Lily absolutely does a fantastic job each time I book with her at vogue. She is very professional, very caring and she listens to her clients then deliveries what they request!! Her work is neat and very well crafted. These are my own nails and I only use dip because it is healthier for natural nails it helps thicken your nails and when I get my nails done they last about 3-4weeks. Thank you Lily for always taking care of my nails I always get lots of compliments.

I came here with my cousin, we were supposed to get two pedicures and two full sets. The pedicures were great, the two ladies were so kind and did a great job . But then I had a lady (I think she is the owner) that was supposed to do our acrylics and my cousin went first . I was telling her to stop rushing because she had made my cousin bleed on one of her fingers. She was so rude slamming things on the table and I told her I wasn’t going to get my acrylics done to take her time with my cousin. She was so so rude. I left 3 stars for the great women who did our pedicures tho. If you get acrylic full sets don’t come here.

Came here today for the first time. I called around 5:30pm to see if they could squeeze me in for a pedicure. The salon closes at 6pm and they told me to come with no hesitation. Mimi ended up doing my nails and she was amazing. She took her time, she was precise with what I wanted, she engaged in conversation and overall was amazing. I would come here again and would recommend getting with Mimi.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would they are AMAZING! First time coming here and Michelle the lady doing my nails did them exactly how I wanted them. No where else seems to be able to do my nails how I ask. My nails look perfect! All the ladies in there were very sweet and seeking to please. This is definitely my place from now on.

The treatment I received at check out was absolutely horrible and by the owner her self. She was VERY disrespectful and I left feeling absolutely horrible. She made me feel as if I was below her standards. She was slamming objects down and making me feel as if I was an annoyance. Our initial encounter was also horrible. I said hi and she gave me a face of disgust and ignored me. I will never return. I will definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone!! I had issues with my bank card because the bank thought there was a fraudulent charge. I corrected the issue and paid. The treatment from them was uncalled for and the disrespect received was just horrible. They even had a cop stand outside waiting. I noticed they overcharged me as well. Horrible!!!

Ive had the best of experiences, and Ive had THE WORST of experiences. So i just wanted to say my experience here was so good. My technician was so cute. She invited me to sit and gave me a bottle of water. She listened to my instruction when i told her my cuticles bleed very easily. Then she started working hard and as a result, I got deluxe nails very beautiful. Besides, the parking lot is also great. Overall, everything is so good. WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!

This was my first time here. Staff was SUPER friendly and really made me feel welcome and glad to have chosen their salon. It is so clean and wonderful service salon. Definitely gonna come back!

I have been going here for years, from old owners (Anne) to new owners. Emma is great, Nina is great, Cathy is great...everyone is very friendly. Like any business they get busy and try to accommodate everyone as best as they can, but sometimes I understand its tough.

Recently my pedicures look monotonous so I decided to come here to change it. I walked in and asked for polish nails and my technician helped me right away. She did very fast and accurate. And until now, it still looks very great. In addtion, they also have the parking lot! I love that! Especially, the space is pretty wide with 8 tables and 10 chairs. Needless to say, Ill become a huge fan here.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! WARNING!!I got my manicure and pedicure here and got fungus on my toe nails now. I knew it seemed sketchy but I didn’t want to doubt it, but my doubts were right. The lady didn’t use clean tools and I knew something was gonna happen.

Its literally the BEST nail salon Ive ever been to. Great initial experience. The manicurists here are so nice and patient! I enjoy my conversations with them while they are doing my nails. Prices are good and its in a convenient location. This has been one of the best nailshops that ive ever been to! I definitely will continue to come here.

Service has always been inconsistent (2-4 🌟 quality) but Im definitely not coming back after attending with a Vietnamese friend. She told me the owner yelled at her staff the entire time, making fun of the older techs and being generally abusive. Not here to support that.

Ive come here a few times, most of the tech do a good job especially Mary who I usually ask for and is very reliable to do a great job, the customer care however is terrible! Every time I go even when I make an appointment I end up waiting about 45 minutes which is very annoying on a tight schedule so I suggest making your appointments early and just being a little late, but its worth their nail service.

Horrible customer service. They had my daughter waiting for over an hour while I sat in a chair soaking for 45 minutes. I was never offered a water while others were being offered wine. This place has really gone downhill. I will begin looking for a new place so sad because this place use to be amazing.

I went to get done my mani and pedi. The lady was so rude with my manicure, my nails were burning and the shellac was terrible. Also I asked for water and I never got the water... I am not going to that place again. I do not recommend this place!Ahhh y the prices for the service... no words!!!First $5 just removed the dip, $45 solar y it was just clear $15 shellac, so I paid a total of $65 for just my mani

This place is horrible. I went for a Dip nail service to find out they didnt accept my gift card because a worker on there changed the date. Not to mentioned once they looked over my gift card for the second time and suspected I changed it, the woman became negligent and cut my skin. I have 7 cuts on my hands. Poor customer service and I was not offered a drink while few women around me had drinks. If you want a full set or a dip nail, do not come here it is overpriced and if you get a service the removal of your previous nail is charged.

I had a very horrible experience here today! If you go there don’t go to Michelle… She kept pulling and jerked my hand twisted my fingers and the gel polish looked bumpy and she blamedme. She gave me dirty looks the whole time did not say one word… Unbelievably disrespectful! 👎🏻

First time visiting this salon and will NOT be back. Went in today (Sunday) and the place is empty. Th lady rushed me to the chair and stood over me while I tried to pick a color. Made me feel super rushed and uncomfortable. Finally got situated and the chair is broken. I’m 9m pregnant and 5’10, so not being able to recline was extremely uncomfortable. I told them the chair was broken and they snatched the remote out of my hand and said “it’s ok”. Got a shellac mani and pedi, the lady doing my nails kept grabbing my hands hard, cut two cuticles that are now extremely red, bleeding and irritated. The tools didn’t come from a sterile packet or liquid so lord knows what infection I’m about to get. Shellac mani looks messy and pedi looks like my 5yr old painted them. All around a terrible experience and I will never return. I typically go to Venitian Nails in La Centerra but they were fully booked today and I needed to get in. Should have walked out the door when I walked into an empty salon and taken that as my hint to beware.

When i call and make an appointment i asked about the price there but when i got there n finish my nail they charge me for some extra i think thats bs. They shouldnt give out The price if the price would be different when you go in... When I walked out from the place a few hours later all my curticle were hurting Because she was trimming my nails too fast and hitting the corner on my curticle.... After this experience I would never go back to the same place again!!! Waste my time and my $$ too...

Dont even bother, the ladies were rude, kept speaking in their language, told me they could do the design I wanted but then struggled with it and on top of that rushed me out when they got busy. Save your time and money ... go somewhere else!

12/19/15 Waited 40 min. last time with an appt. Waited 45 min. this time with an appt. I commented on wait & waited 10 more min. while 3 people asked me to pick my color. Receptionist quoted $40 when I came in. Bella sanded INTO my nail bed 3 times - those 3 nails now ruined for the Holidays. Tech Bella wrenched my hands around like they werent attached to me. Bella said they had 3 techs leave without notice last week - Id leave too if I had to work with Bella. $40 last time for simple fills; $45 this time! I asked why so much & Tech argued with me & said I lied about it being $40 last time. (Posted rate $30.) If theyre short-staffed why take so many appointments? Bella said itd be $30 next time I come in - LIKE ID EVER GO BACK! I dont believe these are state-licensed Techs; too unprofessional & low skills.

Everything has gone downhill since Anne left and new management took over... I only use Cindy for pedis and Lilly for manis - THEY get 5 stars. VERY high turnover and the new techs are sloppy, not personable and do a bad job. Was my go to for years 😰..
