Yesterday, Monday February 1st. I had a dental cleaning appointment with Ansley Norton, RDH. She did me a fabulous job. She is very meticulous. My cleaning was followed by an exam by Dr. Peter Pomazon. He is a great dentist. He has been my dentist 20 years and he is a perfectionist. His work is excellent.If anyone wants excellent care of their oral health, make an appointment with DentFirst for your dental care.

Love my Hygentist, great care not a nickel and dime type of place. Dont be scared book a an appointment today. Not the horror place you could have experienced before. Every very friendly.

Dr. Pamazon, the lady at the front Sandy, and all of the office people I met are awesome and made my experience very positive. Like seriously, Sandy is super helpful and has great customer service. BUT, when I called today to set an appointment to get a cavity fixed, the lady that answered the phone said that she didnt see that on a treatment plan. She said that they dont have a treatment plan for me and that I would have to pay for a cleaning and new x-rays to create a treatment plan. Four months ago, I paid for and got 5 teeth fixed on the treatment plan she claimed didnt exist for Dr. Pamazon. I was specifically asked by the dentist what Id like to do with the tooth I wanted to set an appointment for, meaning that we looked at the x-rays and set up a treatment plan. I dont know what lady answered, but charging me for a cleaning a is fine, however new x-rays and trying to say that the dentist never had a treatment plan is bad business. Ive never had an issue before but Ill just go to a new dentist since theyre trying to charge me as if Im a new patient.

Today I had my teeth cleaned by Rebecca. Shes such a nice person and takes care of me when I see her for my cleanings. Today was not different. She has a pleasant conversation as well. Always checking on you and seen if you are okay. I definitely recommend visiting the DentFirst location in Kennesaw to have Rebecca get you right. And yes she offers good tips on keeping that smile nice and pretty.

I have never had a bad experience here. I feel like they really treat me like family and they always show genuine interest in me and any concerns I may have. They’ve been helping me to take care of my smile since I was a little and I trust them to continue to help me keep my mouth at its healthiest. Special shout out to Ansley, always making my teeth sparkle and keeping it real (I promise I’ll start flossing regularly), Dr. Corbitt who got me through braces, and Dr. P for making sure everything looks good. Wonderful. Also the whole office is rocking it at COVID conscious modifications to help keep everyone safe. I only wish I could leave a higher rating.

I had my teeth clean today by Ansley, and she took really good care of me. She’s very knowledgeable and always asks if I have any concerns or pain. I trust Dentfirst for healthier teeth and a beautiful smile. The staffs are very friendly since day one when I had my first visit. They have really good Covid practices to make sure everyone is safe and I can’t wait to be back for my next visit.

I had my first visit at this practice this week. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and informative. They have good Coronavirus practices in place. Dr. Wendy Sandvi took the time to discuss options with me. I am happy to have a dentist I can return to with confidence.

At the Kennesaw location, I arrived 20 minutes before my 3 pm appointment (2:40 pm), but was not called until 18/19 minutes AFTER my appointment time (basically 3:20 pm). Im not sure if this had to do with new COVID-19 procedures or not. Not satisfied with the wait time. Other than that, the dental care and respectfulness of the staff is very good.

I had a cleaning done today, my hygienist was Ansley. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. She also gave me great advice to help maintain good hygiene. I also met Dr. Thomas, she was very courteous as well. I normally see Dr. P. who is awesome! I only have great things to say about the Kennesaw DentFirst location. Everyone is always very nice and it is a pleasure going there.

This was my first visit and everything was a breeze. I called on a Friday and they got me in for a cleaning that Monday. I am so please with my total experience. The entire staff was awesome. This will be my dentist for life with this type of dental care.

Ive been with Dent1st for over 10 years. I was in pain on a weekend. I called several dental offices and they were the only ones who would make the time to see me. Since that time their dental work has been consistently professional and caring.

I went to the Kennesaw location for a routine visit and Dr Wendy was amazing. Not only did she make time to talk to me about my day and see how I was doing, she made me feel like I was a part of her family. She is super nice and a great dentist! The front staff was awesome and very helpful in resolving a billing issue with my insurance. I have an appointment in 6 months or so and I can’t believe that I’m excited to go back, but it’s true!!!

I have been going there for 16 years now, and every time has been above and beyond expectations. Over the years they have done fillings, crowns, repair to a chipped tooth (back molar) lots of chewing time on it no problems. All work I am more than pleased with!! Doctor Pomazon did an amazing job! He made sure I was relaxed and comfortable, took the time to explain the procedure to me. My root canal was painless and my crown was a breeze. So nice to be able to eat on that side of my mouth again, thank you Dr. P

When I was searching for a dentist, I called DentFirst at Kennesaw and spoke with Sandy. She was so friendly and attentive to my needs that I called back and booked an appointment with Dr. Peter Pomazon. That was and is one of the best decisions that I have ever made. Dr. Pomazon and his staff, especially Fran, took GREAT care of me. He promised me a great smile but what he gave me is a BEAUTIFUL smile. When I saw my smile for the first time, I burst into HAPPY tears! They took great care of me, from beginning to end, and I cant thank them enough. We moved here 29 years ago and have been getting all our dental needs met at Dent First in Kennesaw. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Pomezon and Ainsley seem like family. My husband had been dental phobic his whole life, but Dr.P and staff were able to help him past that and he sees them regularly. That’s a GREAT staff. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been a patient at DentFirst since 2008, and I‘ve never had a negative experience there. The dentists and hygienists are very knowledgeable and provide excellent dental care. I highly recommend them!

I had a crown put in on my farthest back molar so its a hard and awkward spot to start with, but the staff worked so hard to make sure I was comfortable. When I came in for my permanent crown it didnt fit right ( not dentfirsts problem, it was a manufacturer issue), they did not charge me and put the temporary one back in, after a few hours it just felt off even though I had said it was good earlier, so the office got me back in and Mark spent extra time refitting that temporary crown. I was so comfortable and so pleased with their desire to make sure I was happy with the results!

This office took great care of me. They have appointments same day and late nights for those that work. Jone Jenn Dr Thomas and all the staff are very professional and welcoming. They do make you feel like family.

First off let me say I havent been to a dentist in 18 years and I am absolutely terrified of going and Dr Thomas made everything more comfortable. I recently had a significantly broken molar and went to dent 1st on a co workers recommendation. They were able to get me in the same day and come to find out my insurance covered all my x-rays and check up. After some observation is was informed tooth was really infected and I was in a lot of pain so she prescribed me antibiotics and some pain medication which was great. I came back in to get the tooth pulled within the week. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt okay and comfortable as she was pulling my tooth. I felt some pain a little towards the end due to the infection and she immediately stopped and gave me more stuff to numb the area so I wouldnt feel anything. Then the tooth came right out. This was all done within 30 minutes. I will be back for all my dental work here with Dr Thomas. Great and friendly staff.

My mother in law was over charged, and they still have not paid her back. It been over 2months!! I took her back, over 3 extra times because her cap came off. They use to do a great job 5yrs ago, but now the work is being rushed, and the management sucks. If a upset customer calls in the morning, and they never called back? Thats real poor service.

The staff here is exceptional and my dental hygienist was beyond nice and professional. She cleaned me up and have new solid recommendations on how to improve my dental hygiene.

I never give a 5 but these people exceeded my expectations. Working for dental insurance I was skeptical as I was new patient, that I was gonna get you need this you need that talk. There was nothing unnecessary done and nothing unnecessarily build. Most dentists offices see you as a check but I clearly saw here this is not what their about. Hopefully this doesn’t change but I hope this is my forever dentist as a new resident of Kennesaw.

I have been coming here for many years. Ansley who takes care of me does a great job cleaning my teeth, she answers all my questions patiently and very professional. What I like most about her is that she educate me in terms of home teeth maintenance. I told her that she is not allowed to stop working because she needs to take care of my teeth for a long time. We were joking about her being my hygienist when I am 98 years old.

It is a wonderful place. One receives great service from the front office to the hygienist to the doctor/dentist. The hygienist, Ansley, is superb. She is kind and knows her work well.

I had an emergency with a tooth issue and thankfully they are open until 8pm. Cornell was the technician who assisted me and honestly regardless of if an emergency or not I highly recommend him and this place. I am absolutely pleased with the excellent service and dental care I received at the Kennesaw location.Of course I was fIlled with major Anxiety because I knew that I needed a tooth extraction. The doctor on duty was Dr. Dana Thomas. This doctor was extremely gentle and she performed the most painless tooth extraction I have ever experienced. I mean NO PAIN.... they are a wonderful staff of people!
