I wish my husband would have read the reviews before using the worse unprofessional service for pedicures ever. With reviews like this Im not sure how they remain in business.I dont have a name but the female staff member refused to allow someone else to correct a mistake she made or refund. We were on vacation and this was a bad experience.They are the reason you cant give just anybody business.This is an example of what your feet are not suppose to look like after a fresh pedicure.

WARNING!! THIS IS A ZERO STAR REVIEW. WORST HAIRCUTS EVER!!! THE LADY MIMI WAS NOT GOOD AT CUTTING HAIR AND MESSED UP MY DAUGHTERS HAIR. SHE WAS IN A PERSISTENT WITCH FACE AND WAS APPARENTLY IN A HAIR CUTTING RACE BECAUSE SHE WAS TRYING TO GET THE NEXT VICTIM, I MEAN, CUSTOMER. SHE PULLED MY DAUGHTERS HAIR AND LEFT IT SO UNEVEN AND CHOPPY. IT WAS SO MESSED UP. ALSO DIDNT EVEN SWEEP AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED CUTTING HAIR THEY JUST CALLED ON THE NEXT PERSON. ITS DIRTY AND THEY PROBABLY DONT EVEN HAVE A LICENSE. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Honestly just wanted a trim and the lady told me ok, and proceeded to cut all the way. She could’ve asked if she didn’t I understood correctly.

Horrible horrible experience when it comes to hair coloring she added bleached to my hair Bc i requested some baby lights in the front but clearly stated Caramel color never did she come back to check on my hair to check on bleaching process 40 min pass by and she was still taking care of other customers . When my hair was done it was orangy and brazzy I asked her tho darken it a little that she could not leave it like that she rudely !! Rudely !! Added a darker color and was mad . Just so so so unprofessional!

My husband decided to go back here after they changed the name from Tom’s to Tony’s. I dropped my husband and kids off on a Sunday. I went inside and say next to my husband, after coming back from a store. Two ladies were talking in Vietnamese. Little did they know, I actually understood them. One lady asked if I had been helped? The other lady said, don’t you remember her face from last time? The same lady said she’s so fat, she’s the wife of the black husband. This woman wears tight fitted clothing, short dresses and exposes her cleavage. This is a family establishment. I turned to my husband and said, that lady just called me fat in Vietnamese. She said I’m the fat wife of the black husband. I looked at her and said I understand Vietnamese and heard you say that I’m the fat wife of the black husband. She looked down as she was cutting a man’s hair. My husband said let me handle it. He went to pay and asked Tony how much does he owes? He told Tony, that lady just called my wife fat. He said he’s sorry. I spoke loudly from the register and told the lady, I understand Vietnamese and heard you calling me fat. I then spoke to her and the other lady in Vietnamese and said the same exact thing. The other lady and Tony kept saying sorry. I said she has the nerve to talk about me. She comes to work half dressed and exposes herself in front of children. How is that being professional? We left out very upset! I called my mom in Tennessee. I told her what happened and she asked for the number. My mom called and spoke to the manager. It was the same lady that apologized. My mom said the other lady was so embarrassed. She never apologized or got on the phone to apologize. She told my mom that there’s not a lot of black people that go there. That is no excuse to talk about people in Vietnamese. I would not recommend anyone that is black or fat to ever go here!

Decent haircut, very unprofessional staff. I was swindled when I visited this place last Saturday. An older lady (presumably the owner) was yelling at the hairdresser (in Mandarin or Vietnamese) to up charge me. The windows and signs outside of this place all say a mens cut is $7. She charged me $10. When I asked why, she mumbled some incoherent gibberish under her breath. I still left her a generous tip and left without arguing. Its only a few bucks but its the principle of the matter that doesnt sit right with me. Dont try to take advantage of people. The haircut was decent. Not the best, not the worst. I will never return to this place again. I hope the extra few bucks was worth losing a customer.

Tom cuts my hair every time I go in. Never had a bad experience coming here. The ladies are also very nice and take care of you fast.Definitely recommend coming here if youre in the area.

FRAUD, SCAM ! I went on 12/30 by 3.30 pm and asked for a hair cut. The first lady at left side did it but charged me 18$ instead of 15 that says the sign outside. I asked why and she said it is 15 and up, before leaving I checked and it said only the number $15. (Ladies hair cut). IT DIDT SAY & UP !!!!DO NOT GO THERE

If I could rate this salon a no star I would. I came here bc tom the previous owner cuts ok. I called trying to make an appointment for tom. They told me to come on over, after arriving realize tom moved to Boston... THEY should have mention it on the phone. The owner ask that we give them a chance. My daughter wanted to get long layers. The owner snip off a chunk of her hair with one of those thining scissor w/o measuring. I am very picky with hair. In what world do u cut like that with out measuring the hair. I am livid ....the owner had to tell someone to fix it. Tom use to charge a good price they F up her hair and charge 20 bucks. I could have paid more at better salon like Christine expo or Lynn innovation. DO NOT GO HERE

DONT GO HeRE!!!!Went in this afternoon and told the dumbass stylist to just trim the sides and back ...And this idiot went ahead and cut the top !!? After I said dont cut the top ....This guy just went and did whatever he felt like doing to my hair.I refused to pay and had the worse experience ever.Never gonna set foot in this place .
