My mom and I have been coming here for about three years now and they are absolutely wonderful! Everyone is so nice! I will say there are a few nail techs who clearly rush, but I would say that’s maybe 2 people in the whole establishment. There have been a few situations where I have to go somewhere else for example Gossip Co. which is supposed to be a luxurious nail place, but no Gossip Co. is always over priced and rushed. Save money and love your results with Wow8! I highly recommend!

First time here and will be back! Far exceeded my expectations. Was greeted politely at the door and taken back to the pedicure area. Was asked if I wanted water. I got the citrus pedicure. It was very aromatic. Only complaint was that the fruit stuck to the water intake, so there wasnt much water flow to rub my feet through. Technician took her time and there were no times in which it hurt. She gave me the full 5 minutes message and set a timer, which I loved. At many other places, they state a time, but just guesstimate. Not here.Massage felt great and was followed by a shoulder massage. Toenails look great. All in all a wonderful experience. Very kind people whose professionalism shines through.

I went to get a refill since my usual place is closed on Tuesdays. They charged more than what I originally paid for a full set. WAY MORE! My pedi was not so good. Theres are bad polish lines near my cuticle. Something I didnt notice, guess it was due to poor lighting. Friendly people though

Be aware of what they use on you they will give you fungus they do not sanitize the equipment nor disinfect it.

The ladies always do a wonderful and thorough job on my mani & pedi. Polish always lasts the full 2 weeks between my visits.

Used to come here in 2016 I Walked in for a full set and pedicure. The smell was not great. I was sat down and asked to pick a color and then was rushed. When I couldn’t choose my color quick enough I was rudely moved to a dirty pedicure chair with Luke warm water. I asked for a towel and left.

This is the 3rd time I’ve came here hoping they can help me out with my nails and the main lady has a terrible way of telling you to wait. She has no professionalism nor the attitude to treat her customers right. I basically had a new set and my nails were already popping off. If I get here 2 hours before close and you just decide to be rude to me as if I showed up a couple minutes before 7, you will lose my service. DO NOT COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME!

My lash tech Tracy did an awesome job on my lashes. I was referred to her by a colleague of mines and I highly recommend her to anyone.

Made an appointment for lashes,mani,pedi,kid mani/pedi, and brow tint for 3pm. Lash tech was behind and did not see me until 3:25pm then advised she didnt have time... I canceled and staff was very rude... stay away

Is ok the man in the front that works there is super like super understanding to there regulars lol I was in the middle of having my nails done and a lady comes in complaining that her nail chip and he sits her down and makes the lady that was doing my nails work on her nails ! Omg like seriously? I’ve been coming to this location for almost 2 years. Lately they have become very Unprofessional and the work is sloppy. I came in today to get a basic refill Amber who normally does my nails was very rude and unprofessional. I was informing her that my nails were not even, also the last time she did my nails two of them broke and I had to go to another location and get them repaired.She had an attitude and wanted to become argumentative with a customer. I informed her that I would not go there with her.I will take my business elsewhere. I believe they get Comfortable with clients and tend to do what they want to do which will not work with me.There are plenty of nail shops in the area that do just as better of work There’s one across the street from them and there’s one in the same shopping center I’m sure they would love to have a long-term client! Choose wisely before coming to this location!

I was doubtful at first because I saw some bad reviews but I have to say I loved my pedicure.I liked that they check your temperature and ask you to wash your hands at the entrance.I recently moved to katy and tried other places that I didnt like but Cindy at Wow8 did a great job and Ill definitely be back. I sent my sister and mom, they got shellac nails and pedicure they were very happy .

Honestly the worst Nail experience I ever had. They do not know what customer service is at all. The lady who was doing my nails was extremely pushy and hurried me to pick a color. She got mad at me because I wanted my nails to be shorter and was rough with the buffer machine and almost cut me. I then told The owner Tracy and she was no better. As a owner she should at least tried to step in and ease the situation but that was not the case. Tracy has an attitude with me and was being rude. They overcharged me 65$ for a regular gel full set, for a below average job I feel as if I was getting overpriced. This place sucks!

Boarding line RUDE! I have been coming here since I’ve moved to Katy in 2016, and the last time was in May! The owner of the shop told my little sister which is 11 to get out because it was one person in at a time, which we did not know. With me being her guardian, I explained the owner... “another adult is not supposed to approach a child about anything!” This review is way past due, I understand the circumstances due to COVID, but is always a right thing to do things that was not it.

Two days after my nails were done they started lifting from the sides. And they cost way too much!!! $50 for full set no extra, nothing special, no design . Never going back!

One of my best experience so far with nail salons in west Houston in the past few years. Very personable personnel. Pricing is the norm that you would expect. But I did get a shoulder massage with my pedicure package. That was unexpected. I had to cut my nails for a work assignment and I did a brutal job of it. The nail technician did her best to reshape them to normal. Ill shall return.

Salon finally reopened after covid 19 closures. Got a pedicure. Staff did phenomenal job at following govt rules! They sanitized everything and everyone wore a mask,washed their hands ect! Happy with my pedicure!

I was a faithful client at this nail salon for over two years and I must say each year the quality of service went down. I had seen the owner on a number of occasions act rudely to customers who were not satisfied with their service. One day the nail tech that I usually used was over booked, so the owner referred me to another lady who I noticed had an uncovered, contagious wart on one of her fingers and was about to try to touch me with it. I told her how she was not going to touch me with it and asked if she would go cover it with a bandage. When I brought it to the attention of the owner, she brushed it off as if it was nothing and sided with the nail tech. Thats when I knew I was done with this place. I will never go back to this nail salon again. Overall, I feel they get so much business they put little emphasis on the importance of customer service. Plus sanitation obviously isnt priority with nail techs exposing contagious warts to customers without covering them up. Disgusting!!!

The lady in the front is very rude and unprofessional!!! I drive an hour to come see a nail tech here and she said she called me and I didn’t get any call or voicemail. I was running behind due to a lot of road closures and the tech said it was fine. She had a attitude about it and unprofessional. Will not come back here. Even though I’ve been with this nail tech for 8 years. I will not give my business to them.

I had an 2pm appointment and I was still waiting at 2:40. I left and took my business elsewhere that wanted it. I can understand they may have been busy but you attempted to start on someone else before me until I voiced my concerned.

This salon provides such a wonderful experience when you need a manicure and or a pedicure. Everyone is so nice, and the owners and technicians get to know customers by name. I have been visiting this salon for about a year, and Ive only been dissatisfied once (picked matching shellac polish, but my toes didnt match the shellac), but I came back because the owner listened to me and offered to fix my nails.I get my nails done by Elaine, and I LOVE her!! She knows exactly how I want my nails (length, shape) and I never have to make sure she does them right. PERFECT every time!

Nice atmosphere but the ladies here don’t seem to know how to apply nails evenly. they kept getting my left index finger all crooked even though i had them replace it. plus the lady who does nails & also who runs the front with short dark reddish hair has really judgy eyes & stares at you rudely for no reason. too far for me anyways so i won’t be back.

I am never coming here again. They are overpriced and overrated. I had to come back two times just so they can fix the rhinestone that kept coming off, not even after 24 hours the rhinestones were falling off!! The color was fading within 12 hours. Tracy is very nice but didn’t apologize about the inconvenience for me to coming back two times. She acted like she didn’t care. I waited an hour before anyone fixed my nail. It is outrageous. They obviously don’t value their clients so I won’t be coming back. They didn’t charge to fix it but it’s the fact that I shouldn’t have to come back here after less than a day to get my nail fixed. So if your looking for a good nail salon go to the Pink Nail Lounge. The only reason I stopped going was due to me moving to Katy. There worth your money! Hopes this helps😊

After last night, I cant thank Ms. Tracy and her staff enough!! And I do mean that wholeheartedly!! Last night was my first time and experience at Wow8 Spa & Nails. I found them on Google 15 minutes after a very tramatic event at another salon. Their reviews were OUTSTANDING, better yet, 3 minutes from my home! I was clearly shaken up, my nails in a shamble and I do mean a shamble. Part of my panic and shock was I was preparing for an interview the next day, and I was freaking out. Can you imagine. With all that being said, Ms. Tracy, and the rest of the staff turned not only my nails into a masterpiece, but they greeted me and reassured me with a calm, professional demeanor, and atmosphere. Assuring me that they were going to take care of me, and everything was going to be fine. And they did that so professionally. I dont normally write reviews, Im not a diva, or over emotional, but I was very upset. However, in my 50+ years, I am very picky about the level of customer service I receive, the quality of the service or product, and overall appearance of the technicians and salon. Not in a judgmental way, but Im spending my money, my time and trying to patronize and build a business relationship with an enterprise that treats people the way they want to be treated. This is not rocket science. As a customer, we get to decide who will gain our business and benefit from our labors. And this salon, the owners, and the staff are nothing short of EXCELLENCE!! Thus the five starts! ~ I think I found my new salon! This was my first time there and I loved it! The owner was so nice and worked my pedi/dipped mani in even though I called at the last minute. I don’t remember if my nail tech name was Tina and Trina but she did an amazing job on my nails. I love them. I will definitely be back. Bonus reward is teachers get a discount.

I’m very disappointed with this place I went for the first time a couple months ago and got S&S French tip nails that were absolutely beautiful they last me three weeks most recently I went in to get a full set acrylic nails two of the nails popped off within the first two days I went in to get a repair was charge for the repair the next day another nail popped off mind you I’m not that rough with my nails and I’ve had long nails for a very long time so I think I know how to handle them I went instead to another place that didn’t even charge me to fix the now even though the fall so wasn’t from them originally and then to my dismay another nail popped off The day after the repair keep in mind these are four separate nails instead of going back to wow8 to have them charge me again to do a repair that originally was done by them I gave up and went to a new place. I won’t be returning and you have lost a customer

Absolute worse place Ive had my nails done at. I went for a refill and color change and the nail tech Lena did a horrible job. Left my nails patchy and uneven. My nails arent smooth like they should be. I will not be going back. Ill stick with the Nail Bar of Texas Katy. So ridiculous.

I finally found a nail shop in Katy to get my nails done versus driving all the way to Pearland(silly u say)...Well, I like what I like(great customer service)and Im very particular about my nails since its the one thing I do for me. If Im paying for a service it should be correct. A few times the owner(dont care for her much)has been rude and made comments. One time I came in to get my nail fixed(I just needed her to apply more powder on my ends(you know where your thumb nail and skin start to meet) I like them to get the powder as close to my skin as possible(its suppose to look freshly done not like its time for a refill)..So I went in to explain to her I needed it fixed she actually was making it seem like I was a crazy lady or she didnt understand what I was saying. It took the help of another customer who understood me and actually showed the owner..Look this is what shes asking for. I had to tell that customer thanks cuz for a minute I thought I wasnt speaking English. The customer and I laughed and she said Yeah, thats how the owner acts when she doesnt want to help...I mean seriously, who does that you have money coming in and out of here all day the least you do is provide good customer service..Sometime the owner can be make or break for a business. I gave them 3 stars because of Rose(nail tech) shes the only reason I still go..Shes the bomb with nails

I use to enjoy coming here when the salon 1st opened and it was just the husband until the wife started coming. The wife is very rude and the service is no great at all anymore. They don’t take there time doing pedicures or manicures. I came in 1 hour before closing and I had called to see if they can take me in, the wife answered and said yes. When I arrived she said hurry up pick your color since we are about to close. I told her sorry I can come another day if you guys can’t take care of me. Then she started speaking in Viet. And told me you should said I should go somewhere else next time. The service from the staff is terrible and owner makes it seems like you are not important.

Walked in, signed in waited 10 min on a Sunday afternoon....instead of trying to charge me for a whole new set, my tech did a fill and replace😀😀!!! She took her time but was still quick and she was very nice....overall a great experience PLUS its less expensive than quite a few of the surrounding spas and you actually feel like a patron and not cattle!!! Most definitely will be a repeat customer 💅💅💅💅

My absolute favorite. The staff is consistant, prices are reasonable, and the spa is clean and fresh. They do not rush me into a 20 minute pedicure. They have different times that you choose when you get the services...when you pay for an hour long pedi with all the works you get it! My nails literally grow too long before the polish comes off, I have gone 6 weeks and they have had to remove polish. They do everything right here, including the complimentary drink!

I had the worst experience ever in my 15 years of getting manicures. The guy who runs the store act as if he wasnt sure about the prices. I went there for the first time ever on yesterday. I was one of the first people there on a Saturday. I was seated quickly however, the nail tech had no clue about how to do dip nails. She said she did and so did the guy who ran the place however, my nails were horrible. She had to get help on what polish to put on my nails. I was there for well over an hour and a half. It was maybe five hours later that my paper thin, unevenly shaped, so called dip nails started to chip. I was so very upset. I immediately felt like I wasted money. I ended up leaving her a five dollar tip and regretted doing that. It totaled to be $40. I went back today and had her re-do the three nails that had chipped the same day I got them done. Ive been home for two hours and guess what???!!! Another nail has chipped. WORLD WORST EXPERIENCE!!! This has never happened to me before. If youre smart, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. It is definitely not what it is set out to be.. OMG, I have so much regret trying out another nail place. Stick to what you know because places like this one tend to let you down. If you do go there, DO NOT GO TO TINA & DONT TRY DIP BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO CLUE ON HOW TO DO DIP MANICURE.... If I can rate it less than one star, I would of course. :( NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!

My first experience at this salon was disappointing. I requested a shellac manicure and (regular spa) pedicure, and they were done at the same time while I was at the pedicure station. After the manicure technician (MT) softened/trimmed my cuticles, she turned off the chair. When the pedicure technician (PT) lowered my foot back into the water, it caused the UV nail light/curer to fall off of the pillow into my lap. The MT shot the PT a really dirty look that made the PT look like she was going to cry. (Granted, it would have been really bad had it fallen in the water, but it didnt.)I was getting french tips for my mani, and when the MT asked how it looked, I asked to make sure she was going to put on another coat. She said she was refering to the thickness of the white tip, and then laughed and repeated to herself Are you going to put a 2nd coat on it? It sounded more mocking that cutesy and pretty much ruined the entire experience for me. They did a good job on my nails, but the MT ruined the experience. If I go back to this salon, I will request that the mani be done after the pedi.

Ive been here 5 times trying to give them many chances but WORDT SERVICE EVER AND I DID NOT LIKE MY NAILS AT ALL! Just go across the street to Kristine nails or to katy nails honestly. I got my nails done here for prom and I didnt like them I went home so disappointed and they didnt want to fix them. They did not give me what I asked for. And I would tell the girl what I wanted and she would not listen! Please dont go here honestly there are better places! Dont take the risk like I did. Its luck if your nails come out good here but I never had that luck. This place does not even deserve a star.

Nail tech Lena was a little rude. They are supposed to give you what you ask for since we are the ones paying them. I asked her to clean my cuticles before my full set and she said that wouldnt be good idea. Well, the way my nails looked at the end was great but while they were doing my nails on of the techs scared the one who was doing my nails and my tech nicked me with the cuticle trimmer and let’s just say that hurt...I still gave her tip well it wasn’t her fault.

Techs are always in a hurry.....Shellac nails chip after a day......several times.....when I finally told Tracy, she blamed it on the quality of a certain brand......I got a fungus...the prices are never the same(I question every time)......the husband is rude.....and today.....when I walked in....Tracy ask me, where have I been.....I raised my hands instead and told her what I wanted.....I later confirmed w/Tracy on what color I wanted ......sat down/waited...15 min goes by......a young girl came in......she called her back almost immediately.....in response I said, excuse me am I being over looked.........with a dumb expression she gave me some bull excuse and how she will take care of me now......I tried......never again.....BYE!!!
