My first time being here and I am very impressed! The salon is gorgeous and the owner Julie is so nice! She did my nails and I also got a pedicure. Everyone was great. I will definitely be back!

Sadly dissapointed I went in today around 5:20pm got a pedi and full set. I got my pedi done but not my full set. The lady just soaked my nails off and then said she was leaving for the day that i had to wait for Julie!.. mind you! Julie had a client in front of her who she had just started to work on! It is now 7:10pm I decided I was NOT GOING TO WAIT another hr and a half for Julie. Unbelivable! What kind of service is this! Trust me i made no drama nor did I walk out of their upset! I just calmly grabbed my things and paid for my pedi and my eyebrows! If it were to be someone else i know would had blown a dam tantrum up in their! Idk maybe julie needs better staff with better customer service skills. My first time at this place i was actually excited to try them out.Im a realtor i know a lot of people and trust me I will let them know NOT TO GO HERE ! For sure!

They took very good care of me and the service was great. Julie and Sue are the best they did a great job someone finally was able to do what I asked for on my nails.

I came here for a change in nail shops and I was NOT disappointed!! I let Julie pick the design for my wedding all I did was express that I like to be different but simple and I am VERY VERY happy with her work. I have Definitely Changed my nail shop and will be coming here from now on. If you’ve looking for a change I would give Serenity Nail Art a try! Thank you again Julie I’ll see you in a few weeks!

I had a great manicure today at Serenity Nail Art. It was a brand new beautiful clean and well staffed nail salon near Katy Mills Mall. The owner Julie has previous experience in this industry and built this premium salon from scratch. It definitely is several notches up the quality scale, much nicer than most salons. They do manicures, pedicures eye brows and lashes. I highly recommend it. The service I received was great. I will definitely go back.

This is my first time and pleasantly impressed. Excellent customer service, large variety of colors. Had the deluxe pedicure and the massage was just perfect! Julie is super sweet and did an excellent work with my nails as well. Certainly will come back. For sure, recommend this salon.
