I’ve never had a salon that consistently does a PERFECT job. I love, love, love, my dip nails. The place is beautiful and they aren’t pushy on the sales. They just want you to relax and have a good time. They have tons of colors to choose from and everything is clean. Customer for life!

I WOULD NEVER GO BACK HERE!!!!!!!!!They are extremely rude, and overpriced for what you get. I was told they could paint my nails a certain way, and they were not able to deliver what so ever. Also for my pedicure the women didnt listen to me, and started painting my nails clear, when I asked for black. I was at the salon for over 3 HOURS only to leave unhappy and paying full price. Spent 140 total just for me to have to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed.

Great service, a lot of spa technicians so they are able to accomodate customers without an appointment. The spa area is beautifully decorated and the wide variety of services and price range. In addition, they offered available drinks from water, coffee, wine and mimosas.

This is my first time back at this salon since COVID first started. It was a good experience. The receptionist was very attentive. Tony did my nails and he did an amazing job. My nails havent looked this good in a long time. Tony was nice and checked in with me along the way to make sure I liked my nail shape. He also showed me what the dipping powder color would look like on a nail before we started so I could approve the dipping powder color.I would definitely go back and hope this kind of service is consistent. :)

Venetian Nail Spa is the only nail spa that I use. They are absolutely amazing. This was my first experience at this location (LaCenterra). The service was impeccable and the pedicures/nail treatments were AMAZING (as expected)! The only discrepancy was their pricing. I was charged much more than I am charged for the same services at their other locations and when I called to inquire about this, they were unable to explain the charges. Very disappointed to say the least. If you choose this salon, check your bill before paying!

Everyone there was nice to my daughter and I. The customer next to us got mad at her technician because she didnt put her drink in a glass. The technician was still very professional to the mean customer. It was a good lesson to show my daughter that is not how you treat your technician. We didnt have our drinks in glasses and our drinks were perfect (so were our manicures)

I always enjoy coming here to be pamper. They also have all the colors and nail applications that I love.

If you want multiple urgent care visits, definitely go here. My wife and daughter had pedicures in August. They both developed (first time ever) toe infections that required antibiotics. My daughter just started her 3rd round of antibiotics and had minor surgery in November on her toe. Her toe is now partially green with infection. We are contacting lawyers to sue for damages. Gosh I’m so sad about all of the bad reviews here. I love this place! I always get the dip powder manicure. I never stray away from Judy as my regular tech but I did have Kim my very first visit and her work was great as well! They’re a bit pricey but it’s to be expected for the area. I went to Nails of America once as it’s closer to my job and will never go somewhere other than Venetian due to my experience there. Judy takes the time to make sure my nails are exactly as I want and never complains about my crazy Pinterest requests. My last set design was per her recommendation and I Iove them! There’s also a younger lady and a younger man that work the front desk but I’ve never caught their names. They’re incredible as well. I called the day before thanksgiving and was told they weren’t supposed to take anymore appointments but not only did they get me in, they got me an appointment with Judy. Absolutely no complaints here!

Let me start off by saying I am VERY picky about my nails and my nail tech!My mom and I tried Venetian on a whim when our regular shop was closed and fell in love! The shop is absolutely emaculant and very pretty. Full bar available as well. Staff is very friendly and nice. I recommend Mai or Tammy! All four technicians that did our manicures and pedicures were very professional and friendly. Even when I showed the girls a difficult design that I wanted, they stayed friendly!My acrylic nails are the best Ive ever had done and I regularly get my nails done weekly. It has been over a week and I dont even need a fill.It was a new experience for me to have a menu of pedicures to choose from and honestly made the experience feel unique and personal.The neck/shoulder massage included in my pedicure was great and honestly better than some massages I have paid for at places like Massage Envy.Their prices are the only reason I will not give 5 stars- they are a little pricey for full set and pedicure but honestly worth it for the services you receive!

Mail techs need to be more open about prices when their customers ask for specific nail designs. My teenager went and wanted a design on each nail and they did not tell her it would be $80.00 just told her yes they would do the design.

Disappointed with the finish. It feels like they were just trying to get you out of the door as fast as possible. When I pointed out that the polish on my thumb nail seems uneven, the girl had to ask the manager for permission to fix it. The manager was not happy, like I made an extraordinary request. I think it’s because I have to occupy the seat longer. And blow is the result after the “fix”, even worse! Ugh!! She just dab the thinner part and put on another top coat. As you can see, the surface is dusty looking too. And there is top coat remnants on my skin, letting alone the poorly trimmed shape. My hands are extremely dry after the nail work too. Anyway, I went there because I have a gift card. Now I wonder what to do with the balance on the card.

My nail beds are totally ruined after visiting this place. My extensions dried and started to come away within a few days but I had already gone on holiday internationally so could not go back for them to fix. They should not be coming off the nail after a few days. The first one came off completely after getting caught in a jumper and since then, the rest have popped off.

They get it right every time!!! I highly recommend Kim or Vivian 😘😘

I will never step foot in this establishment again. I booked an appointment ahead of time and upon arrival the manager proceeded to tell me that my nail tech had not made it in yet. “He was probably still drunk from partying the night before” but someone else would be servicing me. After waiting over 15 minutes a very upset nail tech approached me to render the service. It was by far the most humiliating nail experience I’ve ever had! He proceeded to pull on my arm and kept asking me to scoot up. My knee was hitting the nail table and it was impossible for me to scoot up anymore. After the service was completed he didn’t bother to oil my cuticles or even tell me he was done with me. He simply moved on to his next guest leaving me sitting there clueless that he was done. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

Simply Amazing Service!

So I didn’t want to write this because I thought perhaps it was a one time thing only. I went back a second time and didn’t have an as bad experience from the time before. I got bad infections on both of my middle fingers after getting my nails done here. No joke, the middle fingers. It was hard to type for a whole week. Now that I see that this is an ongoing issue I am so freaked out that I even went back. I’m grateful it didn’t happen the second time but now I know they really need to get their act together. So sad because it’s a beautiful salon and they have great products and selection. I hope they make things right.

Technician Nancy is very unptofessional and rude. I paid for manicure with shelac and my nailpolish fallen down in 3 days. I come back to the saloon. The same technician was working with my nails but she was so rude and bosy and even not willing yo listen me... not recommend this technician to anyone

I do love the variety of colors and options theyve got. Girls are mostly professional and do nice and neat job but I hate when I get my nails done by their boys. (it just turned out this way Im not a sexist)They are literally painting my nails as if it is a fence and then remove the extra shellac with their finger nails. As a result the air gets under the coat from the sides of the nails and it breaks on the sides plus the bottom of the nails comes out uneven (I used to do nails myself so I know what Im talking about) :(

First time there today. Good location But lack of parking on a weekend. The receptionist was very friendly but they forgot to give me the sample Colors so I could choose The color before the technician was ready. Therefore once the technician got to me and gave me my choices I basically had one minute to figure out what I wanted since she was in a rush. I wouldn’t be able to tell you if they have a good color selection since I pretty much chose the first thing that I saw feeling rushed.$50 dollars to remove old tip and do dipping on nails.I got cut twice pretty deep... ouch :(The shape of my nails was good but when it was completely finished I still had a lot of color residue around my fingertips that I had to remove on my own once I got home... I usually go to nails of America but I wanted to try this place today as my friend recommended it And their location is closer to my house. It was OK I doubt that I’ll be going back, undecided if I’ll give them another chance. I’ll have to see how well my nails stay but will try a different technician.

If I could rate this nail salon 0 stars, I would. The technicians working on myself and my friend were talking THE WHOLE TIME. It was inappropriate, unprofessional and RUDE. To not only carry on a loud conversation in our faces but then for it to be in another language. It made us so self conscious to think they might be speaking negatively about us. It was terrible. Paid $150 between both of our services to be miserable through the whole thing.

Worst nail salon ever and worst service you can get i have been getting my nails done for years and never had an experience like this the nail technicians are very agressive and not willing to work the manager doesn’t even care i told him i need her to fix my nails which she completley messed it up he didn’t even bother to ask if she fixed them or if i was happy about the service he asked for the money and then he went on his phone. Definitely don’t recommend and never coming back again!

That’s a complete truth!They never ever sterilize the tools, they just clean them with water and then they just put them in the little blue bags. Just for the clients can see opening it and make them think they are sanitized already, but they’re NOT!So, be careful!!

The only nail salon I will go to. David (the manager) is amazing at what he does. He is a perfectionist and will do everything in his power to make you feel beautiful. Book him early for all your microbladdibg and eyelash extension needs. Mindy is amazing and caring for all of your waxing and pedicure needs. Kelly is amazing at nail design and leaves your nails looking absolutely perfect. I have been going to this salon for 6 years and I can not complain about one single thing. The salon itself is one of the cleanest nail salons I’ve ever walked in to. Beautifully decorated. The staff truly care about their customers and their needs. Absolutely amazing staff and location.

Not very happy with their lack of professionalism in telling about pricing information. This should be upfront, so there are no surprises at the time of check out. For the quality of work done, there are many places in Cinco who do an equally good job for about half the price.

My sister and I went to Venetian Nail Spa and we got our nails done by Mai. She is amazing and such kind-hearted. The place was clean but they should have charged less. Great place. I recommend this place to everyone. :)

Vicky is amazing. The entire staff is amazing. I brought my 1 year old son in. 99.99% he is perfect when I bring him places. But today he really just wasnt having it. The girls at the front entertained him for me while I got my pedicure. They walked him around and were very sweet and understanding. I really appreciate everything they did for me and my son.

Absolutely terrible. If I could put zero stars I would. No one said a word to me as I walked in, I had to wait to catch someone’s attention. I just wanted my dip powder manicure to be removed, nothing else. It took 62 minutes AFTER I signed in until I had to ask if anyone was going to be doing my nails. I was told I should probably go somewhere else because they were “busy.” On a Monday. At 2:34 pm. A waste of time.

They do an amazing job! I always go to David, and he can do any design in all powder no paint. It is amazing. I also have gotten many pedicures and they do an amazing job as well. I have taken my daughter there several times who is 7, and she enjoys it too! Great place! Once I started going here I have never returned to my old nail salon.

This nail salon came highly recommended by two people whom I trust. I walked in and requested a mani/pedi. The nail tech did an awesome job on my manicure and was very friendly. The nail tech who did my pedicure had zero customer service skills and did an okay job on my pedicure. I upgraded from the basic pedicure and feel like it was sub-par. The atmosphere definitely felt like they were wanting to get people in and out the door as quickly as possible.

I have been going here for the past 5 yrs or so. I had the most fabulous nail tech Andy! When I went to make an apt in Feb I found out he left. Today I thought I would give it a try without Andy. I could tell the minute I walked in there was a new owner. The girl started the water for pedicure and asked what type. I asked if there were new owners, she said yes and then got up. A few minutes later a new girl came up to do my pedicure. Again she had to ask what type of pedicure, guess it was a start over. The pedicure was fine but could feel a difference in the atmosphere and wont be back. Andy I will miss having you do my nails!!

I used to go here all the time and always had a great experience and then I moved and found a different salon closer. I was in the area and decided to go ahead and go back because of the Dip color choices, there are so many! My dip looks great and I am happy with that. However, the Venetian Deluxe Pedicure was not worth the money at all. The entire pedicure took 37 minutes from the time I sat down to when she put my shoes back on. She barely scrubbed the bottoms of my feet and the massage part lasted 13 minutes. Not worth the money at all, I will not be coming back, will stick to the new salon I’ve been going to who actually take their time and you aren’t just a number.

The owner is so kind. I am a teacher and he wanted to make sure I got my 15% off on Mondays!!! So sweet!

I quit going to nail spas for several years because the service was always poor and I felt like they didnt give me the same service as women because Im a guy. Because Im a guy, they think that I cant distinguish between good and bad work. But this place is awesome! I read the reviews before visiting and decided to give it a try. Best service in years! For all those gross guys who dont believe in pedicures, maybe this place will change your mind!

I’m quite upset. I went here for the first time aFew months ago and said I wouldn’t comeBack ever. Despite that I decided to give them a second chance this past weekend. My nails are horrible and already falling off Along with them being lumpy and uneven. I also got a pedicure which I paid $55 for and my toe is now infected. I called multiple times to try to resolve this and cannot get through.

When you walk in the The Nail Spa it appears high class and very elegant. I got my nails done in there twice by two different people and both times after one single week one of my nails was falling off in the others were just barely hanging on. They are overpriced for The quality of work.

I choose the dip manicure and while my nails look beautiful, I was not happy that they did not soak my nails prior to give them a quick clean. (Digging under nail and trimming cuticles). This was my first time getting my nails done but from friends, they said they always get their nails cleaned prior. I did not find the tools they used on me to be very clean. Noticed a lot of nail dust that coated the tools. My other complaint is that is was a little pricey but I guess they have to raise their prices to pay the rent in La Centerra, which Im sure is expensive. Overall, I would rate the experience as an average one.

This used to be my favorite nail salon. Not anymore. I used to be able to walk in and get my nails done without an appointment by any technician and they would look great. The past two times I have been have been a big disappointment. The first time, the nails started to raise within a week. The second time, the nails were not shaped or smoothed properly. I will not be back.Edit: the nails started lifting within a week

Sooo unprofessional, I’d never recommend anyone to this place. The man that works there is very nice but the techs I’m not gonna get myself worked up going into detail. Just please don’t waste your time!!!

Drill was burning me. Had pulled my hand away because it hurt. Technician apparently needs more practice on how to lay a bead of acrylic. After my nails were supposedly finished, she filed the sides again. Dusty and ends frayed. Technician had no name badge and the lady up front did not tell me my techs name. Place looks nice and was busy. I wanted to like this place but this was not for me.

My mimosas were good...thats it. My nail salon is about 45-60 minutes away from my home so I wanted something closer. My shapes were off, one nail started to lift terribly after less than a week and I lost an entire nail in less than 2 weeks. It came right off like a press-on nail. My nails were significantly more expensive than my shop and wasnt worth it. Next time, I will make the hour drive

I love coming here, I have had my nails done by Lucy, Ashley, & David, they all do AMAZING! I never have to worry about one nail being shaped weird or uneven, theyre always PERFECT, so I dont mind paying for the service Im getting. Both front desk people are always very greeting & friendly, they get very busy even on weekdays so I book my appointment with Lucy in advance so Im not wasting time asking them questions. I always recommend this place to my friends. Ive been to plenty of nail salons & was never truly satisfied with the work but Im so glad I found this place because they exceed my expectations. I would recommend Lucy, she is very sweet & listens to exactly what you want done!

Ive been going to Venetian for awhile. I always make an appointment and have never had to wait. Its clean, organized and efficient. They greet me by name when I arrive and are always accommodating. Beau and Diana are the best. They are the reason that I go because this honestly isnt a cost effective spot. Its expensive and the parking is awful. Theres a nail salon on every corner but service is important to me. Beau and Diana always give great service and conversation. Quy was my go to during Dianas maternity leave. He is great too. The salon is beautiful AND theyre open on Sunday. My daughter has had some not so great experiences - not everyone is good with kids but shes a bit of a princess. I have just requested that she not be put with certain people.

I’ve been here a a few times and they have never been the best but the last time I went it was terrible. The lady who did my nails didn’t measure them so all of my nails are different lengths and some are wonky. There is a hair or piece of fluff stuck on the acrylic of one of my nails. The lady got some of the acrylic under my nails so it has set there and won’t come off. I do not recommend this nail salon.

I like coming to Venetian Nail Spa because most all of the nail techs do a great job. And they also do good pedicures. Their salon is clean and they have so many color options to choose from.

I have gone here about 5 times and it all looks great. I am excited that Alex,a famous Instagram nail artist, is working here! But some of the workers need to be a little more kind. And I must say,Pheobe is GREAT at my nails!

CLEAN, RELAXING, FRIENDLY, STAFF ! Love the service and attention you receive and the finished product has always been great! The owner is very caring, and seems to be genuinely interested in having a salon that caters to her clientele!

My experience at Venetian nail spa was horrible. I would never recommend this spa to anyone in the Houston area. The nail tech that did my nails at the time was Andy. Whenever, I came to the spa that day I had already had a nail design in mind with a picture that I brought in. Unfortunately, as he started doing my nails I noticed that it didn’t come close to resembling the picture that I showed him at all. When I pointed this out to him He told me that I was a walk-in so basically he didn’t have time to give me wanted. In addition, he mentioned that i should of been charged $150 for the line work that he did and that in my case he was giving me a massive “discount”. Overall, I ended up paying $90 for my nails which was ridiculous. I more so wish that he had just told me that he couldn’t do what I showed him in the picture. Instead I left very dissatisfied and as a result I will not be doing business with them again.

True story!! They quoted $10 less for manicures on kids 10 & under when we arrived. After we paid, the manager came out & said my daughter looked older than 10 and demanded we pay an extra $10. She insisted we were lying about her age and began yelling. After we refused she said she would charge us the full price next time. Does she really think we would ever come back?! LOL!

Personally I didn’t love my experience. Yes the salon is very clean and they have great customer service but when it comes to telling them what you want they don’t listen and also they pressure you to get services that are way too expensive and for the service that I received I believe that it is very over priced. The only person that I recommend is Mimi.

Not happy with powder dip. My regular nail tech (Mai) is out sick. Sherry did my dip. Nails too thick & shape too square. 🤦🏽‍♀️

My friend and I decided to get a shellac manicure at this place. We were promised that the manicure would last very long at least 2 weeks. Both of our manicure got chipped the day after. My friend had also gotten a painful nail infection because the nail techs probably used very unclean tools. The nail technicians were very fast and rough with our cuticles. I called to complain about our experience and ask for a refund. They only offered to redo our manicure and would not give a refund. We are never coming back for this salon.

Very bad service. The manager is extremely rude and impolite. He is unprofessional and a liar. They are very slow and I have many cuts. They blame you if the technician is late. I love this place. It has been such a great experience every time I go. They treat me like a queen.

I had never been here before but I was in the area and walked by it a thousand times. It looked fancy and clean so I decided to give it a try instead of going to my normal place on the other side of Katy. I walked in, was greeted by the people at the front desk, was helped with colors and seated. Like a lot of the other reviews, the first pedicure tech switched with another girl so I had to re explain everything I wanted. I got the deluxe pedicure which was a waste of money. There was hardly any massage and I guess you pay extra for the orange slices they put in your tub water and the paraffin treatment that was so thin and barely covered my feet. But overall pedi was okay. The massage chair was broken, so that sucked. Now moving on to the awful manicure done by Mindy. I got a dip manicure on my natural nails that weren’t long by any means but they were healthy and grown past my finger tip. I told her I just wanted them shaped square and evened out. We were conversing and it seemed she understood what i wanted. She buffed my nails to be paper thin and then cut and filed my nails pretty much down to the bone. My nails can literally not get any shorter!!!! I guess she could tell by my face I was not happy bc when she asked if I liked them I told them I didn’t like them that short. She proceeded to use the buffer and file them even shorter. She complimented me to the ends of the earth, told me she didn’t understand English that well and was trying to make me happy but the damage was done. She also commented me on my eyelash extensions and tried to get me to do them there which is hysterical bc I will never be back. It’s crowded and loud and not relaxing at all. Now I can’t even scratch any itch and my nails are so sore bc they were buffed down to literally nothing. I will NEVER be back.

I did not have a good experience it was my first time, I got my nails done by mai. and I had gone in only because my friend spoke so highly of them and said they did a very great job. But the shape that I asked that was the coffin wasn’t even a coffing shape. & I payed $60 for the set and they wanted to charge me $10 more to fix the shape that I had asked for from the beginning . Honestly not very happy. Not mad about the amount just upset because I specifically asked for something and didn’t get that.

They are one of the best places in Katy that I have been too, very nice, respectful and clean. I have recommended plenty people here and they come out loving it! Yes they may be a little high priced but for sure worth it.

Dont ever trust David the manager and Tiffany at this place!!!!My teenage daughters went there today. My oldest was told it was acrylic and after went to pay, was then told it was shellac and up charged for shellac. My youngest daughter has cuts on both hands. Pretty pathetic this place takes advantage of teenage girls.

Everytime I have been here thre technicians have done a wonderful job. It is the only place I am comfortable getting my eyebrows done in a hurry, because all of the technicians are great. It is more expensive, but you get what you pay for in quality.

Its beautiful by looking at the spa. But services are very bad. My cuticles are hurting badly and swollen. Shellac manicure is breaking. I forced my friend to go their and have some relax time but I didnt like services and feel pain all the time in my cuticles. My nails are uneven. I know one cheaper place and they do better services than here.

Ken is rude and rough . He filed my nails so roughly it hurt, he needs more training with customer service and glitter shelac application, my cuticles are covered in glitter. I complained and no one fixed it either, the front desk was completely unhelpful . I come to this salon every two weeks and spend close to $3400 per year here, you would think I would get better service . So I guess I have to find a new salon, me and the Venetian are breaking up . Its over .

I had been wanting to share and post this but I have been busy from a personal event, but it’s time to do so. I want to share my experience at this nails spa called THE VENETIAN at La Centerra. I was there on April 17th around 5pm, I went with my future daughter in law who was getting married with my son 2 days later and my 2 kids. As we walked in we showed the people at the front desk a designed and ask if someone could do it and how much it would cost, they said they could do it and the price would be $110.00 dls, we also requested for the price of a pedicure with acrylic overlay and they said $40.00 so $150.00 total, this was just for my daughter in law (I had my regular pedicure and dip manicure).First situation occurred when suddenly the pedicure lady said the acrylic overlay would cost more, after calling the person at the front desk to confirm he had given us a different price we just agreed to the new price and continued the service... about an hour later and after several attempts of doing the first nail design to my daughter in law (I was done by then) and it’s important to mention the nail lady was very frustrated and her customer service was being awful, well she just suddenly said she couldn’t do it anymore, she suggested getting a regular polish with glitter instead 🙄, of course my daughter in law said NO, she said she wanted the designed she initially asked for and they said they could get it done, after calling the owner (we didn’t know she was the owner at that moment) and several others to the area we were at, the owner said they weren’t going to do it and we had to either pay for what they had done or they would cut the nails off her! At that moment I started filming with my phone and as I end the recording I notice one of them (a man) is calling the police telling them we want to leave without paying 😱, by that time by kids are very scared and I tell my daughter in law to get them to the car and I walk to the front desk and request my bill, including the horrible nails they had done to her, and as I stand there they tell me they won’t let me pay until I erase the video from my phone, and the man on the phone is telling the officer that I don’t want to pay, I tried to speak loud and I said “NO that’s not true, I’m trying to pay and they won’t let me because I have a recording”, I insist of paying telling them “I’m going to pay you for whatever you want to charge me, please charge me and let me leave” (I’m thinking that if I leave without paying they will then charge me with theft so I know I can’t leave until they charge me). I had to agree to erase the video and then they agreed to charge me, I erased the video in front of them and then they said they couldn’t give me a receipt (I was paying cash) because they were out of paper, I asked them to email it and they just said they couldn’t, I told them not giving me a receipt for payment was against the law and they offered to write the receipt on a piece of paper which is what they did, the owner supposedly signed it on the back but that is clearly not a signature. As I leave the store, felling so humiliated, crying, and seeing my kids crying inside my car worried about mom, I new I had to share my story so no one ever has to go through this again. It is important to say that we are immigrants, just like them, and yes we felt discriminated. And I know for a fact they would not treat a white customer the way they mistreated me and my family!Luckily iPhones have a “deleted” folder were you can always recover what you erase. So this is my store with THE VENETIAN NAIL SPA at La Centerra, I know it’s a very busy place and I know my story might not make a difference, but then again it might, please consider taking your business to another place where they have integrity, values and ethics.

Myself and 3 of my friends went to the salon yesterday. As we were being seated the nail techs for 2 of my friends changed several times and they had to keep repeating themselves with what exactly they wanted. I got a dip mani and the deluxe pedi. I LOVE my mani their selection is amazing. The pedicure on the other hand was awful! Ana was my nail tech she was rude and did an awful job. When she began the removal of the dead skin on my feet normally when I get my pedi they put a gel but Ana went in on my dry feet. On my right foot it was so dry and she was doing it so hard she actually cut me.Dont come here! The price does not reflect what you get and the staff is unorganized and most are really rude.

Customer service was excellent and pedicure and manicure were great!

Yesterday I went to this nail salon for refill/pedi only to find out my appointment was entered incorrectly that I made 3 days prior. I only go to this salon for Tia! Shes wonderful! However, when I expressed disappointment about the error, the owner David (blond hair) spoke to me like I was a dog! He was very rude, loud and unprofessional! I cant imagine he would treat a customer that had been coming to this location over the last four years in this manner! I was humiliated and embarrassed! I was the only black in the salon at the time as well! I would have left but I had an event to attend! Its very unfortunate because I really like Tias work! As a minority to another minority Im disappointed with Davids reaction! Everyone around the counter stopped and watched as he carried on! As an owner of a business what a terrible example he put forward for his employees to observe! So, I wouldnt recommend this location to anyone because if you express any kind of dissatisfaction you might be a victim of Davids rage, unprofessional and disrespectful response! It was a horrible experience!

Clean salon with many employees so that you don’t wait long. Technicians are knowledgeable but I was charged for extra and upgraded services I didn’t askFor and didn’t approve.

Ive been coming to this nail salon since I moved to the area in Sept 2017 so obviously I thought they were great; however, things have changed here since the past few months.MINUS INE STAR BECAUSE: Lately it feels like they are constantly trying to sell you more. I already get the deluxe pedi with dip Man almost every three weeksi so its annoying that they are trying to see what else I would buy.MINUS ANOTHER STAR BECAUSE: my most recent pedicure was great so no complaints there at all. My dip mani- not very good. I had asked her to keep my nails short but when she started dipping them, after clipping and filing, they were still long. I told her I would like them shorter but she had her own plan. After I told her a couple more times, she gave in to what I was requesting. After finishing my left hand, she proceeded to the right and clipped my nails so short (almost with a vengeance) that now they did not match my left hand and the next day they hurt! Once she was done with the entire Mani, she left my fingers covered in dip powder. This was perhaps one of the most untidy manis Ive had in a long time. I complained to the front desk and they started explaining to me how it happens sometimes- except this wasnt my first time getting the service and its never happened before. And then they were very easily able to remove the excess with just a little bit of nail polish remover. Anyway, I will go back at least once more because most of my experience has been good but I definitely will not be going back to this particular nail tech.
