So far as a new customer they’ve been great. I call to get my trash picked up and they come on the scheduled day. They’re the cheapest I’ve found in Cheyenne also.

I would like to applaud this business for continuing to employ some of the worst drivers. Afterall these people need jobs too and probably have families to support. To me it is simply amazing that the drivers can arrive at work each day dafely to then drive the garbage trucks. Thier innate inability to stay on roadways, or a simple driveway for that matter, makes this feat nothing short of miraculous. I will continue to do my part and try to flatten the enormous ruts the drivers make and maintain some semblance of a roadway, for them not to drive on.Many thanks

Had some extra trash from Christmas that didn’t fit in the trash . Came outside when they approached. They dumped the trash can and I assumed they wouldn’t get out to pick up trash that didn’t fit so I put additional trash in the can. I asked if they could dump it again and they said they couldn’t help and drove off..

As a retired retail sales manager with over 37 years experience, Ive gotten pretty good at knowing the difference between good customer service and bad. The service I received at Wyoming Disposal Systems in Cheyenne is some of the best I have ever experienced! From the office staff in every dept, to the drivers who delivered and removed the dumpsters, everyone was so kind and professional its like I was being treated like a family member. To top it off, their pricing was much better than their competitors. If they were to open a side business teaching other companies how to give exceptional service, there is no doubt they would succeed at that as well. I would strongly and without hesitation recommend WDS to anyone!

Scam artists with awful customer service.

Called at 9:00 AM on a Tuesday, the automated answering system kept me on hold for 5 minutes assuring me that my call was important to them. After holding for 5 minutes, I was redirected to voice mail. Im not impressed.

Their drivers are amazing! They were able to get me a roll off quickly and placed it exactly where I requested it. All of the drivers that serviced it were courteous and polite. Ive used them many times for different temp projects and each time theyre great to work with. Ill never use another company.

WDS has great customer service, always picks up on schedule and if we need an additional pickup its easy to schedule. Weve used them for years and the the guys on the truck are always professional and courteous. Everyone in the office weve talked with is too!

I love how involved they are with the community. When businesses take part in the community it truly says the people in it are their priorities. Their priorities are in place!

Watch their contracts they have a 3 year contract and it automatically rolls over i had someone illegally fill my dumpster and called police have police report and they are still wanting me to pay 45.00 for extra pi9ck up after 5 years of service. COMPANY IS money hungry!!!. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Love Wyoming Disposal! We have a little cabin West of Laramie and WDS is the only company well ever use for trash/recycling.
