My nails and toes are beautiful. I got the French tip on both. I had the only male technician....at least I think hes the only one. I dont remember his name. However, he got the shape right the 1st time. He also was patient with my 2yr old daughter who got gel polish on her hands and feet. She is a little wiggle worm but with a little help from mommy, we got through it. Missing one star because they opt to put their processing fees on their customers. In business, I dont think that a businesses bills should ever become the customers bill. I opted to pay cash to avoid the processing fee charged when using a debit or credit card. I would recommend my nail technician.

I highly recommend Sweet Three Nail Lounge due to their amazing customer service! Early today I had gone to another Salon to get my nails done but shortly after leaving I realized I was unsatisfied with the color of my toe nails, so last minute I decided to go here not knowing they had closed 30 minutes prior. Instead of telling me they were closed they greeted me and asked how they could help. Shortly after, they cheerfully helped me fix my issue in no time at all while being very understanding. I will definitely be returning!

My sister paid for 2 mani/pedis and things were good until my nails got done. The polish bubbled up on 4 nails sitting right there. The tech did try to fix it but only once. It bubbled up again and she didnt do anything else, just left them like that. It started peeling off that same day and I had to go to a different nail salon to get her mistake corrected. If youre going to charge someone for a service then do it right and make sure the customer is happy. I wasnt mean or rude when I asked if she could fix the issue, she just wouldnt. Ill never go back.

They did NOT listen to our requests. They used regular nail polish on my acrylic nails instead of gel polish as I requested. My nails were chipping in 5 days. Also half of my nails are crooked. My friends nails were not shaped as she requested. She explained twice how she wanted them shaped and eventually gave up.If you are getting a pedicure then go here but avoid the actual nails.

Last minute decision to stop by here and get my nails done and I absolutely loved it. The staff and their customer service was amazing. Danielle at the front desk is super sweet and very welcoming. I got my nails done by Annie and she was great! They take very good care of you here. Also, pricing is not bad at all for the service they provide. Hope they could open a location in cypress, but for now I will definently be coming back here to get my nails done.

I absolutely love this salon. Tina has done my nails twice and I have never had so many compliments. The atmosphere is super relaxing. Danielle at the front desk is a delight and very welcoming. I highly recommend this nail salon. I’m soooooo glad I made the decision to give them a shot, they do beautiful work.

Wish I can post pictures of my nail.. Nails started breaking after a week.. it haven’t been two weeks and all my nails have been lifted. Now I have to take all of them off to get a whole new set😢. I spent 43 dollars after the 15 percent for low quality service. My friend and I will never spend our hard earned money on this place.

Nail shop is very nice. However my shellac nails were sticky when finished. I returned and nail tech put another coat of topcoat on with oil on top. The same thing happened. I had to go to a friends house and use acetone myself to fix them. Don’t leave without having this done. They are a sticky mess!

Went here while waiting on another service at another store & the customer service is absolutely superb and a very welcoming atmosphere! The reason for 4 stars is the pricing is kinda high. $40 just for a fill so Ill only be going here if its my last resort.
