guidelines are in place and the office is following them. I am a relatively new patient and every time I have a a dental issue they have addressed it immediately, even if if meant a work in appt, short lunch or none at all! That is greatly appreciated. I HATE DENTISTS! I fear going because it’s always scary and painful. Today I HAD to go. I was new to this practice and worked in due to broken tooth and was in severe pain. The staff made me feel very comfortable, especially Rebekah, the Dentists assistant. I was treated promptly. They took time to explain everything to me and calmed me. I can honestly say for the first time ever, it wasn’t bad. Dr Rigg was nice and didn’t make me feel nervous. If the staff in Kennesaw, GA read this, THANK YOU!!

I havent been to the dentist in a while but upon my return they were just as friendly as in the past. It was as if there was no time lost and we picked up right where we left off. Never even spoke to Dentist. It would’ve been nice if he would’ve taken the time to introduce himself and let me know that my son, who is 13, had no cavities. I had already asked the hygienist and the X-ray tech did he have any, they said they didn’t know that it would be the dentist who told me. That would be great except he never did. Front office was a little unorganized . Halfway through the appointment the X-ray lady pointed out that they needed me to fill out a medical history for him—this should’ve been done by front office, not by the X-ray tech. Again, can’t really tell you anything about the dentist as he never appeared during the cleaning or X-ray and never called me back after the exam. Everyone was very friendly.

Went here recently for my first visit. Mary, the receptionist, was great, very friendly and helpful. Jessica, my receptionist, was very helpful and informative. She seemed very knowledgeable to me. The dentist was good about explaining what was going on and what he was doing. Hope this stays as my regular dentist.

I have been with Dental One Associates for about 14 years and I have had great dental visits. They never try to push stuff on me that I do not want and they have always done a great job looking out for the health of my teeth. I have no complaints whatsoever. I recommend them to everyone I know. Even their Dental Discount program is way better than any Dental Insurance.

I have been going to this dentist for 2 years now, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about all of the staff at this Location. I always feel welcomed when I walk through the door, and they make each appointment personal. Not only are they friendly but they also provide an excellent service. I have had several dental issues in the past month and they have done everything to make sure it was an easy and affordable process to get everything taken care of. Even thought I was embarrassed to have teeth problems at a young age, they never made me feel uncomfortable and were always very straight forward with the cost and process. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in the Kennesaw Area!

Dr. Rigg was even willing to help and treat my son, when I couldnt find another provider with my insurance. The team here is professional and warm. I truly believe they are invested in taking care of their patients, and making sure that everyone who comes into their practice has a good experience. If, for some reason, your experience has been anything less, give them a chance to fix it. I am so grateful that they are giving my young son his first dental experiences. Everyone is so friendly! I love the lady that does my cleanings, she is always the one that does it so my visits arent so awkward with this random person that is in my mouth. Im comfortable with her now so its not weird. Ive had cavities filled here also, which is always uncomfortable, but the lovely people there made it not so bad!

We came to Dental One Associates of Kennesaw after negative experiences at the previous four dental offices wed tried. What a relief and a breath of fresh air to be treated with the utmost respect by every staff member with whom weve interacted. Mary in the front office has gone above and beyond to help us schedule our appointments and make sure our insurance paperwork is in order. She even called me back to confirm that shed received necessary paperwork from our insurance that is required for them to cover services. My husband and I each saw a different hygienist but both had very positive experiences. Both hygienists explained things thoroughly as they worked to clean our teeth and were very respectful and timely in respecting the time they had promised for the appointments. So far, nothing but a positive experience with this office. We look forward to continuing our dental care with them.

This office is conveniently located next to Town Center mall. The staff is very accommodating and easy to work with. Cleanings are good and they provide plenty of notice and reminders to keep me on track with my dental health. Great office!

From the moment you step inside, you meet the sweetest receptionists ever and to you sit in the dentist chair and get your teeth done by the most kind crew. Love this place. I recommend them to all my family and friends.

My nightmare began when I purchased a BBQ plate as a gesture of support for a friend who had been in a really bad car accident and broke his back. One of my sides was potato salad. And, as I began to chew I felt something hard and crunchy. To my surprise there was 6 small pieces of glass in the potato salad. Later that week, I experienced shooting pain in my jaw. I now knew that I had no choice but to call my registered dentist (Dr. Riggs) on record Dental One in Kennesaw. Bad memories of my last visit 5 years ago came rushing back, so I made my appointment for October 3rd at 7:45am anyway I had no choice. Unfortunately for me there were new staff members, and a new dentist at the Kennesaw location. After taking 18 x rays, the dentist Dr. Riggs comes in to examine the x rays and my teeth. He stated that he didnt see anything that could be causing my pain. I also mentioned that I had some irritation along my upper gum line. He again said he didnt see anything. After he left the room I continued to express my concerns about the pain to the young lady who took the x rays. She spoke to the dentist and he came back to re-examine the area of concern. He stated again that he didnt see anything. And, that my tooth wasnt cracked and referenced me to view the x rays on the monitor, and he left again. At that point I wasnt satisfied with his exam, and began to express my concerns once more to the x ray technician. I explained that even with a gentle touch from my tongue and the tapping using my nail, the sensation was unreal! She went to get the dentist once again. This time he used my name in a manner like he was annoyed with me. He stated he was with a patient- duh ! Is what I felt like saying, but I was hurting so bad. As he examined my teeth again I was pointing trying to speak as he was scraping, tapping, and probing. He then stated, oh I do see a crack at the top of #19. He explained I would need a crown. He didnt even prescribe any pain medication. He suggested for me to call my primary care physician to get something. The only thing I could think of was WOW !! I called my Insurance company and explained my situation, they found another dentist in my area that would take me in immediately. The x ray technician saw the crack immediately. I even saw the crack. Once the dentist came in, he also saw the crack. He was stunned that Dental One missed an obvious crack.It was on the side of my tooth NOT the top as Dental Ones dentist said. I had another WOW moment. Three weeks in PAIN! Only to find out that a crown isnt the best option according to the dentist and Endodontist. SMH !!What ever happened to caring for a patient. And, making them comfortable until the procedure could be done.Im more than disappointed with the service at Dental One in Kennesaw.

Waited over a month for an appointment and sat in the office for over 2 hours just to not get any work done. No point of even having insurance all they want is you to pay out of pocket. Never going back here again!

Honestly, I dont typically take the time to post, but in this situation I feel it is mandatory.We setup a second appt for my daughter here.1. Rescheduled due to family emergency by dentist office (I get it)2. Rescheduled because proper paperwork wasnt filled out before we came to the office. (ok? We cant fill the paperwork there?)3. Couldnt verify insurance . They tried to reach out to us they said, but they had wrong number for us. They cant verify insurance on Saturday. (Insurance hasnt changed from first visit, tricare.)Never have I ever been so dissatisfied with a company in my life. Maybe its just not meant for my daughter to go here.We are changing dentist. I hope you guys dont experience the same thing if you decide to go here.

This is the 3rd dentist that I tried when moving to GA almost 6 years ago and I vow never to use any other! Everyone at Dental One is amazing and knows you by name. I even had a routine appointment on my birthday once and they were so sweet that they gave me free teeth whitening kits on top of my normal toothbrush, paste, floss goodies!

I had a great experience. The staff and management were extremely friendly and helpful. Pleasant atmosphere and nice office.

Great dentist and reminds me of the old school dentist where you could go in to get a tooth fixed and they did it without trying to sell you on all of the extra stuff. The team and Doc are great and are always happy to joke around which makes it awesome. The only downside is their prices are a touch higher than other dentist.

My appointment was at 4 and I waited almost 30 minutes before being seen. My hygienist was very nice but, I had to wait again to see the dentist. All in all, todays appointment took me about an hour and 15 minutes, just for a cleaning. Also, I knows it has been 6 months since I last visited the office but, apparently all the staff has turned over since my last visit. Nothing wrong with the new people, it was just odd. Dr. Oh, the new dentist, is nice and she was very friendly.

Staff was friendly! However I had 2 crowns put in. When they came in the were to big for my mouth and it was apparent. The color did not match or the shape and the put them in with out fixing them. One of the was s too tight and now shifting my teeth. One still hurts a year later. When I smile they stick out. I dont want to go back because I feel if they didnt care to make sure they look right the first time they wont the second time. Insurance will not pay for me to have another dentist to redo them so Im stuck with them for the next 8 years...and it cost $2700 for them. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I’ve never had a dental hygienist be as condescending or rude before. After 18 (!!!) individual X-rays of my teeth, I’m told I have very mild inflammation around my gum on the left side. Suddenly there’s a bate and switch and I’m told that means my cleaning will be $400+. Amazingly, the patient right next to me is also being told that she can only get the “deep” cleaning as well. One that her insurance also doesn’t pay for. Hmmm...I’m sensing a pattern. When I asked for the standard cleaning covered by my insurance, I was told it would be malpractice to do so. I think the malpractice is in the 18 (!!) individual X-rays and the attempt to upcharge for something I was told I could easily take care of with more careful brushing and flossing. Periodontal disease is serious but manufacturing supposed “deep” cleanings for mild issues while also not having a panoramic X-ray machine is crazy.

We have been coming here since we moved to Kennesaw GA and my family and I have experienced nothing but respect, support, and friendliness EVERY time. We have even told our friends and other family members that live here about Dental One. I am not a fan of Dentists but Dental One always makes the experience a positive one.

Walking in we were greeted by the most friendliest receptionist. Appointment was on time. Everyone in the office were fast and efficient.

After setting up an appointment they called a week later to forcibly cancel my appointment because they scheduled wrong and there was a conflict. The lady was rude and didnt even give a reason why beside a conflict and when I went back to their website the spot was open again for the time I picked in the first place so it seems like they didnt even want the appointment in the first place.

Everyone was wonderful and kind!!! Dr Rigg was kind and explained everything!!! All the staff was so kind and chatted with me and I wasnt nervous!!!! Thank you so much!!

Wanted to try a new dentist so I came to get a general cleaning big mistake that was 🙁 the person who was doing the xray was rude. Then the dental assistant not sure her Name but she had on a pink dental coat. She checked my mouth which was pretty painful she was really rough and it seems like she was deliberately trying to hurt me! Once everyone was done, I asked for a basic cleaning and I was told my teeth was already cleaned Huh?? 🤨 It seem like the only thing this Dentist was interested in was me spending money. I left very unhappy. Wondering why was my visit this unsatisfying. I guess none Transgender people get treated better.

Being someone that has massive amounts of anxiety when going to a dentist for just a cleaning, I have to say Dental One Associates of Kennesaw handled my recent emergency situation with care and ease! The staff is amazing, very patient and understanding. They keep patients on schedule too, which is a breath of fresh air. Your appointment is at 9 am? You are being seen by the dentist at 9 am. That is a rarity! The dentist takes her time to talk through every piece of detail and LISTENS to your concerns, as well as answers all questions asked. I will continue to use this practice for all my dental needs and cannot say enough good things about them and my experience!

Let me tell you, this place is awesome! Mary, Alana, Tesha, and Dr Gessling always take care of me and my teeth (even when I dont take care of them like i should). I have been coming to this dentist for a little over a year & half. The staff is amazing and makes me feel welcomed & appreciated even when I’m running a little late lol. I have never EVER had a Dental Hygienest as GREAT as Jessica. She has amazing chair side manner, patience and is very thorough yet extremely gentle on my teeth. The dentist has changed a couple times or maybe they added some new ones and I haven’t had any fillings done yet but they also seem very professional & personable. Definitely has changed my horrible experiences that I had growing up as a child and even as a young adult. I’m only 30 but this is by far THE BEST dentist office I have ever been to!!!

I rarely go to the dentist because I can not stand all the drilling and noise that reverberates in my head. Recently a tooth that has been bad for many years decides to ache!! Had to have it extracted. Dr. Wheeless did a fantastic job, both with the necessary shots and removing the tooth. I didnt feel anything!!! So glad I decided to go the Dental One. I have several dental issues to take care of - if the other procedures are as flawless as my tooth extraction - Dental One has a customer!!
