Top notch! Jasmine did an absolute fabulous job on my acrylic set!!! My first time being here, was not only impressed by the friendliness, how super clean the salon was bit also the service! Absolutely LOVE this place!! Went in to have my nails done for my wedding pictures and the owner was beyond detailed and attentive on how she did my nails. This place is great because they are quick but do a great job, they don’t gossip in their own language in front of customers, and the place is always spotless. The techs always use sterile tools on each client (they have them in small sterile bags that they open in front of you). They’re always super attentive to all details and never lie about how long you will have to wait if it’s during a busy time/day. They have everyone sign in when you arrive with time and phone number to maintain order and have your number in case you forget any of your items at the salon. Every single time I’ve been here the girls do a great job, the owner is super professional and nice, and the place is always clean. Oh! And they have drinks available for you to enjoy. Highly recommend if you haven’t tried them. I promise you won’t want to go anywhere else after having such a great experience here.

I had a lady who was super rough with my hands. Had multiple cuts when I left & my dip powder was so uneven. Paid about 60 bucks for that. [I was recommended to this place because a friend of mine really loves it, she told me to book with Ethan but he was booked. I’d try again with him for sure.]

Went in to get a pedicure and manicure and Jessica did an amazing job and love how the salon is so clean!

I went to go get acrylics and they turned out amazing ! Lily was the lady attending me and she took her time and paid attention to ever detail. Definitely will be returning ! 😁👍🏼

I went there on a Friday to get a mani and pedi because I was going out of town for the weekend and by the next day my mani was getting wrinkles and chipping off. I always get my nails done at nail bar of Texas KATY and they usually last me at least a week. The lady that was doing my nails was sweet but took 2 hours to do everything and she cut me a few times trying to remove my old dip powder.Definitely not going back!

Every time I come here, the service is always wonderful. Jasmine, the owner, is super sweet. I usually get my nails done by Cindy, Jasmine or Karen. They are pleasant and they make me feel less self conscious about my terrible, anxiety, bitten nails. I appreciate them. They always take good care of me from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave. I highly recommend this place. Very clean, organized, and sterile environment. Great prices and excellent nail work. I been coming here for some time already and I am always happy with results, but not today, not only are my hands sore from cuts everywhere but the results totally different from the picture I showed, the job was very sloppy, Sunny cut my skin to the point of where I was bleeding, she seemed to be on a rush, she filed my skin, the nails are bumpy, the color is wrong and when I told Jasmin, her excuse was that they didnt have the color I asked, but they never told me that, I paid $90 + $10 tip, but I wont be coming back,I wasnt even offer a discount, nor I was offer for them to fix the work, very disappointed

This was so good oh my god!! my sister chose this place to get our first EVER manicure (I know, last people on earth to do it) and I could not recommend a better place. Jasmine knows her craft! She is exceptional and is always friendly. The staff there are very welcoming. The place is always very well kept, cleaned, and sanitized. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. The ambiance is great and the place is always clean.Lily is a very good nail tech. She aims to please her customers and is very nice.I’m a little disappointed because the last three times I have went, I made appointments specifically with jasmine and I keep getting tossed off to another nail tech. I am told “anyone can help you and they will do a great job.”

The pictures can’t do it justice because your experience here can’t be fully captured. I was in town for a night and needed my nails done. I was the last customer for the night and Jasmine elected to take care of me. Her attention to detail, friendliness, and amazing skill easily made this an awesome time. Her staff was equally as friendly and I was very impressed with the beauty of the space and the decor. It smelled amazing, and fresh and was the most beautifully decorated and CLEAN salon I have ever been to. They serve cocktails and wine with your pedicure. My only issue is that she hasn’t found a way to box this all up and move it to GA! I will be back Jasmine, thank you for a great time.

Karen does my nails but others have also and they are all very good, and most importantly they take their time and never make you feel rushed. I always leave there feeling pampered and relaxed. Where to begin, I have been coming here for little over a year now and have never left disappointed! Not only is this salon clean but the staff is extremely friendly. All of the women working there are GREAT!! Jasmine (the owner), Lily, and Cindy do awesome dip manicures with and without nail tips.

I love this place. The owner is one of the sweetest woman Ive met. Her and her ladies are awesome. I have not had a bad experience here. And I love her daughter, very nice. I love the fact that her color scheme is not like all other shops of brown and tan. Jasmine chose a beautiful shade of blue and white. I came here after a horrible experience at a different nail place, right away from the start Lian from the front desk was super sweet and helpful, next up was moon who FIXED my nails and made them beautiful again!! I then met Jasmine the owner and she was the sweetest ever, she took the time to welcome me and my sister and made sure we were satisfied with our services, not only are they sweet but they care and are amazing at what they do! Before I moved, this was my go-to place. She makes the best margaritas, by the way, so skip the bar, grab a friend, get a pedicure and kick back. Bright, clean, sanitary, and great work! If I didnt live so far, Id travel to go here. Miss you, ladies!

We met the owner, Jasmine, that same day and she was super friendly and attentive to her customers. I went in to get a set of dip nails with chrome & the chrome started chipping within 3 days (nail tech was Stacey). I called & spoke with the manager to let her know and she insinuated that I must’ve done something to make them begin to chip. I said that I had done nothing & she replied “yeah, that’s what everyone says.” Her condescending tone was evident & I made sure to let her know that she was rude. She then proceeded to tell me that they only have a 3-4 day guarantee on chrome and I replied that this was never mentioned when I chose the service & it was my 1st time hearing of this so-called “guarantee.” This was my first visit & I told her that I couldn’t believe the lack of customer service being shown. She told me to come back in so she could “take a look” and I replied that after my chat with her, I would rather just never return to her salon. $55 down the tubes...

Ive tried this place twice and the second time it was horrible. The shellac started to come off a few days later but I was able to patch them up hoping they would last two weeks. One nail was 3/4 of the way off so I stopped by first thing this morning to ask them to fix the nail (basically, wrap the thumb, Ill sit and wait 20 minutes so the shellac is removed properly) then paint it, takes about 5 minutes. They said I had to come back later they were too busy. They had a bridal party there but the one lady was just walking around doing nothing. I explained I could not come back later and they refused to help me. I left and took my business elsewhere. If the job had been done right the first time I was there I wouldnt be back this morning asking you to fix the shoddy work. Sloppy work and not very customer service oriented. Dont waste your time or money.

This is the cleanest, classiest nail salon in the city! Jasmine is so professional and so are her nail techs. My nails are always perfect and never chipped or cracked before I go back for my next service. If youre not in the Katy area, its worth the drive!

This is THE BEST NAIL SPOT !I used to go to those raggity little shops, I paid just as much there but had a horrible job .I definitely got my moneys worth. And MORE ! This will def be my go to spot .They are clean, precise with the nail work, and very attentive . I loved it and my nails !And they take their time and not rushed !

I came here on a whim, because my usual salon was booked and I needed a mani/pedi last minute. The woman that did my manicure butchered my cuticles, it was painful from start to finish and they looked terrible for the next 3 weeks. I had broken several of my nails prior to the visit and trimmed them short. She laughed several times and referred to them as baby nails. I wasnt necessarily offended, but it seemed rude. Then when it came time to leave, they were significantly more expensive. Ive never had an issue with my nail polish chipping, I swear it usually could last through a nuclear war. This did not. My toes were chipped and funky by the end of the week. Overall, Id never go back here. Mandalay Nails is the place for me.

The attention given was great! The service was good too. They were really friendly. Though they were unable to do the design i wanted (it wasnt simple) i was happy with their service and how close it is to home. Definetly recommend it.

Horrible place the technician was using a nail file wth a blood spec on it and I had to ask her to use another file, wasnt impressed at all very poor quality job, and the prices are outrageous they give alcoholic beverages, I dont drink so they shouldnt charge me for other clients drinks. Would never go back again!
