Roach infested.Seems like there is a new manager every 3 months.Have had maintenance problems since I moved in 2 years ago. Went to each manager and the issues have yet to be resolved.Trash always outside and around dumpsters, in hallways, and all outside.Giant potholes they rarely fill.Don’t clean the driveway ever when it snows.I had to clean the driveway and parking spot myself or I wouldn’t have been able to come in or out.

The mangement at Crestwood is excellent. My family and I are so grateful what they did for us. We were homeless and they helped us. It is affordable and they are work very hard to improve the property. It is clean no trash, grass cut and etc. Thanks Crestwood apartment for helping my family get out the cold before the holiday you guys are truly a blessing.

Jeff and Dewey are awesome, I have been here for a entire year now, and I am more than happy to have the management and maintenance that we have now that theyre here. They make sure that every need is met and that they respond to every request with urgency. Our community at Crestwood has definitely improved and began to turn around with them here. Thank you both!

Dont ever moved here.. Dont waste your money either... They dont care about your or your family... All they care is there self... The apartment has mold and roaches and bedbug Code Enforcement just came last month to inspection the area it didnt past.. They only have two more weeks to come back to inspection the Apartment if it doesnt pass the apartment going to be shut down... I have a friend who live here her apartment ceiling is falling off and they still havent come fix it.. Dont waste your time here.

Ive lived in these apartments for about a year now. The staff is very professional and maintance is always in top of things. The security in the property makes you feel safe and its always kept clean! I would recommend this apartments to anyone!

Very upset right now I only just moved in my apartment was suppose to be ready on Friday I went there on Sunday and it was not nearby ready called Monday went back on Monday night was cleaned but I have no fridge no key to the front door (the only way we get in is cause the back door is broke) my bathroom light doesnt work and I have tried to call for 3 days straight now with no answer. Havent seen any roaches and I pray the bed bug situation is gone. I am disappointed that I have moved here

My whole ceiling is on the ground nothing is being done about it and they dont have a emergency number smh on top of that been here 5 months wirh no refrigerator

I have only lived here a couple of months. They moved me in an apartment with no furnace. It took them three weeks to put it in. The refrigerator didnt work so they took one out of the other apartments, it worked for about a week now I am going on a whole month with no refrigerator. I have went to the office multiple times about the same issues including my bathtub faucet yet nothing has been done but they make sure to let you know they want their rent on time. Its getting a bit ridiculous.

Black Mold no maintenance management always try to rip you off on rent. Very very bad apartments.

Nasty place had bed bugs roaches mice no trash disposal managers always changing every week no maintenance un fit apartment do not rent from these slum lords
