I took my baby to get her ears pierced at 3 months when this store first opened. The first picture is my baby at 3 months and the second one is 2 years later when I got them re-pierced . This place was a drive for us but I didn’t want to go to any other location because the experience I had the first time going was amazing. The same lady was working there that was in the picture and she is so sweet and kind and was extremely patient. They where all super friendly and super gentle. We will go back to enjoy the other services they offer there but my overall experience was beautiful. I recommend checking this place out for the services they offer as well as any mommies wanting to get their babies ears pierced. They do them both at the same time so that it’s fast and easy and it really makes a difference. LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM !!

Wow! I cannot say enough good things about this place! Lelayne was INCREDIBLE with our three year old. She engaged her on her level and really helped her to have an awesome time. Our daughter was incredibly pampered with the diva for a day package and she is just over the moon with her glitter hair. Everyone was so nice and we will DEFINITELY be returning. The highest praise for Lelayne and Sweet and Sassy!

We visit Sweet and Sassy for my daughter hair cut I love all about the concept but the employees are poor in costumer service. They are just there doing the job I did not feel very welcome during the service I was expecting a great experience like the first time 2 years ago with the stylist the cut me daughter hair. I truly believe that costumer service is the most important thing to engage customers. We spend more than 50 dollars in services and merchandise but with that experience I’m not going to go back there. I just hope that someone from the company read this and speak with the employees and try to do best.

First let me say we had the best time ever. My daughter felt like a princess and enjoyed every min of it. We got a haircut and spa services. The stylist were so sweet and definitely great with communicating with me about what I want. They definitely had teamwork going on which I love . I’ll be back and thank you again for making my daughter feel like a complete princess!❤️❤️

The staff was beyond sweet. We started off with a pedicure for my 2 year old. The employee helping us was beyond patient from color picking out to keeping her entertained and still during the pedicure! She was great with our child!We also did ear piercing and it went well for a squirrelly two year old! Both girls communicated well and were working hard to get them straight.

Im so glad I found this gem online when looking for a clean and professional place to get my soon to be 2 yr old daughters ears pierced. I was so nervous but the staff was soooo amazing they out me at ease almost immediately. The atmosphere oozes princess, the prices are unbeatable for what you get, and they really know to comfort young children. My little sweetheart felt and looked like a princess!! They were just soooo attentive and sweet! They have even called afterwards to make sure everything was healing OK. Id give this place 20 stars if I could!! We will definitely be back!!!!

I asked for the sweet cut for my daughter who wanted a haircut with layers, the package included spray, comb, haircut, blow out, lollipop, glitter and hair scent, I agreed to pay the layers apart if needed.Her hair wasn’t sprayed, was just cut dry, then no blow out was done, no scent and no lollipop, almost nothing was done to her hair, no layers could be seen, she looked almost the same as before the cut. She was so disappointed that I took her to another place and for half of the price she had the haircut she wanted. So disappointing

We went to a birthday party there and it was so much fun!!! The only thing I didnt like was the eye shadow. It was too much. But the way they did the girls hair and nails was so awesome!! 😃👍

Such a great time! We had my daughter 4th birthday here and the party attendants were amazing! Helpful and kind. We had 2 sisters and another young girl keeping the party going! Great energy and tons of cute things to do !

My 7 month old had her ears pierced and they were so gentle and provided me with the instructions needed to care for them. My 3 year old didnt want to leave lol. I told her dont worry, well be back..... and we will!

Staff is amazing! Roseanna did my daughters ultimate spa package. Boi was she fun! My 7 year old felt like she had a new friend. Roseanna took her time, explained everything she was doing and they even sang along to the songs on the radio. I would recommend this location to everyone for birthday parties, girls spa day, or even just to let your little one out for some me time!

The person doing my daughters hair was very unfriendly, didnt cut my daughters hair as short as requested. Added a extra $30 when I told her I wanted it short like I showed her before we started. AND THE color I had applied to my daughters hair that was supposed to last 6 weeks came out on the first wash!!!!! 😡 VERY UNHAPPY

Brought my 8 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. They were very professional and clean. My daughter felt calm and comfortable with both ladies that did the piercing. Daughter said it didn’t hurt at all. After the piercing my daughter got to get a glitter stamp, glitter in her hair and photo with a certificate. I would highly recommend Katy Location.

Our 4 year old went to Sweet and Sassy to have her ears pierced. Not only was the experience fun for her but the staff walked her through every part of it before they did it. It helped our daughter be brave and calm. They had tons of choices for earrings which made it even better. Our daughter also loved the glitter stamp and photo ops afterwards.The staff was very friendly, professional and in covid times, we felt very safe and that the store was clean.

I brought my daughter here for a haircut, and we were so pleased with the experience! Lelayne was excellent with my daughter and gave her the sweetest bun with glitter in it. My girls and I always have the best time when we visit Sweet & Sassy! Weve been for birthday parties, manis & pedis, and our latest experience when the girls got their ears pierced. I love the gentle care and attention that was taken with each of my girls as they eased their fears prior to the piercing and the celebratory lollipop and glitter tattoo that was given when it was over. The spa menu offers a large variety of services and packages to give you a unique experience on every visit. The cleanliness of the salon and customer service are unmatched. Each time we visit we are greeted with excitement and feel valued as customers and clients. Hands down the BEST salon in Katy to get your little girls pampered!!

We received the best care, hospitality and attention during our 20 month old‘s ear piercing. We were a bit nervous to get her ears pierced at this age as toddlers can be unpredictable temperament-wise but the nervousness vanished once we walked through the door. They were very playful and gentle with her during the ear piercing process. Not a tear was shed and we love that both ears were pierced at the same time. We highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed!

What a wonderful time we had here! The owner is super cheerful and sweet and the salon is wonderfully decorated and organized. We were only there to get a piercing but a party was going on and it looked like the girls were really having fun. Definitely a preferred option for ear piercings(or double, if you’re older) as they are effectively exercising COVID-19 health and safety standards.

This spa is awesome! We vacationed here from NY, where our Sweet and Sassy has permanently closed. When my kids found out there was a Sweet and Sassy in Texas, they were so excited to try it. Honestly, this spa was even better than the one we had in NY! This spa was extremely accommodating. The stylists were super sweet to my kids AND they were talented! The owner was also extremely friendly. I rarely give reviews but my kids had such a great time i had to share our experience.

1st time ever doing something like this & found it amazing! Cant wait to do it again!

We had the best time at my daughter’s 10th birthday party at Sweet and Sassy. She opted for the spa party with 10 of her friends and cousins ranging in ages of 3-10. The staff was patient in dealing with the little girls and made each of them feel special. They were very accommodating with a few late arrivals to my party and everyone received excellent service. All the girls had a great time and I would recommend the salon to anyone looking to have there daughters feel like queens for the day.

The ladies were so awesome as they pierced the ears of my 2yr old. They took the time to get the placement marked properly and reviewed the piercing location with us. They also do the piercing on both ears simultaneously to lessen the shock. My daughter didn’t cry one bit. It was a great experience and my 5 year old wants to have her next party there. My daughter was extremely scared and shy at our visit because it was her very first time getting a haircut. The stylist was super kind to my daughter and very gentle. I really appreciated how she took the time to explain to my daughter what she was going to do and allowed me to sit with my daughter.

Awesome little kids salon and spa! Went to get my 8month old ears peirced. 2 ladys did it at same time. Patient and sweethearts. Love the atmosphere and people. Nice selection of earings and fair price. We got pink daisys stainless steel for $37 and some change and got her ears peirced free. :)

I took my 6 and 4 year old daughters to Sweet & Sassy Katy to get their ears pierced on the recommendation of a fellow mom who recently had her daughters ears pierced at this location.The experience was great. The team was so calm and soothing making sure my daughters comfortable. They went the extra mile to it a great experience for them and for me.We look forward to going back to celebrate birthdays and for girl/sister time.

Terrible customer service. Took my granddaughter to get her ears pierced. Earring backing was put on crooked. Then the earring came out. Ear had to be repierced. Had to push the owner to make us priority since a party came in while ears were being pierced. We did have an appointment, its not like we just walked in an expected to be priority. Come to find out when the owner repierced her ear, she used a different color stone earring. Very stressful experience for my 2 year old granddaughter. We really wanted to like this place so we could frequent when the girls come to visit.

It amazes me when someone rates this venue 1/5 because my experience on Saturday for My daughters birthday party was splendid. Ms. Esther and her staff were very professional, accommodating and fun to be with! The atmosphere was beautiful, my daughters, their friends and mums had so much fun and enjoyed the party, which met my satisfaction. The limo ride was spectacular, I highly recommend it. I will surely use their services again!

The best little kids spa haven I have ever seen, I couldn’t believe how cute and cuddly everything seemed. We had my daughters birthday party here and at first everything seemed great. Then after the fashion show I basically ran the party myself and the staff did not assist. I had to remind them about the limo ride and they were not ready for it and made 9 girls stand at the front of the store for almost 10 minutes while they got everything organized. Then the manager called me 7 hours after our party, when they had other parties that day, to tell me that a guest of mine threw a temper tantrum and ruined one of the dresses and was expecting financial compensation. I was speaking with her on the phone when she HUNG UP ON ME! The manager hung up on me, haha. Not a good way to run a business.

Pierced my 4 month old ears yesterday and couldn’t be any happier ! She was so friendly and made sure it Came out perfect & also had my 4 years old first haircut which also came out awesome ! Her braids were beautiful. My daughter had such a great time and such a great atmosphere. Thanks again ladies !

Drove over 20 minutes to get daughter ears pierced and spoke with someone ahead of time about what type of earrings we wanted for her. We get there and they ran out of the ones we wanted. Made a blank trip. Wish they would have told me that over the phone. Also, was told that the manager doesnt buy single earrings so basically she couldnt do my daughters ears. Smh. So unprofessional. What a waste of my time.

I took my granddaughters and niece last weekend for mani/pedis. The service was great and my girls had a great time. The owner was managing a rather large birthday at the time, but she still took the time to personally greet us and speak with us. The girls had a great time! We will definitely be spending alot of time here!

Fab-U-lous is an understatement. This is how you celebrate your 5 year old princess effortlessly. The staff was amazing; kind, thoughtful and energetic.I would recommend the spa party which includes, a facial, Mani/Pedi and make up session...oh how dare I forget a hairdo and two take homes. The purple robes were icing on the cake.I will definitely be back to the Katy location sooner than later.

My niece had her daughters birthday here a day before i posted this review.First, the limo driver was slow and rude and took her time getting the girls to the venue.Second, The minute they got there, they were rushed because they were out of time.My wife, daughter, neice and a few more moms with children that were in our party. were left outside while it was cold and raining.The staff was rude, and for the money that was spent at this facility, it is considered a waste of money and time.

Very unorganized!!!My daughter had an appointment at 12:30pm, got a call at 12:20 by a really sweet girl asking if we can come in at 1pm because our stylist was running behind on her appointments and also offered us a free nail painting on hands only for the inconvenience.. We gladly took the offer! But when we got there at 1pm, we still had to wait 20-30mins before the stylist was ready, after she was done with my daughters haircut, she put her stamp on my daughters face and wasnt done yet before she took in a Walk-in! I had to go up to her and asked for the glitter spray that the stylist told my daughter that she would get after her hair would be done, and not to mention that was included in my daughters package! Not to mention, The stylist even forgot to give my daughters hair lock of her first haircut! (Something that I wanted for her baby book) Due to the stylist not cleaning her area after she was done with my daughters hair and before taking that “walk-in” after my daughter.. Then, we had to wait another 15-20 until a nail stylist was ready to paint my daughters nails! We were almost there for 3 HOURS!!! Because of all the waiting in between due to them taking in all the walk-in’s! When we had an APPOINTMENT!!!We were clients from the Sugarland location that is no longer opened, and we NEVER had any of these issues at that location! They were very organized and they were always ready for My Daughter and took care of her from start to finish!Other than all of that,.. all of the girls and women that work there were very nice and sweet to my daughter.. My daughter is Always extremely happy at sweet and sassy!But I would recommend to expect to be there for at least 3 hours even with having an appointment..

My girls had a BLAST at the JoJo Siwa camp! Every single person who worked with my girls was amazing! Everyone was friendly and incredibly helpful and welcoming! Will definitely be back!!

I give negative stars to them !!!They are not sweet at all, felt like I discriminated and bullied.They played with feelings of my little daughter. She was literally crying for hours and had really bad upset !Here is the story -I have booked the event 3 weeks in advance with limo round trip. Out of the blue, they called us a week in advance and said, they can’t do the limo since they will busy with grand opening day.They never told about this limo issue when I was booking for the event. If they would have told us during that time, I could have picked the other date with limo service.When I stared asking these questions, they don’t have answers and started discrimination.Finally, with out any proper reason, they literally cancelled my whole party and stopped answering my calls.If god is really exists, he will curse them like anything, coz they don’t have any right to play with my daughter feelings.Pls don’t visit This place.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Since I dont have a option to owners reply - I am providing this here.First of all, please dont change your words. As you promised, you are suppose to accommodate and at least, should have helped me to give the limo ride to drop-off. On top of it, if its first-come-first-server basis, how could able to have my reservation (have email for conformation) . If limo ride is not available, and, with out any proper reason, how could you cancel the whole party ? and why are so hesitate to answer my calls ? I called like 30 times, but you never answered my call. When I called from new number you answered and hung up ? why ??I have the answer for all your questions and also have the solid proofs.Try to be professional if you want sustain in the market. This is not the way to treat the customers and especially small kids. I still remember that you promised my daughter to have the limo ride, but you broke my daughters heart ! which is really unacceptable and heights of anarchy.Thank you !

I called to schedule a pedicure for my daughter who turned 2 today. They were glad to. When I got there I decided that I want her to receive a mani/pedi and Stephanie was glad to add it. She was super nice and kept coming over to see how she was doing. Rose was the one who did her mani/pedi and she was amazing with her! She pampered my daughter all up! They both also sang happy Birthday to her and I’m just so glad of the experience there and we will most definitely be going back. Stephanie and Rose really made the experience fun and girly! Thank you and can’t wait to go back!

Everyone there was so kind, professional, and willing to do anything for my daughter to have the best experience there!!!!!
