Excellent customer service! I just relocated from Ohio and unpacking ruined my nails! The staff did a wonderful job of treating my nails. Also the pedicure was AMAZING! I absolutely recommend this business for some self care.

I just moved to Katy and i think I’ve found my nail salon! Orchids is very accommodating, professional and they are affordable. They also offer you a drink if you’d like. I enjoyed the pedicure that I got and I’ve been coming back ever since! Check this place out!

Just moved to Katy. And my nails were in need of desperate help. Came in and they took care of me right away. I loved the way she took her time with each an individual nail. It was so peaceful and soothing. Definitely will be coming back.

I love this place! Very professional and peaceful. They also play good music, and have drinks. I drive all the way from Missouri City because I know I will be satisfied when I leave.

I come in as a walk in customer and they have always been able to help me right away. I come here mainly for shellac manicures and they always do such a great job cleaning up my nails and applying the polish. Plus it lasts! Overall, a great experience each time I’ve come.

Both the ladies that help me are very nice and do a very good job. Plus they always answer the phone and are straightforward about their pricing so you dont feel tricked into extra costs for this and that.

More people should give them business! This place is great. The massage chairs are new and so comfortable. The ladies are so friendly and do a wonderful job. They have a foam rest that holds your leg up and is so comfortable. You should try them!

This place is awesome... I have problems with my feet, they are very sensitive. The young ladies are very gentle when doing my pedicure. I love this place. I give them a 10 plus.

Orchids is a family and that is how they treat u I have been going there for many years & would highly recommend their services !!They also do Custom nails just ask designs just bring a picture they can do it at affordable prices.Its not like any other nail shop and they offer so many more services.You have to try them 😉.

I came to this place last weekend and it was AMAZING!!! it wasnt as busy on a Saturday afternoon as I would of thought. The service was on point, the older lady with the glasses who was doing my feet was AWESOME!!Ill be coming back for sure, nice place!

This is an awesome and warm place to get pampered. My first time was amazing. The staff was extra friendly and I was accommodated with wine and complimentary beverages. Even though they were short staffed, they called in more workers so I didn’t have to wait. Totally awesome, 2 thumbs up!!

I have been getting my nails done here for years. Sindy is great. Always does a great job!!

While the courtesy was good at this place, unfortunately the work wasn’t. I went in for a shellac manicure and change of color on my toes. I received a different color on my toes which made me have to change the color of my shellac as I didn’t want to be mismatched. The next day the shellac had chipped and peeled on one of my nails. I went in and the lady fixed the one nail. By the next day, more of the shellac was chipped and peeling off of my nails and by day 4, the shellac had shipped off of 6 out of my 10 fingernails. The reason for me getting shellac is for the color to last, and this was a waste of my time and money.

If you searching for a Nail Salon this is the place to try out . I did and I have been coming here for years now. Excellent work and prices worth every penny. They make you feel special by offering you something to drink. They do there best to help you feel comfortable and they are fun to talk. I keep coming back because they are really good to all there customers. You can make an appointment if your in a hurry. They have other service they offer to. I see alot of people get there eye brows done. Not me I am chicken! They look good walking out and happy everytime I see them.

This place of her top-notch service. I cant say enough of how thorough they were. I came near closing yet they still took the time to do the job right. I chose the cheapest pedicure however I think they put in a little extra and actually gave me more than I asked for.

I went one Saturday for a shellac mani and after $50 ($40 + tip) and almost two hours, my nails were was see through from not enough coats and all came off the next day.I called and went in on my lunch to have them redone, the owner did a fantastic job, fixed the price to $37 ($27 + tip) because they made a mistake initially and my nails looked amazing!Unfortunately, these too didnt last more than a few days before chipping and coming off. Ive done shellac for years and theres definitely a technique to make sure they arent over or under baked. Only the grandchildren speak English, its not super nice inside and Im now questioning the cleanliness of utensils etc. Will NOT be back... wanted to like them... not sure whos writing their reviews 😬 Night and day experiences though...

Worst shellac manicure Ive ever had. I went with my sister and her manicure starting peeling & chipping the same day. Now mine is peeling a few days later.Update: its been 6 days and everything has fallen off
