This landlord purposely told the people to not fix our air conditioning and she also told the health department to cancel the compliant I had because we have a portable air conditioner that only works when temperatures are in the low 80s. We have to go stay in a hotel instead of staying in an apartment with no air in which we pay rent

I prefer any building towards the front of the apartment complex. Theres really not much maintenance, so it can be trashy in the back of the apartment complex. They recently got a new manager, so hopefully she can turn it around. : )

Lady was so rude when i called act like she had an problem from some one trying to stay there so she can get paid

The apartments are fabulous. The office managers and maintenance are inconsistent and unreliable . 02/19/2018
