Patience is key, would definitely recommend to call head to ensure you are able to be serviced. The place is clean and organized. The prices are reasonable but always double check and clarify how much you will be charged for the service you would like to get. All the nail tech are very skilled and ensure that you are comfortable.

Besides the price going up due to this pandemic, I L.O.V.E this place! Been going for years!! They do very good work not only on nails but waxing as well!

Natalie is amazing! She looks at every detail and doesnt complain if you ask her to do something in a different way! Her detailed work is amazing quality!

I had been a reg. Until a female tech. Did my nails 2x only.first time appt. Made and stillwaited an hour &15 min..no apology & no discount. 2nd time l literally had to before old nails came cz tech. Was brutal on me tearing them off. They knew it happen but there WASNt any responds except low laughter among employees.now I always ask for one the male techs.or dont go . They are on time of appt,fast, give you good work .And they earn tips by good English conversation,selling extras,informing how to care&keep your nails as long as possible. And do it in 1/2 the time usually.

I would go here because it was the only nail place that I knew about around here & honestly I was never satisfied my nails were always bumpy the shapes were horrible and they never matched, I took a year off from getting my nails done in this last time I went I got the worst nail set EVER!!! The service sucks too I do not recommend.

Went 5/23/2020 overcharge didn’t have prices put up, they were rushing and due to covid they were packed and i feel they could of practiced better de sanitizing and social distancing.... Also got gel nails and on day 5 it already came off 🤦🏽‍♀️ never going there again. Too ghetto for me.

Best eyebrow place. Natalie is well recommended, she’s been doing me good for years. That’s about all I recommend though 🤷🏻‍♀️ I struggled growing eyebrows, and going to her helped me.

This is a horrible place to go I got a Mani and pedi here a few times ended up losing my big toe nail from coming here. Nails chipped looked terrible went back before a week after done was charged $20 more dollars because they needed a fill and wouldnt look good. Dont speak clear English to explain anything to you. Charged me $76.00 plus another $20.00 its make your own price deal here no set fee apparently. Bad service bad business terrible communication

I went to get a fill & waited for an hour just to end up having to take my nails off because the worker drilled through one of my nails. He didnt even tell me, he continued like nothing happened until i saw it. When i told him i wanted them off he still charged me $10 for taking them off when it was his fault!!! I definitely do not recommend this place. I wouldnt give them any stars if i could.

Dont go if youre expecting to get a quick polish change (BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE) because theyll put everyone before you thats getting a full pedicure or full set of nails, and I was there 30 minutes before these people came in and she told me it will be a 15 to 20 minute wait. I waited a total 45 minutes before I decided I needed to leave because I was not being respected because it was about the hustle not that Im knocking their Hustle but you cannot disregard people because theyre not spending a certain amount of money I didnt need a pedicure I needed a polish change.

I WOULD UPLOAD A PICTURE BUT IM AT WORK, I am so disappointed I got a fill last week the lady did well painting so I tipped her, and now I upset because 5 nails have broke in the same week without force and that is crazy, if i scratch my ear it breaks I woke up with a nail broke how does a nail break in your sleep that is un-heard of, Im assuming the products were cheap .. any way never going back because now I have to pay for a fill and 5 broke nails that wasnt my fault.. i WANTED TO GO BACK AND SHOW THEM BUT SAID FORGET MY SCHEDULE IS BUSY I JUST WONT BE RETURNING OR REFERRING!

They do an okay job as far as the actual nails go, customer service wise I always get rude people but there are like 2 people out of all the staff there that arent so rude. I dont recommend this place, I liked that its right by where I work but thats about it and Id rather drive further and go some place else.

Got a pedicure 5/25/18 and they took out my ingrown toenails, they’re infected now and i can’t walk very well without them hurting. I gotta goTo the doctor. I usually get them out with a doctor but the lady laughed when I said it hurt. Oh and my toes are swollen bc of it

Hain was my technician very sweet, very personable, very particular about her work,until she starts visiting w/co workers then she gets clumsy & slow. clean Salon,average prices. I get a full set of acrylics.

The nail technicians are either a hit or a miss. If you want to get dip powder nails go somewhere else.
