Omg! Diane is the BEST! I came for a pedicure and she massaged my feet and legs and made me feel like a million bucks!!!

I have been looking for a new nail salon and I tried a lot! Hailey did exactly what I wanted and the owner is very nice. Wonderful place!

This was the first time I visited this place and Im new to the state. The ladies were very nice, professional, and following safety procedures. I will be back I love my nails they did an Excellent Job! Tracy did my daughters nails and the lady who did my nails I wish I could remember her name because she did an amazing job on our designs. Becky did my feet and was so gentle they look awesome. Plus they give points and a small discount if you pay in cash! Everyone was very friendly.

I felt really pampered here, from stepping in, during my appointment and afterwards. Very clean and serene atmosphere. They even had a special happy hour discount. This is my second time here. Extremely clean and I love that they take precautions so you feel safe. I have had 2 different nail technicians and my daughter had her own. All have been wonderful and do amazing jobs. I highly recommend this place. Our definite go to place from now on.

I recently moved to the Katy area and have been trying out different salons. I did give this one a try.While the others had product that either they did not have the finesse I require or the product was not great--they did have great customer service and attitude. Serenity Nails had neither, by far the least personable and even though I told them I needed to have a bit thicker product on my nails since I am so hard on them --I got the thinnest coat that I had ever received on my nails, and it was not spread evenly--it looked similar to what I tried to accomplish myself during the initial quarantine and all the nail shops were closed.I very rarely leave comments...it has to be some place I really do not think that anyone should have the same experience as I, (or should! If it was a good place!) unless they change...and this is one of those places. All the other comments are pretty good is why I went. After going -- and seeing only one other person come in that acted new as well, honestly, I cannot believe they are true.

I booked a 5:30pm appointment and my normal technician was busy so I unfortunately said that I would take an appointment with anyone. The first technician said she didn’t know how to shape my nails and has to get someone who knows how to come shape them. After they were shaped by the 2nd person a third person came to finish my nails. After 2 hours I was finally done with a dip manicure. The only response I got was “I need to train my staff to be faster and we are understaffed.” If you know you are understaffed why are you still accepting walk in clients when you can’t even perform the services on the clients with appointments?

TERRIBLE experience ! High priced nails and a lot of mistakes I am So disappointed. Charge by the length of what they deem to be long. I could literally cry by how terrible my nails look .

I have lived in the area for a year and have been searching for a great nail salon. I love this place, gel manicures and pedis have been perfect! They are also so nice and professional.

This is by far the best salon I’ve used in almost 30 years of pampering myself. I drive almost 50 miles round trip, for the last 5 years, because they do quality work and are very kind and friendly. I highly recommend Serenity and will gladly continue to make the drive.

I didn’t really feel welcomed and I tried to make conversation with the receptionist and she was very short in conversation. Seemed like she was focused on her new computer software. My nail color was uneven and I had to go back in for them to add another layer. I’ve gone to better nail salons. But i did notice that the receptionist Julie was really nice to her returning customers. Also I wasn’t going to give a tip and she was a little rude when asking! I’m definitely not going back!

Tiffany did an amazing job on my nails!! They were exactly like I wanted them! I was a little thrown off by the final cost constant l considering I wasnt told about the extras costing more. But thats my fault for not asking. The ONLY complaint I have is Cristine told my daughter that it costs $5.00 extra for her to do the Coffin shape nails. In all the years Ive had my nails done Ive never had a salon charge extra for a different shape! The atmosphere there is very nice and clean. This was my 2nd visit and Ill definitely be going back and Tiffany is definitely my new nail tech go to lady!!!

Amber at the front is so helpful and always so friendly! I love the way Rin does my dip nails, he shapes them exactly how I like and is so accommodating and fun to talk to. He really takes pride in taking care of his clients. Diane did my pedicure, which I also was very happy with again!! I love this place and the people who work here keep me coming back again and again!

Ive been visiting this shop for nearly a year now, and with each visit I am greeted by employees who are extremely warm and professional. From observing other customers reactions and responses, it is clearly evident that all the technicians at this salon provide high-quality services. Personally, Danny is my technician of choice. He works with great precision, and takes extreme pride in the work he does!

Gel polish on toe nail faded after a day and the technician clearly didn’t remove the previous gel polish correctly as I can now see that color.I asked for a acrylic nails and a design. The design was done wrong (a picture as shown and was apparently done in that salon) and nails are bent, with different lengths and thickness. I stopped going here sometime ago as they are very rude at the desk but I thought I give them another chance as I like fancy nails. Will not return!!

I was looking for a new nail salon and checked out Serenity Nails & PediSpa on a Sunday afternoon as a walk-in based on NextDoor app reviews. I was immediately struck by the friendliness of the owner who greeted me as soon as I stepped through the door. The place was hopping and the owner worked me in and even started working on my nails herself so I wouldn’t have to wait as long until one of her techs was available. Their color and service selection was impressive as was the decor and ambience. I enjoyed my tech Tiffany so much and appreciated her recommendation to try a different service that was less harmful to my nails, same price, and beautifully executed. Can’t wait to go back in two weeks. Great gem in the heart of Cinco West.

I have tried the majority of nail salons in our area and I come back to Serenity because they are so good at what they do and dont overcharge. I always walk out refreshed, relaxed and satisfied with my services. I fully enjoyed my mani/pedi yesterday and will be back very soon.

Enjoyed the manicure, pedicure and massage. Did not appreciate the staff constantly speaking their language. Had to point out to the nail tech where hed missed several spots on my toes where polish remained. Yet, he was applying the base coat before the color I had chosen. Not sure if Ill return.

You know, I dont like to complain a lot; my life is good and I can afford to get my nails done at a nice place for a reasonable price. I expect to pay for the service I get, which is why I have given Serenity so many chances. The truth is, Ive been a patron for years, and the service is consistently great and occasionally bad, but all in all on the up and up. Heres the thing; I dont mind if my nail technician finds it easier to converse with her coworkers in a different language, what IS offensive is when I can clearly see them gesturing to not only myself, but other clients as well, as they laugh and sneer at us. Frankly, its rude, unprofessional, and honestly the least of my complaints. I go to nail salons to feel relaxed and pampered, not ridiculed and mocked. Despite the behaviors of the staff, their work is usually exquisite, but for the past few months, every time I go in and decide to give their dipping powder another chance, I walk away disappointed, displeased, and feeling like I just wasted my money. DO NOT COME HERE. Honestly, theyre not worth the prices they set anymore, and I wish the owner was more present so that they could handle these kinds of issues, but it really just feels like the technicians run amuck in the salon while the owner collects the cash. Im never returning to this place, and I highly recommend none of you come here either.

A good pedicure, friendly staff. I did have an issue with them not getting all of the paraffin off before painting my toes (and then it just came off after I got home). I went back the next day and they fixed it no problem.

This is a review from Orlandos daughter, earlier today i went to go get my nails done.. been here before and thought its close to the house and they have lots of colors so why not check it out again? my mom had me bring my own money to pay for my nails.. just a re-fill. first, it took a while for someone to come to me, and just as we were about to leave they said they could take me, the lady, a phone in one hand and a nail filer in the other began insensitively filing my nails each finger id pull away, she left for 3 minutes to make an appointment with someone.. which i understand i just wanna get this over with. then another guy came to do my nails, he filed them much softer making them feel much smoother. when he began filling my nails i told him i wanted them thick so they wouldnt break easily. by the time he finished my nails i thought they were okay till i got home and realized theyre probably going to break when i wash my hair tonight. another thing - which had me upset was that he made my nails uneven with the other hand.. different shapes.. different sizes. like looking at my nails now - the more and more is making me a little agitated. The next part.. i was wondering why a re-fill costs the same as it is to take off your nails and re do them. $40 . wow okay.. im sticking to Global Nails next time. ( if you go, ask for Davit )

Judy is awesome she is the best manager i have seen! I love kali she is an awesome worker and i love her work! The boy who did my nails last time i had bumps in my nails on every one of my nails and i feel very uncomfortable when random boys do my nails and then the after massage. If y’all get to see this i recomand the girls because they are more professional.

They nickel and dime you...Cynthia is awesome but not good enough to be ripped off everytime! I wouldnt recommend them because it is so expensive and they charge for every little change.

For the past 2 years me and my mom have went to this nail salon & absolutely loved / adored the diverse nail colors they had to offer, and overall nice, & relaxing environment... however things change. In the last 2 visits that I have came to Serenity I have experienced negative results, so has my mom. I have never had my nails done so horribly, having to actually huff and puff in a nice manor to the worker with the length and shape I want my nails and to sit there for almost 2 hours and not being 100% pleased with the outcome is extremely frustrating! My nails popped off Soo quick; I spent over 40$ and this is what I get in return as a working high school student, yeah thanks lady. Then with what my mom went through was just down right despicable at its finest. The occurrence was Monday, April 10th, 2017: both myself and my mom came to serenity to give it another go, sometimes mistakes happen and we decided to give this place another try since we had been such long time customers of the nail salon... but push comes to shove & boom, another visit down for the record books as awful. My mom sat down waiting to get her nails refilled and some new guy was absolutely rude, kept trying to add charges and fees, so much confusion was in the air, made the relaxing environment diminish in a matter of minutes, then decided to no longer do my moms nails and walked away having a temper tantrum as a grown man! And get this, they just tried to cover it up with absolute B.S stating oh its not that he doesnt want to do your nails, he cant! He doesnt know how to take them off okay so why exactly does he work at a nail salon if you cant even take nails off of a customer? Down right ridiculous, cut to the chase and just be honest! The man began to file away the powder that was on my mothers nails and left it there, she was so upset she left with her fingernails partially filed off. If you ever start on a job, finish it, its common sense. But we will be in search of a new nail salon, since there are soo many nail places to choose from. The way the situation was handled & the lack of business etiquette that was present has turned us away. The customer service was unpleasant, no matter how many times you try to lure us in with a 5$ off it just wont do. Sorry not sorry.P.S remember that getting your nails done is a luxury, and not a necessity. This salon is acting like customers need our nails done to survive but in reality they need customers for their business to survive.
