I was turned away based on looking tired and not rich. Sadly Im just an exhausted nurse with plenty cash to spend looking comfy. The buisness wasnt busy only 2 clients and said they didnt have time to do a pedicure and manicure. I called 30 mins later and magically they could do that persons appointment within the hour not questions asked. I guess I wont use these people ever. 🤷 nor will I recommend them

This place was amazing. It wasn’t too crowded so didn’t have to wait. I got a pedicure and was the best one I’ve ever had! She took so much time to make sure was great. Massage was amazing and I also got a neck message. Go go now and try! Will be returning!

The Ladies are all always friendly and helpful, and my nails look beautiful when I leave! I usually have the works, pedicure, a new set of nails and eyebrows. My nails are tips, with powder for strength, and then colored gel. The colored gel is amazing. No more chipped nails before your next appointment as with nail polish.

All of the good things! They do a phenomenal job, very professional, clean environment and they are always on time. I have been going to this salon for over three years and will continue to go as long as they keep up their amazing job. Kim and Loan are the best!! I have natural nails and I just get a regular manicure and they look like shellac ❤️❤️❤️

Very clean and organized totally covid safe! Christina did my nails and I loved them! They offer promotions if you sign up w your cell which I loved! Make sure you check their covid hours since they might change later. Loved it!

Absolutely awful. All of my nails looks terrible but these two are exceptionally bad. Not to mention I asked for a design with jewels and I was given a pink flower? I let it go because I was tired of sitting there. My ring fingers are completely different sizes. Not to mention she detached my finger from my nail on my index finger. I got my nails done to show off my new engagement ring but these are just embarassing...

Very nice ladies. Pedicure was GREAT! Fun design. Very clean and always easy to get an appt. I have been to several salons in the area and this one is definitely one of the best!

I had high expectations as this place was recommended to me by a friend. Was easily able to get in with three of my friends but thats where the greatness stopped. My classic manicure had an even polish, the polish didnt even cover the entire nail (do parts of my nail is left unpolished) and I still have cuticles all around many of my nails. My friend even found a used Band-Aid in the bottom of her foot bath as we left! Totally gross! Would not recommend this place to any of my friends!!

Ladies who work here were awesome... 4 walking 2 adults 2 kids, they were patient with kids and got us all out in a timely manner. I will be coming back, my nails look awesome, no rush job, my kids nails were beautiful and my mother loved her service as well.

They charge for everything, from taking off the product when your there for a fill . You have to ask for the cuticles to be trimmed. My daughter is 5 and wanted her toes and nails painted and it was $28.00. The polish didn’t stay on for more than 3 days.I got a dip refill and a pedicure with shellac. They charged me to take both the shellac and dip off, they didn’t do anything but rub my feet and put shellac on. The dip was very uneven and he used a drill. You are not supposed to use a drill with dip. Now I have indents on my nail beds.So for a pedicure with shellac, dip refill, and my daughters toes and nails polish. Around 150+ Way OVERPRICED. There are to many nail salons to be paying that much, especially for the quality.

Friendly staff, but Im almost positive that they do not apply the Gel nail application correctly. I recently asked a beauty salon supply store if they recommended a product that I can apply to my freshly manicured gel nails so that the paint would last longer as well as prevent chipping. The store managers response was a bit shocking.. she revealed that the gel nails arent lasting because most salons skip an important step when applying the application. I know I should not automatically assume that this is the cause of my nail issues but it makes sense.

Called ahead for a walk in for kids mani and pedi as well as a pedicure for myself and a full set in Matte black nails....:. It was an amazing experience for my 3y old and myself......... I will be returning...... the prices are fair $28 for kids mani/pedi and $40 for my full set that I chose and $32 for my pedi.....fair pricing. They where vary attentive to my daughter as it was our first mommy daughter day and it was for her birthday. We will be returning for more mommy daughter days and I will continue to get my services done here.

I am not from the area, but was in Katy today, decided to stop in for a pedicure while in town. When finished it was all I could do to keep my shoes on my feet while walking to the car because after using the hot towel she applied more oil to my nails. Then when we get to our next destination 40 minutes away, while wiping the oil from my nails so I could walk, I could literally feel bumps and scuffs in the shellac, on multiple toes. Shellac should be completely dry when finished and there should be no chance of me causing that. I was not wearing my glasses today and could not see my toe nails before leaving. Now that I can see them, they look so bad that I will literally have to have them redone. I know she had to have seen it when applying the shellac and if for some bizarre reason she didn’t, She definitely felt it when she applied the oil. I have NEVER had any established leave my nails like that.

I gave one star because of the Walk in times were fast and Machines worked. Other than that the dye they used for pedicure stains your feet blue until they take it off with alcohol. The guy who worked on me was doing a refill and tried to paint on top of the color I previously had. I told him I was gonna wait to go to my original location and he took off the color with all the dust flying everywhere. After this I sat at the table and the shapes were so jacked up . I had to show him how to check the nails sizes because he had no clue.i walked out with thick nails and horrible shaping.if I knew how to post a pic I would. Please if you go here check out nail bar of Texas .... it’s 5 min away and they wont disappoint you. I’m so disappointed on how this ritz place hired some of these people.

Overpriced, rushed. I will definitely not be going back. I walked in on Saturday morning and got a pedicure and acrylic fake nails. My pedicure looks great but I did not leave with smooth heels. I use a pedistone every day in the shower. There is no reason I should not have left with smooth heels. My manicure is awful. My cuticles are gross and the nails are not centered on my nail beds. There are also big blank spots in the bottom corners of most of my nails. He did not file down the sides either so there is hard clear acrylic on either side of the nails.

I’ve been three times now. The first time was fine. The second time was just okay but it’s convenient for me and not too expensive. Today was awful. They were trying to rush me into choosing shellac colors and get me in the chair (even though there were a few technicians free and no one waiting). Once I was in the chair, they literally told me they needed to start my manicure and dropped 5 rings of color samples on my lap so I was trying to look through them one handed and kept dropping them. Not relaxing at all. Then, I just wasn’t sure on the color I picked, the chair was uncomfortable, and there was a weird tension in the salon that seemed like it was there even before I came in. I was not enjoying myself at all so I asked the girl (who had just barely finished my cuticles) if I could just do a regular manicure instead. She walked away, said something to he manager, came back and wiped my nails off and said thank you and walked away. Then she came back and asked me if I could tell the manager I changed my mind myself and pointed to the manager on the other side of the salon. I think she wanted me to shout at her since I was still getting my pedicure? I’m not sure. It was very awkward and uncomfortable and I told the girl doing my pedicure that I didn’t even want color because I just wanted out of there. My cuticles and nails didn’t even look good so I had to go to another salon to get a manicure again and pay to have my toes painted. Never going back. Not worth the money.

For new people coming, I recommend kim. for me personally, I have some sensitive skin around my cuticle. But she was so gentle. She was really nice and friendly she wasnt rude whatsoever she didnt rush my manicure and it turned out even. I am really happy with my nails, for anyone trying out Ritz nails for the first time I recommend kim.-Nicole

When I went in with two friends, there was no one there, three ladies were working at the time and only one did nails and toes while the other two did only toes. That was a huge let down because with there only being one girl there, my toes were all done while i waited an hour for the girl to even start on my nails. She was definitely rushing on me to get to other clients. Poor service. She didnt even file down all the bumps in my nails until I told her to, there were also other fixes I wanted done too. Not coming here again lol.

My nails literally came off in 3 days and it had ugly bumps. Don’t go here!!

They are overpriced for the quality. I got dipped nails with tips for the first time. There are spots that it doesnt cover my whole nail and it is so thick it doesnt look natural. No cuticle shaping or cutting when getting a full set, no foot rub for the pedicure when it offers it in the description and then they charge extra to get dead skin off. The prices for child services is ridiculous. Before the last started on my feet she used a nail file on her thumb and then used it on me! She did the same with the clippers for my toe cuticles. So Im assuming they dont clean their tools .

It said they were open and I showed up at 11:30 and they are closed!

Dont go to this place. The lady who messed up my nails obviously didnt know what she was doing I had to coach her through the whole process. She would make it to thick or miss a whole spot on my nail. And she even burned me bc she dropped something on me. And my nails were not even at all I had to go home and fix it myself bc they were so bad. I dont recommend going to this salon ever again.
