Very professional my daughter and I had a really good experience at this nail salon. Everyone was really nice and professional. I love how they did our nails, they look like our own, They take their time and are very friendly. We just moved to the area and this is our nail salon, we will continue to take our business to this salon. We have tried others and this salon is the best. UPDATE: My toe is infected from their tools. Unfortunately, I will never let these people touch my nails again. It’s really sad, because I actually loved their neck/shoulder massage. Butt not worth it, after they overcharged me for a design two technicians could barely do and 1 infected toe later. Girl, bye.The service was outstanding the first time. Me and my mom came here to get our nails done, and they truly delivered phenomenal service. Came back a few times since then, and the service seems rushed. Never go there on a Sunday, they have way too many women there for them to handle.

First time going to this place. My 6yr old daughter and me, had a mommy daughter day and we went here to get manis/pedis and we got seen as soon as we walked in. The staff was so friendly and patient especially it being my daughters first time. I would definitely go back!

This was my second time coming. The first time was great. I was very satisfied. But this time the lady who did my pedicure was not the best . She jabbed me on the side of my great toe, and was trying to rush through the pedicure. I needed to show her where to go back and redo just the basic pedicure. The painting of my nails was ok. When I came home I needed to remove several small lines around my toes . My daughter who is an adult, also had her nails done, and the lady did a good job. Not great, but good. I dont think I will come back. Plus they werent very friendly this time.

I am new to Katy, so I wasnt sure which location to pick being that there are so many in the area. I decided to stop by at RR Nails being that it was at the corner. From the moment I arrived, everyone was very welcoming and very attentive. Although they were busy, they took care of me as if I were a priority. Wendy was my manicurist and Pam was my pedicurist. I have to say..... both are PHENOMENAL!!!! They are skilled at their craft and professional. You must go visit and ask for one of them!! Thank you fro making me feel great and valued as a customer!! RR will be my permanent nail salon!!!

Be aware! After 8 years of coming here today is the last time I come. They have a point system where if you collect 500 points you get $30 off. Well today very inconveniently for me their system was messed up when I walked in. They told me to wait at the end to punch in my number to add my points but I knew that with today’s visit I had already collected 30 points. So, I got a lot of services and at the end when I am ready to pay I type in my phone number to add my visit to get my $30 off and the person in the desks tells me they just changed from 500 to 900 points. How come they didn’t tell me this from the very beginning?? Be careful with this kind of places and their new tactics!

I was in a rush and they fit me right in on a Wednesday afternoon. Their competition across the street could learn a thing or two from this place. First time here and it was the best pedicure I’ve had since I moved to Katy.

I loved this salon, the ambiance is gorgeous. The service is beyond exceptional! I feel like the money was perfectly in tune with the service, the pedicure massage was amazing. The manicurist was very knowledgeable and was able to assist me in a new nail treatment. They definitely earn their five stars.

I just recently moved here about a week ago. I treated my mom and sister to pedicures. Omg. They were amazing. They were so respectful, friendly, and overall welcoming. They gave amazing foot and neck massages. My feet look amazing! I have officially found my new nail spa! Will definitely be back monthly!

Professional and courteous. Never painful like other shops. Remove powder or acrylic quickly and with minimum damage to your natural nails; again not like other shops. Youre in and out quickly. Service with a smile. They still make you feel like youre the customer. I love this shop. I live in Missouri, visit family in Michigan, Illinois, Alabama as well as friends in other states. I get nails 💅 and pedis wherever I travel. This shop remains the best and my favorite!

Customer service is poor, they were passively rude and short with me. Had been the same every time I’ve gone, went a few times giving benefit of the doubt that maybe someone was having a bad day, but also feel like I’m rushed and a few of the workers are still snooty. Also left still having to fix my own nails that I paid to get done.

Love coming to RR Nails! They always go above and beyond to make sure I have the best experience! The massage is amazing and I love the aromatherapy neck wrap.

What A TREAT! Its hard to see much difference between this nail salon and another, but this place was a JOY!  Very clean, super friendly, and my favorite part was the manicurist. He actually moved from my right side to my left side....no stretching over to do the other hand.  The gel coat was perfect, and a light for both hands at the same time. Jays pedicure was perfect.... relaxing....and dreamy.  Loved finding this sweet salon.  Ill definitely go back.

I have been coming to this salon for several years . It has a very convenient location to my neighborhood. The staff is always very professional and friendly and easy to communicate with. Helen took care of me today along with the gentleman working -sorry I didn’t get his name but they were both very accommodating and did an amazing job on my nails. I will be back to try Helen for eyelash extensions!Overall excellent salon I would recommend.

I have been coming here for the 4th time now. The service is exceptional. The ambience is on point. I have an issue with ingrown nails and for the first time the only guy here was very gentle and professional about it. It hurt just a little but nevertheless an impeccable job. Should I mention his ever so gentle massage. Great place worth every penny !!!

Kim is great! I had to get other employees because she was on vacation and the mani/pedi was rushed. The ladies were rude! The polished didnt even last 2 days! Sent an email/message 2 weeks ago about availability and still NO response!

There is not a single place like this!!!!! I feel like driving from Little Rock, AR all the way to them in order to have such an amazing experience!!! The staff is kind, accommodating, and just wonderful! The amount of care and attention to detail! The neck massage was the icing on the cake! We will be back!!!!!!!

Hmmm not great. Woman that greeted us was kinda rude, a girl came in complaining about the nails she’d just had done and I had to wait a long time for mine without anyone saying anything or an apology for the wait.

My favorite nail salon! Lisa gave a milk and honey spa pedicure, no wait, very clean and always friendly. My husband and I only go here and are treated like royalty.

Nail tech is great but the ladies that do pedicures are rude. They make faces at each other when they have a customer that have bad feet. One lady started talking and laughing at the skin that came off her feet. The poor lady was clueless because she had her eyes closed.

Each manicurist was thorough (which is very important to me) and took their time for my nails. Im pretty clumsy my fingernails, I really really recommend this to anyone who wants a little pampering.

If you want to be there all day to have your nails done then this is your place. Not! I went in for a full set, one lady started my nails then passed me to another lady who did not speak any English and would get frustrated when I would tell her what I wanted or when she filed my nails crooked then got rude with me. I almost just got up and left but didn’t want to leave with half done nails. So 2 1/2 hours later and crappy nail job I was finally done. Will not be back, too many other salons to choose from.

First time here and I had powder shellac better for your nails since they used an organic powder, I will come back.

My wife loves the place and enjoys visited every 2 or 3 weeks.

The service was good and staff was friendly. The wait time is long. Instead of letting you know the actual wait time, they say 10 minutes and make you site 1/2 an hour before they get you inside. Finally they let you soak your feet for 20 mins and the pedi itself was done in parts by 2 people, with wait time in between. A simple pedi took 2.5 hrs. Will not go back.

Ive been here before and it was wonderful. Came back in for a pedicure and I think I ended up with one of the owners... worst experience I have EVER had in a salon!. She didnt ask what kind of pedi I wanted, just gave me a basic. Cut my nails so far in they bled, used the file ON MY ENTIRE FOOT. Scraped my foot in places that should never have seen that dang file, I now have skinned and scraped areas that look like I slid down on concrete. After that she slapped on some stinking rose smelling lotion then jumped straight painting the nails, my 3 year old granddaughter would have done a better job. I will never go back.
