Ive been twice and have been happy both times! Mindy for a pedicure & Natalie for a dip manicure! They are both very sweet and pay close attention to detail. The salon is very clean and and inviting. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. Finally found my new home salon 😍

I just moved to the area and was looking for a nice clean nail salon that could do designs. Polished is it! The receptionist, Paige, was super helpful. She helped me pick the color that matched my example, and made sure the technician knew what I wanted. Kim did my nails and did a phenomenal job! I am so happy with how they turned out. I can’t wait to come back for a pedicure.

I’ve been coming here for months. This is the only place I come to get my nails done. They use new, sterile instruments when doing your feet and nails. There’s a large variety of dip polish options. The dip polish last for weeks without chipping. I love this place!

I received a manicure with shellac nail polis. I was very happy with the atmosphere of the salon. They were not able to get the exact design I showed them but it was still cute. My problem is the following day I noticed there were several nails that had imperfections like air bubbles and the tips of the nails had cracks.The fingers with designs are worn.

Great service, gorgeous nails, expensive!!! One of my nails broke only two days later and I was charged for repair. Wouldnt be upset if I had done something for it to break but I just talked it and it broke!

I’ve been here a few times now, and every time I go, the service is superb! Very nice nail technicians, front desk is very quick and welcoming. The chairs are ALWAYS being wiped down after someone uses them. During this pandemic, they’ve taken great measures at being safe but also providing great quality. I’ve had the same nail technician every time I go(Nat) and she shows me an example on the nail before she applies it to my real nails. She’s patient and does a great job! She’s not too chatty, but she does engage in small talk which I like because sometimes I just want to watch her do my nails. Overall, I like this place and have nothing bad to say about it!

I love Tran, Kennedy, Natalie and all of polished staff, their salon is very clean and organized, even in this pandemic they are very organized and ensure the safety of customers and their staff by having temp checks, hand washing stations, plastic barriers and limited customers scheduled and in the salon at any one time. Every one is spread out, customer in every other chair. Love the staff at polished! I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

She was polite, friendly, and show me all my options as a first timer there. Price for shellac mani and regular pedi are within market. Not too much chatter in native language between technicals - which is always appreciated.This will most likely be my new biweekly nail salon.

Weve been to many nail salons and finally found one we were pleased with, Polished Nails. The quality, professional and cleanliness were unbeatable!After COVID, when we went back the processes theyve implemented to mitigate exposure were very well planned! They have a stand outside with sanitizer and are only letting a specified number of people in at one time. Call ahead and make an appointment. You wash you hands, take temperature, and are immediately given gloves. Plus they have plastic barriers. It fealt very clean and safe!And of course, they still did an outstanding job on our nails. Not to mention they are very friendly and professional.

This nail salon is the absolute best! The owner, Trang, is the sweetest ever and my nail technician, Natalie, is amazing at doing dip! She is so sweet and a perfectionist which I love. 5+ stars to this gem of a studio!

Very disasitified with the service and quality of nails. They technician cut my daughters finger and acted as though it was bo big deal. When finished, we were very disappointed in her nails and how thick and goopy they were.

Just had my nails done and it was one of the best experiences Ive ever had. These ladies really know their stuff! Their customer service was the best Ive ever encountered. This place is really clean, smells wonderful, and has soft, inviting music playing quietly in the background (my past experiences with two different nail salons were the total opposite).They always asked questions and went out of their way to make you feel welcome and relaxed. Their chairs are top quality and they offer extra services like drinks, massages, pillows, neck wraps, etc. Also, their dipping powder technique is really nice and a lot better than shellac. I am definitely recommending this place to my friends and family.

Went in (walk in) for my first set of nails and Polished Nails Studio does not disappoint. Polished Nails is my favorite nail salon. It’s ultra clean, modern and cozy. All of the nail technicians are professional and courteous. The customer service is top notch.

Im picky about my nails/lashes and I have always been impressed by the technicians, the choices of color, and atmosphere. Its a beautiful, modern salon thats constantly keeping up with the current nail trends. I change the look on my nails every few weeks and they always have new chromes, designs, and colors to keep up. The manager and the techs are really sweet and you can tell that most of the customers there are regulars.

This salon is amazing! I was treated to a warmneck wrap and mimosa as part of my spa pedicure, which was very reasonably priced. A woman sitting next to me got ice cream at the end of her treatment; I cant wait to bring my 7 year old with me the next time. She is going to love it!!

Prices are SUPER expensive compared to other places I’ve to. A set of acrylics with one color costed $55!!! The lady was too lazy to cut my nails down and suggested that I keep them(I did) and hated the way they turned out. I recommend going to a place a lot less expensive, you will get the same product out of your nails without spending this much money.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service i received here today. The owner and staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make me happy. My gel manicure looked stunning after its done.

Not impressed. After reading the reviews posted I was expecting a great experience. The women were very nice but I did not care for my shellac manicure. The polish did not go back to my cuticles, they are shaped differently than when I went in and the polish did not extend all the way to the sides of my nails.

It was my second time to try this nail saloon. Both times I had a very unpleasant experience with long wait times. If your time is not precious for you and you can wait at least for 30 min to get in, give them a try. However, for me my time is my most precious asset and I don’t want it to be wasted by waiting at a nail saloon, where there is a nail saloon in every corner.

We’re all going through such uncharted territories right now, but they have and continue to do everything in their power to make sure the environment exceeds standard protocol so that everyone can receive safe services. This is not a place you want substandard service- ever, especially right now. Having a child who is higher risk and has been completely shut in during the chaos, I truly feel comfortable bringing her here. It is well worth any wait you MAY have and ANY “extra steps” you may deem unnecessary. Annnndd the pedicures are PHENOMENAL :)

I didnt actually go here for service. I went to pick up a gift certificate for my finance. She is very particular about her nails, and this is the only place that shell go to get them done. She has been going her for years. Also, she said they do a great job on pedicures as well.

Worst nail salon ever. TERRIBLE customer service and completely unprofessional. I waited 30 minutes to have my nails done by Julie only to be turned away because she had messed up my nails last time I was there and didnt want to do my nails anymore. The last time I was there she made 3 of my nails shorter than the others and got mad when I asked her to fix it. Then the manager tried to charge me for fixing it the next day!!! Now I get turned away after the manager said I could get my nails done and didnt tell me until I had been waiting for 30 min!!!! I have never been to a nail salon with such rude employees and an rude manager!!!! If i could give 0 stars I would!!!

First visit I had a small issue but the owner made sure that it was fix and since than I’ve been going here every two/three weeks. They take their time and are very professional.

I took my 2 girls 10 and 7. We all got mani pedis. When we walked in the girls were in LOVE with the decor. It really is beautiful and contemporary and calming. Their nail polish selection is huge: every color of shimmer, glitter,powder, shellac. My favorite part is that the pedi tubs are single use with jets. NO SHARING with others feet👍🏻. And the ladies (and gents) are so nice not to mention patient, so patient with my extremely talkative girls!!! Def my new nail place.

I am really disappointed, i am new to the area and found this nail salon has a very high rate, so i booked an appointment for me and my daughter, the 2 technicians were so old, completely unprofessional, my nails weren’t filed, when i tell her to file them, she replied don’t worry i will, and she didn’t and the inner of my nails are not cleaned and full of glue, the color is not covering my whole nail and she was careless when applying the top coat and it didn’t even cover the whole polish on my nail, she is completely unprofessional, plus she cannot understand english and speak very poor English which I don’t understand, i will never be back to this place.

I actually started at an establishment down the street from this one, but they told me I had to wait for an hour so I came here. From the moment I walked in everything was great. Awesome staff, great chairs, beautiful nails and a really relaxed atmosphere.I had LeAnn for my mani and Trish for my pedi. LeAnn did a great job on my nails. Trish does a fantastic leg and foot massage. She looked did a great job on my pedi.If there was anything at all I would change, it would be the display wall for the polish... the blue LEDs made it difficult for me to see the colors so I had to keep yanking out bottles to see what they were. Other than that, this is a wonderful place to go to get pampered. Definitely coming back!
