Nice gentleman did my pedicure. Soaked my feet and scrubbed on my callueses. Used a sweet smelling lotion on my legs to my knees. And painted my toe nails better than I ever have. A GOOD experience.

I get my finger nails an toenails done here. I love the way they turned out. Waiting time was around 15 Minutes. Which is not long at all. 💓 I will be making this my nail permanent nail spot. 💅🌟

Anna is very rude and has no customer service skills at all. For the price that is charged is not worth quality and rudeness the whole time. Got gel nail with small design cost $70.00 . For the price you charge at least be nice to your customers. I will not be returning to this nail salon. And would advise no one else to go here either if you dont want to be uncofartable the entire time your getting your nails done.

Unable to even judge quality. Turned away because I had my nails done elsewhere. I needed one nail fixed. Was told over the phone I could come right in with no wait. With one customer in there, I was turned away. While all salon around remain packed, yours is empty. Did not appear very clean or respectable.

$50 for a gel pedicure. Polish is already lifting after a day on 2 toes.

Fantastic at customizing my big toenails with acrylic considering the post op ingrown procedure I had left me with lifelong ugly big toe nails. But they hide it for an unbeatable price and I never have to wait more than 10 minutes for a chair.

Came to get my nails done, got the same shape i did before expecting it to be $25 but paid $56. I asked for a creset moon on one of my fingers and it looked very poorly done. My nails are all driffrent shapes, my nails hurt and are bleeding !! Very aggressive and had to wait over an hour before they got to me. Not coming back !!

I have gone to Nail 101 off and on for years, main reason for off because its just 2 running the shop and my schedule didnt always align. Went today and Annie knew me by name and greeted me upon entering, while working on another patron. Sonny did my nails, he heard what I asked for... Gave me his opinion and I left feeling like I had a GREAT experience. Reviews often come from the negative folks (this is fine if its true) but if you get good service let that be heard too... Small business counts on good reviews.

Left in the middle of nail service after I had to have numerous corrections where acrylic was missing off the top and sides were filed too aggressively because he was distracted talking on the phone to a friend. None of my nails were the same shape or length and I was over charged and when I looked at my bank balance for previous visits and said as much he was very rude. I (over)paid for my service that wasnt even completed and left. I had to have someone else reshape and paint my nails after I left paying $36 for what was $26 previously. He also tried to get me to try a weight reducing machine similar to whats used to stir paint. I came for nails not to be called fat, scoffed at and given uneven half done nails. This is a place convenient to me but DONT so it!! So unprofessional

Nice and friendly salon. They dont have the Latest nail styles, but if you need something simple and quick nice place to go.

My favorite place to get nails, and have been going there for over 15 years now. Have never had a problem there with my nails! They work hard to keep their shop clean!

I love the services💖. Ive been going for years and Ive never had a bad experience. The employees are friends and know their customers by name. They are very creative and a lot of patience. I always have a good visit, its like the beauty shop. They have wonderful designs and give great pedicures.

Anna is very rude and dont have customer skills. Also everytime you tell them the style you want or to correct something she gets a attitude. We welcome people like them here to United States and they come and make money off Americas and be ungrateful in return. Go back where you came from and try and make the money we pay for nails. BYE!

This place is horrible. The man did my nails. He doesn’t take his time. He wants to rush and get you out the chair and on to the next person. Some of my nails are not the same length as the others. I asked him could he go around the outside of my nails with remover because there was nail polish outside of the actually nail. He starts to talk in Chinese and only gets the paint off of TWO NAILS! don’t waste your time here find someone who actually takes time out to make your nails look good. YOU ARE PAYING FOR THEM!!

So i went int to get a pedicure. Before the pandemic it was 35 dollars for pedi with gel polish. Today i went in and they charged me 50. I was shocked and i asked the man about it before i paid, he said ask the her( the woman). She said yes the gel is 20 dollars.I paid but its ok because I will NEVER go in there again so by cheating me hurt them more than me because they just lost a customer.

Ive been going to Nails 101 for many years because I love the reasonable prices. The owners really are nice people. I see a lot of reviews about rudeness. They are not native English speakers, so I think for newcomers, the clipped responses may be interpreted as rude. Thats not their intent. Theyre just conducting business. Treat them respectfully and theyll do the same to you. Treat them disrespectfully, and they may just do the same to you. Also to set the record straight, they serve a very diverse clientele, all ages, and ethnic backgrounds.

Customer service needs to improve and not make jokes about the covid19 when they take your temperature. The virus is nothing to play with. Unprofessional service.

I went to this nail salon for the first time. I knew exactly what I wanted, they had my color I asked for almond shape nails I got round oval/bubble nails, I have 3 nails that are of short length and my set is long...I explained to the lady they were all different lengths and she chose not to change or fix it..btw the lady next to me set looked bubbled as well..too much acrylic and all my nails are different shapes and sizes...WORST NAIL APPOINTMENT EVER!!

Poor service. Rude. I showed her a picture and it wasnt even a difficult design but she barely looked at it and said no. And I wanted my nails in an oval shape and they all came out different shapes and sizes. Not to mention when I was going to show the lady the picture she mumbled something in her native language. The first time I went here I had a similar experience. Im not really looking forward to coming here again.

The service was horrible they gave me and another customer sitting right beside each other different prices. I asked her why she grabbed my hand cut my nail off that were already done and said if I dont like it I can go somewhere else AFTER she had the 60.00 for my full set!!!

They should rename this place Unhappy Nail. I dont require a circus act but signs of life should be a minimum standard. The man filled up a foot bath with cold water and asked me if it was too hot. Then, a woman I can only assume is his wife, spent a quiet 15 minutes cutting my toenails with a cuticle nipper and painted them. All different shapes and lengths. I asked if she intended to shape the nails she made a grunting noise and walked away. Ive been sitting in the chair now for going on 20 minutes and nobody has said a word. Am I finished? Shall I go? Am I being charged for a cold soak and clipping? I dont know. Id almost come back here just because the gross lack of personality and service is fairly comical. Im not sure what to do. Tempted to run out the door barefoot but they might call the cops and this is wyco. Cops up in here dont play around. Plus Id get my feet dirty. Anyway. 25 minutes and holding here. Ive not been further acknowledged. My nails are dry. All ten misshapen hooves. Im bolting. Let you know how it goes. In the meantime, dont even come here as a last resort. Just cut your own nails. With a clipper.

My mom has been going to this salon for years and Ive never liked them. Sonny always asks if I have a boyfriend and if I would date his son which I say no to all the time. My mom wanted 2 white nails and the rest pink but the pregnant lady said too late, natural look when my mom clearly asked for something else even the owners wife heard my mom since she had the white polish and gave it to the pregnant lady. Nails were uneven and got different shape than what she asked for, very rude staff. No color selection, mostly red. Not worth the money at all.

Did a great job on my nails. However, my pedicure was lacking tremendously. She did not Clea. My toe nails . she only shaped and clipped. Did not clip my cuticles. . only brushed my toes and feet. For $25 it was not worth the pedicure. Then when I expressed my concerns as a paying patron it seemed as the owner became irate, stating We all do it different lol. Okay. #TagandShare Kelly cannot do pedicures and the owner cannot do nails. Kelly is really good at nails.

This place deserves no stars. The man cut the side of my pinky nail during a nail take off. Didnt apologize and tried to say it was because the previous nail tech made them too thick. Which I told him ive never had that problem before. Its been a while since Ive had a nail take off but im pretty sure youre suppose to soak them 1st which he did not. The polish was old and clumpy too. Theres a reason as to why I have not been back here for years. Yall dont spend your money with these folks smh

Very bad customer service and rude. My mom went in got her nails and feet done. Nails was fine but her feet wasnt right and wouldnt make it right. They just took her money and told her to call the police if she didnt like it.

This business declines Black business yet is in a culturally, diverse neighborhood. Additionally, the owner flipped me off and took pictures of herself doing this to me. I have never seen anything quite like it!

The lady was is always in a bit of a rush, but she usually does the job well. Ive had an experience with both of them, and her husband does an acceptional job. He interacts with you and makes sure the lengths are almost perfect. Pricing is absolutely great.

They have a very small selection to choose from and cheap polish. They was very disrespectful. The woman had a straight attitude to the point i almost just walked out. My nails are not straight and the polish isnt even on the sides of my nails. I got acrylic nails and and they just feel really cheap something I could of did at home for only like $6with a family dollar acrylic set. From my experience there Im never going back. Its easier to find a different location. Im not gonna get disrespected if Im paying you to do something especially when its not worth the money and they look unprofessional.

My experience at 101 was completely unappealing. I asked for a simple square full set and the nails we’re unevenly shaped. I politely requested that my nail tech even out the sides of my nail and he became agitated. I asked to have a simple heart put on my nail which was also disappointing. The woman became angry when I told her that it was ugly and I wanted it redone. Overall my time at this salon was uncomfortable and dissatisfying.

I hate to do this as Ive been going there a very long time. The owners are great but that Meh or Ming lady is garbage. Shes hasty rude doesnt listen to what u ask for and has no manners. She made a face n asked who did my nails last time n Im like uhhhh you! Lol my biggest issue is that Sonny saw how horrible a job it was. The service is awful! She charged me for a nail take off & only took off the polish. Then tried to charge me extra to take off the acrylic (which is what I paid for initially). Polish all over my fingers & refused to remove that, as well. I will never spend another dime in this place & would not reccomend it to anyone! I wish I could take a picture to show how my nails look.
