In the past my experience was fine. I am someone who enjoys my natural short length nails so I get shellac manicures. I stopped getting my nails filed with the electric file as it makes my nails soft and weak. Today was told by the manager (Dianna)that I pushed the nail tech (Joann) to do my nails the way I liked them so she no longer want to do my nails, ?????. Which I always tipped her because they were done the way I liked. I told her I pay to get my nails done the way I like them and I will not come there again since employees dictate how services are rendered! Best wishes with that business flourishing there are so many other nail shops to choose from!!!!(I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A 0 STAR BUT WASNT AN OPTION)

I had an amazing experience here. The whole experience was great. The technicians were nice and the the place was clean. I felt very refreshed.

The pedicure was AMAZING! She was very friendly, thorough and did an excellent job on everything. My dipped fingernails were done sloppy. She didn’t cover the entire nail, color isn’t smooth and she didn’t clean anything off around or under after, so I spent the rest of the day doing that for her. They must be on the more expensive side, because AFTER a 20% off special it was $65 😳. Mixed feelings but I’d go back for the pedicure. Clean and nice location too.

I’ve been searching for a new nail place closer to hope despite an amazing nail salon. I tried out Noire for the first time at the beginning of September. I was very pleased with the service and left feeling refreshed. However, my second visit today left me feeling flustered and unhappy. The first issue I had was my nail techinican didn’t listen to my request for a certain shaping which resulted in poorly shaped nails some . I have some nails which are square, some circular, and some in between. I asked her to make them more square and she simply filed them almost all the way down. I decided to wait until I got to the counter to let them know I wasn’t satisfied. I waited until after I paided and let the other lady know I wasn’t satisfied. I shared with her how I felt my nails and how I felt my I was leaving very unhappy. I asked for clarification why I had “dipping powder” last time and this time was different. Apparently, there is dipping powder and powder which wasn’t made clear. I continued to voice my concerns and she simply gave excuses. I’m not asking for anything free but for better service. I take pride in my shaped nails and left filling as I may go back to my previous place to get them redone however I don’t wanna fork over another $40. I would not recommend this nail bar over many other great places in Katy. I will not be returning to this place anytime soon.

Great quality work, professional technicians and very clean salon. My mom and I are now regulars here. Best nail salon I have been to in Katy

They rushed my whole manicure that same day I left with bubbles in my nails worse service ever by the 2 nd day the nail polish turned dark DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
