Legend nails is the place to go for the nails you want. They care about their work and they care to see their customers happy. I am always happy when I leave there. The staff is wonderful! All of them do great nails. Jenny does my nails and she does so good. I never know what I want but she always have suggestions. Thank you ladies at Legend nails!!!

Legend nails Is my new place to go, they just remodeled it and have more new color collection, staff is very friendly and and they make sure you happy with your nail, very detail and clean, they r open 7 days a week whichs good for me bc I want to come on Sunday, highly recommended

I used to go here for my nails and had a filled card good for $10 off. As I was moving, I wanted to use the card so I went back. I was able to get three colors of shellac on a new full set. It would have been $50, which is what I paid including tip. Beautiful shop and wide range of colors.

Im from Houston, but live in South Carolina for 30yrs.I only go to 1 person for my Nails. Im visiting My Katy family & need a Nail salon. Looked up & liked the Name Legend. I will say, each visit back to Katy (4 times a yr) I will return to Legend Nails. The service is outstanding. My new set is just the right Length the finished art work is stunning. A 5 STAR from me. I went in to go get my nails done for the 3rd time ever at this salon, the lady turned me away and said they were busy? There was only one other individual getting her nails done! And another lady tech just sitting there! I won’t be returning as I have the last few times. Just makes no sense to me the man never turns me away!

Quick service and good job on manicure

I love the way Kim and Tony work. They are very kind and gentle with their customers. Steven is also a great person very meticulous with his work. I love coming here, been coming since they first opened and the staff has remained there. They do get busy in the evenings so I suggest making appointments rather than doing a walk-in so you dont have to wait. They have a good variety of nail polishes as well.

I have been going here since I moved to Katy 6 yrs ago. The staff is amazing and I just love getting my nails done by Tony! The owner and his wife Julie are so sweet and always kind. I havent found anywhere else who can do my nails quite like Tony. He takes his time and makes sure they are perfect. I now take my mom, daughters and have had my mother in law and sister in law go when they are in town. My daughter and i also get waxed by julie or Kim. They do a great job and do as asked. Just love this place and i love that its only 3 min top from my home. Thanks for always providing great service!

Went for the first time and liked the experience. Nice employees. My first time ever getting a manicure and a pedicure and I will be going more often. Was recommended to go there by my neighbor and they didn’t disappoint

Have been getting my nails done here for close to 10 years. This is the only place where my shellac and pedicure will actually last over 2 weeks. Julie is the sweetest...she will literally give my 5 yr old drinks, candy and even free hugs. Love them!

Came in to get a french manicure, called first to see if there was a wait, which there was not. The girl who did my nails was quick and precise, she did a beautiful job, especially on my cuticles. The price was very affordable and its a convenient location. I will be back and recommend this place to others. Well done!

I have never gone there, but my wife always describes her experience to me. I actually thinks she goes there to relax and get away from the kids. She enjoys being pampered and these ladies do that well along with the manicures and pedicures. Theyll make special designs and drawings if you want all at a good price

Nope, dont do it, goto Christines. This place doesnt sanitize their clippers. They opened up their drawer and just pulled out what was in there. They didnt ask me any questions, it was painful, and the b kept stabbing my toes with her nails. You could tell by the look on this ladys face she just didnt care.

I used to come here quite often but after the last two experiences I couldnt anymore. Some staff is really nice but there are ALSO some who have been very rude. I will not mention names but let s just say that whenever I went to get a refill, instead of having him do what I asked, he made the comment that basically I was asking to have ugly nails that it doesnt look good with a refill! Very disrespectful. He even showed me my nail as if I couldnt see what he was doing.

I was able to make an appt same day so that was nice. I got a shellac manicure and basic pedicure. When I got home, I notices the polish didnt look very good on my toes. It was on my skin and looked a bit blotchy. Not super noticeable until I saw it close up in the sun. I gave it a 4 star though bc I love my manicure. Different person and she did a very good job. She even noticed there was a little piece sticking out of the shellac after I had already paid and immediately clipped it off for me. Everyone was very friendly. Dont know if Ill get a pedicure here again but will probably come back to get a manicure.

When I first moved to the area I thought I would give them a try. On my first time going I signed in, the guy who works in the front is beyond rude and needs a lesson in customer service. I asked him how long the wait was and he replied, just go and wait. With that being said I left. I decided yesterday to try again after 4 months later... Same scenario. I asked if I could soak my feet while I waited for my pedicure. Again, the reply was just you wait. I dont patronize establishments where the staff believe they can talk to me however they want.

My 5 year old could have done a better job at doing my nails. Very low quality and poor sanitation. I only had a manicure done but I noticed they do not use the plastic wrap in the tubs for pedicures. Will NOT be coming back ever!

Absolutely horrible experience here. I walked in and asked how long the wait would be and she said five minutes. I took my seat and the nail tech came over and I asked if she had put it in neutral by OPI. She said no so I then asked if she had something similar, she ignored me and said lets get started on your nails. She then tried to upcharge me for cleaning up my cuticles which is something that has come with every manicure Ive ever had. I told her this and she ignored me once again and said I was wrong and that every salon charges an extra fee. She then tried to clean my cuticles with implements that she didnt properly sanitize through the autoclave. She lied and said they had been not knowing that I too work at a salon where we regularly clean our implements with the autoclave. After all of this she asks me to leave as if Ive done something wrong to upset her. Horrible customer service all around and I found it absolutely appalling that I would have been charged extra for her to clean my nails with dirty tools.

Awesome place

I originally began going to this nail shop when I first moved to katy. They were close to my home, and did great work. When I moved to the Westchase district, I would travel out there for service which seemes to be getting worse, but im not a big complainer. I visited today for a pedicure which looks great and a full set (white tips), and a brow wax. Im not happy with my nails which the technician originally messed up on, but was nice enough to.go back and fix. I thanked her and paid with a card and tipped in cash. I checked the account and noticed there is A $70.80 charge when my services came out to be $59. Im extremely disappointed and will not be returning due to their lack of integrity. I expect compensation and will discuss the issue with the owners.

Walked in & walked right out!! No one ever greeted me. I stood at the door & waited. There was two men in the front working, they looked right at me and went back to doing what they were doing. I’m like ok is anybody gonna say something. So I sat down just to see if someone would say anything but still no hello, how can we help you, what you need today? Nothing at all. So I waited & noticed it was another lady sitting & waiting. I said excuse ma’am did they greet you? She replied yes. I got up & walked right out. It was barely anyone in there. Even if it was busy that’s not how you welcome a customer. Just very rude..

Last visit here was last Saturday for mani and pedi. Very satisfied with pedi but mani looks awful. Will not be going back or recommending to anyone. The girl was new but the bad thing is that the other employees that been there for long time saw that she had to redo multiple times and didnt bother to help her.

My sister and I visited yesterday and had the absolute worst experience in our lives. We waited about 15 mins and after we were seated for our pedicure and manicure we waited for another 20 minutes soaking our feet( let me add the water was really cold, every where Ive been the water is always warm to hot) when they started they both looked in a very bad mood and rolling there eyes. They didnt ask if we wanted our nails trimmed, the just started clipping away. They werent careful with filing my nails, they filed them so aggressively that when i put my feet back in the water they were burning. I immediately told her to stop and that I no longer wanted to continue, I was very dissatisfied. My sister was having her callus removed and he didnt put anything on her feet and he was so aggressive as well he cut her on her ankle with the callus remover(we have never had anyone use a callus remover on our ankles. We paid $5 each and ran out of there, Never going back. We ended up go back to my usual spot at stillwater on westgreen, I should of just drove the extra distance in the first place instead of trying out legend nails because they were closer to me. Please save your self the trouble of even stopping here.
